本发明涉及一种消毒剂,具体涉及一种电解银离子消毒剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
消毒剂用于杀灭传播媒介上病原微生物,使其达到无害化要求,将病原微生物消灭于人体之外,切断传染病的传播途径,达到控制传染病的目的。目前市场上常用的消毒剂多以化学消毒剂为主,但化学消毒剂在使用过程中会产生刺激性气味、腐蚀性较强、对呼吸道有刺激、对家具、电器、金属物品有损害,比如:过氧乙酸对细菌繁殖芽孢、真菌、病毒等都有高效、速效广谱消毒作用,是理想的空气消毒剂,但对黏膜有刺激性,对物品有腐蚀性,虽等量稀释降低浓度后熏蒸消毒对人体皮肤粘膜呼吸道刺激性降低,但其杀菌率也随之降低,在80%以下。
由于市场上常用的化学消毒剂对人体具有较强的刺激及损伤,且消毒效果存在不稳定因素,人们迫切需要一种对人体无害、对物品无腐蚀性,且杀菌性能稳定的消毒剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无毒无异味、对环境和人员无害,且杀菌效果时效长的电解银离子消毒剂及其制备方法。
为实现本发明的上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种电解银离子消毒剂,包括下述重量份的原料:电解银离子溶液0.02-18份、去离子水28-98份、水溶性薄荷油0.01-8.5份、pH调节剂0.1-0.3份。
作为一种优选的实施方案,包括下述重量份的原料:电解银离子溶液3-15份、去离子水40-90份、水溶性薄荷油3-6份、pH调节剂0.1-0.2份。
作为一种优选的实施方案,包括下述重量份的原料:电解银离子溶液4-12份、去离子水50-80份、水溶性薄荷油4-6份、pH调节剂0.1-0.2份。
作为一种优选的实施方案,包括下述重量份的原料:电解银离子溶液10份、去离子水80份、水溶性薄荷油5份、pH调节剂0.2份。
电解银离子溶液,是一种不含载体颗粒的,高纯度的无色、无味、无毒性的透明水溶液,因此可使用于眼睛、口腔、鼻孔、皮肤及阴道等黏膜组织,理论上说,银离子只要不和其它元素反应,不生成银化合物,不成为新的物质,银离子的杀菌效果一直存在,即使银离子进入细菌的细胞核,使细菌死亡之后,再次溶出,仍然可以周而复始的杀菌。
水溶性薄荷油为可以溶于水的薄荷油,性味辛凉,薄荷油中的主要成分为薄荷醇、薄荷脑、薄荷酮、薄荷脂、柠檬烯等,有提神醒脑、疏风散热的功效。

(1)将电解银离子溶液、去离子水和水溶性薄荷油混合搅拌均匀,得混合液;
(2)向混合液中滴加pH调节剂至弱酸性,得所述一种电解银离子消毒剂。

本发明所述电解银离子消毒剂的杀菌效果研究
试验方法:在无菌操作间用接种环蘸取菌种(包括大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、白色葡萄球菌、灵杆菌、空气自然菌)分别均匀涂布在培养基平板上,用直径5mm的无菌金属打孔器在每个培养基上均匀打5个孔,将准备好的本发明实施例1-5消毒剂分别滴入孔内,作为对照,准备一个没有滴药的无菌培养基,一起放置在37℃的培养箱内培养24-36h,观察并记录消毒剂对菌种的抑菌圈直径,抑菌试验结果如表1所示:

从表1可以看出,本发明所述电解银离子消毒剂对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌等具有很好的抑菌、杀菌效果。
本发明所述电解银离子消毒剂的抑菌时效研究
将本发明所得电解银离子消毒剂用水稀释20倍,将稀释后的消毒剂喷洒于鸡舍和鸡体表,每周1-2次,每立方米空气中喷洒消毒剂的量为0.8ml,喷洒后不同时间对空气中葡萄球菌的杀灭率的检测结果如表2所示:

本发明所述电解银离子消毒剂对空气中的细菌具有很好的消杀作用,且时效较长,在消毒剂喷洒3h后对空气中葡萄球菌的杀菌率仍可达到90%。
过氧乙酸消毒液在喷洒后对空气中葡萄球菌的杀菌量可达到99.6%,但其杀菌时效较短,而且在杀菌过程中需对门窗进行关闭,其在空气中的残留量也相应比较高,且过氧乙酸残留量随时间的延长会呈指数变化,而且对空气环境具有刺激性、腐蚀性、毒性等缺点。而本发明所述电解银离子消毒剂克服了上述缺点,在使用过程中,对环境无污染,时效长,使用剂量较少。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种电解银离子消毒剂,其特征在于,包括下述重量份的原料:电解银离子溶液0.02-18份、去离子水28-98份、水溶性薄荷油0.01-8.5份、pH调节剂0.1-0.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述电解银离子消毒剂,其特征在于,包括下述重量份的原料:电解银离子溶液3-15份、去离子水40-90份、水溶性薄荷油3-6份、pH调节剂0.1-0.2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述电解银离子消毒剂,其特征在于,包括下述重量份的原料:电解银离子溶液4-12份、去离子水50-80份、水溶性薄荷油4-6份、pH调节剂0.1-0.2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述电解银离子消毒剂,其特征在于,包括下述重量份的原料:电解银离子溶液10份、去离子水80份、水溶性薄荷油5份、pH调节剂0.2份。
5.根据权利要求1所述电解银离子消毒剂,其特征在于,所述电解银离子溶液的浓度为100-130ppm,优选地,所述电解银离子溶液的浓度为120ppm。
6.根据权利要求1所述电解银离子消毒剂,其特征在于,所述电解银离子溶液为电解银离子水溶液。
7.根据权利要求1所述电解银离子消毒剂,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂为植酸调节剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述电解银离子消毒剂,其特征在于,所述植酸调节剂的浓度为50%-60%。
9.权利要求1-8任一项所述电解银离子消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将电解银离子溶液、去离子水和水溶性薄荷油混合搅拌均匀,得混合液;
(2)向混合液中滴加pH调节剂至弱酸性,得所述电解银离子消毒剂。
10.根据权利要求9所述电解银离子消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,向混合液中滴加pH调节剂至pH值为6-7。
