Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保水溶性闭门器润滑剂及其制备方法,包括如下以重量计算的制备原料:防冻剂:20~50%,润滑剂:5~15%,增粘剂:5~20%,防锈剂:0.5~3%,极压抗磨剂:0.2~3%,金属钝化剂:0.1~1.0%,防腐杀菌剂:0.5~3.0%,抗泡剂:0.001~0.1%,pH稳定剂:0.5~4.0%,余量的去离子水。与现有技术相比,本发明制备的润滑剂粘度指数更高,倾点更低,剪切安定性要明显优于油性闭门器油,四球承载能力数据比油性闭门器油好出一级;不仅具有油性产品的润滑性,而且可以生物降解,不易燃烧,安全可靠的特性,符合我国新时期的产业政策。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑剂领域,尤其涉及一种环保水溶性闭门器润滑剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
液压闭门器基本结构有齿轮、支承导向,复位弹簧,节流阀芯和密封件。闭门器是通过内部液体的节流控制达到缓冲作用,实现关门控制能按照人的需要进行调节,自动平稳关门、有像弹簧门的作用,可以保证门被开启后,准确、及时的关闭到初始位置。
而要实现上述闭门器功能,需要油品在一年四季(使用温度通常在-35~45℃)使用过程中能够保持油品的运动粘度不发生明显变化,具备较高的流动性,保证闭门器的使用时关门力量和速度的平稳连贯,不会因为缓冲效果变差而导致门与门框之间撞击、门体变形,因此闭门器润滑剂需要有优异的低温流动性、抗氧化性、抗磨损性能以及抗燃性;同时,由于闭门器中的密封件是橡胶类材料,所以要求闭门器油要具有与密封材料非常好的适应性和相容性。
目前市场上常见的闭门器润滑剂仍然是矿物油型或聚α烯烃类全合成型的油性闭门器油,用上述两种基础油,加入降凝剂、抗磨剂、粘度指数改进剂等添加剂调和而成。虽然这种油性闭门器油具有很好润滑性能,能够满足市场需求,但是油性闭门器油非常不环保,矿物油等油性添加剂生物降解性能差,对环境污染大,且具有可燃性危险,在实际使用中很容易出现安全问题。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术中所存在的问题,本发明提出了一种环保水溶性闭门器润滑剂,解决了油性闭门器润滑剂存在的生物降解性差、容易燃烧的不环保和安全问题。
技术方案:为达以上目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:一种环保水溶性闭门器润滑剂,包括如下以重量计算的制备原料:防冻剂:20~50%,润滑剂:5~15%,增粘剂:5~20%,防锈剂:0.5~3%,极压抗磨剂:0.2~3%,金属钝化剂:0.1~1.0%,防腐杀菌剂:0.5~3.0%,抗泡剂:0.001~0.1%,pH稳定剂:0.5~4.0%,余量的去离子水。
所述防冻剂为乙二醇、二乙二醇、二丙二醇、丙三醇中的一种或多种混合;其中乙二醇、二乙二醇具有优异的低温性,甘油具有较低的摩擦系数,优选材料都是环境友好型的多元醇类,复配使用充分满足本发明产品的低倾点和环保要求。
所述润滑剂为高分子聚合脂、聚甘油脂肪酸酯、四聚蓖麻油酸酯、聚醚酯中的一种或多种混合。高分子聚合酯为水溶性自乳化酯(牌号为168、3955、3952等)、它们和伯胺中和后可以与水形成胶体分散体系,赋予本发明产品优异的润滑性;另外,该类优选材料具有良好的生物降解能力,充分体现了本产品的环保特性。
所述增粘剂为环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的嵌段共聚物,其平均分子量为5000-30000;它具有较低的凝点,低温流动性较好,较低的粘性系数,可在几乎所有润滑状态下能形成非常稳定的具有大吸附力和承载能力的润滑剂膜,具有较低的摩擦系数与较强的抗剪切能力,可赋予产品具有更好的低温流动性和润滑性。
所述防锈添加剂为有机羧酸类、多元羧酸类及其衍生物、氨基酸类衍生物及无机盐中的一种或多种混合。有机羧酸类优选己酸、庚酸、辛酸、壬酸、异壬酸、癸酸、新癸酸和对甲苯磺酰氨基己酸中的一种或多种;多元羧酸类及其衍生物优选癸二酸、己二酸、十二碳二元酸和三嗪三氨基己酸中的一种或多种;氨基酸类衍生物优选N-辛酰谷氨酸和N-辛酰天门冬氨酸三乙醇胺;无机盐类优选磷酸二氢钾、磷酸三钠、钼酸钠中的一种或多种;有机羧酸与无机盐的复配使用,赋予产品更好的防锈性。
所述极压抗磨剂为C8-C18的长链羧酸、磷酸酯中一种或两种混合。其中,长链羧酸为辛酸、格尔伯特酸和植物油酸;磷酸酯为肌醇六磷酸、油醇醚磷酸酯或鲸蜡醇醚磷酸酯。长链羧酸不仅具有优异的抗磨性,也具有优异的防锈性,特别是格尔伯特酸,能够提供在中性条件下其他材料所无法比拟的防锈性能。优选的磷酸酯是具有低泡的水溶性极压润滑剂,同时对有色金属具有优异的缓蚀性能。两种材料的复配使用,其优异的防锈性和缓蚀性使本产品既可以用于以黑色金属为主体的闭门器中,也可以用于以有色金属特别是铝合金为主的闭门器中。而且,优选材料的极压润滑性和低泡性,既提高了产品的整体润滑性,也降低了抗泡剂的使用,对环境更加友好。
