The specific structures of the material taking system G, the shaking system K, the material pouring system, the cover sealing system I, the cup taking system and the conveying system are described one by one in the following.
(1) Cup taking system
Referring to fig. 3-15, the cup taking system of the present invention includes a cup feeding device E and a cup taking device F.
Referring to fig. 3-15, the cup feeder E includes a fourth frame 5E, a plurality of cup feeder modules disposed on the fourth frame 5E, and a cup feeder D for driving the fourth frame 5E to move so as to make the cup outlet of each cup feeder module on the fourth frame 5E correspond to the cup taking device F, wherein the cup feeder modules are plural, and each cup feeder module includes a first frame 1E, a storage box 2E disposed on the first frame 1E for storing milk cups, and a cup feeder mechanism 3E for driving milk cups in the storage box 2E to move toward the outlet of the storage box 2E; a storage cavity is arranged in the storage box 2e and extends along the length direction of the storage box 2 e; the milk tea cups are stacked in the storage cavity; the cup feeding mechanism 3e comprises a push plate 3-1e and a cup feeding driving mechanism for driving the push plate 3-1e to move along the length direction of the storage box 2e, wherein the push plate 3-1e is arranged in the storage cavity; the cup feeding driving mechanism is used for driving the push plate 3-1e to move so as to feed the milk tea cups to the outlet of the storage box 2 e.
Referring to fig. 3 to 15, the cup taking device F is disposed at an outlet of the storage box 2e, and includes a second support 1F, a cup taking manipulator disposed on the second support 1F, and a cup taking driving mechanism for driving the cup taking manipulator to take out a milk cup from the storage box 2e of the cup feeding module and place the milk cup at a designated station 9F, wherein the cup taking driving mechanism adopts a driving mode of combining a cup taking motor 5F and a synchronous belt transmission mechanism, or adopts a driving mode of combining the cup taking motor 5F and a screw rod transmission mechanism, or adopts a driving mode of combining the cup taking motor 5F and a rack and pinion transmission mechanism; in addition, a bearing table and a vertical cylinder for driving the bearing table to move vertically are arranged at the appointed station 9 f; the milk tea cup taking mechanism is used for driving the milk tea cup taking manipulator to place the grabbed milk tea cup on the bearing platform. The vertical cylinder drives the bearing table to move vertically to realize bearing of the milk tea cup, and the milk tea cup is conveniently conveyed to the first conveying device A by the milk tea cup transfer conveying mechanism.
In this embodiment, the cup taking driving mechanism adopts a manner that a cup taking motor 5f is combined with a synchronous belt transmission mechanism 6f, wherein the synchronous belt transmission mechanism 6f comprises a driving synchronous pulley and a driven synchronous pulley which are arranged on the second support 1f, and a synchronous belt which is wound around the driving synchronous pulley and the driven synchronous pulley, wherein the driving synchronous pulley and the driven synchronous pulley are both rotationally connected to the second support 1f, the cup taking motor 5f is mounted on the second support 1f, and a main shaft thereof is connected with the driving synchronous pulley; the synchronous belt is connected with the cup taking manipulator directly or through a connecting plate. The cup taking motor 5f drives the synchronous belt transmission mechanism to move, so that the cup taking manipulator is driven to move, and the cup taking action is finished.
Referring to fig. 3 to 15, the cup taking manipulator includes a moving seat 4f, a suction rod 2f disposed on the moving seat 4f, and a first rotary driving mechanism for driving the suction rod 2f to rotate, wherein the first rotary driving mechanism is configured to drive the suction rod 2f to rotate, so as to convert horizontally placed milk cups into a vertical arrangement, the first rotary driving mechanism includes a first rotary shaft 3f and a rack-and-pinion transmission mechanism disposed between the first rotary shaft 3f and the second support 1f, wherein the first rotary shaft 3f is rotatably connected to the moving seat 4f, one end of the first rotary shaft 3f extends out of the moving seat 4f and is connected to the suction rod 2f, and the other end of the first rotary shaft is connected to a gear in the rack-and-pinion transmission mechanism; a rack 8f in the gear rack transmission mechanism is arranged on the second bracket 1f, and the length direction of the rack 8f is parallel to the length direction of the slide rail; the rack 8f is matched with the gear, when the movable seat 4f moves to the cup taking position, the suction rod 2f rotates to the horizontal state, and the suction head of the suction rod 2f faces to the outlet of the storage box; when the movable seat 4f moves to the cup placing position, the suction rod 2f rotates to a vertical state, and a suction head of the suction rod 2f faces downwards vertically.
