Abstract
本发明属于板材封边技术领域,特指一种UV涂料及其封边工艺,其包括如下重量百分比的原料:烯类不饱和基团寡聚物树脂25‑65%,烯类不饱和基团的单体10‑40%,光引发剂3‑15%,填充料5‑25%,助剂0.5‑5%,色料0‑20%,所述各组份之和为100%。本发明有以下优点:1、光固化封边工艺对基材四周进行封边,与基材结合一体化,不使用胶水和封边条,避免了封边条与面板之间存在的缝隙,可杜绝脏污及细菌滋生。2、UV光固化生产速度远大于传统封边条封边速度,UV光固化的时间只需数秒,无需等待胶水固化时间,固化后即可包装,能大大提高产能。3、使用UV涂料安全环保,无有害物质散发。4、局部刮伤破损可二次修补,修补后不会出现拼缝的现象,有效的延长了整体的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于板材封边技术领域,特指一种UV涂料及其封边工艺。
背景技术
传统的板材或家具封边方法一般是使用胶水将封边条贴合在需要封边的位置,封边条的厚度一般在0.4-3.0mm之间,且封边条的边缘为了美观和安全性都会有一定的弧度,这样封边条和面板之间就会存在一定的缝隙。使用时间久了之后这些缝隙当中积累灰尘和污渍,进而容易滋生细菌,影响人体健康。且使用时间越久,水汽也会慢慢深入板材和封边条之间,容易让封边条产生鼓泡现象,甚至整体脱落,影响美观和正常使用。
传统的施工方法要求室内温度不能过低,一般15℃以上,这样封边条的柔韧性才会好,有利于封边条的贴合,甚至较厚的封边条还要使用热风枪将其软化后才能贴合。封边条贴合后一般需要将其固定住等待胶水的固化,施工速度慢,非常影响产能。另外,贴合封边条所使用的胶水一般都会含有甲醛的有害物质,也会影响人体健康。
传统封边条在使用过程中,如果局部有损坏一般无法进行局部修补,即使勉强修补也会存在拼接缝,既不美观也容易滋生细菌。
发明内容
本发明提供一种UV涂料以及封边工艺,不使用胶水和封边条,用UV和UV-LED涂料代替,避免了封边条与面板之间存在的缝隙,是封边位置和面板融为一体,其工艺对施工环境温度无特殊要求,且UV光固化的时间非常短,固化后即可包装,大大提高了产能。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种UV涂料,包括如下重量百分比的原料:烯类不饱和基团寡聚物树脂25-65%,烯类不饱和基团的单体10-40%,光引发剂3-15%,填充料5-25%,助剂0.5-5%,色料0-20%,所述各组份之和为100%。
优选地,包括如下重量百分比的原料:烯类不饱和基团寡聚物树脂40-45%,烯类不饱和基团的单体27-33%,光引发剂6-9%,填充料12-18%,助剂3-4%,色料0%。
优选地,烯类不饱和基团寡聚物树脂31-42%,烯类不饱和基团的单体24-29%,光引发剂7-8%,填充料10-13%,助剂2-3%,色料15-17%。
优选地,所述的烯类不饱和基团寡聚物树脂为1-6个丙烯酸基之环氧丙烯酸酯类寡聚物、聚酯丙烯酸酯类寡聚物、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯类寡聚物、改性环氧丙烯酸酯类寡聚物、氨基丙烯酸酯类寡聚物、有机硅改性丙烯酸酯类寡聚物、氟改性丙烯酸酯类寡聚物中的一种或多种以上的混合物。

优选地,所述的填充料为平光粉、防沉粉、抗刮粉、耐磨粉、高领土、透明粉、消光蜡粉、中的一种或多种以上的混合物。
优选地,所述填充料的配比为:平光粉7%、防沉粉0.1%、透明粉3%。
优选地,所述的助剂为润湿分散剂、防沉剂、消泡剂、抑制剂、耐污助剂、抗菌剂及阻燃剂中的一种或多种以上的混合物。
优选地,所述润湿分散剂为高分子聚合物、交联型聚硅氧烷丙烯酸酯、交联型有机硅聚醚丙烯酸酯、反应性有机硅氧烷、聚酯改性丙烯酸类官能基二甲基硅氧烷;
防沉剂为聚烯烃蜡、改性氢化蓖麻油、BYK-D 410、BYK-7410 ET中的一种或多种;
消泡剂为有机聚合物、有机硅树脂中的一种或多种;
抑制剂为4-甲氧基苯酚、对羟基苯甲醚、4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-1-氧自由基;耐污助剂为硅类丙烯酸基团、氟类丙烯酸基团中的一种或多种;
