Abstract
本发明公开了一种神经酰胺滋润保湿霜及其制备方法,其神经酰胺滋润保湿霜,由以下组分及其重量份数比构成:组分13:β‑葡聚糖混合物1.8‑2.5;组分14:神经酰胺(3)混合物1.8‑2.5;组分15:奥氏海藻(CLADOSIPHON OKAMURANUS)提取混合物1.8‑2.5;组分16:透明质酸钠混合物1‑2;组分17:黑桑(MORUS NIGRA)根提取混合物1‑2;组分18:甘油葡糖苷0.8‑1.5;组分19:四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸0.8‑1.5;组分21:北美金缕梅(HAMAMELIS VIRGINIANA)叶提取混合物0.8‑1.5。本发明采用了纯植物提取物作为调理剂,且能够深层滋养皮肤,各药用药剂均保持在合理范围内,从而既能够保证有效调理,又不至于产生较强的副作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及日化用品,特别是涉及一种神经酰胺滋润保湿霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
保湿面霜(保湿霜)是一种液态霜类化妆品,液态霜类化妆品又称蜜类化妆品,是水包油型的乳化剂,含水量在20%~80%左右,具有一定的流动性,形状颇似蜜,故而得名。保湿面霜的主要作用为去污、补充水分、补充营养,或具有控制皮肤油脂、美白的作用。
但是目前具有皮肤调理的保湿霜大多采用化学药品,甚至抗生素。这种方式虽然见效快、疗效好,但是会造成皮肤分泌物失衡且产生耐药性、依耐性,因此其副作用也很大。特别是目前形形色色的保湿霜产品,消费者由于知识面有限根本无法进行分别。就算标示存植物配方的,其由于各组分的选取、配比不当,同样会起到较大的副作用。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种神经酰胺滋润保湿霜及其制备方法,其采用植物配方且各组分均控制在有效范围内,从而既能够起到保养、调理的功能,又能够防止产生较大副作用。

组分1作为溶剂,用于将各组分溶解、混合;
组分2作为保湿剂,甘油又称丙三醇,柔软、保湿、卸妆溶剂及润滑剂。绝不可直接使用未经稀释的100%纯甘油,会造成反效果。甘油具有吸水作用,保湿护肤品常常用它吸附空气中的水分子,令其覆盖的皮肤角质层保持湿润。但是纯甘油的保湿效果容易受到空气中湿度的影响。
组分3作为润肤剂,角鲨烷提取自深海鲨鱼肝脏或橄榄油中,是皮肤一种天然成分,具有较好抗氧化力和刺激免疫力,能快速地与肌肤内的水分和油脂相溶,形成天然的皮肤保护屏障,稳定性极佳,不会与空气、紫外线等发生氧化作用,能有效保护皮肤不受外界物质的侵害,极佳的渗透力,高效的携氧性,能调整肌肤的水油平衡,避免肌肤粗糙、暗沉,恢复肌肤原本的柔嫩触感。尤其适合在寒冷季节中使用,是肌肤的润滑油,能补充皮肤天然皮脂。
组分4作为润肤剂,霍霍巴(SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS)籽油不易被氧化,耐高温、高压、黏度变化小。其触觉和延展性也比其他植物油好,对皮肤有柔软弹性感,且易被皮肤吸收,是化妆品中出色的油剂、滋润剂和保湿剂。
组分5作为乳化剂,鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷可以增强产品的保湿效果,质感清爽,常使用于膏霜、防晒产品中。
组分6作为润肤剂,牛油果树(BUTYROSPERMUM PARKII)果脂从牛油果树的果实中提取而成,含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,能够加强皮肤的保湿能力,对干性皮肤即角质受损的肌肤能加以滋润。同时可以调节产品的流动性,改善粘度,提高产品的感官品质和使用肤感。
组分7作为润肤剂,辛基聚甲基硅氧烷在化妆品中作皮肤调理剂和润滑剂使用,可以增加产品质感,使其清爽并易于涂抹。
组分8作为润肤剂,肉豆蔻酸异丙酯在作粘合剂、柔润剂和角质软化剂使用,添加该成分的产品更易涂抹,并质感清爽。该成分分子小,易渗透,作卸妆用途清洁效果好。但该成分过度使用会使皮肤粗糙蜡黄,有一定的刺激性和致暗疮粉刺性。