With the arrangement, when a cup needs to be taken, the cup taking driving mechanism drives the cup taking mechanical hand to move towards the storage box 2e, in the process, the gear on the first rotating shaft 3f is matched with the rack 8f on the second support 1f, so that the first rotating shaft 3f and the suction rod 2f connected with the first rotating shaft 3f vertically rotate, when the moving seat reaches the cup taking position or the length of the rack 8f is set, the gear is separated from the rack 8f, the suction rod 2f rotates to the horizontal position, and the suction head of the suction rod 2f faces towards the storage box 2e, so that the cup taking driving mechanism continuously drives the cup taking mechanical hand to move, so that the suction rod 2f on the cup taking mechanical hand enters the inside of the milk cup and sucks the inner bottom surface of the milk cup, then, the cup taking driving mechanism drives the cup taking manipulator to move reversely, so that the milk tea cup is taken out; when the cup taking driving mechanism drives the cup taking mechanical hand to move towards the appointed station 9f, the gear is matched with the rack 8f again, the cup taking mechanical hand drives the milk tea cup to vertically rotate, and when the rack 8f is separated from the gear or the cup taking mechanical hand reaches the appointed station 9f, the cup taking mechanical hand drives the milk tea cup to rotate to a vertical state and place the milk tea cup at a carrying table of the appointed station 9f to complete the whole cup taking station.
In the present embodiment, the gear may be replaced by providing gear teeth on the first rotating shaft 3f along the circumferential direction thereof. In addition, the cup taking driving mechanism further comprises a sliding mechanism 7f, wherein the sliding mechanism 7f comprises a sliding block and a sliding rail matched with the sliding block, and the sliding rail is installed on the second bracket 1f and extends along the direction away from the opening of the storage box 2 e; the sliding block is connected with the cup taking manipulator. Through setting up slide mechanism 7f can realize spacing and direction the motion of getting the cup manipulator to play the effect of support to getting the cup manipulator, in order to make things convenient for getting cup motor 5f and can drive through less drive power and get the motion of cup manipulator.
Referring to fig. 3 to 15, the cup feeding and conveying device D includes a third support 1D, and a cup feeding and conveying driving mechanism disposed on the third support 1D and used for driving the fourth rack 5e to move along a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the cup taking manipulator, wherein the cup feeding and conveying driving mechanism adopts a manner that a cup feeding and conveying motor 2D is combined with a seventh lead screw transmission mechanism 3D, or adopts a manner that a cup feeding and conveying motor 2D is combined with a synchronous belt transmission mechanism, or adopts a manner of cylinder driving; and a plurality of groups of sliding block sliding rail mechanisms 4d are arranged between the fourth rack 5e and the third support 1d and are used for limiting and guiding the movement of the fourth rack 5 e.
By arranging a plurality of cup feeding modules and driving the plurality of cup feeding modules to respectively correspond to the cup taking device F through the cup feeding and conveying device D, so that the milk tea cups in the corresponding cup feeding modules can be taken out by the cup taking device F according to the requirement, for example, three cup feeding modules are provided, the corresponding milk tea cups are respectively provided with a big cup, a middle cup and a small cup, the fourth frame 5e is driven to move by the cup feeding conveying device D, so that the corresponding cup feeding module corresponds to the cup taking station, the milk tea cup with the corresponding specification can be taken out by the cup taking device F, so that the requirements of different orders can be met, and because the milk tea cups with different specifications are stored in the plurality of cup feeding modules in the cup feeding device E, the trouble that the milk tea cups with corresponding specifications are required to be installed on the cup feeding modules in advance by workers when milk tea cups with different specifications are taken every time is avoided, and the labor intensity of the workers is reduced.
