技术领域
本发明涉及一种仿皮革纹路工艺及其应用。
背景技术
人造皮革,它是在纺织布基或无纺布基上,由各种不同配方的 PVC 和 PU 等发泡或覆膜加工制作而成,可以根据不同强度和色彩、光泽、花纹图案等要求加工制成,具有花色品种繁多、防水性能好、边幅整齐、利用率高和价格相对真皮便宜的特点。
现有的人造皮革纹路,多为采用皮质的和金属材质纹成,存在着环保性较差的问题,影响了其普及和使用,且在鞋垫中多是采用非人造皮革,其成本较高。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种采用水性材料纹成、环保性较强,且应用在鞋垫中成本较低的仿皮革纹路工艺及其应用。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种仿皮革纹路工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)按重量百分比以15%甲基丙烯酸,15%丙烯酸丁酯,15%丙烯酸聚合物,50%聚氨酯树脂,5%丙二醇混合制成透明胶浆;
2)将步骤1)中制成的透明胶浆对织物进行第一次刮涂;
3)按重量百分比以70%甲基丙烯酸与丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸聚合物,20%聚醋酸乙烯酯,10%水混合制成厚板胶浆;
4)将步骤3)中制成的厚板胶浆对步骤2)中刮涂后的织物进行第二次刮涂;
5)按重量百分比以30%丙烯酸树脂,40%钛白粉,30%水制成原浆,并在原浆中加入5%浓度的黑色色种,制成黑色浆料;
6)将步骤5)中制成的黑色浆料对步骤4)中刮涂后的织物进行第三次刮涂;
7)将第三次刮涂后的织物盖上光浆,即可。
作为优选,在步骤2)中,第一次刮涂的次数为至少2次。
作为优选,在步骤4)中,第二次刮涂的次数为至少8次。
作为优选,在步骤5)中,所述的黑色色种按重量百分比由40%颜料,5%保湿剂,20%脂肪醇醚表面活性剂和35%水组成。

本发明的有益效果是:
通过透明胶浆对织物进行第一次刮涂,使布料的手感柔软,增加牢度,接着再通过厚板胶浆对织物进行第二次刮涂,该厚板胶浆采用环保的水性材料,其环保性较强,生产过程中不会造成污染,接着再采用黑色浆料对织物进行第三次刮涂,在布料上形成皮革的纹路颜色,最后进行盖光浆工艺,增加颜色的牢度、亮度,并对织物进行高温固色,使皮革纹路图案手感更为平滑,用布料代替皮革应用于鞋垫中,相比于传统的采用皮质的和金属材质的工艺手段,本方案采用该水性涂料印制环保性更强,且在环保的同时,降低了生产成本。

实施例1
一种仿皮革纹路的鞋垫,制备方法如下:
1)按重量百分比以15%甲基丙烯酸,15%丙烯酸丁酯,15%丙烯酸聚合物,50%聚氨酯树脂,5%丙二醇混合,并采用机器搅拌均匀后制得透明胶浆;
2)按重量百分比以70%甲基丙烯酸与丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸聚合物,20%聚醋酸乙烯酯,10%水混合,并采用机器搅拌均匀后制得厚板胶浆;
3)按重量百分比以40%颜料,5%保湿剂,20%脂肪醇醚表面活性剂和35%水混合,并采用机器搅拌均匀后制得5%浓度的黑色色种;
4)按重量百分比以30%丙烯酸树脂,40%钛白粉,30%水混合,并加入步骤3)中制得的5%浓度黑色色种,接着采用机器搅拌均匀后制得原浆;
5)取布料织物,采用步骤1)中制得的透明胶浆对布料织物挂涂两次,接着采用步骤2)中制得的厚板胶浆对布料织物挂涂八次,接着采用步骤4)中制得的原浆对布料织物挂涂两次,最后将挂涂后的布料织物经由UV盖光浆两次,所采用的光浆由聚氨酯树脂组成;
6)将步骤5中盖完光浆后的布料织物裁切成对应尺码的鞋垫即可。
实施例2
一种仿皮革纹路的鞋垫,制备方法如下:
1)按重量百分比以20%甲基丙烯酸,20%丙烯酸丁酯,10%丙烯酸聚合物,45%聚氨酯树脂,5%丙二醇混合,并采用机器搅拌均匀后制得透明胶浆;
2)按重量百分比以60%甲基丙烯酸与丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸聚合物,25%聚醋酸乙烯酯,15%水混合,并采用机器搅拌均匀后制得厚板胶浆;
3)按重量百分比以30%颜料,10%保湿剂,25%脂肪醇醚表面活性剂和35%水混合,并采用机器搅拌均匀后制得8%浓度的黑色色种;
4)按重量百分比以40%丙烯酸树脂,40%钛白粉,20%水混合,并加入步骤3)中制得的8%浓度黑色色种,接着采用机器搅拌均匀后制得原浆;
5)取布料织物,采用步骤1)中制得的透明胶浆对布料织物挂涂三次,接着采用步骤2)中制得的厚板胶浆对布料织物挂涂十次,接着采用步骤4)中制得的原浆对布料织物挂涂三次,最后将挂涂后的布料织物经由UV盖光浆两次,所采用的光浆由聚氨酯树脂组成;
6)将步骤5中盖完光浆后的布料织物裁切成对应尺码的鞋垫即可。
实施例3
一种仿皮革纹路的鞋垫,制备方法如下:
1)按重量百分比以10%甲基丙烯酸,10%丙烯酸丁酯,20%丙烯酸聚合物,55%聚氨酯树脂,5%丙二醇混合,并采用机器搅拌均匀后制得透明胶浆;
2)按重量百分比以80%甲基丙烯酸与丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸聚合物,15%聚醋酸乙烯酯,5%水混合,并采用机器搅拌均匀后制得厚板胶浆;
3)按重量百分比以40%颜料,10%保湿剂,15%脂肪醇醚表面活性剂和35%水混合,并采用机器搅拌均匀后制得3%浓度的黑色色种;
4)按重量百分比以50%丙烯酸树脂,25%钛白粉,25%水混合,并加入步骤3)中制得的3%浓度黑色色种,接着采用机器搅拌均匀后制得原浆;
5)取布料织物,采用步骤1)中制得的透明胶浆对布料织物挂涂两次,接着采用步骤2)中制得的厚板胶浆对布料织物挂涂八次,接着采用步骤4)中制得的原浆对布料织物挂涂四次,最后将挂涂后的布料织物经由UV盖光浆两次,所采用的光浆由聚氨酯树脂组成;

