Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于工业级黄原胶的防腐剂及其制备方法,通过如下步骤制备而成,按配方分别称取山梨酸钾1‑5%、BIT 10‑20%、IPBC 0.5‑5%、乙二胺四乙酸钙二钠盐0.1‑1%,加入实验室三级水,充分搅拌溶解,即得到一种工业级黄原胶的防腐剂。本发明防腐剂使用量少,保质期长,能够有效抑制黄原胶溶液中细菌、霉菌、酵母菌的生长繁殖,添加本发明防腐剂的黄原胶溶液可广泛应用于涂料、腻子粉、多彩漆、液态肥、农药等。

技术领域
本发明涉及增稠剂应用技术领域,涉及工业级黄原胶,尤其涉及一种用于工业级黄原胶的防腐剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
黄原胶是集乳化、增稠、悬浮稳定于一体的性能优越的微生物高分子多糖。由于它在水溶液中呈多聚阴离子状态,可以溶于冷水和热水中;而且其构象也是多样化的,在不同条件下可表现出不同的特性,具有独特的理化性能,因此在食品、医药、石油工业和化妆品等多个行业,都得到广泛的应用。黄原胶主要分为食品级和工业级,对于工业级黄原胶,国标对其微生物学指标无明确要求,而黄原胶是微生物发酵多糖,营养丰富,为微生物的生长繁殖提供了所需养分,在一些非灭菌产品中使用极易受微生物的污染而导致腐败。
市面上没有专门针对工业级黄原胶的防腐剂,而且现有的防腐剂五花八门,对黄原胶腐败微生物的抑制效果不明显,甚至存在异味。
本发明致力于提供一种工业级黄原胶防腐剂,既能有效抑制工业级黄原胶溶液中细菌、霉菌、酵母菌的生长繁殖,防止黄原胶腐败变质,又能对黄原胶的使用性能无影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于工业级黄原胶的防腐剂及其制备方法,解决现有技术中黄原胶易发生腐败变质的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明一种用于工业级黄原胶的防腐剂,由如下质量百分比的原料制备而成:
山梨酸钾1-5%、BIT10-20%、IPBC0.5-5%、乙二胺四乙酸钙二钠盐0.1-1%、余量水,各组分之和为100%。
本发明还提供一种用于工业级黄原胶的防腐剂的制备方法,通过如下步骤制备而成:
按配方分别称取山梨酸钾、BIT、IPBC、乙二胺四乙酸钙二钠盐,加入实验室三级水,充分搅拌溶解,即得。
本发明以1:100-200的比例加入刚溶解的工业级黄原胶溶液,使其充分搅拌均匀,可添加至涂料、腻子粉、多彩漆、液态肥、农药等产品中。
本发明的优点与效果是:
1.本发明工业级黄原胶防腐剂能够有效抑制黄原胶溶液中细菌、霉菌、酵母菌的生长繁殖。使用添加量低,保质期长。
2.本发明防腐剂配方中原料易得,无异味。
3.添加本发明防腐剂的黄原胶溶液可广泛应用于涂料、腻子粉、多彩漆、液态肥、农药等。

分别称取山梨酸钾4g,BIT15g,IPBC2g,乙二胺四乙酸钙二钠盐1g,加入78g实验室三级水,充分搅拌溶解,即得。
以1:100的比例加入刚溶解的工业级黄原胶溶液,使其充分搅拌均匀。在室温下敞口放置2个月,未出现霉菌生长繁殖,变质产生异味等现象。
实施例2
本发明一种用于工业级黄原胶的防腐剂及其制备方法,通过如下步骤制备而成:

2.一种用于工业级黄原胶的防腐剂的制备方法,其特征在于,通过如下步骤制备而成:按配方分别称取山梨酸钾、BIT、IPBC、乙二胺四乙酸钙二钠盐,加入实验室三级水,充分搅拌溶解,即得。
