Detailed Description
In order to better understand the objects, structures and functions of the present invention, a scratch-preventing device for a hot trimming die according to the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the scratch-resistant device for the hot trimming die comprises an upper die insert 1, an upper trimming insert 2, a lower die insert 3 and a lower trimming insert 4, wherein the upper trimming insert 2 is fixedly arranged on the bottom surface of the upper die insert 1, the lower trimming insert 4 is fixedly arranged on the lower die insert 3, and the inner edge of the lower trimming insert 4 is matched with the outer edge of the upper trimming insert 2 to jointly cut a forging 5;

Working principle:
When the die is in operation, under the action of the press, the upper trimming insert 2 is contacted with the forging piece 5, the lower trimming insert 4 is used for trimming, and when the sliding block descends to the bottom dead point, the trimming is completed, so that the purposes of trimming and forming are achieved once. When the slide block moves downwards, the lower trimming insert 4 is easy to contact with the part, so that the part is scratched;
when the upper die is stamped downwards, the forging piece 5 enters the cutting edge of the upper trimming insert 2 through the cylindrical guide block 601, and the contact with the sharp corner on the outer side of the lower trimming insert 4 is avoided.
As shown in the following figure, the cylindrical guide block 601 is locked on the lower trimming insert 4 through the screw 603 and the gasket 604, the top end height of the cylindrical guide block 601 after being locked is equal to or greater than the cutting edge height of the lower trimming insert 4, when the upper die is stamped downwards, the forging 5 enters the cutting edge of the upper trimming insert 2 through the cylindrical guide block 601, and the contact with the sharp corner outside the lower trimming insert 4 is avoided.