Referring to fig. 3-15, the cup feeding module further comprises a limiting mechanism 4e arranged at the outlet of the storage box 2e and used for preventing a plurality of milk tea cups from being taken out by the cup taking manipulator, wherein the limiting mechanism 4e comprises a first clamping jaw 4-1e and a second clamping jaw 4-2e arranged on the storage box 2e and a limiting driving mechanism used for driving the first clamping jaw 4-1e and the second clamping jaw 4-2e to clamp and unclamp, and before the cup taking manipulator takes the cups by the cup taking driving mechanism, the limiting driving mechanism drives the first clamping jaw 4-1e and the second clamping jaw 4-2e to clamp at the gap between two stacked milk tea cups.
Referring to fig. 3 to 15, the cup feeding driving mechanism includes a cup feeding motor 3-2e and a sixth screw transmission mechanism 3-3e, wherein the sixth screw transmission mechanism 3-3e includes a sixth screw and a sixth screw nut engaged with the sixth screw, a length direction of the sixth screw is parallel to a length direction of the storage box 2e, the sixth screw nut is connected to the push plate 3-1e through a connection plate 3-4e, the storage box 2e is provided with an avoidance groove 2-1e at a contact position with the connection plate 3-4e, and the avoidance groove 2-1e extends along the length direction of the storage box 2 e; the cup feeding motor 3-2e is arranged on the first support 1e, and a main shaft of the cup feeding motor 3-2e is connected with the sixth screw rod.
Through the structure, the cup feeding motor 3-2e drives the sixth screw rod to rotate, so that the sixth screw rod nut and the push plate 3-1e connected with the sixth screw rod nut through the connecting plate 3-4e are driven to move, and the milk tea cups stored in the storage cavity are pushed to move towards the outlet of the storage box 2 e; when the milk tea cup at the outlet of the storage box 2e is taken away one by one, the cup feeding motor 3-2e drives the sixth screw rod to rotate, so that the sixth screw rod nut and the push plate 3-1e move by one unit length, and the second milk tea cup in the storage box 2e replaces the taken milk tea cup, so that the cup taking manipulator can take the milk tea cup conveniently.
Referring to fig. 3 to 15, the cup feeding driving mechanism further includes two sets of guiding mechanisms, the two sets of guiding mechanisms are respectively disposed on two sides of the storage box 2e, each set of guiding mechanism includes a guiding rod 3-5e disposed on the first bracket 1e and a guiding hole disposed on the connecting plate 3-4e, wherein a length direction of the guiding rod 3-5e is parallel to a length direction of the sixth thread rod, and the guiding rod 3-5e passes through the guiding hole. By arranging the guide mechanism, the motion of the push plate 3-1e can be guided, so that the cup feeding precision is improved.
Referring to fig. 3-15, the limit driving mechanism comprises a limit motor 4-5e, a limit gear 4-6e arranged on the limit motor 4-5e, a first limit rack 4-3e arranged on the first clamping jaw 4-1e, and a second limit rack 4-4e arranged on the second clamping jaw 4-2e, wherein the limit motor 4-5e is arranged between the first clamping jaw 4-1e and the second clamping jaw 4-2e, the first limit rack 4-3e and the second limit rack 4-4e are both horizontally arranged and respectively located at the upper end and the lower end of the limit gear 4-6e, the upper end of the limit gear 4-6e is matched with the first limit rack 4-3e or the second limit rack 4-4e, the lower end of the first limiting rack is matched with the second limiting rack 4-4e or the first limiting rack 4-3 e. The first limiting rack 4-3e and the second limiting rack 4-4e are driven to move relatively by the limiting motor 4-5e, so that the first clamping jaw 4-1e and the second clamping jaw 4-2e are driven to clamp; the first limiting rack 4-3e and the second limiting rack 4-4e are driven to move reversely by the limiting motor 4-5e, so that the first clamping jaw 4-1e and the second clamping jaw 4-2e are driven to separate. In this way, the gap between the first and second teat cups at the outlet of the storage compartment 2e is clamped, so that it is ensured that the cup removing robot can only remove one teat cup at a time.
