Abstract

一种数据传输的方法及装置,该方法包括确定第一跳频序列和第二跳频序列,第一跳频序列包括M个编号,所述M个编号与虚拟系统帧号索引集合中M个虚拟系统帧号索引一一对应;第二跳频序列包括N个编号,所述N个编号与发送数据使用的N个信道一一对应,在每个跳频周期的每个时间单元内按照所述第二跳频序列使用所述N个信道中的一个信道发送数据,所述跳频周期包括N个时间单元;在每个跳频周期内任意两个时间单元使用的信道的编号不同,N为大于0的正整数。由于每个跳频周期内任意两个时间单元使用的信道的编号不同,在一个周期内每个信道都能访问一次,符合非授权频谱法规。
