Abstract

Background
The water leakage and water seepage of the toilet are long-term puzzled problems for residents, firstly, the water leakage points of the waterproof layer are very difficult to find, and great troubles are brought to maintenance; the second is to influence the neighborhood relationship. A water receiving device is installed: mounting the water pan on the sewer pipe, namely, breaking off the mounting groove, sleeving the mounting hole of the water pan on the sewer pipe, connecting and sealing two sides of the mounting groove, and connecting the water outlet pipe to the outside;
coating glass cement: and glass cement is coated on the contact part of the water pan and the sewer pipe, the contact part of the water outlet pipe and the water pan and the mounting groove for sealing.
In order to conveniently install the water outlet pipe on the water pan, the water outlet pipe comprises a fixed pipe, a connecting pipe and a water guide pipe, wherein the fixed pipe is connected with the water guide pipe through the connecting pipe, and the connecting pipe and the fixed pipe are provided with water guide grooves.

a water receiving device is installed: installing the water pan on the sewer pipe, namely sleeving two symmetrical parts of the water pan on the sewer pipe, connecting the connecting blocks, and connecting the water outlet pipe to the outside;
coating glass cement: the contact part of the water pan and the sewer pipe, the contact part of the water outlet pipe and the water pan and the connection parts of the two parts are coated with glass cement for sealing.
In order to conveniently install the water outlet pipe on the water pan, the water outlet pipe comprises a fixed pipe, a connecting pipe and a water guide pipe, wherein the fixed pipe is connected with the water guide pipe through the connecting pipe, and the connecting pipe and the fixed pipe are provided with water guide grooves.
The water pan is made of aluminum plates, stainless steel plates or plastics.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention better achieves the aim, the water receiving device is simple in structure and convenient in material taking and installation, and downstairs residents can normally use toilets during the construction period of the leaked residents or when the leaked residents do not want to maintain.

Detailed Description
The invention is further explained below with reference to the drawings and examples.
Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, an emergency treatment method for water seepage of a waterproof layer of a toilet includes the following steps:
making a water receiving device: the water receiving device comprises a water receiving disc 2, a mounting hole 8 with the same diameter as the periphery of the sewer pipe 1 is dug in the center of the water receiving disc 2, a mounting groove 9 communicated with the mounting hole 8 is formed in one side of the water receiving disc 2, the water receiving disc 2 is in a concave shape with a low middle part and a high periphery, and a water outlet pipe is mounted at the bottom of the water receiving disc;
in order to increase the contact area between the water receiving tray 2 and the sewer pipe 1, when the mounting hole 8 is excavated in the step, firstly, a hole which is 5 mm-15 mm smaller than the peripheral diameter of the sewer pipe 1 is excavated, and then, the peripheral diameter of the sewer pipe 1 is pressed down to cut the ring into a plurality of mounting blocks 10 and the mounting blocks are turned up towards the inside of the water receiving tray 2 or the outside of the water receiving tray 2.
A water receiving device is installed: installing the water pan 2 on the downcomer 1, namely breaking the installation groove 9 off, so that the installation hole 8 of the water pan 2 is sleeved on the downcomer 1, then connecting and sealing two sides of the installation groove 9, and connecting the water outlet pipe to the outdoor;
coating glass cement: the contact part of the water pan 2 and the sewer pipe 1, the contact part of the water outlet pipe and the water pan 1 and the mounting groove 9 are coated with glass cement for sealing.
In order to conveniently install the water outlet pipe on the water pan 2, the water outlet pipe comprises a fixed pipe 3, a connecting pipe 4 and a water guide pipe 5, wherein the fixed pipe 3 is connected with the water guide pipe 5 through the connecting pipe 4, and the connecting pipe 4 and the fixed pipe 3 are provided with water guide grooves 6.
The water pan 2 is made of aluminum plates, stainless steel plates or plastics.
In the embodiment, a 30 × 30 aluminum buckle plate is taken, in order to increase the contact area between the water receiving tray 2 and the sewer pipe 1, a hole which is smaller than the peripheral diameter of the sewer pipe 1 by 10 mm is firstly dug on the buckle plate, then, the ring is cut into a plurality of mounting blocks 10 according to the peripheral diameter of the sewer pipe 1 and is turned up towards the inside of the water receiving tray 2, and a mounting groove 9 communicated with the mounting hole 8 is formed in one side of the buckle plate; in order to conveniently install a water outlet pipe on the plate-shaped water pan 2, a hole with the size of a connecting pipe 4 is firstly formed on the water pan 2, a fixed pipe 3 is used for connecting one end of the connecting pipe 4 in the water pan 2, a water diversion pipe 5 for externally connecting the water pan 2 with the other end of the connecting pipe 4 is used for connecting the other end of the connecting pipe 4, and a water diversion groove 6 is formed in the connecting pipe 4 and the fixed pipe 3 for leading out water in the water pan 2; finally, the buckle plate is folded into a concave shape with a low middle and a high periphery.
When water seepage and leakage occur in a toilet, particularly when water seepage and leakage points occur near the sewer pipe 1, the mounting groove 9 is broken off, the mounting hole 8 of the water pan 2 is sleeved above the straight pipe 7 of the sewer pipe 1 by utilizing the flexibility of the aluminum buckle plate, then two sides of the mounting groove 9 are connected by rivets, and finally, the contact part of the water pan 2 and the sewer pipe 1, the contact part of the water diversion pipe 5 and the water pan 1 and the mounting groove 9 are coated with glass cement for sealing. The seepage and leakage water is collected by the water pan 2 and led to the outdoor through the water guide groove 6 and the water guide pipe 5.
The water receiving device is simple in structure, convenient in material taking and installation, and enables downstairs residents to normally use toilets during the construction period of the leaked residents or when the leaked residents do not want to maintain.
Example 2:
an emergency treatment method for water seepage of a waterproof layer of a toilet comprises the following steps:
making a water receiving device: the water receiving device comprises a water receiving tray 2, the water receiving tray 2 is provided with two parts which are centrosymmetric, and a connecting block is arranged between the two adjacent parts; after the two parts are combined, the middle part is provided with a mounting hole 8 with the same diameter as the periphery of the downcomer 1, the water receiving tray 2 is in a concave shape with the lower middle part and the higher periphery, and the bottom is provided with a water outlet pipe;
a water receiving device is installed: the water pan 2 is arranged on the sewer pipe 1, namely two symmetrical parts of the water pan 2 are sleeved on the sewer pipe 1, then the connecting blocks are connected, and the water outlet pipe is connected to the outdoor;
coating glass cement: the contact part of the water pan 2 and the sewer pipe 1, the contact part of the water outlet pipe and the water pan 2 and the connection part of the two parts are coated with glass cement for sealing.
In order to conveniently install the water outlet pipe on the water pan 2, the water outlet pipe comprises a fixed pipe 3, a connecting pipe 4 and a water guide pipe 5, wherein the fixed pipe 3 is connected with the water guide pipe 5 through the connecting pipe 4, and the connecting pipe 4 and the fixed pipe 3 are provided with water guide grooves 6.
The water pan 2 is made of aluminum plates, stainless steel plates or plastics.
In the embodiment, the water pan 2 is convenient to install, and the water pan 2 is made of plastic and has two symmetrical parts. When the water receiving plate is installed, the two water receiving plates 2 are sleeved on the sewer pipe 1 and are connected through the connecting block, and then glass cement is coated on the contact part of the water receiving plates 2 and the sewer pipe 1, the contact part of the water outlet pipe and the water receiving plates 2 and the connection parts of the two parts for sealing.

