Abstract
一种树脂印刷精细图案无机板装饰材料,其结构包括无机材料(1)(诸如玻璃、铝板、瓷板、水泥板或多面体等),粘合树脂层(2),采用凹印或凸印技术印刷的由一定精细图案组成的一层或一层以上的多种层的彩色交联型分子结构的树脂层(3)组成。
Description
本发明提供了一种树脂印刷精细图案无机板装饰材料,可用于墙面、柱面、折面、多曲面装饰。
现有的无机板材图案装饰材料,一种为丝印玻璃板装饰材料,因其采用丝网印刷技术,因而有图案与玻璃板之间粘合不牢的技术缺陷:二种为用玻粉烧结组成图案的玻璃装饰材料,但此种工艺要在高温600度的条件下才能进行,所以在制作此种材料时能量消耗大,成本高;三种为贴膜有机板材装饰材料,即用印刷纸贴玻璃,印纸贴木头板等等,此种材料虽然成本低,但一直不能解决不耐老化,不能切割的问题;四种为采用新技术制成的由多层油墨层组成图案的无机板材装饰材料,如日本在美国申请的申请号为5019440的“装饰板”专利,就是提供一种靠在一块透光的玻璃板一个表面上依次形成一透光的聚氨基甲酸(乙)酯树脂的初始层,一层含有一被转移来的由包含一种颜料和一种粘结剂的油墨形成的图象的转印层,和一固化树脂层而制成的装饰玻璃板,此技术虽然在工艺上解决了转印时的气泡问题,而且也大大降低了工业成本,但由于粘结剂油墨层为凹印或凸印的非交联型分子结构油墨,所以申请说明只讲了初始粘合层及转印层二层固化树脂(即交联型树脂)把油墨层包在中间,此种材料不耐老化,而且不能在户外长期使用。
本发明的目的是提供一种由一种或一种以上彩色交联型分子结构树脂并运用凹印或凸印技术所组成的精细图案层的无机板材装饰材料,本发明由于产品的彩色图案层为交联型分子结构的树脂并运用凹印或凸印技术所组成,所以较之各种先有同类材料,有粘合牢固,耐老化,耐紫外光,耐侯,耐磨,能随意切割,并且能长期在户外使用,生产能耗小,成本低等优点。由于本发明采用交联型分子结构的树脂作凸印或凹印材料来取代传统的凹印凸印油墨材料,所以能构成非常精致的图案。而且在本发明中,此种彩色树脂印刷技术不但可以用在透明板材,如玻璃等上,让彩色的树脂向内,还可以用在一切固态无机板材上,让彩色交联型分子结构树脂图案向外,能经受日晒雨淋,更耐老化。尤其因金属材料可折弯,因而对建筑几何型的柱、墙等提供了图案精细、耐老化、多曲面的更具有科学性、适用性材料,也更拓展了应用范围。本发明无论在印刷的技术工艺上,还是在材料结构上都有非常突破性的发展,因为材料性能上的优越,本发明的制品将是同类装饰材料中的一种最具优良性能的装饰材料。
本发明的实施例之一的目的是这样实现的,在平板玻璃(也可以是其他无机板材,如瓷板、铝板、合金板、树脂水泥板、石膏板等)上面涂上一层粘合剂(如环氧树脂、密胺脂、聚胺脂、丙稀酸等等),再在粘合剂层上用凹印或凸印技术印上一层由一种以上彩色组成的透明或不透明的交联型分子结构的树脂组成的图案层,再将其固化后,即得到该发明产品树脂印刷精细图案无机板装饰材料。这种材料,可以印刷面向内,也可以向外,均可室外使用而耐老化。
下面结合附图对本发明实施例加以详细说明。
附图1为本发明实施例一的剖视图,由平板玻璃(1)环氧树脂粘合剂层(2),黑色的交联型分子结构的丙稀酸图案层(3)组成。
附图2为本发明实施例之一的平面示意图,表示由黑色交联型分子结构的丙稀酸涂层形成的一定图案与透明平板玻璃共同组成的叠合图案,黑色部分表示黑色的交联型分子结构的丙稀酸涂层。
