背景技术
产妇在生产过程中需要足够的精力和体力才能完成生产。产妇生产分为三个产程:第一产程是宫颈扩张期,从规律性的宫缩开始到宫口开全为止。这一产程的时间最长,宫缩逐渐频繁且增强,一般需要12~16个小时。由于该产程的时间比较长,产妇的休息、饮食都会由于阵痛而受到影响,当子宫收缩频繁、疼痛加剧、消耗增加时,产妇对于能量的需求大大增加,约为3000-4000Kcal。第二产程是胎儿娩出期,从宫口开全至胎儿娩出为止,一般初产妇需要l~2个小时。第三产程是胎盘娩出期,从胎儿娩出至胎盘娩出为止,一般不超过30分钟。产妇完成生产大约需要13-18个小时,期间会消耗大量的体力和精力,需要补充能量。最常用的补充能量的物质就是巧克力,因为它富含大量糖类,产生大量热量供人体消耗,但是巧克力难以下咽,不易被人体吸收。其次是一些细软食物和流质食物,以淀粉类食品为主,例如面包、稀饭、蛋糕、面条等,这些食物供能的时间相对长。蛋白质、脂肪类食物在胃里停留时间长,在分娩时容易导致胃不适,甚至呕吐。

本发明的产妇分娩用能量补充产品可以呈现为各种常见的食物形式,例如为果冻的形式。当为果冻的形式时,根据本发明的产妇分娩用能量补充产品通过包括以下步骤的工艺来制备:
(1)按重量百分比称量木糖醇、中链甘油三脂、麦芽糊精、水解乳清蛋白、乳粉、葡萄糖、淀粉、可可粉、柠檬酸、黄原胶备用;
(2)将木糖醇、麦芽糊精、水解乳清蛋白、乳粉、葡萄糖、淀粉混合均匀备用;
(3)将可可粉、柠檬酸加入适量纯化水中搅拌溶解备用;
(4)将纯化水、中链甘油三脂倒入原料罐中加热,设定温度为65℃,温度升至40℃时,在搅拌状态下将黄原胶加入原料罐内,在均匀搅拌下加热溶解20min,待温度升至60℃观察到原料罐内的溶液为透明澄清的液体;
(5)将步骤(2)中准备的混合料在搅拌状态下缓慢加入原料罐中,在均匀搅拌下溶解10min,观察到原料罐内的溶液为透明澄清无颗粒的状态,在-0.6至-0.8mpa的压力下对原料罐内的溶液抽真空8min~10min,除去溶液表面层的泡沫;
(6)将步骤(3)中准备的混合料在搅拌状态下缓慢加入原料罐中,搅拌10min使完全混合均匀,然后将溶液经100目过滤筛网过滤保温;
(7)将步骤(6)中滤出的溶液用压力为0.3-0.6mp的输送泵输送至液体自动填充机的包装袋中并及时封口;
(8)将步骤(7)中封口后的包装袋果冻由输送带送至温度为80℃的热水槽中浸泡杀菌9min,然后用冷水喷淋或浸泡,尽快冷却至40℃以下;

