本发明提供了一种中草药配方辅助系统,为了使药材不直接接触人体与污染物,采取全自动箱体式设计。由于人工操作的多次测量十分繁琐,并且容易在反复拿取药材时破坏药材,故采用了取药装置上旋转圆盘的设计,将圆盘的四分之一设计成空置状态,与药柜对接时可自动根据旋转圈数来决定药材质量,且使药材在重力或振动作用落下,不会产生抓取药材时对于药材的破坏。而药材的选取则采取循环轨道行走一圈的方式,在不同的药方下拿取不同的药材,且循环轨道可自由放置取药装置,从而避免了时间的浪费。另外,取药装置在回程时自由倒落药材,从而进行药材的包装处理,一气呵成。在包装时,袋子两端挂置于封装装置内的封口条上,而后封口条合并,使袋子封口后落下,随之出口门打开,拿取药材。The invention provides a Chinese herbal medicine formula auxiliary system, which adopts a fully automatic box design in order to prevent the medicinal materials from directly contacting the human body and pollutants.
