Referring to fig. 2, the ear chopping knife shaft 103 includes a plurality of knife blocks 201 and moving knives 202, the knife blocks 201 are arranged on the ear chopping knife shaft 103 in a staggered manner, the moving knives 202 are arranged on the knife blocks 201, wherein the moving knives 202 are provided with two moving knives 202, the two moving knives 202 are arranged in a V-shape, and each moving knife 202 is triangular and has two sides opened.
