Background
A healthy skin barrier can lock up skin moisture and block external irritation. The purpose of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
an anti-allergy, comfortable and mild skin barrier repair essence cream comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5-8% of natural skin conditioner; 0.5-1% of anti-allergic agent; 10-15% of a humectant; auxiliary materials and the balance;
the natural skin conditioner comprises, by weight, 2-5 parts of shea butter, 1-3 parts of camellia extract, 0.5-1.5 parts of camellia seed oil and 0.3-0.8 part of centella asiatica extract;
the anti-allergy agent comprises 1-3 parts of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and 3-8 parts of pseudoanise leaf extract according to parts by weight.
Further, the humectant is one or any combination of trehalose, saccharide isomerate, lecithin, betaine, sodium hyaluronate and polyhydric alcohol.
Preferably, the polyol is a combination of 1, 3-propanediol, polyglycerol-10, glycerol and 1, 2-hexanediol.
Further, the auxiliary materials comprise a softening agent, an antioxidant, an emulsifier, a film forming agent and an aroma regulator.
Preferably, the emollient is one or any combination of ethylhexyl palmitate, neopentyl glycol diheptanoate, cetearyl alcohol, bis-behenyl alcohol/isostearyl alcohol/phytosterol dioleyl alcohol dilinoleate, and polydimethylsiloxane.
The antioxidant comprises tocopherol acetate.
The emulsifier is one or any combination of cetearyl glucoside, glyceryl stearate, PEG-100 stearate and glyceryl caprylate.
The film forming agent is acrylate copolymer sodium;
the aromatic regulator comprises cananga oil and bitter orange leaf oil.
Further, the anti-allergy, comfort and skin barrier repair essence cream comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
5-8% of natural skin conditioner; 0.5-1% of anti-allergic agent; 10-15% of a humectant; 10-15% of softening agent; 0.3-1% of antioxidant; 1-3% of emulsifier; 0.01 to 0.05 percent of film-forming agent; 0.01 to 0.06 percent of aromatic regulator; water and the balance.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the essence cream provided by the invention has the effects of resisting allergy and removing redness. The pseudoanise leaf extract is taken as a core, so that the expression of a proinflammatory factor COX-2 (COX-2 is an inducible enzyme and can cause inflammatory reaction and tissue damage) is effectively reduced; and the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate is added, so that the expression of atopic dermatitis related genes can be reduced, and the release of related factors can be reduced. The pseudoanise leaf extract and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate have synergistic effect, so that inflammation symptoms can be eliminated effectively, and skin irritation can be relieved immediately; and natural components such as camellia extract and the like are added for rapidly repairing wounds, promoting the formation of collagen, resisting inflammation and repairing from inside to outside, rapidly removing red, eliminating inflammation, forming a skin protection barrier, and maintaining the stability of the skin for a long time.
2. The essence cream has the effect of strongly resisting external pollution. An anti-allergy, comfortable and mild skin barrier repair essence cream comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5-8% of natural skin conditioner; 0.5-1% of anti-allergic agent; 10-15% of a humectant; auxiliary materials and the balance;
wherein the natural skin conditioner comprises 2 to 5 portions of shea butter, 1 to 3 portions of camellia extract, 0.5 to 1.5 portions of camellia seed oil and 0.3 to 0.8 portion of centella asiatica extract according to the weight portion;
the camellia extract contains excellent soothing and antiallergic active ingredients, can build a protective net for isolating free radicals, can effectively resist the invasion of environmental pollution, and has remarkable effects on symptoms of allergy, edema, erythema and the like brought by the environment and small side effects. The camellia extract camellia contains abundant flavone, saponin, catechin, vitamin C, tannic acid, amino acid and other components, has excellent antioxidant and anti-free radical effects, contains moisturizing and anti-allergy activities, can effectively prevent skin melanin from precipitating, prevents series of skin problems caused by environmental pollution of the skin, and maintains the health and freshness of the skin. The camellia seed oil can also complex excessive free iron, so that the damage of free radicals is reduced; the copper complex has weak complexation, can inhibit the oxidation of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) catalyzed by copper, and can not influence the SOD activity taking the copper as the center; complexing intracellular calcium inhibits xanthine oxidase production. The shea butter fruit resin has obvious moisturizing and water replenishing effects, is easy to absorb, enhances the skin moisturizing capability, can effectively prevent the skin moisture loss, and assists in establishing a skin water barrier; can also help wound healing, synergistically repair skin injury and increase the defense capacity of skin. Centella asiatica extract has many active ingredients and has good skin caring and repairing effects. The herba Centellae extract can promote wound cell proliferation and collagen synthesis, promote wound epithelial tissue generation, and promote wound healing. The asiatic pennywort herb extract has excellent effects of relieving irritation, repairing skin and the like, can help damaged skin tissues to repair, calm skin, relieve sensitivity, prevent skin from drying, redness and desquamation, improve dark and uneven skin color and increase the resistance of skin.
