When the medical endoscope is used, a patient can hold the L-shaped structural rod piece by hand, a doctor clamps the upper support body 8 and the lower support body 9 on two sides of the upper tooth and the lower tooth respectively, puts the intracavity endoscope 5 and the tongue depressor 13 into the oral cavity, presses the tongue depressor 13 on the tongue head, moves the lower support body 9 downwards by rotating the support rod 1, increases the distance between the upper support body 8 and the lower support body 9 until the mouth is expanded enough, then lifts the outer sleeve 3 upwards by the doctor to press the tongue depressor 13 downwards, and then the detection can be started; when detecting, the degree of depth in the oral cavity of intracavity speculum 5 is adjusted to the tensile interior sleeve pipe 4 of accessible, stimulate arbitrary supporting shoe 69 as required simultaneously, supporting shoe 69 drives tensile piece 67 and outwards draws, make movable joint 61 rotate, it rotates certain angle to drive intracavity speculum 5, the image that will gather simultaneously through wireless signal transceiver module sends the watch-dog, the watch-dog preserves the pathological condition and carries out real-time display to the condition of monitoring, utilize the doctor in time to look over patient's oral cavity problem, make the diagnostic result, the degree of accuracy and the efficiency of treatment are improved.

In order to facilitate the placement of the device, as shown in fig. 7, in this embodiment, the lower end of the support rod 1 is sleeved with an L-shaped rod 14 which is telescopically connected with the support rod 1, a plurality of first limiting holes 15 are formed in a longitudinal rod of the L-shaped rod 14, the support rod 1 and the vertical rod are fixed by first limiting bolts 16, a fixing clamp 17 is arranged at the tail end of a transverse rod of the L-shaped rod 14, the whole device is clamped at a desk side and other positions by the fixing clamp 17, a hand-held device is not used, other structures are the same as those of the embodiment 1, and details are not.
Example 3
In order to facilitate the placement of the device, as shown in fig. 8, in this embodiment, the lower end of the supporting rod 1 is sleeved with a vertical rod 18 which is telescopically connected with the supporting rod 1, the supporting rod 1 is provided with a plurality of second limiting holes 19, the supporting rod 1 and the vertical rod are fixed by a second limiting bolt 20, and the lower end of the vertical rod 18 is provided with a triangular support frame 21 with a self-locking roller. The whole device can be conveniently moved by the triangular support frame 21, the whole device is placed on a table top and the like by the triangular support frame 21, a hand-held device is not needed, the rest structure is the same as that of the embodiment 1, and the description is omitted.
The above-mentioned embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any simple modifications or equivalent substitutions of the technical solutions that can be obviously obtained by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. An oral examination device for department of stomatology is characterized by comprising a support rod (1), an examination module and a support module;
the upper end of the supporting rod (1) is provided with a section of external thread, and the lower end of the supporting rod is provided with an L-shaped structural rod piece arranged in a horizontal mirror image manner;
the examination module comprises a connecting column (2), an outer sleeve (3), an inner sleeve (4), an oral cavity endoscope (5) and an angle adjusting mechanism (6); the lower end of the connecting column (2) is rotatably connected with the upper end of the supporting rod (1), and the upper end of the connecting column is movably connected with the outer sleeve (3); the inner sleeve (4) is sleeved in the outer sleeve (3) and is in sliding connection with the outer sleeve (3), two ends of the inner sleeve extend out of two ends of the outer sleeve (3), the oral endoscope (5) is connected with one end of the inner sleeve (4) through an angle adjusting mechanism (6) and is far away from the L-shaped structure rod piece, and the angle adjusting mechanism (6) is used for adjusting the angle of the oral endoscope (5);
an annular LED lamp (7) is axially arranged at one end, close to the oral endoscope (5), of the outer sleeve (3), and a tongue pressing mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the outer sleeve (3) close to the LED lamp (7);
the supporting module comprises an upper supporting body (8) and a lower supporting body (9) which have the same structure and are arranged in an up-down symmetrical mode, the upper supporting body (8) is of a U-shaped structure, and V-shaped clamping grooves (10) matched with teeth are formed in the tops of two ends of the upper supporting body; the middle of the upper support body (8) is fixedly connected with the supporting rod (1); the upper end of the supporting rod (1) is screwed with a sliding block (11), and the middle of the lower supporting body (9) is fixedly connected with the sliding block (11).