根据本发明的产妇分娩用能量补充产品易吞咽、易吸收、易消化、供能速度快且持久。根据本发明的产妇分娩用能量补充产品的能量高,其中80%碳水化合物的消化速度(水解速度)快。所含单糖供能速度快,能够为产妇快速提供能量,代谢完成后双糖继续供能,木糖醇不受胰岛素调节,可以作为妊娠糖尿病人的能量,麦芽糊精、淀粉、乳粉分解后提供能量,其按照分解速度不同,维持能量不断供给。
水解乳清蛋白将完整的大分子蛋白经过酶解切断成短肽,提前进行了适度的“消化”,水解乳清蛋白通过胃肠道渗透入人体的血液,不易造成人体的过敏症状,更容易被人体消化吸收。水解乳清蛋白所富含的乳白蛋白、糖聚肽、氨基酸、功能性肽段等营养成分可以满足人体对蛋白质的营养需求,是一种高蛋白食品强化物。
中链甘油三脂(MCT)可以为身体快速供能,其在人体内的消化吸收不需胆盐即可完整地被吸收到小肠黏膜细胞的绒毛上或进入细胞内,吸收比一般长链脂肪酸甘油三脂快,产生的中链脂肪酸在肠道细胞内不必重新酯化,而直接以脂肪酸形式由门静脉进入肝脏,无需肉碱脂酰转移酶的转运直接进入肝细胞线粒体内进行β氧化在肝脏内迅速高效地被分解产生能量。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施方案,对本发明进一步详细说明。
在一个实施方案中,本发明的产妇分娩用的能量补充产品包括木糖醇、中链甘油三脂、麦芽糊精、乳粉、葡萄糖、可可粉、水解乳清蛋白、黄原胶、柠檬酸、淀粉和纯化水。
在另一个实施方案中,本发明的产妇分娩用的能量补充产品由木糖醇、中链甘油三脂、麦芽糊精、乳粉、葡萄糖、可可粉、水解乳清蛋白、黄原胶、柠檬酸、淀粉和纯化水构成。
在又一个实施方案中,本发明的产妇分娩用的能量补充产品基本上由木糖醇、中链甘油三脂、麦芽糊精、乳粉、葡萄糖、可可粉、水解乳清蛋白、黄原胶、柠檬酸、淀粉和纯化水构成。
在一个优选实施方式中,本发明的产妇分娩用的能量补充产品按重量百分比包括以下成分、由以下成分构成或基本上由以下成分构成:木糖醇8-10%,中链甘油三脂4-6%,麦芽糊精8-10%,乳粉4-6%,葡萄糖8-10%,可可粉8-12%,水解乳清蛋白4-6%,黄原胶1.5-3%,柠檬酸0.5-2%,淀粉0.1-1%和纯化水30-50%。
在一个更加优选的实施方式中,本发明的产妇分娩用的能量补充产品按重量百分比包括以下成分、由以下成分构成或基本上由以下成分构成:木糖醇9%,中链甘油三脂5%,麦芽糊精9%,乳粉5%,葡萄糖9%,可可粉10%,水解乳清蛋白5%,黄原胶1.9%,柠檬酸1%,淀粉0.5%,和纯化水44.6%。
在某些实施方式中,本发明的产妇分娩用的能量补充产品的各成分可以被其等价物或相似物所替代。例如,木糖醇可以替换为山梨糖醇,麦芽糊精可以替换为麦芽糖醇,乳粉可以替换为乳蛋白,葡萄糖可以替换为乳糖或砂糖,黄原胶可以替换为卡拉胶或结冷胶,柠檬酸可以替换为L-苹果酸,等等。
实施例
按包括以下步骤的工艺来制备果冻形式的产妇分娩用能量补充产品:
(1)按重量百分比称量以下备用:木糖醇9%,中链甘油三脂5%,麦芽糊精9%,乳粉5%,葡萄糖9%,可可粉10%,水解乳清蛋白5%,黄原胶1.9%,柠檬酸1%,淀粉0.5%和纯化水44.6%;
(2)将木糖醇、麦芽糊精、水解乳清蛋白、乳粉、葡萄糖和淀粉混合均匀备用;
(3)将可可粉、柠檬酸加入适量纯化水中搅拌溶解备用;
(4)将纯化水、中链甘油三脂倒入原料罐中加热,设定温度为65℃,温度升至40℃时,在搅拌状态下将黄原胶加入原料罐内搅拌均匀加热溶解20min,待温度升至60℃左右观察到原料罐内的溶液为透明澄清的液体;
(5)将步骤(2)中准备的混合料在搅拌状态下缓慢加入原料罐中搅拌均匀溶解10min左右,观察原料罐内的溶液至透明澄清无颗粒状态,打开真空泵,真空压力控制在-0.6至-0.8mpa,抽真空8min~10min,除去溶液表面层的泡沫;
(6)将步骤(3)中准备的混合料在搅拌状态下依次缓慢加入溶液中搅拌10min,使完全混合均匀后将100目过滤筛网安装在设备上出溶液过滤保温。
(7)填充与封口:将调配好的溶液用压力为0.3-0.6mp的输送泵输送至液体自动填充机的包装袋中并及时封口。
(8)杀菌与冷却:封口后的包装袋果冻,由输送带送至温度为80℃的热水槽中浸泡杀菌约9min,然后用冷水喷淋或浸泡,尽快冷却至40℃以下。
(9)干燥包装:硬质果冻包装袋外表经50℃~60℃热风干燥,然后检验、包装。

Claims (9)
1.一种产妇分娩用的能量补充产品,其特征在于,所述能量补充产品按重量百分比包括以下成分:
木糖醇8-10%,
中链甘油三脂4-6%,
麦芽糊精8-10%,
乳粉4-6%,
葡萄糖8-10%,
可可粉8-12%,
水解乳清蛋白4-6%,
黄原胶1.5-3%,
柠檬酸0.5-2%,
淀粉0.1-1%,和
纯化水30-50%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的能量补充产品,其特征在于,按重量百分比包括以下成分:
木糖醇9%,
中链甘油三脂5%,
麦芽糊精9%,
乳粉5%,
葡萄糖9%,
可可粉10%,
水解乳清蛋白5%,
黄原胶1.9%,
柠檬酸1%,
淀粉0.5%,和
纯化水44.6%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的能量补充产品,其中所述能量补充产品为果冻的形式。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的能量补充产品,其中所述木糖醇替换为山梨糖醇。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的能量补充产品,其中所述麦芽糊精替换为麦芽糖醇。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的能量补充产品,其中所述乳粉替换为乳蛋白。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的能量补充产品,其中所述葡萄糖替换为乳糖或砂糖。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的能量补充产品,其中所述黄原胶替换为卡拉胶或结冷胶。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的能量补充产品,其中所述柠檬酸替换为L-苹果酸。
