Abstract
The invention discloses a prefabricated branch cable, which relates to the technical field of cables and comprises a main cable, a plurality of branch cables and a connecting module, wherein the branch cables are arranged on the main cable; a plurality of exposed parts are arranged on the main cable; one end of the branch cable is electrically connected with the main cable through an exposed part; the connecting module is arranged at the joint of the branch cable and the main cable and used for fixing and insulating the joint of the branch cable and the main cable. Greatly shortens the construction period, greatly reduces the material cost and the construction cost, and greatly ensures the safety and the reliability of power distribution.

Optionally, the connection module includes sub-buckle and female buckle, sub-buckle and female buckle all are the strip structure, and its cross section is arc, and the outer circular arc radius of sub-buckle equals the circular arc radius of female buckle inlayer, sub-buckle sets up in branch cable and main cable junction, sub-buckle from the sub-buckle breach block cooperation sub-buckle of female buckle.
Optionally, the connection module further includes a plurality of fixing strips disposed outside the female buckle.

It should be noted that all expressions of "first" and "second" in the embodiments of the present invention are used for distinguishing two entities with the same name or different parameters, and it is understood that "first" and "second" are merely for convenience of description and should not be construed as limiting the embodiments of the present invention, and that the directions and positions of the terms, such as "up", "in", "down", "before", "after", "left", "right", "inside", "outside", "side", etc., in the present invention are only referred to the directions and positions of the attached drawings, and therefore, the directions and positions are used for explaining and understanding the present invention, and are not used for limiting the subsequent embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in the drawings, there is provided a prefabricated branch cable for the above purpose, which includes a main cable 1, a plurality of branch cables 2 disposed on the main cable 1, and a connection module 3. The main cable 1 is provided with a plurality of exposed parts. One end of the branch cable 2 is electrically connected with the main cable 1 through an exposed part. The connecting module 3 is arranged at the joint of the branch cable 2 and the main cable 1 and used for fixing and insulating the joint of the branch cable 2 and the main cable 1. In this way, the branch cable 2 is fixed to the main cable 1 and can conduct electric current from the main cable 1. When the prefabricated branch cable is directly laid during installation, extra wiring is not needed. The construction period of cable laying is greatly shortened. And prefabricated branch cable 2 is reliable with being connected of main push-towing rope 1, and is insulating also reliable, can effectively avoid the electric power constructor that the business ability is unskilled to lead to the emergence of wiring error because of human error.
In order to facilitate the fixed connection, the connection module 3 includes a sub clip 31 and a female clip 32, the sub clip 31 and the female clip 32 are both in a strip structure, the cross section of the sub clip 31 and the female clip 32 is in an arc shape, the arc radius of the outer layer of the sub clip 31 is equal to the arc radius of the inner layer of the female clip 32, the sub clip 31 is arranged at the connection position of the branch cable 2 and the main cable 1, and the female clip 32 clips the sub clip 31 from the notch of the sub clip 31. For good insulation, the sub-clip 31 is made of hard insulating rubber. The female buckle 32 is made of hard insulating rubber.
Further, in order to cover completely, the length of the female buckle 32 is larger than that of the male buckle 31. When installed, both ends of the female buckle 32 exceed both ends of the male buckle 31.
In order to enhance the connection stability and prevent relative sliding and relative rotation between the female latch 32 and the male latch 31, the connection module 3 further includes a plurality of fixing strips 33 disposed outside the female latch 32. The fixing strip 33 clamps the female buckle 32 and tightens the female buckle 32, so that the female buckle 32 is firmly fixed on the sub buckle 31, and the sub buckle 31 is tightly contacted with the main cable 1 or the branch cable 2.
In order to conveniently observe the tension condition between the main cable 1 and the branch cables 2, the connecting module 3 further comprises a plurality of safety ropes 34 arranged on the branch cables 2 and the main cable 1, two ends of each safety rope 34 are respectively connected with the branch cables 2 and the main cable 1, and a plurality of prefabricated crevasses are arranged on each safety rope 34. Among the safety cords 34, the length of the safety cord 34 is shorter as it is closer to the connection between the sub cable 2 and the main cable 1. When the number of broken safety ropes 34 is too large, it is necessary to check whether the connection between the main cable 1 and the sub-cable 2 where the safety rope 34 is located is still firm.
To set the length of each safety line 34, the difference in length between any two adjacent safety lines 34 is less than 2 millimeters. This ensures that the safety line 34 breaks in sequence from the safety line 34 far from the connection between the main cable 1 and the sub-cable 2 to the safety line 34 near the connection between the main cable 1 and the sub-cable 2.

Claims (7)
1. A prefabricated branch cable is characterized by comprising a main cable (1), a plurality of branch cables (2) arranged on the main cable (1) and a connecting module (3);
a plurality of exposed parts are arranged on the main cable (1);
one end of the branch cable (2) is electrically connected with the main cable (1) through an exposed part;
the connecting module (3) is arranged at the joint of the branch cable (2) and the main cable (1) and used for fixing and insulating the joint of the branch cable (2) and the main cable (1).
2. The prefabricated branch cable of claim 1, wherein the connection module (3) comprises a sub-clip (31) and a female clip (32), the sub-clip (31) and the female clip (32) are both in a strip structure, the cross section of the sub-clip (31) and the cross section of the female clip (32) are in a circular arc shape, the circular arc radius of the outer layer of the sub-clip (31) is equal to the circular arc radius of the inner layer of the female clip (32), the sub-clip (31) is arranged at the joint of the branch cable (2) and the main cable (1), and the female clip (32) is clipped on the sub-clip (31) from the notch of the sub-clip (31).
3. Prefabricated drop cable according to claim 2, characterized in that the connection module (3) further comprises a plurality of fixing strips (33) arranged outside the female catches (32).
4. Prefabricated drop cable according to claim 2, wherein the sub-catches (31) are made of hard insulating rubber.
5. Prefabricated drop cable according to claim 2, wherein the female snap (32) is made of hard insulating rubber.

The prefabricated branch cable of claim 2, wherein the connection module (3) further comprises a plurality of safety ropes (34) arranged on the branch cables (2) and the main cable (1), two ends of each safety rope (34) are respectively connected with the branch cables (2) and the main cable (1), and a plurality of prefabricated crevasses are arranged on each safety rope (34).
7. Prefabricated drop cable according to claim 2, characterized in that the length of the safety line (34) is shorter closer to the connection of the drop cable (2) with the main cable (1).
