When the printer works, the platen roller 4 conveys the recording medium to the downstream side, the second positioning component 6B limits the movement of the printing head 3 to the downstream side through abutting the first positioning component 6A, the printing head 3 is prevented from continuing to deviate along with the recording medium, the printing head 3 is always positioned at a printing position in the printing process, and the accurate positioning and printing are achieved. Further, the second stopper member 7B of the stopper member is provided so as to be able to abut against the first stopper member 7A at the time of capping, and restricts the movement tendency of one of the cap 1 and the body 2 to the upstream side (opposite to the recording medium conveying direction), based on the fact that the movable blade 5B is provided so as to be able to cut the recording medium in a contact state where there is pressure on the downstream side of the fixed blade 5A and closely spaced with respect to the fixed blade 5A, so that the movable blade provides the movement tendency of the fixed blade 5A to move along the upstream side, the movement of the first stopper member 7A along the upstream side by the urging force generated during the cutting by the cutting device is avoided by the abutment restriction of the second stopper member 7B, ensuring that the print head provided on the cap 1 does not appear to move along the upstream side together with the random cap 1, thereby ensuring that the pressure contact line between the print head 3 and the platen roller 4 remains stable during the printing.
It should be noted that the positioning members correspond to restrict the movement of the printhead 3 to the downstream side, the stopper members correspond to restrict the movement of the cover 1 and the body 2 to the upstream side, and the first positioning means 6A of the positioning members are disposed at the position of the printhead 3, and the first stopper means 7A/the second stopper means of the stopper members are disposed at the body 2, thereby ensuring that the two members are separately disposed, not only making it possible to adjust the contact line between the printhead 3 and the platen roller 4 to maintain a predetermined pressure contact position when the cover 1 and the body 2 are being covered, but also ensuring that the printhead 3 and the platen roller 4 remain stable at this position during operation, achieving the purpose that the position of the contact line does not change due to an external force.
In one embodiment, one end of the cover 1 in the transverse direction is hinged to the body 2, and the other end is fastened to the body 2 by fastening. The printhead 3 includes a mounting frame 31, a thermal assembly 32 fixed to the mounting frame 31, and a first elastic assembly 33. The first elastic member 33 is disposed between the cover 1 and the mounting frame 31 to generate pressure between the printhead 3 and the platen roller 4 when the cover 1 is fastened to the body 2, so that the mounting frame 31 is elastically disposed on the cover 1 by the swingable first elastic member. The platen roller 4 is pressed up against the mount frame 31 by the cover fastening, and the mount frame 31 is moved to the printing position of the thermal assembly 32 along the downstream side when the recording medium is conveyed, and the mount frame 31 is swingably arranged on the cover 1 by the first elastic assembly 33 so as to be brought into pressure contact between the thermal assembly 32 and the platen roller 4. Wherein, transversely perpendicular to the direction of conveyance, make the lid 1 that disposes in one of them of transverse direction cover in fuselage 2 position with the articulated mode in the side direction, and with accurate counterpoint lid through positioning mechanism.
Referring to fig. 2 to 8, in one embodiment, the first stopper member 7A includes two protrusions 7A1 formed on the cover 1 respectively to protrude in a lateral direction, and the second stopper member 7B includes two recesses 7B1 formed on the body 2 respectively to be able to abut against one of the protrusions 7A1 respectively. The upstream end (end along the upstream side) of the boss 7A1 abuts against the recess 7B1 when the cover 1 fastens the body 2 to limit the movement tendency of the cover 1 when the movable blade 5B is in pressure contact with the fixed blade 5A. Wherein the downstream end of the boss 7A1 and the recess 7B1 are clearance fit. At the time of covering, the convex portion 7A1 can only abut against the concave portion 7B1 along the groove wall at the upstream end. The cover 1 is fastened at the position of the machine body 2, at this time, the protruding portion 7A1 is embedded into the concave portion 7B1 to be clamped, the upstream end of the protruding portion 7A1 is abutted against the concave portion 7B1, the downstream end of the protruding portion is in clearance fit with the concave portion 7B1, the upstream end of the protruding portion 7A1 is abutted against the groove wall of the concave portion 7B1, therefore, the movement trend of the protruding portion 7A1 towards the upstream side is limited, a gap moving along the downstream side is reserved, the protruding portion 7A1 and the concave portion 7B1 are always in an incomplete clamping state, and the situation that the protruding portion 7A1 cannot be completely clamped into the concave portion 7B1 due to manufacturing errors is avoided. At least the first and second stoppers 7A and 7B are configured to prevent one of the cover 1 and the body 2 from being displaced in the direction of the force when the two cutters are brought into contact with each other during the cutting operation of the cutting device, thereby preventing the cover 1 and the body 2 from being displaced.