1. An emergency treatment method for water seepage of a waterproof layer of a toilet is characterized by comprising the following steps:
making a water receiving device: the water receiving device comprises a water receiving disc, a mounting hole with the same diameter as the periphery of the sewer pipe is dug in the center of the water receiving disc, a mounting groove communicated with the mounting hole is formed in one side of the water receiving disc, the water receiving disc is in a concave shape with a low middle part and a high periphery, and a water outlet pipe is mounted at the bottom of the water receiving disc;
firstly excavating a hole which is 5-15 mm smaller than the peripheral diameter of a downcomer when excavating a mounting hole, then shearing a ring into a plurality of mounting blocks according to the peripheral diameter of the downcomer and turning up the mounting blocks towards the inside or the outside of a water receiving tray;
a water receiving device is installed: mounting the water pan on the sewer pipe, namely, breaking off the mounting groove, sleeving the mounting hole of the water pan on the sewer pipe, connecting and sealing two sides of the mounting groove, and connecting the water outlet pipe to the outside;
coating glass cement: and glass cement is coated on the contact part of the water pan and the sewer pipe, the contact part of the water outlet pipe and the water pan and the mounting groove for sealing.
2. An emergency treatment method for water seepage of a waterproof layer of a toilet is characterized by comprising the following steps:
making a water receiving device: the water receiving device comprises two water receiving discs which are centrosymmetric, and a connecting block is arranged between every two adjacent water receiving discs; after the two parts are combined, the middle part is provided with a mounting hole with the same diameter as the periphery of the sewer pipe, the water receiving disc is in a concave shape with the lower middle part and the higher periphery, and the bottom part is provided with a water outlet pipe;
a water receiving device is installed: installing the water pan on the sewer pipe, namely sleeving two symmetrical parts of the water pan on the sewer pipe, connecting the connecting blocks, and connecting the water outlet pipe to the outside;
