Abstract
本发明公开了一种洗发乳及其制备方法,属于日用化妆品技术领域。所述洗发乳包含茶叶提取液60‑80份、非生物表面活性剂15‑30份、生物表面活性剂0.1‑3份、假丝酵母/葡萄糖/油菜籽油酸甲酯发酵产物0.5‑3份、去屑剂0.05‑1份、悬浮剂1‑5份、调理剂1.5‑4份、防腐剂0.15‑1份、螯合剂0.05‑0.2份和pH调节剂0.03‑0.1份。本发明通过茶叶提取液、生物表面活性剂、假丝酵母/葡萄糖/油菜籽油酸甲酯发酵产物和去屑剂的复配,协同抑菌、去屑,既减少了传统去屑剂的用量,降低洗发乳对头皮的刺激,又提高了洗发乳的去屑性能。制备方法简单,适于工业化生产。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于日用化妆品技术领域,尤其涉及一种洗发乳及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,由于生活节奏太快、工作压力过大以及周围环境污染严重,很多人都存在头屑问题。头屑的产生主要源自一种名为马拉色菌的真菌,这种真菌在头皮上大量繁殖,引起头皮角质层的过度生长,从而促使角质层细胞以白色或灰色鳞屑的形式异常脱落,形成头屑。马拉色菌是从皮脂腺中摄取脂肪酸而存活的,消耗皮脂中的甘油三酸酯分解出来的饱和脂肪酸后,剩余的不饱和脂肪酸则又渗透进头皮,从而导致发生头皮炎症反应,炎症反应加速头屑的形成,如此循环,导致头屑越来越多。
一般情况下,去屑洗发乳主要是添加吡啶硫酮锌、酮康唑、甘宝素、吡啶乙醇胺等进行抑菌,以此达到去屑的效果,但这些去屑剂的大量添加,对头皮的刺激较大,容易使头发毛躁、粗糙。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足之处而提供一种高效去屑的洗发乳及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:一种洗发乳,所述洗发乳包含茶叶提取液、生物表面活性剂、假丝酵母/葡萄糖/油菜籽油酸甲酯发酵产物和去屑剂。
茶叶中含有丰富的蛋白质、茶多酚、茶多糖及维生素和矿物质、咖啡碱、芳香物质等;其中,蛋白质、茶多糖、维生素及矿物质都是头发生长的必须营养成分;茶多酚、芳香物质等具有抗菌、消炎的作用;因此,茶叶具有去屑护发的功效。
优选地,所述生物表面活性剂包含鼠李糖脂和槐糖脂中的一种或两种;去屑剂包含甘宝素、吡啶硫酸酮锌、吡啶酮乙醇胺盐中的至少一种。
优选地,所述生物表面活性剂为鼠李糖脂,鼠李糖脂是由假单胞菌发酵得到的一种生物代谢性质的生物表面活性剂,具有杀菌、防脱发、免疫调节的功效作用。
优选地,所述去屑剂为甘宝素,甘宝素具有广谱杀菌性能,对产生皮屑的真菌有明显的抑制作用,主要应用于止痒去屑产品中。本发明申请人通过多次实验研究,发现甘宝素与鼠李糖脂和茶叶提取液复配,具有更优异的去屑效果。
优选地,所述洗发乳包含如下重量份的成分:茶叶提取液60-80份、生物表面活性剂0.1-3份、假丝酵母/葡萄糖/油菜籽油酸甲酯发酵产物0.5-3份和去屑剂0.05-1份。
优选地,所述洗发乳还包含非生物表面活性剂、悬浮剂、调理剂、防腐剂、螯合剂、pH调节剂中的至少一种;所述非生物表面活性剂包含月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵、椰油酰单乙醇胺、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰丙氨酸钠、癸基葡糖苷、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠、椰油两性醋酸钠中的至少一种;所述悬浮剂包含聚季铵盐-10、氯化钠、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、氯化铵、氯化锌、硫酸钠中的至少一种;所述调理剂包含鲸蜡硬脂醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷、甘油、尿囊素中的至少一种;所述防腐剂包含卡松、DMDM乙内酰脲、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯、苯氧乙醇中的至少一种;所述螯合剂包含乙二胺四乙酸二钠和乙二胺四乙酸四钠中的一种或两种;所述pH调节剂包含氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、精氨酸中的至少一种。
优选地,所述非生物表面活性剂包括月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱;所述悬浮剂包括聚季铵盐-10、氯化钠、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵和丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物;所述调理剂包括鲸蜡硬脂醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇和聚二甲基硅氧烷;所述防腐剂包括苯氧乙醇和羟苯甲酯;所述螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠;所述pH调节剂为氢氧化钠。