组分9作为润肤剂,生育酚(维生素E)是对两种化学物质:生育醇与三烯生育醇的总称,这两种化学物质在体内的生物作用大致相同,只是活性不同而已。生育醇与三烯生育醇都各有四种:alpha、beta、gamma、以及delta,其间的差异是甲基在酚环上的数量与位置;三烯生育醇的差异则在其不饱和的侧链。三烯生育醇(Tocotrienols)属于维他命E的一种。与维他命E相同,三烯生育醇也是相当强的抗氧化剂,能对抗脂质过氧化反应。
组分10作为润肤剂,卵磷脂主要提取自蛋黄和黄豆中,该成分是人体细胞不可缺少的物质,若缺乏会降低皮肤细胞再生能力,导致皮肤粗糙,皱纹等。卵磷脂具有保湿和抗氧化作用,化妆品中添加该成分能给皮肤再生活力予以保障,并且该成分有良好的亲水性和亲油性,使用后会增添皮肤光泽。
组分11作为润肤剂,碳酸二辛酯为防晒产品中的添加物,无色且溶解性强,作柔润剂和分散剂使用。该成分易乳化,能够促进产品易于涂抹,可以使皮肤形成保护膜,并且光滑不油腻,留有丝滑触感。
组分12作为皮肤调理剂,其芦荟提取物具有多方面的生物活性,是化妆品重要的添加剂。从芦荟提取物对纤维蛋白增长的促进作用、对弹性蛋白的抑制、对胶原蛋白的合成以及对自由基的清除作用,说明有很好的活肤、抗老化在作用;对胆甾醇合成有促进作用,有助于改变皮脂的组成,减少油光和增加皮肤的柔润程度;同时具有抗菌消炎和保湿的作用。
组分13作为皮肤调理剂,其β-葡聚糖为天然植物胶聚糖,在化妆品中皮肤调理剂和保湿剂使用,同时该成分还有一定抗敏抗炎等作用。该成分为水溶性,能与大多数原料有较好配伍性,无过敏反应,还能提高皮肤保湿能力。该成分还能起到抗氧化和保护皮肤免受紫外线伤害的作用,能够减少皮肤皱纹,提高皮肤抵御外界伤害的能力。
组分14作为润肤剂,其神经酰胺(3)一种脂质物质,人工合成成分,它和构成皮肤角质层的物质结构相近,能很快渗透进皮肤,帮助皮肤天然保护层的更新,能促进自然水合作用的平衡,和角质层中的水结合,形成一种网状结构,锁住水分。对肌肤保湿修护有良好作用,是角质层中重要的活肤成分,能增强皮肤屏障,重建细胞,形成有效的屏障来防止水分流失和减少外部环境的影响。受刺激的皮肤尤其需要更多的神经酰胺,有研究表明,擦含有神经酰胺成分的产品能减少红肿和经皮水分流失,起到增强皮肤屏障并帮助受损肌肤缓解干燥状态的作用。其氢化卵磷脂是卵磷脂的部分水解物,氢化卵磷脂提高了它的亲水能力。为人的皮肤和毛发吸收并能促进其他营养物质的渗透,常与亚麻酸、透明质酸、维生素类共用于调理型化妆品,卵磷脂乳化作用强,能稳定乳状液,适用于配制凝胶型产品。
组分15作为皮肤调理剂,其奥氏海藻(CLADOSIPHON OKAMURANUS)提取物营养丰富又具保健作用,含叶绿素a和c、胡萝卜素及数种叶黄素,淀粉、甘露醇和脂类等,亦含有大量的维生素及无机盐类(天然抗氧化,延缓衰老,美白成分),也相当适合作为肌肤调理之用。
组分16作为保湿剂,其透明质酸钠又称玻尿酸钠,属于肌肤调理剂,是一种酸性粘多糖,天然存在于角膜皮中,可吸收其本身重量1000倍水分,以达到通过保留皮肤水分、阻止水分经表皮流失,以及当皮肤受到损伤时的屏障修复,令皮肤使用后不会感到干燥,增加光泽,它可以改善皮肤营养代谢,使皮肤柔、光滑、去皱、增加弹性、防止衰老,在保湿的同时又是良好的透皮吸收促进剂。与其他营养成分配合使用,可以起到促进营养吸收的更理想效果。
组分17作为皮肤调理剂,其黑桑(MORUS NIGRA)根提取物含还原糖,多缩戊糖及半乳糖酐,鞣质,黄酮类等。能抑制弹性蛋白酶,有抗衰的作用;促进纤维芽细胞脑酰胺的合成,柔润皮肤;对因雄性激素偏高引发的痤疮能很好的防治;对胶原纤维有收缩作用,可以用于瘦身;对荧光素酶的活化有促进作用,说明具有抗炎的功效;能抑制酪氨酸酶的活性,具有美白的功效。
组分18作为润肤剂,甘油葡糖苷是一类由甘油与葡萄糖分子以糖苷键结合的物质,具有保湿、抗氧化功能。
组分19作为皮肤调理剂,四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸又称Ectoin(依克多因),作为一种渗透压补偿性溶质存在于耐盐菌中,在细胞内起到化学递质样作用,对细胞在逆环境中有稳定性的保护作用,也能稳定生物体内酶蛋白的结构,有活肤抗衰的功能;可提供良好的保湿和防晒功能,并有美白皮肤的作用;四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸也可保护中性粒细胞,显示有抗炎作用。