Besides the above embodiments, the limit driving mechanism may also employ a double-acting air cylinder.
(2) Material taking system G
Referring to fig. 16 to 27, the material taking system G of the present invention includes a fifth rack 1G, a solid raw material storage mechanism 2G disposed on the fifth rack 1G, a liquid raw material storage mechanism 3G, a solid raw material conveying mechanism 4G for conveying the solid raw material in the solid raw material storage mechanism 2G to a discharge station, and a liquid raw material conveying mechanism 5G for conveying the liquid raw material to the discharge station, wherein the solid raw material storage mechanism 2G is disposed above the fifth rack 1G, and the liquid raw material storage mechanism 3G is disposed below the fifth rack 1G.
Referring to fig. 16 to 27, the solid raw material storage mechanism 2g includes a plurality of solid raw material storage boxes 2 to 1g, and the plurality of solid raw material storage boxes 2 to 1g are sequentially arranged along a length direction of the fifth rack 1 g; 2-1g of each solid raw material storage box is filled with a solid raw material for making milk tea; the lower end of the solid raw material storage box 2-1g is funnel-shaped, a feeding port is formed in the bottom of the solid raw material storage box, and an electromagnetic valve 2-2g for opening or closing the feeding port is arranged at the feeding port.
Referring to fig. 16 to 27, the liquid material storage mechanism 3g includes a plurality of liquid material storage cartridges 3-1g, the plurality of liquid material storage cartridges 3-1g being sequentially arranged along a length direction of the fifth frame 1 g; 3-1g of each liquid raw material storage box is filled with a liquid raw material for making milk tea.
Referring to fig. 16 to 27, the solid raw material handling mechanism 4g is disposed at the lower end of the solid raw material storage mechanism 2g and above the discharge station, and comprises a fourth bracket 4-1g disposed on a fifth frame 1g, a feeding box 4-2g disposed on the fourth bracket 4-1g, and a third transverse driving mechanism 4-5g for driving the feeding box 4-2g to move along the length direction of the fifth frame 1g, wherein the feeding box 4-2g is rotatably connected to the fourth bracket 4-1g through a second rotating shaft 4-3 g; the feeding box 4-2g is internally provided with an accommodating groove 4-21g for temporarily storing the solid raw materials, the side edge of the feeding box 4-2g is provided with a discharge hole 4-22g, and the discharge hole 4-22g is communicated with the accommodating groove 4-21 g; the solid raw material carrying mechanism 4g further comprises a second rotary driving mechanism for driving the feeding box 4-2g to rotate around the second rotating shaft 4-3g, and when the second rotary driving mechanism drives the feeding box 4-2g to rotate to the discharging port 4-22g of the feeding box 4-2g and vertically and downwards arranged, the solid raw materials in the accommodating tank 4-21g are poured into the material receiving container 8g of the discharging station. Therefore, the position of the fifth rack 1g corresponding to the feeding box 4-2g is provided with an avoiding groove, so that the feeding box 4-2g can conveniently pour solid raw materials into the receiving container 8g below.
The second rotary driving mechanism in this embodiment is composed of a rotary motor, and the rotary motor is directly connected to the second rotating shaft 4-3g and is used for driving the second rotating shaft 4-3g to rotate, so as to drive the feeding box 4-2g to rotate, so that the discharging port 4-22g of the feeding box 4-2g is vertically downward, and the solid raw materials in the holding tank 4-21g are poured into the receiving container 8g of the discharging station. In addition to the above, the second rotary driving mechanism may further include a rotary motor and a transmission mechanism, and the transmission mechanism may be a synchronous belt transmission mechanism or a gear transmission mechanism.
Referring to fig. 16-27, the liquid material handling mechanism 5g comprises a conveying pipe 5-1g and a conveying pump 5-2g, wherein one end of the conveying pipe 5-1g is arranged at the emptying station, and the other end of the conveying pipe is communicated with the inner cavity of the liquid material storage box 3-1 g; the conveying pump 5-2g is used for conveying the liquid raw materials in the liquid raw material storage box 3-1g into a material receiving container 8g positioned at the discharging station through a conveying pipe 5-1 g. In this embodiment, each liquid material storage box 3-1g is individually configured with a set of liquid material conveying mechanism 5g, and when a certain liquid material needs to be extracted, the conveying pump 5-2g in the liquid material storage box 3-1g storing the liquid material works correspondingly, so that the liquid material is conveyed into the receiving container 8g of the discharging station.
