Abstract
本发明涉及一种含环溴虫酰胺和丁醚脲的杀虫组合物,两种活性成分的重量比为1:80~80:1,该组合物中活性成分的总重量含量为1%~90%,其余是农药中允许使用和可以接受的辅助成分,可制备成悬浮剂、微乳剂、乳油、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂。本发明的组合物具有明显的增效作用,可降低农药使用成本,对环境友好、安全。

背景技术
环溴虫酰胺(Cyclaniliprole)的化学名称:3-溴-N-{2-溴-4-氯-6-{[(1-环丙基乙基)胺]羰基}苯基}-1-(3-氯-2-吡啶基)-1H-吡唑-5-甲酰胺,其结构式为:
环溴虫酰胺是邻甲酰氨基苯甲酰胺类杀虫剂,也属于双酰胺类化合物,但它并不作用于鱼尼丁受体,而是作用于鱼尼丁受体变构体。环溴虫酰胺具有广泛的杀虫谱,可用于果树、蔬菜、马铃薯、茶树、大豆和棉花等许多作物,防治鳞翅目、鞘翅目、缨翅目、双翅目和同翅目害虫等。
丁醚脲(Diafenthiuron)化学名称:1-叔丁基-3-(2,6-二异丙基-4-苯氧苯基)硫脲,其结构式为:
丁醚脲是通过光或活体内转换为相应的碳化二亚胺,是一种线粒体呼吸抑制剂;主要通过触杀和胃毒作用杀灭幼虫、若虫和成虫,也有一定的杀卵作用;可用于棉花、各种大田作物和果树、观赏植物及蔬菜,有效防治植食性螨虫、粉虱、蚜虫和叶蝉科害虫;也用于防治油菜(小菜蛾)、大豆(大豆夜蛾)和棉花(棉叶波纹夜蛾)上的一些食叶害虫;对所有的益虫的成虫安全,对捕食螨、蜘蛛也安全。
在农业生产的实际过程中,使用化学药剂是防治植物病虫害的最为有效的手段,但是通过化学防治虫害最容易产生的问题是虫害抗药性的产生。实际应用证明,农药单剂对虫害防治效果逐渐下降,某些农药活性成分复配可以达到提高药效,并延缓虫害抗药性的产生。发明人在室内筛选和田间试验的基础上,发现环溴虫酰胺和丁醚脲进行复配,对茶小绿叶蝉、桃小食心虫均有良好的活性。
关于环溴虫酰胺和丁醚脲的混配的杀虫组合物及其应用目前尚未报道。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种复配组合物,并将其制成抗性风险小、杀虫活性好、药效长、成本低、环境污染小的农用复配杀虫组合物。
本发明的技术方案为:农用复配的杀虫组合物,其活性成分含环溴虫酰胺和丁醚脲。
所述的杀虫组合物活性成分环溴虫酰胺和丁醚脲的重量比为1:80~80:1;
进一步地,所述的组合物中活性成分环溴虫酰胺和丁醚脲的优选重量比为1:50~50:1;
进一步地,所述的组合物中活性成分环溴虫酰胺和丁醚脲的优选重量比为1:20~20:1;
进一步地,所述的组合物中活性成分环溴虫酰胺和丁醚脲的优选重量比为1:5~5:1;
所述的杀虫组合物活性成分环溴虫酰胺和丁醚脲混配活性成分含量之和为所述的组合物总重量的1%~90%;

本发明具备以下优点:1))增效作用明显,不是各组分活性简单的叠加,药效大幅提高;2)防治药效突出,持效期长,抗性风险小;3)有效成分的田间用量下降,降低了生产和使用成本,减少农药残留和环境污染;4)由不同作用机制的有效成分组成,作用位点增加,有利于克服和延缓害虫抗药性的产生。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加简洁明了,本发明用以下具体实施例进行说明,但本发明绝非仅限于这些实施例。以下所描述的实施例仅为本发明较好的实施例,可用于描述本发明,不能理解为对本发明的范围的限制。应当指出的是,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所做的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
制剂制备案例
实施例1:30%环溴虫酰胺·丁醚脲悬浮剂
