The movable handle bar 3 drives the turnover binding clip 1 to move relative to the fixed binding clip 2 so as to clamp or loosen a wire clamp of a spacer rod, and when an auxiliary tool clamps the wire clamp, the locking assembly locks the position of the movable handle bar 3 so as to loosen two hands to disassemble or install a shaft pin, so that the operation is convenient, the time and the labor are saved, and the working efficiency is improved; the unlocking assembly 10 is used for unlocking the movable handle rod 3 in the locking state, so that the overturning binding clip 1 and the fixed binding clip 2 loosen the wire clamp of the spacer, the operation is easy, the time and the labor are saved, and the mounting efficiency is improved.
When the conductor spacer is compressed, the distance between the movable handle rod 3 and the fixed handle rod 4 is reduced by pressing the movable handle rod 3 with hands, so that the fixed binding clip 2 and the turnover binding clip 1 clamp the conductor spacer wire clamp tightly. In this embodiment, the turnover binding clip 1 is hinged to the movable handle bar 3 through the first shaft 5, the locking assembly includes a connecting rod 9, one end of the connecting rod 9 is hinged to the movable handle bar 3 through the second shaft 7, and the other end is hinged to the fixed handle bar 4 through the third shaft 8. When the first, second and third shafts 5, 7, 8 are moved to be collinear, the connecting rod 9 is in the dead-centre position and the mobile handlebar 3 is locked. The wire clamp of the spacing rod is clamped, so that an operator can loosen both hands to disassemble or assemble the shaft pin on the wire clamp of the spacing rod.
When the auxiliary tool needs to be removed after the shaft pin is dismounted or mounted, the unlocking assembly 10 is operated to unlock the movable handle bar 3. In this embodiment, the inner side of the movable handle bar 3 is provided with a receiving groove 12, the unlocking assembly 10 includes a disengaging elastic seat 103 disposed in the receiving groove 12, the disengaging elastic seat 103 is hinged to the side wall of the receiving groove 12 through a fourth shaft 102, one end of the disengaging elastic seat 103 is used for contacting the connecting rod 9, and the other end of the disengaging elastic seat 103 is connected with a trigger 104 for rotating the disengaging elastic seat 103 around the fourth shaft 102 and abutting against the connecting rod 9. When the movable handle bar 3 needs to be unlocked, the trigger piece 104 is pressed, the release spring seat 103 is pressed against the connecting rod 9, one end of the connecting rod 9 rotates around the third shaft 8, and the first shaft 5, the second shaft 7 and the third shaft 8 are not collinear to form a dead point.
Furthermore, the inner side of the fixed handle rod 4 is provided with a groove, after the movable handle rod 3 is locked, part of the connecting rods 9 are arranged in the groove, and the rest of the connecting rods 9 are arranged in the accommodating grooves 12, so that the attractiveness of the auxiliary tool is improved, and the use safety of the auxiliary tool is also improved.
Further, the trigger 104 includes a trigger rod 1041 and a pressure spring 1042, and one end of the trigger rod 1041 is inserted into the movable handle 3 and connected to the releasing spring seat 103. A pressure spring 1042 is sleeved on the trigger rod 1041, one end of the pressure spring 1042 is abutted with the outer surface of the movable handle bar 3, and the other end is abutted with the end part of the other end of the trigger rod 1041. When the movable handle bar 3 is in a locked state, one end of the disengaging spring seat 103 is in contact with the connecting rod 9, the trigger rod 1041 is pressed downwards, the pressure spring 1042 is compressed, the disengaging spring seat 103 rotates around the fourth shaft 102, the other end of the disengaging spring seat 103 moves downwards, and one end of the disengaging spring seat 103 in contact with the connecting rod 9 abuts against the connecting rod 9, so that when the collinear state of the first shaft 5, the second shaft 7 and the third shaft 8 does not exist, the connecting rod 9 is not in a dead point position, and the movable handle bar 3 can be opened and closed at the moment. When no external force is applied to the trigger bar 1041, the pressure spring 1042 is reset to drive the trigger bar 1041 to reset.
In this embodiment, the unlocking assembly 10 further comprises a reset member 101, and the reset member 101 resets the disengaging latch 103 when not subjected to an external force from the triggering member 104. Specifically, the piece 101 that resets includes the torsional spring, and on the torsional spring cover located fourth axle 102, the one end of torsional spring and the tank bottom butt of holding tank 12, the other end with throw off the bullet seat 103 butt. The torsion spring is provided to reset the disengaging spring seat 103 when not subjected to an external force from the triggering member 104. In order to improve the stability of resetting, when the torsion spring fails to work, the pressure spring 1042 can also drive the releasing spring seat 103 to reset through the trigger piece 104. In this embodiment, when the movable handle bar 3 is unlocked by using the unlocking assembly 10, no complex operation is required, the operation is simpler and labor-saving, and the use experience of a user is improved.
In this embodiment, in order to unlock the movable handle 3 and open the turnover clamp head 1 so as to loosen the spacer wire clamp as soon as possible, the auxiliary tool further includes a tension spring 6, one end of the tension spring 6 is connected to the fixed handle 4, and the other end is connected to the turnover clamp head 1. When pressing from both sides tight conductor spacer fastener, extension spring 6 is compressed, and behind unblock activity barre 3, extension spring 6 resets, makes upset binding clip 1 open rapidly for appurtenance can be better open and shut and can not lead to opening and shutting too greatly and arouse that each subassembly cooperation is bad to drop, reduces the potential safety hazard. Preferably, a tension spring hook 11 is further arranged in the groove of the fixing handle rod 4, the tension spring hook 11 is an inverted L-shaped hook, and the tension spring 6 is hung on the tension spring hook 11, so that the tension spring 6 is convenient to mount, and the opening and closing of the auxiliary tool are safer.
In this embodiment, the other end of the fixed handle bar 4 and the other end of the movable handle bar 3 are detachably connected with the handle 13, so that the length of the handle bar is increased, the force arm is increased, and more labor is saved.
