Abstract
本发明公开了一种含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物及其应用,包含以下重量份数的原料:氯化聚乙烯10~90份;黑磷(烯)0.1~20份;增塑剂0.1~20份;稳定剂0.1~10份;交联剂0~15份;阻燃剂0~20份;填料0.01~30份。本发明的含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物,阻燃效果好,既能阻止有焰燃烧,又能抑制阴燃;力学性能强于氯化聚乙烯基体材料。本发明的含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物,既可添加在PVC、CPVC、ABS、PS、PA等塑料中改善冲击性能和阻燃性能,也可用于NBR、EPDM及天然橡胶等材料中。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料领域,尤其是涉及一种具有加工稳定性、力学性能和阻燃性能优异的含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物。
背景技术
氯化聚乙烯(CPE)是通过将聚乙烯主链上的氢原子的氯取代反应而制备的一种新型高分子材料,通常氯化聚乙烯的氯含量介于聚乙烯与聚氯乙烯(PVC,氯含量为57%)之间,典型的氯含量保持在22-45%之间使其具有弹性。氯化聚乙烯因其具有优异的耐油性、耐候耐老化性、耐化学腐蚀性、电气绝缘性及阻燃性,广泛应用电线电缆、防水卷材、胶带胶管,以及作为抗冲击改性剂用于塑料橡胶制品中。
无论是塑料型氯化聚乙烯(PE-C)或橡胶型氯化聚乙烯(CM),由于氯取代导致其主链分子的极性增加,使氯化聚乙烯的加工流动性较差,并由此带来一系列其他技术难题。
1.阻燃性问题:塑料型氯化聚乙烯的极限氧指数为26%(氯含量为42%时),加入5%三氧化二锑协同阻燃时达到35%;同时加入40%氢氧化铝时极限氧指数为38%。阻燃性提高均需要大量添加阻燃剂才能获得满意的效果,而塑料型氯化聚乙烯的填料填充率不能超过30%。另外,大量阻燃剂添加导致氯化聚乙烯的加工流动性和力学性能大幅度降低,导致无法制备合格的制品。迄今为止,提高氯化聚乙烯阻燃性最常用的有效阻燃剂是三氧化二锑,但是它己被列为致癌物质而禁止在许多领域使用,使氯化聚乙烯阻燃性提高再次成为技术难题。CPE作为冲击改性剂和焊接强度改性剂用于PVC门窗型材和管材中,没有三氧化二锑协效阻燃剂配合,CPE添加将使PVC(极限氧指数36%)的阻燃性降低。
2.加工流动性问题:橡胶型氯化聚乙烯的门尼粘度一般为40-130,加工流动性不好,所以通过加入大量的增塑剂来改善流动性。目前使用的增塑剂绝大部分为小分子型增塑剂,具有挥发性和易燃性,使制品的阻燃性降低。加工成制品后的析出,也导致气味污染和各种性能的下降。CPE可做PVC,ABS的冲击改性剂和阻燃剂,而增塑剂也使这些基体材料的性能破坏。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的第一个技术问题是:针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物,能有效改善CPE加工性能,提高阻燃性能,并能有效防止增塑剂析出。
本发明所要解决的第二个技术问题是:提供一种含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物在橡胶、塑料制品中作为功能添加剂的应用。

本发明旨在通过在氯化聚乙烯组合物中添加少量黑磷(烯)来解决CPE的现有技术中的技术难题,实现多功能氯化聚乙烯复合物的组方和制备。黑磷(烯)的主要优势如下:
(1)高效阻燃性:利用黑磷(烯)自身的电子特性,使其可强力捕捉氯化聚乙烯热分解产生的自由基,阻止进一步的热降解,从而提高CPE的阻燃性。而黑磷(烯)自身的层状结构,通过“曲径效应”阻止氯化聚乙烯热降解产生的小分子扩散和转移,使CPE的阻燃性得以提高。更重要的是,黑磷(烯)是二维纳米层状阻燃剂,具有非常优异的燃烧成碳性,可以通过少量添加大幅度提高CPE的阻燃性。
(2)力学性能优异:纳米添加剂黑磷(烯)是结晶的半导体材料,与传统红磷阻燃剂的低力学性能无定形态不同,具有较高的强度和韧性。与其他纳米填料一样,少量添加就可以显著提高基体的力学性能。现有的阻燃剂本身几乎没有实用的力学性能,所以大量添加导致力学性能大幅度下降。而黑磷(烯)阻燃剂不仅可以提高基体阻燃性,同时提高基体的力学性能。