Referring to fig. 16-27, the solid raw material handling mechanism 4g further comprises a weighing module 4-4g, and the weighing module 4-4g is arranged on the fourth bracket 4-1g and is positioned below the feeding box 4-2 g; for measuring the weight of the solid raw material in the feed bin 4-2 g. When the weighing module 4-4g detects that the solid raw materials in the feeding box 4-2g reach a set value, the control system controls the electromagnetic valve 2-2g at the lower end of the corresponding solid raw material storage box 2-1g to be closed, and discharging is stopped. Therefore, accurate material taking can be realized, and the taste of the milk tea is ensured.
In this embodiment, the weighing modules 4-4g may be pressure sensors.
Referring to fig. 16 to 27, the third transverse driving mechanism 4-5g includes a third transverse motor 4-51g disposed on the fifth frame 1g and a synchronous belt transmission mechanism 4-53g, wherein the synchronous belt transmission mechanism 4-53g includes a driving synchronous wheel, a driven synchronous wheel and a synchronous belt, the driving synchronous wheel is mounted on the main shaft of the third transverse motor 4-51g, the driven synchronous wheel is rotatably connected to the fifth frame 1g, the synchronous belt vertically surrounds the driving synchronous wheel and the driven synchronous wheel along the length direction of the fifth frame 1g, and the synchronous belt is directly connected to or connected through a connecting member to the fourth frame 4-1 g. The third transverse motor 4-51g drives the driving synchronous wheel to rotate, so that the synchronous belt is driven to move along the length direction of the fifth rack 1g, the feeding box 4-2g is driven to move, the feeding box 4-2g can accurately reach the lower end of the corresponding solid raw material storage box 2-1g, and the solid raw material falling from the solid raw material storage box 2-1g is received.
Referring to fig. 16-27, the third lateral driving mechanism 4-5g further comprises a lateral guiding mechanism 4-54g, and the lateral guiding mechanism 4-54g comprises a sliding rail arranged on the fifth frame 1g and a sliding block arranged on the fourth frame 4-1g, wherein the sliding rail extends along the length direction of the fifth frame 1g, and the sliding block is mounted on the sliding rail. By arranging the transverse guide mechanism 4-54g, the transverse movement of the feeding box 4-2g can be guided, so that the feeding box can accurately reach the lower end of the corresponding solid raw material storage box 2-1 g.
Referring to fig. 16-27, the third transverse driving mechanism 4-5g in this embodiment is two sets, i.e. two sets of transverse guiding mechanism 4-54g and two sets of synchronous belt transmission mechanism 4-53g, but the two sets of synchronous belt transmission mechanism 4-53g share one set of third transverse motor 4-51g, and the specific arrangement is as follows: two groups of driving synchronous wheels are connected through a transmission shaft, and the third transverse motor 4-51g is connected with the transmission shaft through a synchronous transmission mechanism 4-52g, a chain transmission mechanism or a gear transmission mechanism, so that the two groups of synchronous belt transmission mechanisms 4-53g can be driven to move through one group of transverse motors, the speeds of all positions in the feeding boxes 4-2g on the fourth support 4-1g and the fourth support 4-1g are kept consistent, no deflection occurs, and smooth material taking is ensured.
(3) Material pouring system
Referring to fig. 16-27, the pouring system of the present invention is located below the material placing station, and includes a pouring mounting seat 7-1g disposed on the fifth rack 1g, a pouring rotating plate 7-2g disposed on the pouring mounting seat 7-1g, a material receiving device 6g disposed on the pouring rotating plate 7-2g for driving the material receiving container 8g to move along the length direction of the pouring mounting seat 7-1g, and a pouring driving mechanism for driving the pouring rotating plate 7-2g to rotate so as to pour the stirred milk tea in the material receiving container 8g into the milk tea cup located in the material placing station.