本发明实施例之二是这样实现的,在平板玻璃(1)上面涂上一层粘合剂环氧树脂层(2),再把已在塑料或纸张层上采用凹印或凸印工艺印好的由黑色丙稀酸层(3)组成的交联型分子结构的图案树脂层粘压在粘合层(2)上,再经固化后,把塑料或纸张层剥去,即得到本发明实施例产品。
附图3为本发明实施例二的剖视图,(1)为平板玻璃,(2)为环氧树脂层,(3)为黑色丙稀酸图案层。
附图4为本发明实施例二的平面示意图,表示由黑色丙稀酸图案层与透明平板玻璃共同组成的叠合图案,黑色部分表示黑色的丙稀酸图案层。
本发明实施例之三是这样实现的,在平板玻璃(1)上面涂上一层粘合剂环氧树脂层(2),再把已在塑料或纸张层上采用凹印或凸印工艺印好的由黑色丙稀酸层(3),白色丙稀酸层(4)二种颜色组成的交联型分子结构的图案树脂层粘压在粘合层(2)上,再经固化后,把塑料或纸张层剥去,即得到本发明实施例三树脂印刷精细图案无机板装饰材料。
附图5为本发明实施例三的剖视图,(1)为平板玻璃,(2)为环氧树脂层,(3)为黑色丙稀酸涂层,(4)为白色丙稀酸涂层。
本发明实施例之四是这样实现的,在平板玻璃(1)上面涂上一层聚胺脂粘合剂层(2),再把由兰色组成的交联型分子结构的丙稀酸图案层(3)采用凸印或凹印技术印在塑料膜上,用丙稀酸彩色树脂层压粘在粘合剂层(2)上,固化后,将塑料膜剥离,然后再用带有金属反射层(5)的光栅浮雕层(6)与兰色丙稀酸图案层(3)用粘合层环氧树脂(4)粘合在一起,固化后,即形成本发明实施例四之产品。
附图6为本发明实施例四的剖视图,(1)为平板玻璃,(2)为聚胺脂粘合剂,(3)为兰色丙稀酸图案层,(4)为环氧树脂粘合层,(5)为金属反射层,(6)为光栅浮雕层。
附图7为本发明实施例四的平面示意图,表示由兰色丙稀酸图案层与光栅浮雕层共同组成的叠合图案,黑色部分表示兰色的丙稀酸图案层,小点为透过光栅浮雕的树脂可看到的光栅反射层。
本发明实施例之五是这样实现的,在平板玻璃(1)上面涂上一层聚胺脂粘合剂层(2),再把黑(3),兰(4)二种色彩组成的交联型分子结构的丙稀酸图案层(3),(4)采用凸印或凹印技术印在塑料膜上,用丙稀酸彩色树脂层压粘在粘合剂层(2)上,固化后,把塑料膜剥离,然后再用带有金属反射层(6)的光栅浮雕层(7)与丙稀酸图案层(3)、(4)用粘合层环氧树脂(5)粘合在一起,固化后,即形成本发明实施例五的树脂印刷精细图案光栅玻璃装饰材料。
附图8为本发明实施例五的剖视图,(1)为平板玻璃,(2)为聚胺脂粘合剂,(3)为黑色丙稀酸涂层,(4)为兰色丙稀酸涂层,(5)为环氧树脂粘合层,(6)为金属反射层,(7)为光栅浮雕层。
本发明实施例之六的目的是这样实现的,先把由红色组成的交联型分子结构的丙稀酸层(5)按一定图案印在塑料薄膜上,再在诸如铝板的金属板如铁合金、铁板、铝合金板或树脂水泥板、防火板、瓷板等无机板材(1)上,涂一层丙稀酸粘合剂层(2),再把一层带有金属反射层(3)的光栅浮雕的树脂层(4)压在上面,最后把塑料膜上的由一定图案组成的红色交联型分子结构的树脂面粘压在上面,固化后将塑料膜揭去,就得到了本实施例之六的产品。
附图9为本发明实施例六的剖视图,(1)为铝板层,(2)为丙稀酸涂层,(3)为金属反射层,(4)为透明的光栅浮雕层,(5)为红色丙稀酸图案层。
附图10为本发明实施例六的平面示意图,表示由红色丙稀酸图案层与光栅浮雕层共同组成的叠合图案,黑色部分表示红色的丙稀酸涂层,小点为透过光栅浮雕的树脂看到的光栅金属反射层。