所述金属钝化剂为苯并三氮唑类化合物。具体的,苯并三氮唑类化合物为苯并三氮唑、苯并三氮唑钠盐、1-羟基苯并三氮唑、甲基苯并三氮唑和4-羟基苯并三氮唑中的一种或多种。该类优选材料对铝、铜、铁都具有一定的钝化作用。
所述抗泡添加剂,优选道康宁的1247和1267与磷酸三丁酯;道康宁的1247和1267消泡剂具有粒径小(即使在高精密过滤网存在也依然过滤不掉)、相容性好、消泡速度快,抗泡力持久,添加量少等优异特性。磷酸三丁酯不仅具有抗泡、抑泡良好效果,还具有很好的极压润滑效果,既提高了产品整体润滑性,又起到了良好的抗泡作用。
所述防腐杀菌剂为1,2-苯丙异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-甲基-1,2-苯并异噻唑-3-酮和3-碘-2-丙炔基丁基氨基甲酸酯中的一种或多种混合。该类优选材料是不含甲醛的低毒性、低刺激性、对环境影响小的广谱型杀菌剂,特别是1,2-苯丙异噻唑啉-3-酮或2-甲基-1,2-苯并异噻唑-3-酮与3-碘-2-丙炔基丁基氨基甲酸酯复合使用,具有抑菌和杀菌的双重作用,与其他化学助剂配伍性好,能在较大的pH值范围内保持活性,还具有添加量小、起效快、杀菌力强等特点,长期使用不会对环境造成污染。
所述pH稳定剂为DIFUNE EM 750、三乙醇胺、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇和二甘醇胺中的一种或多种混合。该类优选材料中DIFUNE EM 750、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇和二甘醇胺具有优异生物稳定性及PH值稳定性,同时还有湿润、防钴析出,低泡、环保等优点。这些材料与三乙醇配合使用,可以提高产品的整体生物稳定性和抗菌性。
本发明还公开了上述环保水溶性闭门器润滑剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)首先将润滑剂与pH稳定剂在15~40℃下进行搅拌混合,搅拌速度为100rpm~150rpm;
(2)将去离子水加入上述混合液中,保持搅拌速度为100rpm~150rpm,直至搅拌透明;
(3)将上述混合液与防冻剂、增粘剂、极压抗磨剂、金属钝化剂、防锈添加剂、防腐杀菌剂、抗泡添加剂混合,搅拌1h至均匀透明即得所需环保水溶性闭门器润滑剂。
有益效果:
(1)本发明代替传统的矿物油型闭门器油,解决油性闭门器润滑剂存在的生物降解性差、容易燃烧的不环保和安全问题;
(2)本发明不仅能够解决油性闭门器油的缺陷,而且还具有良好的润滑性、低温性、防锈性等,可以完全替代矿物油型的闭门器油。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种环保水溶性闭门器润滑剂的配方以重量计算包括如下组分:
四聚蓖麻油酸酯:5.0%;二甘醇胺:2.0%;三乙醇胺:1.0%;聚醚APE30-2:15.0%;辛酸:2.5%;苯并三氮唑:0.3%;三嗪三氨基己酸:1.0%;1,2-苯丙异噻唑啉-3-酮:0.7%;3-碘-2-丙炔基丁基氨基甲酸酯:0.2%;磷酸三丁酯:1.0%;鲸蜡醇醚磷酸酯:0.5%;二乙二醇:39.5%;去离子水余量;
制备方法如下:
(1)按上述配方,首先将四聚蓖麻油酸酯、二甘醇胺、三乙醇胺在15℃下进行搅拌混合,搅拌速度为100rpm;
(2)将去离子水加入上述混合液中,保持搅拌速度为100rpm,直至搅拌透明;
(3)将上述混合液与配方中其他物质混合,搅拌1h至均匀透明即得所需环保水溶性闭门器润滑剂。
实施例2:
一种环保水溶性闭门器润滑剂的配方以重量计算包括如下组分:
自乳化酯168:6.0%;2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇:2.0%;三乙醇胺:1.0%;聚醚SND-10D:185.0%;辛酸:2.5%;苯并三氮唑:0.3%;钼酸铵:0.5%;2-甲基-1,2-苯并异噻唑-3-酮:0.6%;3-碘-2-丙炔基丁基氨基甲酸酯:0.2%;磷酸三丁酯:1.0%;油醇醚磷酸酯:0.5%;乙二醇:36.0%;去离子水余量;
制备方法如下:
(1)按上述配方,首先将自乳化酯168、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、三乙醇胺在40℃下进行搅拌混合,搅拌速度为150rpm;
(2)将去离子水加入上述混合液中,保持搅拌速度为150rpm,直至搅拌透明;
(3)将上述混合液与配方中其他物质混合,搅拌1h至均匀透明即得所需环保水溶性闭门器润滑剂。
实施例3:
一种环保水溶性闭门器润滑剂的配方以重量计算包括如下组分:
聚醚酯:5.0%;DIFUNE EM 750:2.0%;三乙醇胺:1.0%;聚醚SND-10D:16.0%;格尔伯特酸:2.5%;苯并三氮唑:0.3%;磷酸钠:0.5%;1,2-苯丙异噻唑啉-3-酮:0.2%;3-碘-2-丙炔基丁基氨基甲酸酯:0.2%;磷酸三丁酯:1.0%;肌醇六磷酸:0.5%;乙二醇:39.0%;去离子水余量;
制备方法如下:
(1)按上述配方,首先将聚醚酯、DIFUNE EM 750、三乙醇胺在30℃下进行搅拌混合,搅拌速度为125rpm;
