Abstract
本发明公开了一种清洁效率高且刺激性低的洁发巾及其生产装置,本发明的洁发巾包括无纺布基体,无纺布基体为长丝纤维无纺布,在无纺布基体的表面印制有若干凹凸不平的纹路,在无纺布基体的表面辊涂有清洁组合物,在清洁组合物中包含用于吸附头发表面油污的粉剂。清洁组合物包括如下组分:粉剂,保湿剂,表面活性剂,丁基化PVP,聚氨酯-1,悬浮剂,防腐剂,头发调理剂,pH调节剂适量,余量为水。本发明的洁发巾残留的防腐剂的量较少,能够减少对头皮的刺激;同时,采用辊涂的方式将清洁组合物涂覆于无纺布基体的表面,无需烘干操作,因而可有效节约加工能耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种清洁效率高且刺激性低的洁发巾及其生产装置。
背景技术
目前,人们普遍采用洗发水或香波对头发和头皮进行清洁。而在一些特殊环境下,比如需要护理的卧床病人、产妇、航天员、还有头发容易出油的人群、及去偏远或者缺水地方旅游的人群等,这些人均不方便直接用水清洗头发和头皮,而几天不洗头会造成头发油腻和头皮发痒,甚至影响到人的心情状态。
当今社会竞争激烈,大多数人的精神和生活压力较大,再加上生活环境被污染,头发容易脏且出油已是普遍现象了,甚至有些人一天不洗头,头发就脏兮兮并且油腻腻的,针对此问题,人们采用头发干洗气雾剂(如中国专利公开号为CN 104523444A、CN 104510629B的专利文件)或头发干洗粉进行对头发和头皮的简单清洁。
但是,不管是使用含有大量液化石油气、二甲醚等抛射剂的发用干洗气雾剂还是使用头发干洗粉,在使用时都具有一定的风险性。在使用发用干洗气雾剂时要避免明火,防止燃烧,且这种产品不能随身携带上飞机或火车或轮船;而头发干洗粉虽然方便使用,但使用时粉末会飞扬,极易被人体吸入,长时间使用会有害人体健康(公开号为CN 108721141A的中国专利文件)。虽然目前已有发用清洁湿巾上市,有的需要清水冲洗的,有的是免洗型的,但都有弊端,需清洗型发用清洁湿巾不能适用于特定环境下使用,如缺水环境下、临时需要使用的商务人员等;而免洗发用清洁湿巾虽满足了大部分消费者的需求,但为了保证产品的货架期,必须加入按化妆品法律法规已规定的防腐剂和杀菌剂,由于湿态状态下,细菌和真菌更容易滋生,所以加入的防腐剂和杀菌剂比干态状态下要多,使用免洗清洁发用湿巾后,由于不需要清水冲洗,会有很多防腐剂和杀菌剂残留于头皮和头发表面,对于易敏感人群来说,这个免洗清洁发用湿巾并不特别合适使用。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种清洁效率高且刺激性低的洁发巾及其生产装置。本发明的洁发巾小巧,轻便,易于携带,其对头发和头皮表面的油脂和灰尘等去除效率高。
本发明的清洁效率高且刺激性低的洁发巾包括无纺布基体,所述无纺布基体为长丝纤维无纺布,在所述无纺布基体的表面印制有若干凹凸不平的纹路,在所述无纺布基体的表面辊涂有清洁组合物,在所述清洁组合物中包含用于吸附头发表面油污的粉剂。本发明的洁发巾通过采用长丝纤维无纺布,因而,使得无纺布基体的表面摩擦力大,易于实现对头发和头皮的擦拭和清洁,由于清洁组合物采用辊涂的方式涂布于无纺布基体的表面,因而,在最终的洁发巾成品上残留的防腐剂的量较少,能够减少对头皮的刺激;同时,采用辊涂的方式将清洁组合物加入,无需烘干,直接分切并加工成品即可,可有效节约加工能耗。此外,本发明的洁发巾既可以在干态下直接擦拭使用,也可在吸附一定的水后在湿态下使用,给使用提供方便。
进一步的,所述纹路为波浪形、曲线形或不规则形状。
进一步的,所述粉剂选自硅石、水合硅石、聚甲基硅倍半氧烷和乙烯/甲基丙烯酸共聚物中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述粉剂的粒径范围为0.1-30微米。
进一步的,所述洁发巾的含液量不超过12%。
更进一步的,在所述清洁组合物中还包括丁基化PVP和聚氨酯-1中的至少一种。因而,能够确保粉剂能被粘附于无纺布基体的表面,不容易脱落。
