Fig. 1 is an application scenario diagram of a page review method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the page review method provided in the present application may be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. Wherein the terminal 102 communicates with the server 104 via a network. The server 104 acquires an available audit channel, for example, the audit channel points to the terminal 102, dispatches an audit task to the terminal 102, and locks an audit state of the audit task; the server 104 acquires temporary vehicle-dealer information in the audit task and formal vehicle-dealer information of a task main body of the audit task in a formal library, and the server 104 compares and displays difference information between the temporary vehicle-dealer information and the formal vehicle-dealer information; the server 104 obtains the auditing result according to the difference information, and changes the auditing state of the auditing task according to the auditing result. The terminal 102 may be, but is not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices, the server 104 may be implemented by a separate server or a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers, and in some embodiments, the terminal 102 and the server 104 may be the same device.
In an embodiment, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a page review method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, a page review method is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the server 104 in fig. 1, where an review system is deployed in the server 104, and the method includes the following steps:
step S210, acquiring an available audit channel, assigning the audit task to the audit channel, and locking the audit state of the audit task. Optionally, the audit task may be an audit task which is created by logging the store of the vehicle into a database and manually after the off-line personnel acquire the information of the store of the vehicle, or an audit task which is generated by triggering the audit system after the audit system acquires the modification instruction of the information of the store of the vehicle. In some embodiments, the data research collection is performed by an Order Functional Center (OFC). The auditing system comprises an auditing pool, and unprocessed auditing tasks are stored in the auditing pool. And under the condition that the server 104 acquires an available audit channel, allocating an audit task in the audit pool to the audit channel, wherein the audit channel can be a terminal with audit authority or an audit account with audit authority in the terminal. Optionally, the audit tasks in the audit pool are sorted according to time, and the assignment of the audit tasks is also performed according to the time sequence. In some embodiments, after the assignment of the audit task is completed, the audit channel corresponding to the audit task is marked in the audit pool. After the audit task is assigned, the audit pool also locks the audit state of the audit task, for example, the audit state is locked as 'audit in progress', thereby preventing the audit task from flowing to other audit channels to cause repeated audit and resource waste;
step S220, acquiring temporary vehicle merchant information in the audit task and formal vehicle merchant information of the task subject of the audit task in a formal library, comparing and displaying difference information between the temporary vehicle merchant information and the formal vehicle merchant information. The temporary vehicle-merchant information refers to vehicle-merchant store information which is newly acquired and updated to the auditing system, the auditing system acquires a task subject of the auditing task, wherein the task subject is a vehicle-merchant store corresponding to the auditing task, and the acquisition process of the task subject can be performed according to index information of the vehicle-merchant store corresponding to the auditing task, such as a keyword in the store name. And searching in a formal library according to the shop name keyword to obtain the vehicle-dealer information of the task subject in the formal library, wherein the formal library is a database for storing the existing vehicle-dealer information which passes the verification. The auditing system compares the temporary vehicle dealer information with the formal vehicle dealer information, and only displays the different information items, wherein the information items refer to preset information items such as store names, store addresses, enterprise names, registration information and the like in the vehicle dealer information. In some embodiments, the auditing system respectively obtains the corresponding content of one information item in the temporary vehicle-dealer information and the formal vehicle-dealer information, and compares the texts of the two contents, and displays the two contents in the auditing page when the texts are different. Optionally, the content corresponding to the information entry is not limited to text, and may also be a picture. In some embodiments, the contrast granularity of the text differences may be adjusted, for example, the business name is divided into three parts, namely, a "place name", a "business name" and a "business property", and the priorities of the place name and the business property are lower than those of the business name, in this case, in the case that the business name parts are the same, the place name parts displayed as "hang state city" or "hang state" in zhejiang province on the text cannot be considered as a difference, so that the auditing work can be further reduced, and the auditing efficiency can be improved;
and step S230, acquiring an audit result according to the difference information, and changing the audit state of the audit task according to the audit result. The auditing system displays the difference information in an auditing page, and the terminal assigned to the auditing task executes auditing behaviors, wherein the auditing behaviors can be manually executed or executed by the terminal according to preset auditing rules. In some embodiments, the audit result may be a pass or a fail result, and if the audit result is a pass, the audit state of the audit task is changed to be audited, the audit task is temporarily pushed out of the audit pool, and optionally, if the audit result is a pass, the content in the temporary vehicle dealer information is used to cover the content in the formal vehicle dealer information, so as to complete the update of the vehicle dealer information; and under the condition that the audit result is not passed, changing the audit state of the audit task into to-be-audited, and transferring the audit task to a cache region in the audit pool for tracing and analyzing the non-passed audit task.
In steps S210 to S230, by acquiring an available audit channel, an audit task is assigned to the audit channel and an audit state of the audit task is locked; acquiring temporary vehicle dealer information in the audit task and formal vehicle dealer information of a task main body of the audit task in a formal library, comparing and displaying difference information between the temporary vehicle dealer information and the formal vehicle dealer information; and acquiring an audit result according to the difference information, and changing the audit state of the audit task according to the audit result. By assigning the audit task and locking the audit state of the audit task after assignment, repeated audit of the same task is prevented, only different information is presented in the audit process, and the audit efficiency is improved.
