The puncture positioning component 2 can be replaced conveniently, quickly and efficiently through the structure.
The using method comprises the following steps: the device is guided by B-ultrasonic or other imaging equipment, subcutaneous tissues are punctured, a positioning marker is conveyed to a desired position, a puncture needle retraction button or a handle tail end retraction button of a handle assembly 1 is pressed, and the tail part of the puncture needle retracts to the bottom position of a cavity of the handle assembly 1 under the action of a spring 24 of an inner cavity of the puncture needle positioning assembly, so that the positioning marker is separated from the front inner cavity of the puncture needle and is kept in focus tissues, and the keeping operation of the positioning marker is completed.
The action principle is as follows: after the puncture needle is inserted into the affected part, the unlocking button is pressed by hand to make the sliding lock block slide downwards, the needle tube gets rid of the constraint of the lock block, the puncture needle tube 21 is retracted to the bottom of the inner cavity of the handle component under the action of the spring 24, and the positioning marker is left in the affected part. The needle tube is retracted by the biasing force of the spring 24, and the positioning mark is left on the affected part. When the locking piece is unlocked, the arm is not moved, and no external acting force is exerted. Ensuring that the positioning mark is placed at the correct position.