The oral examination device for the department of stomatology according to claim 1, characterized in that the angle adjusting mechanism (6) comprises a movable joint (61), a fixed joint (62) and a force applying member, the movable joint (61) is of an inverted U-shaped structure, a joint ball (63) is arranged in the middle of the movable joint, the joint ball (63) is provided with tangent planes at two sides, the tangent planes at two sides are connected with the interior of the movable joint (61) through a spring (64), a connecting shaft (65) is arranged at the top of the movable joint (61), and the oral endoscope (5) is fixed at the top of the connecting shaft (65);
a first through hole matched with the joint ball (63) is formed in the middle of the fixed joint (62), the joint ball (63) is clamped in the first through hole (66), and one end of the inner sleeve (4) is fixedly connected with the fixed joint (62); the force applying piece pulls the movable joint (61) to different angles.

The oral examination device for the department of stomatology according to claim 2, characterized in that the force applying component comprises a plurality of stretching components (67) and a clamping block (68) arranged at one end of the plurality of stretching components (67), the outer wall of the movable joint (61) is uniformly provided with a plurality of supporting blocks (69) along the circumferential direction, the other end of each stretching component (67) is fixedly connected with one supporting block (69), the stretching components (67) pass through the gap between the outer sleeve (3) and the inner sleeve (4), one end of the clamping block (68) is connected with the outer wall of the outer sleeve (3) far away from the oral endoscope (5) through a supporting spring, and the other end of the clamping block extends out of the outer sleeve (3).

The oral cavity examination device for the department of stomatology according to claim 3, characterized in that the stretching member (67) is a pulling rope, each of the support blocks (69) is provided with a second through hole (610), and the other end of each stretching member (67) passes through one of the second through holes (610).

The oral examination device for the department of stomatology according to claim 4, wherein the lower end of the connecting column (2) is provided with an inner cavity, the upper end of the support rod (1) is inserted into the inner cavity, the inner wall of the inner cavity is circumferentially provided with a circle of limiting groove, the lower end of the support rod (1) is circumferentially provided with a circle of limiting strip matched with the limiting groove, and the limiting strip is clamped in the limiting groove; spliced pole (2) upper end be provided with outer tube (3) complex recess, outer tube (3) set up in the recess, the recess internal fixation is provided with the horizontal axis, outer tube (3) are passed the recess, the horizontal axis passes outer tube (3) and with outer tube (3) swing joint.

The oral examination device for department of stomatology according to claim 5, characterized in that the tongue depressing mechanism comprises an elastic column (12) and a tongue depressing plate (13) fixedly connected with the lower end of the elastic column (12), the upper end of the elastic column (12) is fixedly connected with the outer sleeve (3).
7. The oral examination device for department of stomatology according to claim 6, characterized in that the outer cannula (3), the movable joint (61), the fixed joint (62) and the tongue depressor (13) are all made of silica gel.

The oral cavity examination device for department of stomatology according to claim 7, characterized in that, a light switch (14) is arranged on the outer sleeve (3), a wireless signal transceiver module is arranged inside the inner sleeve (4), the oral endoscope (5) is electrically connected with the wireless signal transceiver module, and the wireless signal transceiver module is connected with an external monitoring device in a wireless communication way.

The oral examination device for the department of stomatology according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the lower end of the support rod (1) is sleeved with an L-shaped rod (14) which is telescopically connected with the support rod (1), a plurality of first limit holes (15) are formed in the longitudinal rod of the L-shaped rod (14), the support rod (1) and the vertical rod are fixed through a first limit bolt (16), and a fixing clamp (17) is arranged at the tail end of the transverse rod of the L-shaped rod (14).

The oral examination device for the department of stomatology according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the lower end of the support rod (1) is sleeved with a vertical rod (18) which is telescopically connected with the support rod (1), the support rod (1) is provided with a plurality of second limiting holes (19), the support rod (1) and the vertical rod are fixed through second limiting bolts (20), and the lower end of the vertical rod (18) is provided with a triangular support frame (21) with a self-locking roller.