(2)将去离子水加入上述混合液中,保持搅拌速度为125rpm,直至搅拌透明;
(3)将上述混合液与配方中其他物质混合,搅拌1h至均匀透明即得所需环保水溶性闭门器润滑剂。
对比例1:
一种油性闭门器润滑剂的配方如下:
加氢基础油HVI II 6:26.345%;合成基础油PA06 69.00%,抗氧剂T501 2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚0.5%;抗氧化剂T531 N-苯基-α-萘胺0.1%;润滑剂三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯3%;极压抗磨剂T307硫代磷酸复酯胺盐0.2%;极压抗磨剂T321硫化异丁烯0.1%;防锈剂T705二壬基奈磺酸钡盐0.4%;降凝剂聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.3%;破乳剂磷酸三甲酚酯0.05%;T922含硅和非硅复合抗泡剂0.005%;
制备方法如下:按上述重量比,分别称取所需量的抗氧化剂、润滑剂、极压抗磨剂、防锈剂、降凝剂至基础油中,加热至60-70℃搅拌至完全均匀,然后降低温度至50℃以下加入破乳剂、抗泡剂搅拌1h至完全均匀透明,即得所需产品。
对实施例1-3制备的水溶性润滑剂与对比例1制备的油性闭门器润滑剂产品进行各性能测试,测试方法如下:

从表1的数据可以看出,本发明实施例1-3制备的一种环保水溶性闭门器润滑剂各理化指标与对比例1制备的油性闭门器润滑剂相比,粘度指数更高,倾点更低,剪切安定性要明显优于油性闭门器油,四球承载能力数据比油性闭门器油好出一级。本发明的环保型水溶性闭门器润滑剂不仅具有油性产品的润滑性,而且可以生物降解,不易燃烧,安全可靠的特性,符合我国新时期的产业政策。

1.一种环保水溶性闭门器润滑剂,其特征在于包括如下以重量计算的制备原料:防冻剂:20~50%,润滑剂:5~15%,增粘剂:5~20%,防锈剂:0.5~3%,极压抗磨剂:0.2~3%,金属钝化剂:0.1~1.0%,防腐杀菌剂:0.5~3.0%,抗泡剂:0.001~0.1%,pH稳定剂:0.5~4.0%,余量的去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保水溶性闭门器润滑剂,其特征在于:所述防冻剂为乙二醇、二乙二醇、二丙二醇、丙三醇中的一种或多种混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保水溶性闭门器润滑剂,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为高分子聚合脂、聚甘油脂肪酸酯、四聚蓖麻油酸酯、聚醚酯中的一种或多种混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保水溶性闭门器润滑剂,其特征在于:所述增粘剂为环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的嵌段共聚物,其平均分子量为5000-30000。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保水溶性闭门器润滑剂,其特征在于:所述防锈添加剂为有机羧酸类、多元羧酸类及其衍生物、氨基酸类衍生物及无机盐中的一种或多种混合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保水溶性闭门器润滑剂,其特征在于:所述极压抗磨剂为C8-C18的长链羧酸、磷酸酯中一种或两种混合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的环保水溶性闭门器润滑剂,其特征在于:所述金属钝化剂为苯并三氮唑类化合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的环保水溶性闭门器润滑剂,其特征在于:所述防腐杀菌剂为1,2-苯丙异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-甲基-1,2-苯并异噻唑-3-酮和3-碘-2-丙炔基丁基氨基甲酸酯中的一种或多种混合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的环保水溶性闭门器润滑剂,其特征在于:所述pH稳定剂为DIFUNE EM 750、三乙醇胺、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇和二甘醇胺中的一种或多种混合。
10.如权利要求1所述的环保水溶性闭门器润滑剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)首先将润滑剂与pH稳定剂在15~40℃下进行搅拌混合,搅拌速度为100rpm~150rpm;
(2)将去离子水加入上述混合液中,保持搅拌速度为100rpm~150rpm,直至搅拌透明;
(3)将上述混合液与防冻剂、增粘剂、极压抗磨剂、金属钝化剂、防锈添加剂、防腐杀菌剂、抗泡添加剂混合,搅拌1h至均匀透明即得所需环保水溶性闭门器润滑剂。