配方:环溴虫酰胺5%、丁醚脲25%、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚4%、木质素磺酸钠1.5%、黄原胶0.25%、硅酸镁铝1.5%、苯甲酸钠1%、丙二醇3%、硅油0.5%、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:按上述配方中将水、分散剂、润湿剂混合均匀,在搅拌状态下再先后加入抗冻剂、增稠剂,经高速剪切混合均匀,再加入环溴虫酰胺和丁醚脲,继续剪切混匀,然后进入卧式砂磨机中研磨,使物料粒径全部在5um以下,再加入消泡剂,剪切均匀即制得本发明所述的悬浮剂。
实施例2:7%环溴虫酰胺·丁醚脲微乳剂
配方:环溴虫酰胺2%、丁醚脲5%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3%、苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚7%、N-甲基吡咯烷酮3%、木质素磺酸钠3.5%、聚乙烯醇1.3%、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯1.8%、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:按实施例配方比例,将活性成分环溴虫酰胺、丁醚脲用溶剂及助溶剂完全溶解,然后再加入其它助剂,混合均匀,最后加入水,充分搅拌后,即制得本发明所述的微乳剂。
实施例3:15%环溴虫酰胺·丁醚脲乳油
配方:环溴虫酰胺6%、丁醚脲9%、烷基联苯醚二磺酸镁盐5%、三乙醇胺盐8%、N-二甲基甲酰胺10%、环己酮5%、大豆油补余余量;
制备方法:按实施例配方比例将活性成分环溴虫酰胺、丁醚脲加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂,在搅拌混合釜中搅拌混合均匀,即制得本发明所述的乳油。
实施例4:40%环溴虫酰胺·丁醚脲可湿性粉剂
配方:环溴虫酰胺20%、丁醚脲20%、十二烷基硫酸钠3%、木质素磺酸钠6%、硅藻土5%、白炭黑3%、高岭土补足余量;
制备方法:按上述配方将环溴虫酰胺、丁醚脲、分散剂、润湿剂、填料混合,在搅拌釜中搅拌均匀,经气流粉碎机粉碎后混合均匀,即制得本发明所述的可湿性粉剂。
实施例5:25%环溴虫酰胺·丁醚脲水分散粒剂
配方:环溴虫酰胺10%、丁醚脲15%、木质素磺酸钠5%、十二烷基硫酸钠2.5%、尿素5%,白炭黑5%、高岭土补足余量;
制备方法:按上述配方将丁醚脲、环溴虫酰胺、分散剂、润湿剂、崩解剂、填料混合均匀,再进入气流粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后物料经捏合,然后进入挤压造粒机造粒,再进入流化床干燥机干燥,最后经整粒机筛分整粒后,即制得本发明所述的水分散粒剂。
室内活性测定
实施例6:丁醚脲、环溴虫酰胺混配对茶树茶小绿叶蝉室内活性试验
试验目的:以丁醚脲、环溴虫酰胺为活性成分复配的30%丁醚脲·环溴虫酰胺悬浮剂采用喷雾法测定对茶树茶小绿叶蝉的室内毒力。通过试验验证二者复配是否具有增效作用,筛选最佳配方,为该药剂的登记提供科学依据。
供试靶标:茶树茶小绿叶蝉,虫源采自日照市东港区茶园,室内用茶树嫩芽头饲养。
培养条件:试验在人工智能培养箱内进行,温度25±1℃,湿度70%,光照:黑暗=14h:10h,白天光照2000Lux
仪器:电子天平(感量0.1mg)、滤纸、人工智能培养箱、玻璃养虫罩、脱脂棉、毛笔、烧杯等。
试验药剂:95%丁醚脲原药、95%环溴虫酰胺原药。
药液配制与剂量设置:先将丁醚脲原药、环溴虫酰胺原药用分析纯二甲基甲酰胺溶解后配制成100g/L的母液,然后按照有效成份质量比以1:5、1:3、1:1、3:1、5:1(丁醚脲:环溴虫酰胺)混合配成混剂母液。使用时用含有0.1%吐温80的水溶液稀释成以下浓度(单位:毫克/升)。
试验重复:每个浓度处理设4次重复
