本发明涉及一种强化型金属加工液防腐杀菌剂及其制备方法,包括以下重量份的各物质:羟乙基均三嗪20~60份、增效防腐杀菌剂2~20份、pH调节剂1~15份,软化水25‑200份;增效防腐杀菌剂为碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、1,2苯并异噻唑啉酮、2‑正辛基‑4‑异噻唑啉酮、对氯间二甲苯酚和2‑硫氰基甲基硫代苯并噻唑中的一种或多种;制备方法是将羟乙基均三嗪置于反应釜中,加入pH调节剂调节pH为8~14;继续加入增效防腐杀菌剂,混合,加入软化水形成强化型金属加工液防腐杀菌剂。本发明能拓宽金属加工液的抑菌谱,有很强的杀菌抑菌作用,有效防止细菌和真菌的侵蚀,延长使用寿命,节约保管维护成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种化学制剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种强化型金属加工液防腐杀菌剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
金属加工液(Metalworking fluids)主要是金属加工用的液体,主要起润滑和冷却作用,兼有防锈清洗等作用。一般的金属加工液包括切削液、切削油、乳化液、冲压油、淬火油、淬火剂、高温油、极压切削液、磨削液、防锈油、清洗剂、发黑剂、拉深油、增稠剂等。金属加工液在使用时,常常会受到细菌和真菌的侵蚀影响,缩短金属加工液的使用寿命,增加保管维护的成本。因此,需要在金属加工液中加入其他物质,使金属加工液具有很好的防腐抑菌性能,而均三嗪类杀菌剂是一种性能优异,性价比高的防腐杀菌成分,在金属加工液体系里应用比较广泛;但是由于均三嗪类杀菌剂的杀菌抑菌普比较单一,所以在长期使用方面稍显不足。
发明内容
针对金属加工液杀菌剂存在的问题,本发明的宗旨是公开一种强化型金属加工液防腐杀菌剂及其制备方法,能拓宽金属加工液的抑菌谱范围,有很强的杀菌抑菌作用,有效防止细菌和真菌的侵蚀,延长使用寿命,节约保管维护成本。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种强化型金属加工液防腐杀菌剂,包括以下重量份的各物质:羟乙基均三嗪20~60份、增效防腐杀菌剂2~20份、pH调节剂1~15份,软化水25-200份。
进一步的,所述羟乙基均三嗪23~41份、增效防腐杀菌剂6~15份、pH调节剂3~11份,软化水35~150份。
进一步的,所述羟乙基均三嗪32份、增效防腐杀菌剂10份、pH调节剂8份,软化水110份。
进一步的,所述增效防腐杀菌剂为碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、1,2苯并异噻唑啉酮、2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉酮、对氯间二甲苯酚和2-硫氰基甲基硫代苯并噻唑中的一种或多种。
一种强化型金属加工液防腐杀菌剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将羟乙基均三嗪置于反应釜中,在搅拌状态下加入pH调节剂调节pH;
2)继续向步骤1)中加入增效防腐杀菌剂,搅拌溶解混合,加入软化水形成强化型金属加工液防腐杀菌剂。

实施例1~实施例5制备的强化型金属加工液防腐杀菌剂,对金属加工液原液和金属加工液工作液中细菌和霉菌的灭菌效果,结果如表1所示。(灭菌时间为15s)

从上述可知,本发明制备的强化型金属加工液防腐杀菌剂,对金属加工液的灭菌效果较好,具有很好的杀菌和防腐性能。
为了进一步说明本发明提供的强化型金属加工液防腐杀菌剂的优越性能,现进行下述的试验验证。
试验1
对比组:羟乙基均三嗪32份、pH调节剂8份,软化水110份按照实施例5制成的杀菌剂
试验组:实施例5提供的强化型金属加工液防腐杀菌剂。
试验过程:采用试管稀释法,检测对比组和试验组的杀菌剂进行抑菌普测试,结果如表2所示。

从表2可以看出,单纯采用羟乙基均三嗪杀菌剂,对菌种的最小抑制浓度要大;而当采用羟乙基均三嗪和增效防腐杀菌剂进行复配后形成的杀菌剂,对菌种的最小抑制浓度减小很多,说明羟乙基均三嗪和增效防腐杀菌剂进行复配能拓宽杀菌剂的抑菌谱范围宽度。
试验2
对比组:羟乙基均三嗪32份、pH调节剂8份,软化水110份按照实施例5制成的杀菌剂
试验组:实施例5提供的强化型金属加工液防腐杀菌剂。
试验过程:采用对比组和试验组的杀菌剂,分别对不同菌种进行灭菌时间和灭菌程度测试,结果如表3和表4所示。

从表3和表4可以看出:采用本发明的强化型防腐杀菌剂溶液在杀菌15s时,其杀菌程度可达99.99%;当杀菌30s时,其杀菌程度>99.99%,说明本发明经复配后的强化型防腐杀菌剂,具有很强的防腐、杀菌、抑菌、防霉性能,有效防止细菌和真菌的侵蚀,抑菌耗费时间短、程度高,延长金属加工液的使用寿命,节约保管维护成本。
试验3
将本发明实施例4制备的强化型金属加工液防腐杀菌剂,分别加入至金属加工液原液和金属加工液工作液中,通过监测细菌的含量变化以确定金属加工液原液和金属加工液工作液的保存时间。
最终发现,加强型金属加工液杀菌剂能将金属加工液原液的储存周期延长3-6个月,将金属加工液工作液的储存周期延长2-3天。
本发明提供的强化型金属加工液的防腐杀菌剂,选用独特的防腐杀菌剂配方设计,通过对不同类型防腐杀菌剂的复合使用,增加了该产品的耐药性,拓宽了抑菌谱范围,具有长效、杀菌、防霉等特点,解决了金属加工液的防腐存储问题,有效延长金属加工液的储存周期。

4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的强化型金属加工液防腐杀菌剂,其特征在于:所述增效防腐杀菌剂为碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、1,2苯并异噻唑啉酮、2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉酮、对氯间二甲苯酚和2-硫氰基甲基硫代苯并噻唑中的一种或多种。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任一项所述的强化型金属加工液防腐杀菌剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将羟乙基均三嗪置于反应釜中,在搅拌状态下加入pH调节剂调节pH;
2)继续向步骤1)中加入增效防腐杀菌剂,搅拌溶解混合,加入软化水形成强化型金属加工液防腐杀菌剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的强化型金属加工液防腐杀菌剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1)中pH调节为8~14。
7.一种如权利要求1-4任一项所述的强化型金属加工液防腐杀菌剂在拓宽金属加工液抑菌普范围方面的应用。
8.一种如权利要求1-4任一项所述的强化型金属加工液防腐杀菌剂在延长金属加工液储存周期方面的应用。
