When getting the thing to middle part containing box 4, because of middle part containing box 4 is located the well upper portion of dumper, the direct pulling middle part containing box 4 of litter-keeper to transversely pull out middle part containing box 4 along the drawer slide rail and can conveniently get the thing, easy operation is swift.
For lower portion containing box 5, when getting the thing, the cleaner uses the direction of the arrow shown in the lower side in fig. 2 to pull lower portion containing box 5 in the slant, and lower portion containing box 5 will rotate around rocking handle 6, and then makes lower portion containing box 5 from the outside of the dumper that the slope of lower floor's baffle 3 moved upwards, and the cleaner of being convenient for takes the article in lower portion containing box 5 under the prerequisite that need not remove lower portion containing box 5 and need not squat, whole process easy operation.
Meanwhile, in the process that the lower storage box 5 moves upwards in an inclined mode, the sliding block 8 is driven to move along the sliding groove 33, the lower-layer partition plate 3 is cleaned through the cleaning piece when the sliding block 8 moves, the lower storage box 5 is pulled out by a cleaner, the lower-layer partition plate 3 is cleaned automatically through the sliding block 8 and the cleaning piece, and the problem that dust is accumulated on the lower-layer partition plate 3 is solved.
In addition, after the lower containing box 5 is pulled out from the upper side of the lower partition plate 3 in an inclined upward manner, the sliding block 8 is driven to move along the sliding groove 33, the sliding block 8 can clean the lower partition plate 3 through the cleaning piece while moving, and after the sliding block 8 moves to the tail end of the sliding groove 33, the sliding block 8 abuts against the pressing block 10 and the spring 9, so that the spring 9 is compressed to generate elastic potential energy; after the cleaner finishes fetching the objects from the lower storage box 5, when the lower storage box 5 needs to be placed back right above the lower-layer partition plate 3, the elastic potential energy of the spring 9 is released, the pressing block 10 pushes the sliding block 8 to reset, the sliding block 8 drives the rocking handle 6 to reset, and the lower storage box 5 is also pulled to reset, so that the cleaner saves more labor when placing the lower storage box 5 back above the lower-layer partition plate 3.

The frame 1 is also connected with a limiting ring, the limiting ring is positioned below the hanging frame 16, and the garbage bag 2 is positioned in the limiting ring. The spacing collar comprises a movable spacing collar 701 and a fixed spacing collar 702, the movable spacing collar 701 is rotatably connected to the frame 1, the fixed spacing collar 702 is fixedly connected to the frame 1, and the fixed spacing collar 702 is located below the movable spacing collar 701.
The frame 1 is fixed with a limiting block 80 through a screw, the limiting block 80 is positioned below the movable limiting ring 701, and the limiting block 80 is used for preventing the movable limiting ring 701 from rotating towards the fixed limiting ring 702.
The reinforcing rod 90 is clamped between the movable limiting ring 701 and the connecting plate 182 of the extension ladder, the connecting lines among the reinforcing rod 90, the movable limiting ring 701 and the correspondingly connected connecting plate 182 are the same straight line, and the connecting lines among the reinforcing rod 90, the movable limiting ring 701 and the correspondingly connected connecting plate 182 are perpendicular to the extension direction of the handle 18.
The fixed spacing ring 702 is connected with a bearing plate 100 in a clamping manner, the bearing plate 100 can abut against the bottom of the garbage bag 2, and the bearing plate 100 is positioned below the fixed spacing ring 702 on the bearing surface of the garbage bag 2.
The second embodiment adds the following processes compared with the first embodiment:
the garbage bag 2 is hung on the hanging frame 16 of the frame 1, and the hung garbage bag 2 is limited by the limiting ring, so that the possibility of large-amplitude shaking of the garbage bag 2 is avoided, and the stability of the gravity center of the cleaning vehicle in the moving process is ensured; and the position of the garbage bag 2 is limited by the limiting ring, so that the garbage bag 2 cannot collide with a pusher when swinging, and the influence of the swinging of the garbage bag 2 on the action of people is avoided.
The extensible handle 18 can be extended and contracted, so that a cleaner can adjust the length of the handle 18 according to the height of the cleaner or can place a hand for pushing the cleaning vehicle on the connecting plate 182 with proper height according to the height of the cleaner so as to push the cleaning vehicle, and the cleaner can push or pull the cleaning vehicle in a labor-saving manner.
In the embodiment, the existence of the reinforcing rod 90 enables a cleaner to push or pull the cleaning vehicle from the handle 18, the handle 18 is directly connected with the frame 1, meanwhile, the handle 18 is connected with the frame 1 through the reinforcing rod 90 and the movable limiting ring 701, and the pulling force acting on the handle 18 can be transmitted to the frame 1 through two modes, so that the bending moment borne by the handle 18 is reduced, the stability of the handle 18 is enhanced, and the service life of the handle 18 is prolonged.

the middle containing box is connected to the frame in a sliding manner and can slide to the left side or the right side of the forward direction of the cleaning vehicle; still rotate on the frame and be connected with the rocker unit, the rocker unit includes two rocking handles that are parallel to each other, and the end that the frame was kept away from to two rocking handles rotates to be connected on the lateral wall of lower part containing box, and lower part containing box can be around rocking handle slope rebound to the left side or the right side of the front-feed direction of sanitation truck.