Correspondingly, the body 2 includes two support walls 21 provided at both ends in the lateral direction and having the concave portions 7B1, respectively, and the platen roller 4 is rotatably supported on the two support walls 21 by bosses provided at both ends thereof. Wherein the sleeve is fixed to the support wall 21. The platen roller 4 is disposed at the position of the main body 2 via a shaft sleeve, the print head 3 is swingably disposed at the position of the cover 1 via a mount 31, and the platen roller 4 and the print head 3 cooperate to form a paper feed path for conveying the recording medium when the cover is closed. Specifically, the cover 1 includes two side walls 11 provided at both ends in the lateral direction and having protrusions 7A1, respectively, the two side walls 11 are integrally formed, and the two support walls 21 are integrally formed, the protrusions 7A1 being inserted into the recesses 7B1 when the cover 1 is fastened to the body 2.

Wherein, the openings of the concave part 7B1 are provided with a guiding part 7B2 which is beneficial for the convex part 7A1 to enter the groove of the concave part 7B1, and the notch of the concave part 7B1 is correspondingly expanded. The guiding part 7B2 can conduct guiding sliding relative to the protruding part 7A1 when contacting the protruding part, so that the protruding part 7A1 directly and smoothly enters the notch under the action of the guiding part 7B2, and one-time cabin closing positioning action is completed.
Referring to fig. 2 to 8, in one embodiment, the first positioning member 6A includes two positioning projections 6A1 formed on the mounting frame 31 to project in the lateral direction, and the second positioning member 6B includes two positioning recesses 6B1 formed on the body 2 to abut against the positioning projections 6A1, respectively. In a state where the cover 1 is fastened to the body 2, the downstream end of the positioning convex portion 6A1 can abut against the positioning concave portion 6B1 when the platen roller 4 rotates, so as to limit the tendency of movement of the mount 31 toward the downstream side. In the present embodiment, the protruding portion 7A1 and the recessed portion 7B1 of the stopper member are positioned in the upstream side direction to restrict the movement tendency along the upstream side, so as to avoid misalignment of the pushing cap 1 and the body 2 when cutting the recording medium. In cooperation with this, the positioning convex portion 6A1 and the positioning concave portion 6B1 of the positioning member position the printhead 3 stably in the printing position in the downstream side direction to restrict the moving tendency in the downstream side, and prevent the printhead 3 from being biased away from the platen roller 4, thereby ensuring that the pressure contact line between the printhead 3 and the platen roller 4 remains stable during printing.
In a preferred embodiment, the cover 1 includes two side walls 11 disposed at two ends in a transverse direction, two side walls 11 are provided with a clearance groove (not shown), two positioning protruding portions 6A1 are respectively inserted into the clearance groove, and a downstream end of each positioning protruding portion 6A1 is in clearance fit with the clearance groove, so that when the platen roller 4 conveys the recording medium to a downstream side in a printing process, the print head 3 does not transmit the thrust to the cover 1 when receiving the thrust of the platen roller 4, and the fixed blade 5A or the movable blade 5B disposed on the cover 1 is ensured not to follow the movement in the printing process, so as to ensure the stability of the cutting positions of the movable blade 5B and the fixed blade 5A.