抗菌剂为无机抗菌剂和有机抗菌剂等,其中无机抗菌剂为银、锌、铜等金属离子,有机抗菌剂为香草醛化合物、乙基香草醛化合物中的一种或多种;
阻燃剂为磷系化合物、氮系化合物、十溴联苯醚、四溴双酚A、六溴环十二烷中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述助剂的配比为:交联型聚硅氧烷丙烯酸酯0.2%,BYK-D 410占0.1%,有机聚合物0.1%;4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-1-氧自由基0.03%。
一种应用UV涂料的封边工艺,其步骤如下:
步骤一,将需要封边处的基材经过砂光处理,使表面变平整;
步骤二,滚涂透明UV涂料,并经过波长为200nm-450nm的手持UV设备照射固化;
步骤三,再将固化后的透明UV涂料经过抛光处理,让表面变平整;
步骤四,接着滚涂带颜色的UV涂料,并经过波长为200nm-450nm的手持UV设备照射固化;
步骤五,再将固化后的带颜色UV涂料经过抛光处理,让表面变平整;
步骤六,继续滚涂带颜色的UV涂料,并经过波长为200nm-450nm的手持UV设备照射固化;
步骤七,最终将完全固化的封边表面经过百洁布打磨,让成品表面达到特定的光泽和手感。
优选地,所述手持UV设备的照射高度为5-20mm,照射时间为1-30s。
本发明相比现有技术突出且有益的技术效果是:
1、光固化封边工艺对基材四周进行封边,与基材结合一体化,不使用胶水和封边条,避免了封边条与面板之间存在的缝隙,可杜绝脏污及细菌滋生。
2、UV光固化生产速度远大于传统封边条封边速度,UV光固化的时间只需数秒,无需等待胶水固化时间,固化后即可包装,能大大提高产能。
3、使用UV涂料安全环保,无有害物质散发;另外,对施工环境温度无特殊要求。
4、所述UV涂料具有抗菌、抗刮、耐污的功能,局部刮伤破损无需更换、可二次修补,修补后不会出现拼缝的现象,克服了传统封边方法缺陷,延长产品的整体使用寿命。
5、所述UV涂料的颜色可根据客户要求定制。

所述光引发剂的作用是通过吸收紫外线光或者可见光的能量,产生自由基、阳离子等,从而引发单体聚合交联固化,实现涂料的快速固化封边。
优选地,所述的填充料为平光粉、防沉粉、抗刮粉、耐磨粉、高领土、透明粉、消光蜡粉中的一种或多种以上的混合物。所述的平光粉为二氧化硅;防沉粉为气相二氧化硅(Fumed silica);透明粉为非金属矿物。其中,高岭土的作用是为了提升弹性、降低收缩;消光蜡的作用是为了增加触感、降低光泽及防刮痕等辅助性能。
具体地,所述的填充料的具体配比为:其中,平光粉7%、防沉粉0.1%、透明粉3%。上述填充料相互配比之后,能获得光泽更加低的能力,同时对于透明度也不会有太多牺牲。
优选地,所述的助剂为润湿分散剂、防沉剂、消泡剂、抑制剂、耐污助剂、抗菌剂及阻燃剂中的一种或多种以上的混合物,具体地:
所述润湿分散剂为高分子聚合物、交联型聚硅氧烷丙烯酸酯、交联型有机硅聚醚丙烯酸酯、反应性有机硅氧烷、聚酯改性丙烯酸类官能基二甲基硅氧烷;其可以提高固体粉料的分散效果,
防沉剂为聚烯烃蜡、改性氢化蓖麻油、BYK-D 410、BYK-7410 ET中的一种或多种;其可以改善储存稳定性,能有效的防止粉料在储存期间沉降、结块。
消泡剂为有机聚合物(如:聚醚、聚丙烯酸酯等)、有机硅树脂(如:聚二甲基硅油、改性聚硅氧烷等)中的一种或多种;其可以减小泡沫的生成。
抑制剂为4-甲氧基苯酚、对羟基苯甲醚、4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-1-氧自由基;耐污助剂为硅类丙烯酸基团、氟类丙烯酸基团中的一种或多种。
抑制剂主要是捕捉游离的自由基,游离的自由基会主动攻击双键而导致聚合,也就是涂料将会慢慢的自动聚合,造成涂料部分失效无法正常使用。抑制剂的功能是和自由基通过链转移反应使聚合反应终止,降低自由基攻击双键的风险。
抗菌剂为无机抗菌剂和有机抗菌剂等,其中无机抗菌剂为银、锌、铜等金属离子,有机抗菌剂为香草醛化合物、乙基香草醛化合物中的一种或多种;其可以防止病源微生物的滋生,本实施例三的抗真菌效果实验检测结果如下:
测试方法:
ASTM G 21-15合成高分子材料防霉性的测定
实验菌种:
巴西曲霉AATCC 9642,绳状青霉BATCC 11797,出芽短梗霉ATCC 15233,球毛壳ATCC6205,绿色木霉CATCC 9645