处理方式:参照杀虫剂农药室内生物测定试验准则(农业行业标准NY/T 1154.6—2006)采用浸虫法,将若虫的茶树枝条放入冰箱中5-10min,待其不活动时拿出,选取落虫较多的茶树枝条,剔除低龄若虫和成虫,将若虫茶树枝条浸入待测的不同浓度的药液中10s,晾干后基部用棉球保湿,放入直筒形玻璃养虫罩中,上部用尼龙网扎紧。处理完毕后置于人工智能培养箱内饲养。
调查时间与方法:药剂处理后2天调查试虫死亡情况,记录活虫数和死虫数。
数据统计分析:根据调查结果,按以下公式计算各处理浓度对试虫的校正死亡率,单位为百分率(%)。
根据调查结果,计算死亡率及防治效果
以药剂浓度(mg/L)的对数值为自变量(X),校正死亡率的机率值为因变量(Y),求各药剂的LC50,计算共毒系数(CTC)
评价方式:CTC<80表明组成混剂的各单剂间有拮抗作用;CTC介于80~120表明组成混剂的各单剂间有加和作用;CTC>120表明组成混剂的各单剂间有增效作用。
结果分析与讨论:
表1丁醚脲和环溴虫酰胺混用对的联合毒力
同剂量处理48小时后检查结果见表1。以药剂浓度的对数值为X,校正死亡率的机率值为Y,建立回归方程,计算共毒系数。测定结果显示:丁醚脲与环溴虫酰胺以1:5、1:3、1:1、3:1、5:1比例进行复配,其共毒系数分别是110.37、162.70、173.68、188.65、206.86,其中以5:1复配的共毒系数最高,增效作用最为明显,为丁醚脲与环溴虫酰胺的复配防治的最佳配比。
通过浸虫法测定了丁醚脲与环溴虫酰胺五种不同配比对的致死中浓度和共毒系数。结果表明:二者复配表现出一定的加和或增效作用,其中丁醚脲与环溴虫酰胺5:1(25:5)共毒系数最高,达到206.86,增效作用最显著。因此,该配比为丁醚脲与环溴虫酰胺复配防治的最佳配比。
以上结果是在室内试验完成的,室内各种环境条件与大田差异较大,建议开展田间药效试验进一步验证配方的合理性和确定使用剂量的范围。
田间药效试验
实施例7:30%丁醚脲·环溴虫酰胺悬浮剂防治茶树茶小绿叶蝉田间药效试验
试验目的:多年来防治茶树茶小绿叶蝉主要依赖啶虫脒、吡虫啉等农药,单一农药的大量长期使用,使产生了严重的抗药性,防治效果不理想。为验证30%丁醚脲·环溴虫酰胺混配对茶树田间药效试验效果,为生产推广应用提供依据,开展该项试验。
试验对象、作物和品种的选择:茶小绿叶蝉(Empoasca flavescen),茶树(浙农113)。
环境或设施栽培条件:试验田地势平坦,肥力中等,土壤质地为中壤土,有机质含量2%,试验地肥水管理及其它栽培条件相同。
试验药剂及用药量:见表2。
小区面积和重复:每小区20m2;重复次数:4次。
施药方法:采用常规喷雾器进行叶面喷雾保证药量准确、分布均匀
施药时间和次数:2018年6月15日施药,喷施一次。
调查方法、时间和次数:调查时间和次数:第一次调查时间6月17号,第二次调查时间6月22号,进行第2次调查。
调查方法:晴天晨露未千时、阴天全天都可进行调查。每小区随机调查100张嫩叶(一般取芽下第2张嫩叶)上的若虫数。
药效计算方法:
依据标准GB/T 17980.56-2004
虫口减退率(%)=[(施药前活虫数-施药后活虫数)/施药前活虫数]×100
结果与分析:
30%丁醚脲·环溴虫酰胺悬浮剂防治茶树茶小绿叶蝉药效试验数据结论见表2。

药剂评价:从田间试验结果可以看出(见表2),30%丁醚脲·环溴虫酰胺悬浮剂对茶树茶小绿叶蝉的防治有较好的效果。在1500倍液情况下,药后2天虫口减退率96.97%、药后7天虫口减退率100%,均高于单剂及当地常规药剂的虫口减退率。且在试验过程中,未发现30%丁醚脲·环溴虫酰胺悬浮剂对茶树及主要天敌有影响,可推广应用。
实施例8:丁醚脲、环溴虫酰胺混配对桃小食心虫的田间药效
试验目的:通过田间试验,明确30%丁醚脲·环溴虫酰胺悬浮剂对桃小食心虫防治效果,为农药登记及推广应用提供依据。
试验对象、作物和品种的选择:试验作物为6年生桃树,品种为久保,供试昆虫为桃小食心虫(Carposina nipponensis),本年度中度发生。
环境条件:试验田设在山东省莱西市海利尔生态园果园,桃树品种为久保,6年生树,灌溉条件良好,土壤肥力中等偏上。