Referring to fig. 16-27, both ends of the material pouring rotating plate 7-2g are rotatably connected to the material pouring mounting seat 7-1g through rotating shafts.
Referring to fig. 16 to 27, the receiving device 6g includes a supporting seat 6-1g and a receiving driving mechanism for driving the supporting seat 6-1g to move along the length direction of the material pouring mounting seat 7-1g, wherein the receiving container 8g is placed on the supporting seat 6-1g, and a containing groove matched with the receiving container 8g is formed in the supporting seat 6-1 g; the material receiving driving mechanism is used for driving the material receiving container 8g to move along the length direction of the material pouring mounting seat 7-1g so as to be respectively butted with the shaking up system K and the milk tea cups at the material charging station; the material receiving driving mechanism comprises a material receiving motor 6-2g and a ninth lead screw transmission mechanism 6-3g, wherein the material receiving motor 6-2g is arranged on a material pouring rotating plate 7-2g, and a main shaft of the material receiving motor 6-2g is connected with a ninth lead screw of the ninth lead screw transmission mechanism 6-3 g; the length direction of a ninth screw rod in the ninth screw rod transmission mechanism 6-3g is parallel to the length direction of the material pouring mounting seat 7-1 g; and a ninth screw nut in the ninth screw transmission mechanism is connected with the support seat 6-1 g. The ninth screw rod transmission mechanism 6-3g is driven to move by the material receiving motor 6-2g, thereby driving the supporting seat 6-1g and the receiving container 8g on the supporting seat 6-1g to move along the length direction of the material pouring mounting seat 7-1g, namely, the receiving container 8g filled with solid raw materials and liquid raw materials can be sent to the position corresponding to the shaking system K, the shaking driving mechanism drives the shaking manipulator to move so as to grab 8g of the receiving container, shaking up the solid raw materials and the liquid raw materials in the material receiving container 8g, and driving the shaken material receiving container 8g to reach the position corresponding to the material loading station, the material pouring driving mechanism drives the material pouring rotating plate 7-2g to rotate, so that the material receiving container 8g is poured, so that the shaken milk tea in the material receiving container 8g is poured into the milk tea cup positioned at the material charging station.
Referring to fig. 16-27, the material pouring driving mechanism includes a material pouring driving motor 7-3g and a material pouring transmission mechanism, wherein the material pouring driving motor 7-3g is mounted on the material pouring mounting seat 7-1g, and a main shaft of the material pouring driving motor 7-3g is connected with the rotating shaft through the material pouring transmission mechanism; the material pouring transmission mechanism is a gear transmission mechanism 7-4g, and two gears which are meshed with each other in the gear transmission mechanism 7-4g are respectively arranged on the rotating shaft and a main shaft of the material pouring driving motor 7-3 g. The material pouring driving motor 7-3g drives the gear transmission mechanism 6-3g to move, so that the material pouring rotating plate 7-2g is driven to rotate, the material receiving container 8g is poured, and the milk tea which is stirred uniformly in the material receiving container 8g is poured into the milk tea cup positioned at the material filling station.
Referring to fig. 16 to 27, the fifth rack 1g includes a base 1-4g, a supporting frame 1-1g disposed on the base 1-4g, a protecting cover 1-2g disposed on the supporting frame 1-1g, and a supporting frame 1-3g for supporting the third transverse driving mechanism, wherein the supporting frame 1-1g is disposed on two sides of the base 1-4g, and two ends of the supporting frame 1-3g are respectively connected to the supporting frames 1-1g on two sides of the base 1-4 g; the protective covers 1-2g are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the support frame 1-1g, wherein the solid raw material storage mechanism 2g and the solid raw material conveying mechanism 4g are arranged in the protective covers 1-2g at the upper ends of the support frames 1-1 g; the liquid raw material storage mechanism 3g is arranged in a protective cover 1-2g positioned at the lower end of the support frame 1-1 g; by arranging the protective covers 1-2g, the solid raw materials falling from the solid raw material storage boxes 2-1g can be prevented from being interfered by other external factors, such as wind power, in the material taking process of the feeding boxes 4-2 g; thereby ensuring that the solid raw materials smoothly fall into the holding tank 4-21g of the material feeding box 4-2 g. In addition, 1-2g of the protective cover can also prevent the solid raw materials temporarily stored in the feeding box 4-2g from being polluted by the external environment, thereby ensuring the taste of the prepared milk tea. The protective cover 1-2g can be made of transparent materials, such as glass, so that an operator can conveniently and instantly supplement solid raw materials. And the upper end of the solid raw material storage box 2-1g is provided with a feeding cover, and the solid raw materials can be supplemented into the solid raw material storage box 2-1g by opening the feeding cover.