测试结果:
阻燃剂为磷系化合物、氮系化合物、十溴联苯醚、四溴双酚A、六溴环十二烷中的一种或多种。
具体地,所述的助剂的具体配比为:磷矽化合物2%、十溴联苯醚1%。
其原理是:当涂层遇到燃烧时,碳氢化合物的氢与空气中氧结合形成水,将环境温度降低至燃点以下,从而达到阻燃的效果。
在实施例三的数据测试中,使用钢丝绒、3M百洁布来回刮擦30s,表面无破损;用油性笔污渍干燥300s后可完全擦除,无残留。
【带颜色的UV涂料实施例】
本实施例和上述透明UV涂料的实施例的成本基本相同,其不同点在于增加了色料,具体如下:
一种带颜色的UV涂料,包括如下重量百分比的原料:烯类不饱和基团寡聚物树脂25-65%,烯类不饱和基团的单体10-40%,光引发剂3-15%,填充料5-25%,助剂0.5-5%,色料1-20%,所述各组份之和为100%。
具体地实施例如下表所示:
【应用UV涂料的封边工艺】
一种应用UV涂料的封边工艺,其步骤如下:
步骤一,将需要封边处的基材经过砂光处理,除掉基材表面的毛刺、凹坑等缺陷,使表面变平整;
步骤二,滚涂透明UV涂料,并经过波长为200nm-450nm的手持UV设备照射固化;
步骤三,再将固化后的透明UV涂料经过抛光处理,让表面变平整;
步骤四,接着滚涂带颜色的UV涂料,并经过波长为200nm-450nm的手持UV设备照射固化;
步骤五,再将固化后的带颜色UV涂料经过抛光处理,让表面变平整;
步骤六,继续滚涂带颜色的UV涂料,并经过波长为200nm-450nm的手持UV设备照射固化;
步骤七,最终将完全固化的封边表面经过百洁布打磨,让成品表面达到特定的光泽和手感。
优选地,所述手持UV设备的照射高度为5-20mm,步骤二、四、六中每次的照射时间为1-30s。其中,光固化封边工艺对基材四周进行封边时,通过多次滚涂、固化,使得涂料与基材结合一体化,不使用胶水和封边条,避免了封边条与面板之间存在的缝隙,可杜绝脏污及细菌滋生。另外,UV光固化生产速度远大于传统封边条封边速度,UV光固化的时间只需数秒,无需等待胶水固化时间,固化后即可包装,能大大提高产能。
本实施例涂料的应用范围非常广,所述基材板为木板、竹板、石塑板、木塑板、PVC板、LVT板、SPC板、硅酸钙板、铝塑板、PVC卷材、PVC发泡板、竹木复合板、多层复合板、玻镁板、石材板、火山石灰板、碳酸硅钙板、石膏板、玻璃板、泡沫板中的一种或几种的复合。
上述实施例仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本发明的保护范围,故:凡依本发明的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种UV涂料,其特征在于,包括如下重量百分比的原料:烯类不饱和基团寡聚物树脂25-65%,烯类不饱和基团的单体10-40%,光引发剂3-15%,填充料5-25%,助剂0.5-5%,色料0-20%,所述各组份之和为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种UV涂料,其特征在于,其中,烯类不饱和基团寡聚物树脂40-45%,烯类不饱和基团的单体27-33%,光引发剂6-9%,填充料12-18%,助剂3-4%,色料0%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种UV涂料,其特征在于,其中,烯类不饱和基团寡聚物树脂31-42%,烯类不饱和基团的单体24-29%,光引发剂7-8%,填充料10-13%,助剂2-3%,色料15-17%。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种UV涂料,其特征在于,所述的烯类不饱和基团寡聚物树脂为1-6个丙烯酸基之环氧丙烯酸酯类寡聚物、聚酯丙烯酸酯类寡聚物、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯类寡聚物、改性环氧丙烯酸酯类寡聚物、氨基丙烯酸酯类寡聚物、有机硅改性丙烯酸酯类寡聚物、氟改性丙烯酸酯类寡聚物中的一种或多种以上的混合物;
