Abstract
本发明公开了一种多效赋活眼部肌底液及其制备方法,该肌底液的原料包括酵母发酵产物提取物、乙酰基六肽‑8、乙酰基四肽‑2、乙酰化透明质酸钠、海枣籽、紫球藻提取物、乳化剂、润肤剂、增稠剂、防腐剂。本发明制备的眼部肌底液具有较强的抗氧化性能,能清除体内多余自由基,活化皮肤细胞,促进皮肤细胞新陈代谢,减少胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白的流失,改善黑眼圈,减少眼部皱纹,提高眼部肌肤紧致度,改善皮肤粗糙度,抗衰老,功效持久稳定,作用温和无刺激。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种多效赋活眼部肌底液及其制备方法。
背景技术
人的皮肤会随着年龄的增长而衰老丧失弹性,这是生活习惯(如吸烟、不合理膳食)、细胞正常老化等因素共同作用的结果。一些外界环境因素也会加速皮肤的自然老化,比如紫外线照射和空气污染等;皮肤内源性、外源性和机械性因素都会造成皮肤结构的恶化和功能的减退。
由于以上各种因素的影响,面部皮肤逐步老化,其中以眼部肌肤问题最为突出。眼部皮肤是脸部最容易衰老的部位,当其新陈代谢速度减缓,眼部易产生黑眼圈和眼袋;另外胶原蛋白和弹力蛋白的合成减慢,眼皮由于缺乏骨胶原对表皮的支撑会产生皱纹;弹力素缺乏导致皮肤松弛。现有技术制备的眼部产品功效较为单一,难以综合解决上述问题。
因此,结合上述问题,提供一种延缓眼部衰老的多效赋活眼部肌底液及其制备方法是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种多效赋活眼部肌底液及其制备方法,该方法简单可行,制备出的眼部肌底液能帮助改善眼部衰老问题,令眼部肌肤更加紧致,有弹性,富有光采;且质地柔和,容易吸收,温和安全无刺激。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
1、一种多效赋活眼部肌底液,按质量百分比计,包括以下组分:酵母发酵产物提取物30%~82.8%、乙酰基六肽-8 0.5%%~10%乙酰基四肽-2 0.5%~5%、乙2、酰化透明质酸钠0.01%~0.15%、海枣籽0.5%~5%、紫球藻提取物0.5%~3%、乳化剂1%~1.8%、润肤剂1.8%~6%、增稠剂0.15%~0.4%、防腐剂1.5%~2%。
优选的,所述乙酰基六肽-8浓度为500ppm,所述乙酰基四肽-2浓度为450-550ppm。
优选的,所述乳化剂包括:氢化卵磷脂60%、C12-16醇20%、棕榈酸20%。
优选的,所述润肤剂包括:环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、环己硅氧烷、角鲨烷,其质量比例环五聚二甲基硅氧烷:环己硅氧烷:角鲨烷为3:1:4。
优选的,所述增稠剂为聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6。
优选的,所述防腐剂包括:对羟基苯乙酮、丙二醇、1,2-己二醇,其质量比例对羟基苯乙酮:丙二醇:1,2-己二醇为1:2:1。
一种多效赋活眼部肌底液的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
S1,对生产所需器具清洗、消毒干净,按比例称取乳化剂和润肤剂,依次放入油相锅中,搅拌并升温至80-85℃;
S2,按比例称取酵母发酵产物提取物和增稠剂,依次放入水相锅,搅拌并升温至80-85℃,保温12-25min,均质3-5min;
S3,预热乳化锅至45-55℃,抽入酵母发酵产物提取物和增稠剂,搅拌并抽入乳化剂和润肤剂,抽完开启真空负压,均质乳化3-5min,均质结束,自然降温;
S4,降温至40-45℃,称取乙酰基六肽-8、乙酰基四肽-2、海枣籽、紫球藻提取物、乙酰化透明质酸钠,依次放入乳化锅,搅拌均匀,自然降温;
S5,自然降温至38-40℃,称取防腐剂于混合器具,加热至50-55℃,溶解并搅拌均匀,加入乳化锅,搅拌混合均匀,滤网过滤出料、灌装,得到一种多效赋活眼部肌底液成品。
优选的,所述步骤S1的搅拌速度为50-100r/min。
优选的,所述步骤S2的搅拌速度为300-1000r/min。
优选的,所述步骤S2的均质速度为1000-2000r/min。
优选的,所述步骤S3的搅拌速度为500-800r/min。
优选的,所述步骤S3的真空负压设置为-300~-400mbar。
优选的,所述步骤S3的均质速度为2000-3100r/min。
优选的,所述步骤S4的搅拌速度为500-800r/min。
优选的,所述步骤S5防腐剂混合的搅拌速度为30-60r/min。
优选的,所述步骤S5加入乳化锅后混合的搅拌速度为500-1000r/min。