(4) Shaking-up system K

(5) Transport system
Referring to fig. 28 to 52, the conveying system of the present invention comprises a first conveying device a for conveying the sent milk tea cups to the cup loading station, a second conveying device B for conveying the milk tea cups in the first conveying device a to the capping system I, a finished product conveying device J for conveying the finished milk tea cups out, and a third conveying device C for transferring the milk tea cups in the second conveying device B to the finished product conveying device J.
The structures of the first conveying device a, the second conveying device B and the third conveying device C are described in detail below.
(5.1) first transfer device A
Referring to fig. 28 to 39, the first carrying device a includes a first frame 1a, a milk tea cup holder 2a disposed on the first frame 1a, a milk tea cup conveying mechanism 3a for driving the milk tea cup holder 2a to move, and an adaptive clamping mechanism 4a for causing the milk tea cup holder 2a to adaptively clamp the milk tea cup at the material taking station.
Referring to fig. 28 to 39, the cross section of the milk tea cup holder 2a gradually increases from bottom to top, and the milk tea cup holder 2a includes a fixing portion 2-1a and an elastic clamping portion 2-2a disposed on the fixing portion 2-1a, wherein the elastic clamping portion 2-2a is provided with a groove 2-3a, and the groove 2-3a extends along the height direction of the elastic clamping portion 2-2 a.

Referring to fig. 45-52, the second vertical driving mechanism 5 comprises a second vertical motor 5-2 arranged on the carrying seat 5-1 and a fourth screw transmission mechanism 5-3, wherein the fourth screw transmission mechanism 5-3 comprises a fourth screw and a fourth screw nut matched with the fourth screw, and the fourth screw is arranged vertically; the main shaft of the second vertical motor 5-2 is connected with the fourth screw rod; the fourth screw nut is arranged on the clamping seat 6-1.

Referring to fig. 45-52, the third vertical driving mechanism 6 comprises a third vertical motor 6-2 and a fifth screw transmission mechanism 6-3 arranged on the clamping seat 6-1, wherein the fifth screw transmission mechanism 6-3 comprises a fifth screw and a fifth screw nut matched with the fifth screw, and the fifth screw is arranged vertically; the main shaft of the third vertical motor 6-2 is connected with the fifth screw rod; the fifth screw nut is arranged on the bearing seat 3-2.
Referring to fig. 45-52, the second clamping mechanism 4 further includes a fine adjustment mechanism for fine adjustment of the clamping member 4-2, wherein the fine adjustment mechanism includes an adjustment seat 4-4 and an adjustment cylinder 4-1 disposed on the adjustment seat 4-4, and the adjustment seat 4-4 is connected to the telescopic rod of the second clamping cylinder 4-5; the clamping piece 4-2 is an elastic arc plate, the middle part of the elastic arc plate is fixed on the adjusting seat 4-4, and two ends of the elastic arc plate are respectively connected with the telescopic rod of the 4-3 adjusting cylinder 4-1 through movable rods.

Referring to fig. 45-52, the second transverse driving mechanism 2 includes a transverse motor 2-1 disposed on a third frame 1 and a third screw transmission mechanism 2-2, wherein the third screw transmission mechanism 2-2 includes a third screw and a third screw nut engaged with the third screw, and a length direction of the third screw is parallel to a length direction of the third frame 1; the main shaft of the transverse motor 2-1 is connected with the third screw rod; the third screw nut is mounted on the carrying seat 5-1.