(3)层状黑磷(烯)的小分子“囚禁”功能:黑磷(烯)是二维层状材料,可以通过“曲径效应”提高小分子增塑剂的渗透路径长度,进而起到“囚禁”小分子增塑剂,防止其析出的作用。
作为优选的一种技术方案,所述氯化聚乙烯包括塑料级氯化聚乙烯或橡胶级氯化聚乙烯;所述氯化聚乙烯中氯含量的质量百分比为5~70%,熔融焓为0~30焦耳/克,门尼粘度为20~130或熔融指数为0.01~20克/10分钟。
举例说明,如国产氯化聚乙烯,塑料改性用氯化聚乙烯(HG/T2704-2010标准中的PE-C130,PE-C135,PE-C230,PE-C235等),橡胶型氯化聚乙烯(HG/T2704-2010标准中的CM-135,CM-140等);又如国外牌号氯化聚乙烯,美国的Plaskon CPE,英国的Haloflex,日本的Eleslen,日本的Daisolac等。包括上述氯化聚乙烯但不限于这些氯化聚乙烯。
作为优选的一种技术方案,所述的增塑剂包括酯类、环氧类、金属皂类、石油类、树脂类中的一种或一种以上的混合物。

作为进一步优选的一种技术方案,所述的填料为硅粉、硼酸锌、氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、玻璃微珠、碳酸镁、硫酸钡、硅酸镁、硅酸铝、硅灰石、云母、石英、碳酸钙、二氧化钛、滑石粉、硅酸镍、硅酸锰、稀土、炭黑、水洗陶土、氧化钙-氧化锌复合物中的一种或一种以上的混合物。
所述含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物的制备方法为:将各组分按比例投入到开炼机、密炼机、挤出机及压延机内混合均匀,或再经过滤胶机过滤掉杂质后即可得到该组合物。
为解决上述第二个技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
所述的含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物在橡胶、塑料制品中的应用。
进一步的,所述的含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物作为抗冲改性剂、阻燃剂等的功能添加剂在橡胶、塑料制品中的应用。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物,包含以下重量份数的原料:氯化聚乙烯10~90份;黑磷(烯)0.1~20份;增塑剂0.1~20份;稳定剂0.1~10份;交联剂0~15份;阻燃剂0~20份;填料0.01~30份。通过在组合物中添加少量的黑磷烯,黑磷烯可强力捕捉氯化聚乙烯热分解产生的自由基,阻止进一步的热降解,从而提高CPE的阻燃性,且黑磷(烯)自身的层状结构,本身具有很优异的阻燃性能,具有非常优异的燃烧成碳性,又可阻止氯化聚乙烯热降解产生的小分子扩散和转移,使CPE的阻燃性得以提高。更重要的是,黑磷(烯)是二维纳米层状阻燃剂,可以通过少量添加大幅度提高CPE的阻燃性,由于黑磷(烯)本身就具有较高的强度和韧性,且由于添加量少,进一步提高了基体的力学性能。层状黑磷(烯)还可以通过“曲径效应”提高小分子增塑剂的渗透路径长度,进而起到“囚禁”小分子增塑剂作用,防止其析出。因此,本发明的组合物不仅有效提高了阻燃性能,提高了力学性能加工性能,而且具有防止增塑剂析出的作用。
本发明的含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物,阻燃效果好,既能阻止有焰燃烧,又能抑制阴燃;力学性能强于氯化聚乙烯基体材料,加入的黑磷(烯)与基体材料的相容性好,能够均匀分散,并有着较好的附着力;有效防止增塑剂迁移,保持制品的阻燃性和力学性能。
本发明的含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物,应用范围广,既可添加在PVC、CPVC、ABS、PS、PA等塑料中改善冲击性能和阻燃性能,也可用于NBR、EPDM及天然橡胶等材料中。

下面结合附图和实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明表述的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