优选的,所述步骤S5采用100目的滤网进行过滤。
本发明所用原料的作用如下:
酵母发酵产物提取物:富含丰富的氨基酸、维生素、有机酸、抗氧化物质,给肌肤提供能量,且有良好的亮白皮肤的功效,还可以改善皮肤过敏症状,同时能减少皮肤的经皮水分流失。
乙酰基六肽-8:有效针对表情纹的首种肽类,一种抗皱六肽,能够破坏SNARE复合物排列的稳定性,减少皮肤表面因肌肉收缩而形成的表情纹,有效减少皱纹深度和粗糙度,安全有效。
乙酰基四肽-2:是一种通过改善皮肤正常成分(如弹性蛋白和胶原蛋白)来提高皮肤紧实度的活性成分;通过诱导弹性蛋白、I型胶原蛋白合成,从而增加皮肤紧实度,重建表皮结构。
乙酰化透明质酸钠:增加对肌肤的穿透力,比起没有乙酰化的玻尿酸,对玻尿酸酶抵抗性高达13倍;活化表皮防御能力,高效抗氧化,抗污染,并且有效减少Type I胶原蛋白的降解,保护胶原蛋白,减少皱纹,光滑皮肤,有效抗衰。
海枣籽:有效促进眼部血液循环,促进皮肤新陈代谢,改善眼部色素沉积,改善黑眼圈;并且能够亮白皮肤,减少红血丝,增加肌肤紧致度和弹性。
紫球藻提取物:增强IV型胶原蛋白与角化细胞的粘连性,从而巩固真皮表皮连接,优化表皮层与真皮层的水分交换,显著地增加皮肤的水含量,长效保湿;紫球藻提取物含高分子量硫酸盐聚合物,具有薄膜活性,有效改善皮肤纹理。
环五聚二甲基硅氧烷:作为润肤剂,肤感清爽,具有润滑性能、透气性好,取代传统的油脂原料。
角鲨烷:作为润肤剂,植物来源,对皮肤有较好的亲和性。
1,2-己二醇:促进渗透的作用,也有一定的防腐作用。
丙二醇:保湿剂和溶剂,同时也有一定的抑菌作用。
对羟基苯乙酮:替代传统防腐剂,具有防腐效力,温和不刺激。
氢化卵磷脂:是卵磷脂的部分水解物,氢化卵磷脂提高了它的亲水能力;为人的皮肤吸收并能促进其它营养物质的渗透,能稳定乳状液。
经由上述技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明制备的眼部肌底液采用酵母发酵产物提取物取代纯净水作为溶剂,酵母发酵产物提取物富含丰富的氨基酸、维生素、有机酸、抗氧化物质,给眼部提供源源不断的能量;加入乳化剂,使不同的润肤剂和活性物能够充分混合,同时能够达到人体可以适应使用的范围,并且能够提高皮肤的吸收,增加滋润度;通过合理复配以下活性成分:乙酰基六肽-8、乙酰基四肽-5、乙酰化透明质酸钠、海枣籽和紫球藻提取物,本发明制备的眼部肌底液具有较强的抗氧化性能,能清除体内多余自由基,活化皮肤细胞,促进皮肤细胞新陈代谢,减少胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白的流失,改善黑眼圈,减少眼部皱纹,提高眼部肌肤紧致度,改善皮肤粗糙度,抗衰老,对眼部肌肤实现多效护理,明眸亮眼,功效持久稳定,作用温和无刺激。
本发明在制备过程中开启真空,乳化锅内部空间为真空状态,可以高效去除眼部肌底液乳化过程中产生的气泡,同时真空状态能够更好的使不同的物料混合,保证了肌底液的质量。

下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。

本发明实施例1公开了一种多效赋活眼部肌底液,采用的技术方案如下:
一种多效赋活眼部肌底液,按质量百分比计,包括以下组分:
主料:酵母发酵产物提取物82.8%、乙酰基六肽-8(500ppm)3%、乙酰基四肽-2(450-550ppm)3%、乙酰化透明质酸钠0.1%、海枣籽1%、紫球藻提取物3%;
辅料:乳化剂1.2%;润肤剂:环五聚二甲基硅氧烷1.5%、环己硅氧烷0.5%、角鲨烷:2%;增稠剂:聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6:0.3%;防腐剂:对羟基苯乙酮0.4%,1,2-己二醇0.4%、丙二醇0.8%。
实施例2:
本发明实施例2公开了一种多效赋活眼部肌底液,采用的技术方案如下:
一种多效赋活眼部肌底液,按质量百分比计,包括以下组分:
主料:酵母发酵产物提取物86%、乙酰基六肽-8(500ppm)2%、乙酰基四肽-2(450-550ppm)2%、乙酰化透明质酸钠0.1%、海枣籽0.8%、紫球藻提取物2%;
辅料:乳化剂1.2%;润肤剂:环五聚二甲基硅氧烷1.5%、环己硅氧烷0.5%、角鲨烷:2%;增稠剂:聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6:0.3%;防腐剂:对羟基苯乙酮0.4%,1,2-己二醇0.4%、丙二醇0.8%。
实施例3:
本发明实施例3公开了一种多效赋活眼部肌底液,采用的技术方案如下:
一种多效赋活眼部肌底液,按质量百分比计,包括以下组分:
主料:酵母发酵产物提取物89.3%、乙酰基六肽-8(500ppm)1%、乙酰基四肽-2(450-550ppm)1%、乙酰化透明质酸钠0.1%、海枣籽0.5%、紫球藻提取物1%;