In an embodiment, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a display method of difference information according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, comparing and displaying the difference information between the temporary carrier information and the regular carrier information includes:
step S310, displaying key information items in the temporary vehicle dealer information and the formal vehicle dealer information adjacently;
and step S320, comparing the temporary vehicle dealer information with the formal vehicle dealer information, and displaying the difference information of the non-key information items.
In steps S310 to S320, the driver information includes preset key information items and non-key information items. The key information items are information items with higher importance in the vehicle-dealer information, so that in the audit page, no matter whether the content in the key information items in the temporary vehicle-dealer information and the content in the key information items in the formal vehicle-dealer information are different, the content in the temporary vehicle-dealer information and the content in the formal vehicle-dealer information of the key information items are adjacently arranged and displayed. In some embodiments, the car merchant information includes a store picture including information items such as a store name, a store address, and a store region, a shop picture including information items such as a shop name, a store address, and a store region, and enterprise information including information items such as a store license name, an authentication status, a credit code, a registration date, and a registration capital. Optionally, the information items in the shop picture, the shop information and the enterprise information are all preset key information items, for example, for the shop name, in the audit page, the "shop name (temporary)" and the "shop name (formal)" are displayed in two adjacent rows, so as to facilitate the subsequent audit. In addition, the information of the vehicle dealer also comprises other information such as whether a vehicle platform account is opened or not, information of the vehicle platform account, the company type, the main operation brand type, the storage position information, the number of operators, the monthly sales volume, the price of the main operation vehicle type, the channel type, a person in charge and other information items related to the vehicle dealer, and all the information can be used as non-key information items, and the difference information is displayed only when the information is modified. The classification of the key information items and the non-key information items selects different display modes according to the importance of the information items, improves the auditing efficiency and improves the auditing accuracy.
In an embodiment, fig. 4 is a flowchart of a formal vehicle dealer information modification method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, after comparing and displaying difference information between the temporary vehicle dealer information and the formal vehicle dealer information, the method includes the following steps:
and step S410, modifying the formal vehicle dealer information according to the modification instruction under the condition that the modification instruction of the formal vehicle dealer information is obtained.
In step S410, in the auditing page during auditing, an option for modifying the formal information is further included, and if the temporary information is different from the formal information, the auditing staff wants to add the temporary information to the formal information or replace the information in the existing formal library in a covering manner, the auditing system can modify the formal carrier information according to the modification instruction by triggering the modification instruction. In some embodiments, in a case where the override instruction for the first information of the regular carrier information is acquired, the content of the first information of the regular carrier information is overridden with the content of the first information of the temporary carrier information. For example, when an override instruction for the license picture in the shop picture in the main merchant information is received, the license picture in the temporary information is used to override the existing license picture in the main repository. Similarly, in the case where the instruction to add the first information of the regular carrier information is acquired, the content of the first information of the temporary carrier information is added to the first information of the regular carrier information, and in this case, the first information of the temporary version and the first information of the regular version are to be simultaneously saved in the regular library. Optionally, a "no action" button may be provided in the audit information to mark that the information item has been audited without any change to the information in the formal repository. The setting of the modification options facilitates the timely operation of the information to be audited in the auditing process, and further improves the auditing efficiency.
In one embodiment, after the audit task is dispatched to the audit channel and the audit state of the audit task is locked, if the audit task is not audited after a preset time threshold is exceeded, the audit task is dispatched to a new available audit channel. In this embodiment, after the audit task is dispatched in the audit pool, the dispatch time of the audit task is recorded and counted, and if the task is not processed within a certain time threshold, for example, two hours later, the audit pool will withdraw the audit task and dispatch the task to other available audit channels again. The embodiment provided by the embodiment avoids the problem that the development of the audit task is delayed because a certain to-be-audited task is in a certain audit channel for a long time in the audit process, and can further improve the audit efficiency.
In one embodiment, after the audit task is dispatched to the audit channel, the method further comprises the following steps: searching formal vehicle dealer information in a formal library according to a task main body in the audit task; and storing the temporary vehicle dealer information into the formal library when the formal vehicle dealer information does not exist in the formal library. In this embodiment, when an audit task is received, the audit channel first obtains a task subject of the audit task, optionally, a shop name or an enterprise name of the audit task is used as an identifier of the task subject, formal vehicle and merchant information of the task subject is searched in a formal library according to the task subject, and when the formal vehicle and merchant information does not exist in the formal library, a subsequent audit step is not required, but an information adding mode is switched to, and temporary vehicle and merchant information is directly stored in the formal library.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2 to 4 are shown in sequence as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in sequence as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-4 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performing the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
In a specific embodiment, from the perspective of an auditor, a "shop (under audit)" page under a business system catalog can be clicked to perform relevant audit work of shop information, and after entering the page, all information to be audited is directly presented on the audit page without further searching and clicking. FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram of a store picture audit page according to an embodiment of the invention, as shown in FIG. 5, a new picture submitted at ofc is displayed in a temporary column, a picture of the store in a formal library is displayed in a formal column, and if the picture in the temporary column needs to be added to the formal column, an "add" option is clicked; if the pictures in the temporary column need to be covered with the pictures in the formal column, clicking an 'covering' option; if the official column picture is retained without any operation, click the "none" option. In addition, the picture can be enlarged and deleted by clicking on the picture, and the local picture can be uploaded by clicking on the '+' option.