由附图1可见,组合物中黑磷(烯)的质量百分含量在2~3wt%时既能达到比较理想的阻燃效果,黑磷(烯)的质量百分含量在6wt%时达到了阻燃指数为54%的阻燃性能。
本发明实施例所涉及的性能指标测试方法如下:
阻燃性测定:依据UL94《设备和器具部件材料的可燃性能试验》中的垂直燃烧试验方法,确定复合材料的阻燃等级。样条尺寸:长125±5mm,宽13±0.5mm,厚度1.5±0.2mm。
极限氧指数测定按照GB/T2406-93《塑料燃烧性能试验方法—氧指数法》进行测定;
力学性能测试按照GB/T528-2009进行,拉伸速率为0.5米/分。
实施例1
一种含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物,含有以下重量份数的原料:塑料型氯化聚乙烯CPE-135A:65%,黑磷粉末(平均尺寸5微米):3%,三聚氰胺:2%,氯化石蜡-42:8%,环氧大豆油:2%,半补强炭黑:10%,氢氧化铝:10%。
样条制备方法:将氯化聚乙烯称重加入橡胶开炼机上塑炼,均匀包辊后调整辊间距为1毫米,加入混合均匀的环氧大豆油、三聚氰胺和黑磷粉末混合物,然后依次加入氯化石蜡、炭黑、氢氧化铝,混炼20分钟,混炼均匀后造粒。
实施例2
一种含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物,含有以下重量份数的原料:橡胶型氯化聚乙烯CM-135B:52%,黑磷粉末(平均粒径尺寸1微米):4%,三聚氰胺:3%,过氧化二异丙苯DCP:3%,异氰脲酸三烯丙酯TAIC:1%,半补强炭黑:15%;癸二酸二辛酯DOS:14%,高活性氧化镁:8%。
样条制备方法:将氯化聚乙烯胶料称重加入橡胶密炼机上塑炼,转速40转/分,加入混合均匀的DOS、三聚氰胺和黑磷粉末混合物,混炼均匀后,再依次加入炭黑、氧化镁、TAIC、DCP,混炼均匀后的物料加入滤胶机。将滤胶后的物料冷喂料到挤出机挤出成型,或在压延机上成型。最后将制品在硫化机上进行硫化处理。
实施例3
一种含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯多功能母粒,用于PVC门窗型材。含有以下重量份数的原料:塑料型氯化聚乙烯PE-C(熔融焓10J/G,氯含量35%):55%,黑磷粉末(平均尺寸5微米):15%,三聚氰胺:10%,氯化石蜡-42:15%,环氧大豆油:5%。
制备方法:将氯化聚乙烯等5种物料称重加入橡胶开炼机上塑炼,均匀包辊后调整辊间距为1毫米,混炼20分钟,混炼均匀后在高剪切挤出机上共混造粒制备功能母粒。
该功能母粒可用于PVC门窗型材成型,具体使用比例为CPE功能母粒:PVC树脂=1:10。
实施例4
一种含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物,含有以下重量份数的原料:氯化聚乙烯(CM135B)55%;黑磷(烯)粉末3%;增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5%;稳定剂三盐基性硫酸铅4%;交联剂过氧化苯甲酰叔丁酯2%,异氰脲酸三烯丙酯1%;阻燃剂三氧化二锑2%;氧化镁7%,填料硅粉21%。
样条制备方法:将氯化聚乙烯称重加入橡胶开炼机上在80℃下塑炼,均匀包辊后调整辊间距为1毫米,依次加入混合均匀的其他原料,混炼20分钟,混炼均匀后造粒。
实施例5
一种含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物,可用于电线电缆。含有以下重量份数的原料:氯化聚乙烯(CM-135B)55%;黑磷(烯)粉末5%;增塑剂聚乙二酸丙烯酯8%;稳定剂硬脂酸锌和麻酸钙5%;交联剂2,5-二甲基-2,5-二(叔丁基氧化)-3-己烷3%,二甲基丙烯酸乙烯酯1%;阻燃剂氧化锌3%;填料硫酸钡20%。
样条制备方法:将氯化聚乙烯称重加入橡胶开炼机上塑炼,均匀包辊后调整辊间距为1毫米,依次加入混合均匀的其他原料,混炼20分钟。
实施例6
一种含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物,含有以下重量份数的原料:氯化聚乙烯(CM-140)60%;黑磷(烯)5%;增塑剂季戊四醇7%;稳定剂二月桂酸二丁基锡3%;交联剂单噻二唑3%,促进剂808 1%;氢氧化镁3%;填料滑石粉18%。
样条制备方法:将氯化聚乙烯称重加入橡胶开炼机上塑炼,均匀包辊后调整辊间距为1毫米,依次加入混合均匀的其他原料,混炼20分钟,混炼均匀后,加入单噻二唑和808促进剂进一步混炼,最后进入平板硫化仪进行硫化工艺。