聚季铵盐-10为具有优越水溶性和吸附能力的阳离子纤维素聚合物,能与各类型的表面活性剂兼容,刺激性低,可修复受损的头发蛋白基体,保持头发滋润,赋予头发优越的梳理性能和亮泽滑爽的感觉。
瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵可以在吸附于头发后呈现优良的抗静电性和调理作用,改善头发的湿梳性,使头发长期保持光泽、柔软、富有弹性。
乙二胺四乙酸二钠为优良的络合剂,主要用于将硬水软化,可以有效整合硬水中的多种金属离子。
优选地,所述洗发乳还包含如下重量份的成分:非生物表面活性剂15-30份、悬浮剂1-5份、调理剂1.5-4份、防腐剂0.15-1份、螯合剂0.05-0.2份和pH调节剂0.03-0.1份。
同时,本发明公开了一种所述洗发乳的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)制备茶叶提取液:用沸水煮茶,待茶叶煮开后保温,过滤、得到茶液,离心、提取上清液,然后用树脂吸附,得到澄清的茶叶提取液;
(2)将茶叶提取液分为茶叶提取液A和茶叶提取液B,将丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物溶解于茶叶提取液A中,得到溶液A;
(3)将聚季铵盐-10、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、乙二胺四乙酸二钠加入茶叶提取液B中,搅拌,得到溶液B;
(4)将溶液A和溶液B混合均匀,搅拌,均质,得到溶液C;
(5)在溶液C中加入非生物表面活性剂,搅拌,加热至75-80℃,再加入鲸蜡硬脂醇和去屑剂,搅拌均匀,保温25-35分钟;
(6)待步骤(5)完成后,降温至60-70℃,加入生物表面活性剂、假丝酵母/葡萄糖/油菜籽油酸甲酯发酵产物和氯化钠,搅拌均匀;
(7)待步骤(6)完成后,降温至40-50℃,加入聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚二甲基硅氧烷醇,搅拌,再加入防腐剂,最后调节pH至6.0-6.5,得到所述洗发乳。
优选地,所述步骤(1)中,茶叶与水的质量比为1:(20-60);离心速率为2800-3200rpm,离心时间为10-20分钟。
优选地,所述步骤(2)中,茶叶提取液A的质量份为6-10份。
优选地,所述步骤(4)中,均质速度为1300-1800rpm,均质时间为3-5分钟。
相比于现有技术,本发明的有益效果为:本发明通过茶叶提取液、假丝酵母/葡萄糖/油菜籽油酸甲酯发酵产物和鼠李糖脂协同抗菌消炎,可以增效去屑剂的去屑止痒效果,从而减少去屑剂的添加量,降低去屑剂带来的刺激和减少头发毛躁的现象。此外,生物表面活性剂的添加不但可以减少一般表面活性剂的添加量,还可以抑菌消炎,协同去屑剂去屑止痒、促进头发生长。并且,本发明公开的洗发乳的制备工艺简单,所需设备较少,适于工业生产。
具体实施方式
为更好地说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1~3为本发明所述洗发乳,对比例1~3为洗发乳,其配方与本发明公开的技术方案存在一定区别,实施例1~3及对比例1~3的配方如表1所示。
实施例1~3的制备方法如下:
(1)制备茶叶提取液:用沸水煮茶,待茶叶煮开后保温30分钟,过滤、得到茶液,以3000rpm离心15分钟、提取上清液,然后用树脂吸附3次,得到澄清的茶叶提取液;所述茶叶与水的质量比为1:40;
(2)将茶叶提取液分为茶叶提取液A和茶叶提取液B,将丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物溶解于茶叶提取液A中,得到溶液A;所述茶叶提取液A为8份;
(3)将聚季铵盐-10、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、乙二胺四乙酸二钠加入茶叶提取液B中,搅拌,得到溶液B;
(4)将溶液A和溶液B混合均匀,搅拌,以1500rpm均质3分钟,得到溶液C;
(5)在溶液C中加入非生物表面活性剂,搅拌,加热至75℃,再加入鲸蜡硬脂醇和甘宝素,搅拌均匀,保温30分钟;
(6)待步骤(5)完成后,降温至65℃,加入生物表面活性剂、假丝酵母/葡萄糖/油菜籽油酸甲酯发酵产物和氯化钠,搅拌均匀;
(7)待步骤(6)完成后,降温至45℃,加入聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚二甲基硅氧烷醇,搅拌,再加入防腐剂,最后以氢氧化钠调节pH至6.0-6.5,得到所述去屑洗发乳。
对比例1中省去生物表面活性剂的添加步骤,对比例2中不添加假丝酵母/葡萄糖/油菜籽油酸甲酯发酵产物,对比例3中不添加甘宝素,对比例1~3的其余制备过程与实施例1~3相同。

性能测试
1、抑菌性能
