Background
The grass trimmer is a common gardening tool, and the main principle is that a motor or an engine is used for driving a grass trimming head of the grass trimmer to rotate at a high speed. The flexible cutting line is wound on the reel, the reel is accommodated in the grass-cutting head, the end part of the flexible cutting line extends out through the hole in the grass-cutting head shell, and when the grass-cutting head rotates at a high speed, the flexible cutting line rotates at a high speed, so that the cutting effect is realized.
When the grass trimmer performs grass trimming operation, the grass trimming rope on the grass trimming head is gradually consumed due to abrasion. When the user performs a certain period of work, the user needs to replace the new grass rope and wind the grass rope on the spool. Traditional grass trimmer, the user need go to manual rotation spool in order to make the rope of beating grass twine to the spool, and troublesome operation, winding speed is slow, thereby also brings certain risk because the staff contacts the head of beating grass at winding in-process. In some grass mowers with automatic winding modes, the switch and locking mechanism that implement the automatic winding mode are complex and inconvenient for the user to operate.
In this regard, the chinese patent publication No. CN111133880a discloses a grass trimmer comprising: grass cutting head; the driving device is used for driving the grass cutting head to rotate by taking an axis as a shaft; the operating device is used for being operated by a user to control the grass cutting machine; the grass cutting head comprises a spool and a head shell, the spool is used for winding a grass cutting rope, and the head shell is used for accommodating at least part of the spool and is provided with a threading hole for the grass cutting rope to pass through; the driving device comprises a motor, the motor is provided with an output shaft, the grass cutting machine is provided with an automatic winding mode, and in the automatic winding mode, the motor drives at least one of the spool and the head shell to enable the spool and the head shell to rotate relatively so as to wind the grass cutting rope to the spool; the grass trimmer also comprises: a winding switch for controlling the automatic winding mode to be turned on or off; an operating member which controls the start of the winding switch when operated; and a locking mechanism capable of locking at least one of the head housing or the spool and triggering the winding switch to cause relative rotation between the head housing and the spool when the operating member is operated. According to the technical scheme disclosed in the patent, although automatic winding of the grass cutting head can be realized, the locking structure of the grass cutting head basically needs to be controlled by manually operating an operating member, in the specific embodiment of the grass cutting head, the locking mechanism always limits the rotation of the upper end face (such as the component 121) of the head shell through a movable component (such as the locking pin 171), in the actual use process, the initial position of the upper end face of the head shell cannot be well controlled, the movable component always cannot be accurately and once in limit fit with the limit part on the upper end face of the head shell, the operation experience is affected, the structure of the technical scheme is complex, and the manufacturing and assembly are inconvenient.
In view of the above, there is a need for improvement.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides an automatic winding grass mower which has a simple structure and is more convenient to use, and the problems existing in the prior art can be effectively solved.

The motor cover is provided with a blocking piece, the end face, close to the motor, of the grass cutting head shell is provided with a ratchet, and the ratchet is provided with a tooth-shaped surface and a friction surface; when the first switch is started, the motor drives the reel assembly and the knocking cap assembly to rotate in a first direction, and the blocking piece is contacted with the friction surface of the ratchet, so that the whole grass cutting head can rotate, and the grass cutting head is in a working mode; when the second switch is started, the motor drives the reel assembly and the knocking cap assembly to rotate in a second direction, the blocking piece is in contact with the tooth-shaped surface of the ratchet, the grass cutting head shell cannot rotate along with the knocking cap assembly at the moment, so that the knocking cap assembly is separated from meshing with the grass cutting head shell, and the reel assembly and the grass cutting head shell rotate relatively to wind the grass cutting rope onto the reel assembly, and an automatic winding mode is adopted at the moment.
In the above technical scheme, further, the grass mowing head shell comprises a grass mowing head base and a fastening cover which are mutually buckled, the upper end face of the grass mowing head base is provided with the ratchet, and the fastening cover is provided with an inclined surface structure meshed with the boss on the knocking cap assembly.

The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. The structure is simple, the operation is convenient, no redundant operation is needed when the automatic winding machine is used, and automatic winding can be realized only by opening the second switch;
2. The invention adopts the cooperation of the baffle plate and different end surfaces of the ratchet to realize the instant-on-instant-use of an automatic winding mode, thereby solving the problem that the initial position of the grass cutter shell in the prior art is not well confirmed;
3. the wire wheel assembly is directly locked on the output shaft of the motor, has good concentricity and rigidity, and greatly reduces vibration caused by non-concentricity;
4. The outgoing line block is provided with a funnel-shaped large chamfer angle, so that the penetration of a straw rope is facilitated. The design is simple, and the threading passing probability is greatly improved;
5. The reel assembly is provided with 6 wire inlets, and the 6 wire inlets are arranged at any positions for wire insertion, so that blind wire insertion effect can be achieved, and the reel assembly is more humanized.
