Some embodiments of the present invention provide a tobacco shred conveying device 10, which includes a cover body 1, a shred suction belt 2, a tensioning assembly 3 and a deformation amount detection device 4. The driving wheel 31 and the tension wheel 33 are respectively positioned at both ends of the conveying direction of the yarn suction belt 2, the driving wheel 31 is positioned at the downstream end of the conveying direction of the yarn suction belt 2, and the tension wheel 33 is positioned at the upstream end of the conveying direction of the yarn suction belt 2. The guide wheels 32 include three, respectively, first guide wheels 32a, second guide wheels 32b, and third guide wheels 32 c. The first guide pulley 32a is located on the side where the driving pulley 31 is located, and the second guide pulley 32b and the third guide pulley 32c are located on the side where the tension pulley 33 is located.
The silk suction belt 2 is wound on a pressing disc 31a, a belt wheel 31b, a first guide wheel 32a, a second guide wheel 32b, a fourth guide wheel 32 and a tension wheel 33, the tension wheel 33 is fixed on a piston rod of a cylinder 34 which is described later, and the cylinder 34 pushes the tension wheel 33 to move to the right through the piston to tension the silk suction belt 2.
In some embodiments, the tensioning assembly 3 further comprises a cylinder 34, the cylinder 34 comprising a cylinder bore 341 and a piston rod 342. The piston rod 342 of the cylinder 34 is drivingly connected to the tension pulley 33 so that the tension force is pressed against the inner side of the suction wire belt 2. In which the rodless chamber of the cylinder 34 is fed with gas at a constant pressure.
The air pressure in the cylinder 34 is constant, and normally, the piston is positioned in the middle of the cylinder 34 because the wire suction belt 2 pulls the tension pulley 33. When the suction wire is aged and lengthened, the acting force of the suction wire belt 2 on the tension wheel 33 is reduced, so that the tension wheel 33 extends forwards under the action of the gas pressure in the cylinder 34, and the position of the tension wheel 33 is detected by the position detecting element in real time. From the comparison of the current position with the home position, the position change of the tension pulley 33 along the feeding direction M of the suction belt 2, that is, the deformation amount of the suction belt 2 can be calculated. The aging degree of the silk suction belt 2 can be judged according to the deformation, and after the silk suction belt 2 ages to a certain degree, the PLC of the rolling and connecting machine sends out an alarm signal to stop the rolling and connecting machine.
Therefore, the technical scheme can identify the aging degree of the shred suction belt 2, reduce the gradual reduction of the friction force between the shred suction belt 2 and the tobacco shred 20 caused by the aging of the shred suction belt 2, reduce the occurrence of unstable transmission of the tobacco shred 20, improve the conveying uniformity of the tobacco shred 20 and improve the weight consistency of a single cigarette.
In some embodiments, the deformation amount detecting device 4 includes a position detecting element configured to detect the position of the tension pulley 33 in real time to judge the length of the suction belt 2. The position detection elements are for example various different types of sensors. During initial installation, a position sensor is mounted on the cylinder 34, and the position of the position sensor is adjusted to ensure that the position sensor can sense the change of the position of the piston in the cylinder 34 during the working state. The output of the position sensor is connected to the analog input port of the PLC controller of the cigarette making and tipping machine. An analog position sensor is arranged on the cylinder 34, so that the actual position of the piston can be obtained in real time. And the position sensor signals are transmitted to a PLC of the cigarette making and tipping machine. When the length of the silk suction belt 2 changes, the position of the piston also changes correspondingly, the PLC program judges the state of the silk suction belt 2 according to the variation of the position of the piston, when the variation exceeds a set value, the silk suction belt 2 is considered to be aged, and the operation of the rolling machine is stopped by alarming.
In some embodiments, the cut tobacco conveying device further comprises an flattener 5, the flattener 5 is installed outside the cover body 1, the flattener 5 is arranged in parallel with the second part 22 of the silk suction belt 2, and the distance between the flattener 5 and the second part 22 of the silk suction belt 2 is configured to be adjustable. The distance between the trimming member 5 and the second portion 22 of the suction belt 2 can be adjusted by changing the installation position; alternatively, the trimming member 5 may be provided in a slidable structure, and the specific adjustment may be performed by fixing the trimming member 5 at various positions. The thickness of the required tobacco sticks is adjusted in real time by adjusting the position of the leveler 5 so as to meet different production requirements.
In some embodiments, the trimming member 5 is positioned at an end of the second portion 22 of the suction belt 2 near downstream, such as adjacent the drive wheel 31.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a cigarette making and tipping machine which comprises the tobacco shred conveying device provided by any technical scheme of the invention.