本发明实施例之七的目的是这样实现的,先把由红(5)、黄(6)、兰(7)、黑(8)、无色层(9)五种丙稀酸交联型分子结构的树脂按一定图案印在塑料薄膜上,再在铝板(1)(也可以采用其他无机板材诸如铝板、铁板、合金锌铁板、水泥板等)上,涂一层丙稀酸粘合剂层(2),再把一层带有金属反射层(3)的光栅浮雕的树脂层(4)压在上面。最后把塑料膜上的由一定图案组成的带彩色交联型分子结构的树脂面粘压在上面,固化后将塑料膜揭去,就得到了本实施例之七的产品,树脂印刷精细图案光栅无机板装饰材料。这种板材因印刷面向外,可以室外使用,同时集印刷图案精细、耐老化、有华丽光栅,可适应多曲面几何折弯装饰效果于一体,是一种有很强科学性与实用性的新型建筑材料。
附图11为本发明实施例七的剖视图,(1)为铝板层,(2)为丙稀酸涂层,(3)为金属反射层,(4)为光栅浮雕树脂层,(5)为红色丙稀酸涂层,(6)为黄色丙稀酸涂层,(7)为兰色丙稀酸涂层,(8)为黑色丙稀酸涂层,(9)为无色丙稀酸涂层。
本发明实施例八的目的是这样实现的,在平板玻璃(1)上涂一层粘合剂(2),再在粘合剂层(2)上用凹印或凸印技术印上一层兰色还氧交联型分子结构的树脂图案层(3),再用粘合树脂(4)把一层带有金属反射层(5)的光栅浮雕的树脂层(6)粘上,并与另一块玻璃(7)粘在一起,再把背面玻璃喷砂(8)。即形成本发明实施例八的产品树脂印刷精细图案光栅夹层玻璃。
附图12为本发明实施例八的剖视图,(1)为平板玻璃,(2)为粘合剂层,(3)为兰色还氧交联型树脂图案层,(4)为粘合剂层,(5)为金属反射层,(6)为光栅浮雕树脂层,(7)为背面玻璃,(8)为喷砂后的毛面。
Claims (6)
1、一种树脂印刷精细图案无机板装饰材料,其结构包括无机材料(1)(诸如玻璃、铝板、瓷板、水泥板或多面体等),粘合树脂层(2),采用凹印或凸印技术印刷的由一定精细图案组成的一层或一层以上的多种层的彩色交联型分子结构的树脂层(3)组成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的树脂印刷精细图案无机板装饰材料,其特征在于无机材料(1),还可以是诸如铝合金、铁锌合金、不锈钢、石膏板等材料,其可以是平板,也可以是曲面、折曲、多几何形面的材料。
3、根据权利要求1所述的树脂印刷精细图案无机板装饰材料,其特征在于粘合树脂层(2)也可以是其他各类树脂,如环氧树脂、聚胺脂、密胺脂、丙稀酸等树脂。
4、根据权利要求1所述的树脂印刷精细图案无机板装饰材料,其特征在于一层或一层以上的彩色交联型分子结构的印刷树脂层(3),可以是环氧树脂、聚胺脂、密胺脂、丙稀酸等树脂、它们可以是透明彩色,也可以是不透明彩色。
5、根据权利要求1所述的树脂印刷精细图案无机板装饰材料,其特征在于平板玻璃(1)的粘合剂(2)上,在采用凹印凸印工艺印刷的一层或一层以上的交联型分子结构(3),(4)的图案后面,又粘上一层粘合层(5),并把一层带有金属反射层(6)的光栅浮雕树脂层(7)粘在一起,形成了更精细图案的最新凹、凸印刷光栅玻璃装饰材料。
6、根据权利要求1所述的树脂印刷精细图案无机板装饰材料,其特征在于,也可以由不透明的无机材料(1),诸如金属板、防火板、水泥板、瓷板等粘上一层诸如丙稀酸、聚胺脂、环氧树脂之类的粘合剂(2),带有光栅浮雕的金属反射层(4)的树脂层(3)及两种或两种以上的采用凹印或凸印技术印上去的交联型分子结构彩色树脂(5)、(6)组成的精细图案所组成。