辅料:乳化剂1.2%;润肤剂:环五聚二甲基硅氧烷1.5%、环己硅氧烷0.5%、角鲨烷:2%;增稠剂:聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6:0.3%;防腐剂:对羟基苯乙酮0.4%,1,2-己二醇0.4%、丙二醇0.8%。
实施例4:
本发明实施例4将实施例1、实施例2和实施例3制得的一种多效赋活眼部肌底液分别选择30名30-50岁使用者使用,使用方法为:清洁面部后,取绿豆大小的量,均匀涂抹于眼部四周,轻轻点压按摩至全部吸收,每日早晚各使用一次,坚持使用四周。根据皮肤变化分别对不同项目进行评分(0-100分),具体评分结果(平均值)如下:
由上表数据中可以得出:实施例1、实施例2、实施列3不同配比制得的一种多效赋活眼部肌底液在使用过程中,对眼部皱纹有明显改善,皱纹减少,眼部肌肤弹性增加,黑眼圈得到改善,眼部水润度提升,其中实施例1比实施例2的效果更好,其次是实施例3,长期使用,可多方面改善眼部肌肤问题。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims (10)
1.一种多效赋活眼部肌底液,其特征在于,按质量百分比计,包括以下组分:酵母发酵产物提取物30%~82.8%、乙酰基六肽-80.5%~10%、乙酰基四肽-20.5%~5%、乙酰化透明质酸钠0.01%~0.15%、海枣籽0.5%~5%、紫球藻提取物0.5%~3%、乳化剂1%~1.8%、润肤剂1.8%~6%、增稠剂0.15%~0.4%、防腐剂1.5%~2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多效赋活眼部肌底液,其特征在于,所述乙酰基六肽-8浓度为500ppm,所述乙酰基四肽-2浓度为450-550ppm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多效赋活眼部肌底液,其特征在于,所述乳化剂包括:氢化卵磷脂60%、C12-16醇20%、棕榈酸20%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多效赋活眼部肌底液,其特征在于,所述润肤剂包括:环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、环己硅氧烷、角鲨烷,其质量比例环五聚二甲基硅氧烷:环己硅氧烷:角鲨烷为3:1:4。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多效赋活眼部肌底液,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多效赋活眼部肌底液,其特征在于,所述防腐剂包括:对羟基苯乙酮、丙二醇、1,2-己二醇,其质量比例对羟基苯乙酮:丙二醇:1,2-己二醇为1:2:1。
7.一种多效赋活眼部肌底液的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
S1,对生产所需器具清洗、消毒干净,按比例称取乳化剂和润肤剂,依次放入油相锅中,搅拌并升温至80-85℃;
S2,按比例称取酵母发酵产物提取物和增稠剂,依次放入水相锅,搅拌并升温至80-85℃,保温12-25min,均质3-5min;
S3,预热乳化锅至45-55℃,抽入酵母发酵产物提取物和增稠剂,搅拌并抽入乳化剂和润肤剂,抽完开启真空负压,均质乳化3-5min,均质结束,自然降温;
S4,降温至40-45℃,称取乙酰基六肽-8、乙酰基四肽-2、海枣籽、紫球藻提取物、乙酰化透明质酸钠,依次放入乳化锅,搅拌均匀,自然降温;
S5,自然降温至38-40℃,称取防腐剂于混合器具,加热至50-55℃,溶解并搅拌均匀,加入乳化锅,搅拌混合均匀,滤网过滤出料、灌装,得到一种多效赋活眼部肌底液成品。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种多效赋活眼部肌底液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2的均质速度为1000-2000r/min。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种多效赋活眼部肌底液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3的真空负压设置为-300~-400mbar。
10.根据权利要求7所述的一种多效赋活眼部肌底液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3的均质速度为2000-3100r/min。