颜色摩擦牢度测试方法:在光面处采用摩擦头进行往复摩擦,摩擦头的端面半径为10mm,摩擦头表面套有按GB/T406规定的白布作成衬布,白布在使用前经过脱浆处理,并剪成半径为35mm的圆形,衬布按GB/T4689.2规定进行空气调节24h后使用,进行干擦试验时,进行500次摩擦后停止,取下衬布,湿擦时,在干擦邻近部位进行湿擦,衬布采用蒸馏水浸湿,进行500次摩擦后停止,取下衬布。
结果见下表:
国内真皮皮革的评价标准 :当干擦≥ 3(级),湿擦≥ 2(级)时,皮革的颜色摩擦牢度合格。
综合上述数据可得,本方案所制成的仿皮革纹路的鞋垫的颜色牢度较高,能够达到现有皮革制品的合格标准,且外观的亮度也较高,整体手感平滑、柔软,且工艺中整体采用了水性材料,生产过程中不会造成污染,环保性强。
本发明的有益效果是:
通过透明胶浆对织物进行第一次刮涂,使布料的手感柔软,增加牢度,接着再通过厚板胶浆对织物进行第二次刮涂,该厚板胶浆采用环保的水性材料,其环保性较强,生产过程中不会造成污染,接着再采用黑色浆料对织物进行第三次刮涂,在布料上形成皮革的纹路颜色,最后进行盖光浆工艺,增加颜色的牢度、亮度,并对织物进行高温固色,使皮革纹路图案手感更为平滑,用布料代替皮革应用于鞋垫中,相比于传统的采用皮质的和金属材质的工艺手段,本方案采用该水性涂料印制环保性更强,且在环保的同时,降低了生产成本。

Claims (7)
1.一种仿皮革纹路工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)按重量百分比以15%甲基丙烯酸,15%丙烯酸丁酯,15%丙烯酸聚合物,50%聚氨酯树脂,5%丙二醇混合制成透明胶浆;
2)将步骤1)中制成的透明胶浆对织物进行第一次刮涂;
3)按重量百分比以70%甲基丙烯酸与丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸聚合物,20%聚醋酸乙烯酯,10%水混合制成厚板胶浆;
4)将步骤3)中制成的厚板胶浆对步骤2)中刮涂后的织物进行第二次刮涂;
5)按重量百分比以30%丙烯酸树脂,40%钛白粉,30%水制成原浆,并在原浆中加入5%浓度的黑色色种,制成黑色浆料;
6)将步骤5)中制成的黑色浆料对步骤4)中刮涂后的织物进行第三次刮涂;
7)将第三次刮涂后的织物盖上光浆,即可。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种仿皮革纹路工艺,其特征在于:在步骤2)中,第一次刮涂的次数为至少2次。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种仿皮革纹路工艺,其特征在于:在步骤4)中,第二次刮涂的次数为至少8次。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种仿皮革纹路工艺,其特征在于:在步骤5)中,所述的黑色色种按重量百分比由40%颜料,5%保湿剂,20%脂肪醇醚表面活性剂和35%水组成。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种仿皮革纹路工艺,其特征在于:在步骤6)中,第三次刮涂的次数为至少2次。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种仿皮革纹路工艺,其特征在于:在步骤7)中,盖上光浆的次数为至少2次。
7.一种如权利要求1-6中任一项仿皮革纹路工艺在鞋垫中的应用。