更进一步的,所述清洁组合物还包括表面活性剂、头皮调理剂、保湿剂和防腐剂。
更进一步的,所述清洁组合物按照重量份计,包括如下组分:粉剂20-40%,保湿剂1-10%,表面活性剂10-30%,丁基化PVP1-2%,聚氨酯-1 0.5-1%,悬浮剂0.1-0.5%,防腐剂0.05-1%,头发调理剂0.01-0.2%,pH调节剂适量,余量为水。
本发明还提供了一种用于生产前述的洁发巾的生产装置,其包括无纺布供料机构和若干缓冲辊,无纺布依次经过无纺布供料机构和所述缓冲辊,还包括与生产装置的本体可拆卸连接的清洁组合物容纳槽,所述清洁组合物容纳槽位于至少一个所述缓冲辊下方,在所述清洁组合物容纳槽内设置有能与任意所述缓冲辊相抵接的沾料辊,在所述清洁组合物容纳槽的槽底设置有搅拌桨,还包括用于带动所述搅拌桨旋转的驱动装置。因而,通过将清洁组合物容纳槽与生产装置的本体可拆卸连接,增加了本生产装置与现有技术中的干巾生产装置的匹配度,降低了对本发明的洁发巾的加工成本。
进一步的,还包括与各个所述缓冲辊垂直连接的连接板,所述沾料辊与所述缓冲辊平行设置,所述清洁组合物容纳槽与所述连接板可拆卸连接,所述清洁组合物容纳槽的与所述连接板连接的侧壁的上边缘的高度低于所述沾料辊的外表面的高度,在所述清洁组合物容纳槽的设置有所述连接板以外的至少一个外侧壁上设置有安装板。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例一:
参见附图1所示,本实施例为一种清洁效率高且刺激性低的洁发巾,其包括无纺布基体1,无纺布基体1为长丝纤维无纺布,在无纺布基体1的表面印制有若干凹凸不平的纹路11,在无纺布基体1的表面辊涂有清洁组合物,在清洁组合物中包含用于吸附头发表面油污的粉剂。本实施例在无纺布基体1上印制的纹路 11为波浪形、曲线形或不规则形状,因而,便于在进行头发清洁时对污物的擦除,并能确保清洁组合物中的粉剂较大程度的停留于无纺布基体1上,充分发挥吸附作用。由于清洁组合物是辊涂在无纺布基体1上的,因而,在洁发巾上的清洁组合物的含量较低。因而在洁发巾上残留的防腐剂的量也较低,因而,能够减小洁发巾对头皮的刺激。
实施例二:
本实施例为一种清洁组合物,按照重量份计,其包括如下组分:粉剂 20-40%,保湿剂1-10%,表面活性剂10-30%,丁基化PVP1-2%,聚氨酯-1 0.5-1%,悬浮剂0.1-0.5%,防腐剂0.05-1%,头发调理剂0.01-0.2%,pH调节剂适量,余量为水。本实施例的粉剂选自硅石、水合硅石、聚甲基硅倍半氧烷和乙烯/甲基丙烯酸共聚物中的至少一种,粉剂的粒径范围为0.1-30微米。本实施例的清洁组合物的配方按照表1进行复配:

本实施例的清洁组合物按照如下工艺制备:
①将硅石、水合硅石、聚甲基硅倍半氧烷、乙烯/甲基丙烯酸共聚物、辛酰/ 癸酰氨丙基甜菜碱、聚甘油-4癸酸酯、PEG-6辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类、丁基化PVP、生育酚乙酸酯及适量去离子水,混合并低速均质分散成均匀乳液A;
②将聚氨酯-1、羟乙基纤维素、聚季铵盐-10、EDTA-2Na、适量去离子水混合并加热至70-80℃,再低速均质10-15min,然后降温至60℃以下时,开始逐渐加入A,直至完全加入,即得溶液B;
③将苯扎氯铵用去离子水溶解完全,即得透明液体C,备用;
④将苯氧乙醇、甘油、o-伞花烃-5-醇与适量去离子水,充分搅拌至完全溶解,即得溶液D;
⑤将乙基己基甘油、透明液体C和溶液D,逐一加入B中,搅拌均匀,然后用柠檬酸(10%)溶液调节乳液pH值5.0-6.5,即得乳液E。
实施例三:
参见附图2和3所示,本实施例为一种用于生产实施例一的洁发巾的生产装置,其包括无纺布供料机构和若干缓冲辊2,本实施例的无纺布供料机构采用现有技术中的干巾生产装置的供料机构的结构即可。将成卷的无纺布经无纺布供料机构后依次缠绕于各个缓冲辊2上。在本实施例的缓冲辊2的下方还设置有与生产装置的本体可拆离连接的清洁组合物容纳槽3。因而,可直接利用现有的干巾生产装置,并将清洁组合物容纳槽固定于其上,即可实现对本发明的洁发巾的生产。在清洁组合物容纳槽3内设置有能与位于最下方的缓冲辊2相抵接的沾料辊4,沾料辊4与各个缓冲辊2相互平行设置,本实施例还包括用于带动沾料辊 4旋转的辊涂电机5。