The anti-allergy agent comprises 1-3 parts of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and 3-8 parts of illicium simonsii leaf extract by weight.

The humectant is one or any combination of trehalose, saccharide isomer, lecithin, betaine, sodium hyaluronate and polyalcohol. Wherein the polyalcohol is the combination of 1, 3-propylene glycol, polyglycerol-10, glycerol and 1, 2-hexanediol.
The saccharide isomerate is a natural humectant extracted from a natural plant saccharide complex, is similar to a carbohydrate complex in a human body, has good skin-friendly performance, can immediately provide a deep moisturizing effect, and recovers a skin moisturizing barrier. Can be combined with free amino acid groups of lysine on keratin in cells of the horny layer to assist the keratin of the horny layer to combine with water, and has long moisturizing effect because the keratin cannot be easily washed off.
The adjuvants include emollient, antioxidant, emulsifier, film-forming agent, and aromatic regulator.
Wherein the emollient is one or any combination of ethylhexyl palmitate, neopentyl glycol diheptanoate, cetostearyl alcohol, bis-behenyl alcohol/isostearyl alcohol/phytosterol dioleyl alcohol dilinoleate, and polydimethylsiloxane.
Antioxidants include tocopheryl acetate. The weak bacteriostatic ability of the polyol system and the antioxidant in the humectant disclosed by the invention is combined, so that a natural preservative system can be formed.
The emulsifier is one or any combination of cetearyl glucoside, glyceryl stearate, PEG-100 stearate, and glyceryl caprylate.
The film forming agent is acrylate copolymer sodium;
the aroma regulator comprises cananga oil and bitter orange leaf oil.
As a further preferable scheme, the anti-allergy soothing and skin barrier repair essence cream comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
5-8% of natural skin conditioner; 0.5-1% of anti-allergic agent; 10-15% of a humectant; 10-15% of softening agent; 0.3-1% of antioxidant; 1-3% of emulsifier; 0.01 to 0.05 percent of film-forming agent; 0.01 to 0.06 percent of aromatic regulator; water and the balance.
Experimental example 1
The camellia extract is used for promoting collagen synthesis experiment:
The pig skin dermal model was used for the test of stimulating collagen production. The anti-allergy soothing and skin barrier repair essence creams of examples 1 to 5 were prepared according to the following method:
respectively preparing water phase mixed liquor and oil phase mixed liquor according to the formula in the table 1; then pouring the water phase mixed solution into the oil phase mixed solution at the temperature of 80 ℃, homogenizing at a high speed and stirring uniformly; cooling to 50 deg.C, adding aromatic regulator, stirring, and standing to room temperature.
Effect evaluation and Performance detection
(1) Detection of efficacy of removing redness
1) The essence cream (camellia cream) of example 2 is dissolved in DMSO to prepare a mother solution with a concentration of 1g/ml for later use.
2) Spreading human immortalized keratinocyte (HaCaT cell) in good growth state on a culture dish, culturing for 24H for adherence, replacing culture medium containing 125 μ g/ml essence cream (camellia cream) of example 2, and adding H2O2Inducing the generation of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF), and continuing to culture for 24 h. Removing cell culture supernatant, centrifuging and taking supernatant for ELISA detection to obtain the influence of the camellia cream of example 2 on the VEGF content.
3) The preparation method is characterized in that the essence cream (camellia cream) of example 2 is not added, and H is not added2O2As a blank group; the method is characterized in that the essence cream (camellia cream) in the example 2 is not added, and the same amount of H is added2O2The test of (3) was used as a control group to detect the corresponding VEGF content.
The results are shown in FIG. 2, where, # # denotes: p is less than 0.05 compared with the blank group; denotes: p < 0.01 compared to control.