样品滤纸的制备:首先用打孔机打成直径6mm的圆片,灭菌后烘干,浸泡于用NaCl质量分数为0.9%的生理盐水稀释的洗发乳溶液中,备用,洗发乳在洗发乳溶液中的质量分数为10%。
糠秕马拉色菌菌液的制备:首先使用1mL的NaCl质量分数为0.9%的生理盐水溶解糠秕马拉色菌ATCC44344的冻干菌体,然后吸0.2mL的菌体悬液,移植于Leeming&Notman琼脂培养基试管中,35℃培养7天,然后连续传代2次后,用生理盐水洗脱菌落,测定并将菌落浓度稀释成105CFU/mL的菌液。
然后在培养皿中倒入Leeming&Notman琼脂培养基,待凝固,在培养基上倒入1mL糠秕马拉色菌菌液,均匀涂布在固体培养基上。待完全吸收凝固后,将样品滤纸放在培养皿中,纸片间距24mm,距离培养皿边缘约15mm,每个培养皿放置4个,以NaCl质量分数为0.9%的生理盐水做对照。35℃培养7天。最后用直尺测量抑菌圈直径,取其平均值。抑菌圈测试结果如表2所示。

从表2中可知,实施例1~3的抑菌圈直径明显大于对比例1~3,表明茶叶提取液、鼠李糖脂、假丝酵母/葡萄糖/油菜籽油酸甲酯发酵产物和甘宝素复配具有协同抑菌的作用。
2、去屑性能
选择头发中存在明显头屑的志愿者60名,随机分为6组,每组10人,每周使用两次洗发乳。使用方法:头发淋湿后,取6g左右洗发乳涂抹于头发上,揉搓并按摩2-3分钟,连续使用1个月。统计每组完全去屑、部分去屑和未去屑人数,统计结果见表3。

从表3中可知,志愿者使用实施例2后均可以完全去屑,使用实施例1、实施例3后也可以达到良好的去屑效果,而使用对比例1~3的志愿者还有较高比例的人员未去屑。结果表明,以本发明公开的配方制备的洗发乳具有优良的去屑效果,以不同成分及配比制备出来的洗发乳,其去屑效果存在较大差别。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,但并不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

1.一种洗发乳,其特征在于,所述洗发乳包含如下重量份的成分:茶叶提取液60-80份、生物表面活性剂0.1-3份、假丝酵母/葡萄糖/油菜籽油酸甲酯发酵产物0.5-3份、去屑剂0.05-1份、非生物表面活性剂15-30份、悬浮剂1-5份、调理剂1.5-4份、防腐剂0.15-1份、螯合剂0.05-0.2份和pH调节剂0.03-0.1份;所述生物表面活性剂为鼠李糖脂;所述去屑剂为甘宝素;所述非生物表面活性剂包括月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱;所述悬浮剂包括聚季铵盐-10、氯化钠、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵和丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物;所述调理剂包括鲸蜡硬脂醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇和聚二甲基硅氧烷;所述防腐剂包括苯氧乙醇和羟苯甲酯;所述螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠;所述pH调节剂为氢氧化钠。
2.一种如权利要求1所述洗发乳的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)制备茶叶提取液:用沸水煮茶,待茶叶煮开后保温,过滤、得到茶液,离心、提取上清液,然后用树脂吸附,得到澄清的茶叶提取液;
(2)将茶叶提取液分为茶叶提取液A和茶叶提取液B,将丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物溶解于茶叶提取液A中,得到溶液A;
(3)将聚季铵盐-10、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、乙二胺四乙酸二钠加入茶叶提取液B中,搅拌,得到溶液B;
(4)将溶液A和溶液B混合均匀,搅拌,均质,得到溶液C;
(5)在溶液C中加入非生物表面活性剂,搅拌,加热至75-80℃,再加入鲸蜡硬脂醇和去屑剂,搅拌均匀,保温25-35分钟;
(6)待步骤(5)完成后,降温至60-70℃,加入生物表面活性剂、假丝酵母/葡萄糖/油菜籽油酸甲酯发酵产物和氯化钠,搅拌均匀;
(7)待步骤(6)完成后,降温至40-50℃,加入聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚二甲基硅氧烷醇,搅拌,再加入防腐剂,最后调节pH至6.0-6.5,得到所述洗发乳。
3.如权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中,茶叶与水的质量比为1:(20-60);离心速率为2800-3200rpm,离心时间为10-20分钟。
4.如权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,茶叶提取液A的质量份为6-10份。