本实施例还包括与各个缓冲辊垂直连接的连接板8,在清洁组合物容纳槽3 的靠近连接板8一侧的侧壁上设置有安装板,因而,可将清洁组合物容纳槽3与连接板8可拆卸连接。沾料辊4与缓冲辊2平行设置,清洁组合物容纳槽3的与连接板8连接的侧壁的上边缘的高度低于沾料辊4的外表面的高度,因而,不会妨碍沾料辊3与缓冲辊2相互抵接。在清洁组合物容纳槽3的设置有连接板以外的至少一个外侧壁上设置有安装板6,因而可在需要对无纺布表面辊涂清洁组合物时,将清洁组合物容纳槽3通过安装板6固定于合适的位置,并将沾料辊4与缓冲辊2相抵接,由此即可完成对无纺布表面的辊涂。
在本实施例的清洁组合物容纳槽3的槽底设置有搅拌桨31,还包括用于带动搅拌31桨旋转的驱动电机7。因而,能够确保清洁组合物中的粉剂被充分分散于体系中,并能被均匀辊涂在无纺布的表面。

1.一种清洁效率高且刺激性低的洁发巾,包括无纺布基体,其特征在于,所述无纺布基体为长丝纤维无纺布,在所述无纺布基体的表面印制有若干凹凸不平的纹路,在所述无纺布基体的表面辊涂有清洁组合物,在所述清洁组合物中包含用于吸附头发表面油污的粉剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清洁效率高且刺激性低的洁发巾,其特征在于,所述纹路为波浪形、曲线形或不规则形状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的清洁效率高且刺激性低的洁发巾,其特征在于,所述粉剂选自硅石、水合硅石、聚甲基硅倍半氧烷和乙烯/甲基丙烯酸共聚物中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的清洁效率高且刺激性低的洁发巾,其特征在于,所述粉剂的粒径范围为0.1-30微米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的清洁效率高且刺激性低的洁发巾,其特征在于,所述洁发巾的含液量不超过12%。
6.根据权利要求3所述的清洁效率高且刺激性低的洁发巾,其特征在于,在所述清洁组合物中还包括丁基化PVP和聚氨酯-1中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的清洁效率高且刺激性低的洁发巾,其特征在于,所述清洁组合物还包括表面活性剂、头皮调理剂、保湿剂和防腐剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的清洁效率高且刺激性低的洁发巾,其特征在于,所述清洁组合物按照重量份计,包括如下组分:粉剂20-40%,保湿剂1-10%,表面活性剂10-30%,丁基化PVP1-2%,聚氨酯-1 0.5-1%,悬浮剂0.1-0.5%,防腐剂0.05-1%,头发调理剂0.01-0.2%,pH调节剂适量,余量为水。
9.一种用于生产权利要求1-8中任一项所述的洁发巾的生产装置,其特征在于,包括无纺布供料机构和若干缓冲辊,无纺布依次经过无纺布供料机构和所述缓冲辊,还包括与生产装置的本体可拆卸连接的清洁组合物容纳槽,所述清洁组合物容纳槽位于至少一个所述缓冲辊的下方,在所述清洁组合物容纳槽内设置有能与任意所述缓冲辊相抵接的沾料辊,在所述清洁组合物容纳槽的槽底设置有搅拌桨,还包括用于带动所述搅拌桨旋转的驱动装置。
10.根据权利要求9所述的洁发巾的生产装置,其特征在于,还包括与各个所述缓冲辊垂直连接的连接板,所述沾料辊与所述缓冲辊平行设置,所述清洁组合物容纳槽与所述连接板可拆卸连接,所述清洁组合物容纳槽的与所述连接板连接的侧壁的上边缘的高度低于所述沾料辊的外表面的高度,在所述清洁组合物容纳槽的设置有所述连接板以外的至少一个外侧壁上设置有安装板。