As can be seen from fig. 2, compared with the control group, the essence cream of the present invention can significantly inhibit the VEGF content in HaCaT cells (about 60% of the control group), indicating that the essence cream of the present invention has significant inhibitory effect on the VEGF production in HaCaT cells, and has strong red blood removing effect. (2) Water replenishment performance detection
The essence creams of examples 1-5 were used for human body tests, usingThe dual MPA580 skin tester detects, specifically is the operation:
randomly selecting a plurality of volunteers with healthy skin and no skin diseases or allergic history, and selecting the proper area of the inner upper arm area of the volunteers as a test area. Before testing, volunteers were allowed to calm down at room temperature in an environment of 50. + -.2% relative humidity, and the test area was cleaned with a cleaning product, wiped evenly with alcohol and then allowed to air dry. The test area is divided into 4 blocks (each block takes 3cm multiplied by 3cm), 5 points are taken for each block to carry out measurement, and the average value is taken as the data result of the test area. The skin moisture retention value was measured before application of the product to obtain a blank control value. Then 2 drops of the product to be tested were applied to each test area, gently tapped until absorption, and then the skin moisturizing values of the test area immediately, 5 hours and 10 hours were measured with a skin tester, respectively, and the moisturizing effect was evaluated, with the results shown in table 3 and fig. 3.

As can be seen from the data in Table 3 and the data in FIG. 3, the essence cream of the present invention has good moisturizing performance, can repair the skin water barrier, and can reduce water loss. Comparing examples 1-3, it can be seen that the moisturizing performance is increased in a dose-dependent manner by saccharide isomers; compared with the examples 2 and 4, the saccharide isomer can be added to be synergistic with other components, so that the water replenishing and moisturizing performance of the essence cream is obviously improved; it can also be seen from comparative examples 2 and 5 that the addition of the pseudoanise leaf extract synergistically increases the moisturizing properties of the saccharide isomers.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art based on the present invention are within the scope of the present invention claimed in the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The anti-allergy, comfortable and mild skin barrier repair essence cream is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 5-8% of natural skin conditioner; 0.5-1% of anti-allergic agent; 10-15% of a humectant; auxiliary materials and the balance;
the natural skin conditioner comprises, by weight, 2-5 parts of shea butter, 1-3 parts of camellia extract, 0.5-1.5 parts of camellia seed oil and 0.3-0.8 part of centella asiatica extract;
the anti-allergy agent comprises 1-3 parts of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and 3-8 parts of pseudoanise leaf extract according to parts by weight.
2. The anti-allergy, soothing and skin barrier repair essence cream according to claim 1, wherein the moisturizer is one or any combination of trehalose, saccharide isomers, lecithin, betaine, sodium hyaluronate, and polyhydric alcohol.
3. The anti-allergy soothing and skin barrier repair essence cream according to claim 2, wherein the polyhydric alcohol is a combination of 1, 3-propanediol, polyglycerol-10, glycerol and 1, 2-hexanediol.
4. The anti-allergy, soothing and skin barrier repair essence cream according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary materials comprise an emollient, an antioxidant, an emulsifier, a film-forming agent and an aroma regulator.
5. The anti-allergy, soothing and skin barrier repair essence cream according to claim 4, wherein the emollient is one or any combination of ethylhexyl palmitate, neopentyl glycol diheptanoate, cetearyl alcohol, bis-behenyl alcohol/isostearyl alcohol/phytosterol dioleyl alcohol dilinoleate, and polydimethylsiloxane.
6. The anti-allergy soothing and skin barrier repair serum according to claim 4, wherein the antioxidant comprises tocopheryl acetate.
7. The anti-allergy soothing and skin barrier repair cream as claimed in claim 4, wherein the emulsifier is one or any combination of cetearyl glucoside, glyceryl stearate, PEG-100 stearate, glyceryl caprylate.
8. The anti-allergy, soothing and skin barrier repair essence cream according to claim 4, wherein the film-forming agent is sodium acrylate copolymer.
9. The anti-allergy soothing and skin barrier repair essence cream according to claim 4, wherein the fragrance modulator comprises cananga oil, neroli oil.
10. The anti-allergy soothing and skin barrier repair essence cream according to any one of claims 4 to 9, comprising the following components in weight percent:
5-8% of natural skin conditioner; 0.5-1% of anti-allergic agent; 10-15% of a humectant; 10-15% of softening agent; 0.3-1% of antioxidant; 1-3% of emulsifier; 0.01 to 0.05 percent of film-forming agent; 0.01 to 0.06 percent of aromatic regulator; water and the balance.