组分20作为皮肤调理剂,水解小核菌(SCLEROTIUM ROLFSSII)胶是多糖类的天然聚合物,也叫硬葡聚糖,高温多种PH值下都很稳定,又是多糖聚合物,与皮肤相容性好,能有效成膜,且稳定性。
组分21作为皮肤调理剂,其北美金缕梅(HAMAMELIS VIRGINIANA)叶提取物在抗氧化、提高皮层局部雌激素水平等方面可增强皮肤细胞新陈代谢,有抗衰作用,可维持皮肤弹性和抗皱;具有抗炎,防敏舒缓和收敛的作用;还有良好的持水能力。

上述神经酰胺滋润保湿霜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、依次将组分1、组分2、组分21、组分26投入乳化锅水相锅中搅拌,加热至80-90℃并保持20分钟以上,获得第一中间体;
S2、依次将组分3、组分4、组分5、组分6、组分7、组分8、组分9、组分10、组分11投入油相锅中搅拌,加热至75-80℃并保持20分钟以上,获得第二中间体;
S3、将加热好的第一中间体开真空抽入主乳化锅中,然后再抽入第二中间体,均质5-10分钟,保温20分钟以上获得第三中间体;
S4、打开冷却水,第三中间体降温至65-70℃,加入组分24、组分25、组分,搅拌溶解,获得第四中间体;
S5、第四中间体降温至55-60℃后依次加入组分15、组分17,然后搅拌溶解,获得第五中间体;
S6、第五中间体降温至40-45℃后依次加入组分12、组分13、组分14、组分16、组分18、组分19、组分20、组分22、组分23、组分28,然后搅拌溶解完全,获得成品;
S7、成品降温至35-38℃,停止搅拌,出料。各组分由于能够承受为温度不一样,且需要根据相似相溶原理逐个将各个组分溶解、混合,因此申请人设计了上述制备方式。其能够在保证各个组分充分溶解混合的前提下还保证各个组分的活性,从而保证最终成品的功效。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用了纯植物提取物作为调理剂,且能够深层滋养皮肤,各药用药剂均保持在合理范围内,从而既能够保证有效调理,又不至于产生较强的副作用。
本发明能够保湿滋润,肤感清爽,不粘腻,滋润度好,保湿时间长,很好修护受损皮肤。另外神经酰胺是用纳米包裹的,能更好的提高皮肤吸收效果,能更有效的渗透到皮肤深层。

S2、依次将组分3、组分4、组分5、组分6、组分7、组分8、组分9、组分10、组分11投入油相锅中搅拌,加热至75-80℃并保持20分钟以上,获得第二中间体;
S3、将加热好的第一中间体开真空抽入主乳化锅中,然后再抽入第二中间体,均质5-10分钟,保温20分钟以上获得第三中间体;
S4、打开冷却水,第三中间体降温至65-70℃,加入组分24、组分25、组分,搅拌溶解,获得第四中间体;
S5、第四中间体降温至55-60℃后依次加入组分15、组分17,然后搅拌溶解,获得第五中间体;
S6、第五中间体降温至40-45℃后依次加入组分12、组分13、组分14、组分16、组分18、组分19、组分20、组分22、组分23、组分28,然后搅拌溶解完全,获得成品;
S7、成品降温至35-38℃,停止搅拌,出料。
9.如权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、依次将组分1、组分2、组分21、组分26投入乳化锅水相锅中搅拌,搅拌速度50转/分钟,加热至90℃并保持20分钟以上,获得第一中间体;
S2、依次将组分3、组分4、组分5、组分6、组分7、组分8、组分9、组分10、组分11投入油相锅中搅拌,搅拌速度50转/分钟,搅拌加热至80℃并保持20分钟以上,获得第二中间体;
S3、将加热好的第一中间体开真空抽入主乳化锅中,开均质3000转/分钟,然后再抽入第二中间体,均质5分钟,搅拌开40转/分钟,保温20分钟以上获得第三中间体;
S4、打开冷却水,第三中间体降温至70℃,加入组分24、组分25、组分,均质5分钟,均质3000转/分钟,获得第四中间体;
S5、第四中间体降温至60℃后依次加入组分15、组分17,然后搅拌溶解,获得第五中间体;
S6、第五中间体降温至45℃后依次加入组分12、组分13、组分14、组分16、组分18、组分19、组分20、组分22、组分23、组分28,然后搅拌溶解完全,获得成品;
S7、成品降温至38℃,停止搅拌,出料。