实施例7
一种含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物与天然橡胶共混物,含有以下重量份数的原料:氯化聚乙烯(CM-135B)45%,天然橡胶12%;黑磷(烯)3%;增塑剂环氧硬脂酸辛酯4%;稳定剂硬脂酸钙4%;交联剂硫磺1.5%,促进剂TMTD 0.5%;填料陶土30%。
样条制备方法:将氯化聚乙烯称重加入橡胶开炼机上塑炼,均匀包辊后调整辊间距为1毫米,依次加入混合均匀的其他原料,混炼20分钟,混炼均匀后,加入交联剂和促进剂进一步混炼,最后进入硫化工艺。
实施例8
一种含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物与丁苯橡胶共混物,含有以下重量份数的原料:氯化聚乙烯(CM-135B)50%;丁苯橡胶15%;黑磷(烯)5%;增塑剂硬脂酸1.5%;氧化锌1.5%;交联剂邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯5%;硫磺1.5%;促进剂Na-22 0.5%;填料氢氧化镁20%。
样条制备方法:将氯化聚乙烯和丁苯橡胶称重加入橡胶开炼机上塑炼,均匀包辊后调整辊间距为1毫米,依次加入混合均匀的其他原料,混炼20分钟,混炼均匀后,加入交联剂和促进剂进一步混炼,最后进入硫化工艺。
实施例9
一种含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物,含有以下重量份数的原料:氯化聚乙烯(PE-C3510)60%;黑磷(烯)粉末5%;聚乙烯蜡5%;稳定剂水杨酸铅、钙锌稳定剂各2%;交联剂4,4-二(叔丁基过氧化基)己烷3%;阻燃剂硼酸钠3%;填料超细滑石粉20%。
样条制备方法:将氯化聚乙烯称重加入橡胶开炼机上塑炼,均匀包辊后调整辊间距为1毫米,依次加入混合均匀的其他原料,混炼20分钟,混炼均匀后造粒。
实施例10
一种含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物与ABS共混物,含有以下重量份数的原料:ABS树脂60%;氯化聚乙烯8%;黑磷(烯)6%;三聚氰胺3%;十溴联苯醚4%;三氧化二铋2%;环氧硬脂酸辛酯1%;硬脂酸钙1%;水洗陶土15%。
样条制备方法:将氯化聚乙烯称重加入橡胶开炼机上塑炼,均匀包辊后调整辊间距为1毫米,依次加入混合均匀的其他原料,混炼20分钟,混炼均匀后造粒。
实施例11
一种含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物,含有以下重量份数的原料:氯化聚乙烯(CM-135B)60%;黑磷(烯)2%;增塑剂聚己二酸丙烯酯4%;稳定剂环氧羧酸二丁基锡3%;交联剂2-甲基-2-疏基硫酸脲4%;阻燃剂硼酸锌2%;填料碳酸钙25%。
样条制备方法:将氯化聚乙烯称重加入橡胶开炼机上塑炼,均匀包辊后调整辊间距为1毫米,依次加入混合均匀的其他原料,混炼20分钟,混炼均匀后,加入交联剂进一步混炼,最后进入硫化工艺。
实施例12
一种含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物,含有以下重量份数的原料:氯化聚乙烯(CM-135B)50%;黑磷(烯)3%;增塑剂硬脂酸锌10%;稳定剂顺丁烯二酸单辛酯二辛酯锡5%;交联剂过氧化2,4二氯苯甲酰3%;二甲基丙烯酸三乙二醇酯1%;阻燃剂硫酸锌3%;填料炭黑25%。
样条制备方法:将氯化聚乙烯称重加入橡胶开炼机上塑炼,均匀包辊后调整辊间距为1毫米,依次加入混合均匀的其他原料,混炼20分钟,混炼均匀后加入交联剂进一步混炼,最后进入硫化工艺。
以上,实施例1-12制备的样条各5个测定的性能指标见表1。

可见,可以通过少量添加黑磷(烯)大幅度提高CPE的阻燃性和力学性能,实施例7,8和10分别是本发明的氯化聚乙烯组合物在天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶及ABS中的应用情况。说明该组合物能够有效提高这些橡胶塑料的阻燃性和力学性能。
Claims (10)
3.如权利要求1或2所述的含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物,其特征在于:所述的增塑剂包括酯类、环氧类、金属皂类、石油类、树脂类中的一种或一种以上的混合物。