试验药剂及用药量:见表3。
小区面积和重复:每小区设3棵树,重复4次。
施药方法:在桃树桃小食心虫开始用药。
施药时间和次数:2018年4月27日施药一次。
使用容量:喷雾均匀一致,大部分树叶有药液滴下为止,每小区平均喷施药液量12~15公斤。
调查时间和次数:施药前调查基数,施药后14天调查一次。
药效计算方法:以校正虫口减退率表示防治效果,按照中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T 17980.65-2000《农药田间药效试验准则(二)》规定方法进行统计计算。
虫口减退率(%)=[(施药前活虫数-施药后活虫数)/施药前活虫数]×100
防治效果(%)=(处理区虫口减退率-对照区虫口减退率)/(100-对照区虫口减退率)×100
对作物的直接影响:试验观察期间未发现药害现象或其他对桃树的生长刺激作用。
结果与分析

药效评价:试验结果表明,供试药剂30%丁醚脲·环溴虫酰胺悬浮剂防治桃树桃小食心虫具有较好的防效,在用药后14天时防效为96.15%,表现出了良好的持效性,对桃树无药害,可以在生产中推广应用。
由上述室内活性及田间药效试验结果表明,丁醚脲、环溴虫酰胺复配后能有效防治茶树茶小绿叶蝉、桃小食心虫,本发明的组合物具有明显的协同增效作用,防治效果均好于单剂,且防效期长;在试验用药范围内对茶树、桃树无不良影响,具有应用价值。
Claims (9)
1.一种含环溴虫酰胺和丁醚脲的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,该组合物含活性成分环溴虫酰胺和活性成分丁醚脲。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,该组合物中活性成分环溴虫酰胺与活性成分丁醚脲的重量比为1:80~80:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,该组合物中活性成分环溴虫酰胺与活性成分丁醚脲的重量比为1:50~50:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,该组合物中活性成分环溴虫酰胺与活性成分丁醚脲的重量比为1:20~20:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,该组合物中活性成分环溴虫酰胺与活性成分丁醚脲的重量比为1:5~5:1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,该组合物中活性成分含量之和为所述组合物总重量的1%~90%,优选10%~50%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,该组合物可制备成成适合农业上使用的任一剂型。
8.根据权利要求7所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的组合物可制备成农业上允许的制剂剂型,包括粉剂、可分散片剂、颗粒剂、可溶粉剂、可溶粒剂、可溶片剂、片剂、乳粉剂、乳粒剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、微囊颗粒剂、粉剂、大粒剂、水分散片剂、微囊悬浮剂、可分散液剂、乳油、乳粒剂、油乳剂、乳粉剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、可分散油悬浮剂、油分散粉剂、悬浮剂、悬乳剂、可溶液剂、超低容量液剂、悬浮种衣剂、种子处理干粉剂、种子处理可分散粉剂、种子处理悬浮剂、种子处理液剂中的任一种;优选剂型为悬浮剂、微乳剂、乳油、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂。
9.根据权利要求1-8所述的杀虫组合物可用于防治半翅目、缨翅目、鳞翅目、同翅目害虫上的用途。