或/和,所述的烯类不饱和基团的单体为1-6个丙烯酸基之丙烯酸异辛酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、二丙二醇丙烯酸酯、三缩丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、甘油三羟丙基醚三丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、二季戊四醇五丙烯酸酯中的一种或多种以上的混合物;
或/和,所述的光引发剂为2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1丙酮、2,2-二甲氧基-2-苯基苯乙酮、2-苄基-2-二甲基氨基-1-(4-吗啉苯基)丁酮、2-异丙基硫杂蒽酮、二苯甲酮、苯基双(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)氧化膦、2-甲基-1-(4-甲硫基苯基)-2-吗啉基-1-丙酮、苯甲酰甲酸甲酯、1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮、(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)二苯基氧化膦、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基膦酸乙酯中的一种或多种以上的混合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种UV涂料,其特征在于,所述的填充料为平光粉、防沉粉、抗刮粉、耐磨粉、高领土、透明粉、消光蜡粉中的一种或多种以上的混合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种UV涂料,其特征在于,所述填充料的配比为:平光粉7%、防沉粉0.1%、透明粉3%。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种UV涂料,其特征在于,所述的助剂为润湿分散剂、防沉剂、消泡剂、抑制剂、耐污助剂、抗菌剂及阻燃剂中的一种或多种以上的混合物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种UV涂料,其特征在于,
所述润湿分散剂为高分子聚合物、交联型聚硅氧烷丙烯酸酯、交联型有机硅聚醚丙烯酸酯、反应性有机硅氧烷、聚酯改性丙烯酸类官能基二甲基硅氧烷;
或/和,防沉剂为聚烯烃蜡、改性氢化蓖麻油、BYK-D 410、BYK-7410ET中的一种或多种;
或/和,消泡剂为有机聚合物、有机硅树脂中的一种或多种;
或/和,抑制剂为4-甲氧基苯酚、对羟基苯甲醚、4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-1-氧自由基;耐污助剂为硅类丙烯酸基团、氟类丙烯酸基团中的一种或多种;
或/和,抗菌剂为无机抗菌剂和有机抗菌剂等,其中无机抗菌剂为银、锌、铜等金属离子,有机抗菌剂为香草醛化合物、乙基香草醛化合物中的一种或多种;
或/和,阻燃剂为磷系化合物、氮系化合物、十溴联苯醚、四溴双酚A、六溴环十二烷中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种UV涂料,其特征在于,所述助剂的配比为:交联型聚硅氧烷丙烯酸酯0.2%,BYK-D 410占0.1%,有机聚合物0.1%;4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-1-氧自由基0.03%。
10.一种应用UV涂料的封边工艺,其特征在于,步骤如下:
步骤一,将需要封边处的基材经过砂光处理,使表面变平整;
步骤二,滚涂透明UV涂料,透明UV涂料为权利要求2,4-9任一项所述的UV涂料,并经过波长为200nm-450nm的手持UV设备照射固化;
步骤三,再将固化后的透明UV涂料经过抛光处理,让表面变平整;
步骤四,接着滚涂带颜色的UV涂料,带颜色的UV涂料为权利要求3-9任一项所述的UV涂料,并经过波长为200nm-450nm的手持UV设备照射固化;
步骤五,再将固化后的带颜色UV涂料经过抛光处理,让表面变平整;
步骤六,继续滚涂带颜色的UV涂料,并经过波长为200nm-450nm的手持UV设备照射固化;
步骤七,最终将完全固化的封边表面经过百洁布打磨,让成品表面达到特定的光泽和手感。