4.如权利要求3所述的含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物,其特征在于:所述酯类包括邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、偏苯三酸三辛酯、己二酸二辛酯、癸二酸二辛酯、油酸丁酯、磷酸三辛酯及硬脂酸酯中的至少一种;所述环氧类包括环氧大豆油、环氧硬脂酸辛酯中的至少一种;所述金属皂类包括硬脂酸金属中的硬脂酸铅、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸锂、硬脂酸镉、硬脂酸钡、硬脂酸钴、硬脂酸铝中的至少一种;所述石油类包括各种芳香烃类、石蜡烃油、环烷烃油、季戊四醇中的至少一种;所述树脂类包括聚己二酸丙烯酯、氧化聚乙烯、聚乙烯蜡、氯化石蜡中的至少一种。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物,其特征在于:所述的稳定剂包括铅系、金属皂类、有机锡类、环氧类、螯合剂类、防老剂类及金属氧化物类的一种或者一种以上混合物。
6.如权利要求5所述的含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物,其特征在于:所述铅系包括三盐基性硫酸铅、二盐基性亚磷酸铅、二盐基性硬脂酸铅、二盐基性苯二酸铅、三盐基性顺丁烯二酸铅、水杨酸铅、硬脂酸铅中的至少一种;所述金属皂类包括硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸钡、硬脂酸镉、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸锂、月桂酸钙、月桂酸钡、月桂酸镉、蓖麻酸钙、蓖麻酸钡、蓖麻酸镉中的至少一种;所述有机锡类包括二月桂酸二丁基锡、顺丁烯二酸二丁基锡、环氧羧酸二丁基锡、顺丁烯二酸单辛酯二辛酯锡、十二硫醇二丁基锡、硫醇二丁基锡中的至少一种;所述环氧类包括环氧硬脂酸丁酯、环氧硬脂酸辛酯、环氧大豆油中的至少一种;所述螯合剂类包括亚磷酸三苯酯、亚磷酸一苯二异辛酯中的至少一种;所述防老剂类包括硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、硫代二丙酸十八酯、防老剂RD、防老剂NBC、受阻酚及受阻胺中的至少一种;所述金属氧化物类包括氧化镁、氧化铅、钙锌稳定剂中的至少一种。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物,其特征在于:所述的交联剂包括有机过氧化物类、噻二唑类、金属氧化物类、胺类、硫脲类及助剂类中的一种或一种以上混合物。
8.如权利要求7所述的含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物,其特征在于:所述有机过氧化物包括过氧化苯甲酰叔丁酯、二叔丁基过氧化物、叔丁基枯基过氧化物、过氧化二异丙苯、2,5-二甲基-2,5-二(叔丁基氧化)-3-己烷、过氧化2,4二氯苯甲酰、1,1-二(叔丁基过氧基)-3,3,5-三甲基环己烷、4,4-二(叔丁基过氧化基)己烷中的至少一种;所述噻二唑类包括二巯基噻二唑苯甲酰、单噻二唑、噻二唑聚合物中的至少一种;所述金属氧化物类包括氧化镁、氧化铅、氧化锌中的至少一种;所述胺类包括苯基马来酰亚胺、N’,N’-间亚苯基双马来酰亚胺中的至少一种;所述硫脲类包括硫脲、亚乙基硫脲、2-甲基-2-疏基硫酸脲中的至少一种;所述助剂类包括硫磺、甲基丙烯酸月桂酸酯、二甲基丙烯酸三乙二醇酯、二甲基丙烯酸四乙二醇酯、三甲基丙烯酸三羟基甲基丙烷酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、对苯醌二肟、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯中的至少一种。
9.如权利要求1或2所述的含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物,其特征在于:所述的阻燃剂包括三氧化二锑、氧化铋、氧化锡、氧化锌、氧化铁、氧化钼、硫酸锌、三聚氰胺、硼酸锌、硼酸钠中的一种或一种以上的混合物。
10.如权利要求1或2所述的含黑磷(烯)的氯化聚乙烯组合物在橡胶、塑料制品中的应用。