In addition, the second transverse driving mechanism 2, the second vertical driving mechanism 5 and the third vertical driving mechanism 6 of the present invention further comprise a sliding mechanism, wherein the sliding mechanism of the second transverse driving mechanism 2 is installed between the carrying seat 5-1 and the third rack 1, and the sliding mechanism of the second vertical driving mechanism 5 is arranged between the carrying seat 5-1 and the clamping seat 6-1; the sliding mechanism of the third vertical driving mechanism 6 is arranged between the bearing seat 3-2 and the clamping seat 6-1; the sliding mechanism is a sliding block and sliding rail mechanism. By arranging the sliding mechanism, the transverse movement of the carrying seat 5-1 and the vertical movement of the clamping seat 6-1 and the bearing seat 3-2 can be guided, so that the carrying precision of the third carrying device C is improved.

Referring to fig. 40-44, the capping system I comprises a capping machine 5b, wherein a conveying mechanism for feeding milk cups to a capping station of the capping machine is arranged on the capping machine 5b, the conveying mechanism of the capping machine 5b comprises a conveying member 5-1b and a conveying driving mechanism for driving the conveying member 5-1b to move to the capping station, a mounting groove 5-2b matched with the milk cups is arranged on the conveying member 5-1b, the mounting groove 5-2b vertically penetrates through the conveying member 5-1b, and the diameter of the mounting groove 5-2b is smaller than the maximum caliber of the milk cups; the conveying piece 5-1b is provided with a matching groove 5-3b matched with the clamping part of the clamping jaw 2-3b, and the matching groove 5-3b extends vertically upwards; the conveying driving mechanism adopts a mode of combining a motor and a screw rod transmission mechanism, or adopts a mode of combining the motor and a gear rack transmission mechanism, or adopts a mode of driving by an air cylinder.
(7) Transfer system H
Referring to fig. 53, a transfer system is further disposed between the cup taking system and the first carrying device a, and the transfer system includes a transfer frame 1h, a plurality of groups of vacuum chucks 2h disposed on the transfer frame 1h, a rotary cylinder 3h for driving the transfer frame 1h to rotate, and a vertical cylinder (not shown in the drawings) for driving the transfer frame 1h to vertically move, where the number of the vacuum chucks 2h is two, and the two groups of the vacuum chucks 2h are disposed at two ends of the transfer frame 1 h. After the third carrying device C and the second carrying device B realize the handover of the milk tea cups, the third carrying device C carries the milk tea cups to a finished product conveying device J, wherein the working process of the third carrying device C is as follows:
the second transverse driving mechanism 2 drives the carrying module to move, and when the second transverse driving mechanism 2 drives the carrying module to reach a position where the carrying module is connected with a second carrying device B, the bearing driving mechanism drives the bearing plate 3-1 to rotate to a horizontal state. Subsequently, the milk tea cup is placed on the supporting plate 3-1 below the two second clamping mechanisms 4 of the third conveying device C by the second conveying device B, and then the two clamping cylinders 4-5 of the two second clamping driving mechanisms respectively drive the two clamping pieces 4-2 to move oppositely, so that the milk tea cup is clamped. Subsequently, when the second transverse driving mechanism 2 drives the carrying module to reach the upper part of the finished product conveying device J, the carrying module places the milk tea cups at the finished product conveying device J. The specific process is as follows: the second vertical motor 5-2 drives the fourth screw rod to rotate, so as to drive the fourth screw rod nut and the clamping seat 6-1 connected with the fourth screw rod nut to move downwards and ensure that the distance between the bottom of the milk tea cup and the finished product conveying device J is larger than the length of the bearing plate 3-1, and then the bearing driving motors 3-3 positioned on the two sides of the bearing plate 3-1 drive the rollers 3-5 to rotate, so as to drive the connecting rods 3-4 to rotate, so as to drive the bearing plate 3-1 to vertically rotate, so that the bearing plate 3-1 is kept in a vertical state, and therefore the milk tea cup is separated. Subsequently, the second vertical driving mechanism 5 continues to drive the clamping seat 6-1 to move downwards until the bottom of the milk tea cup is contacted with the conveying plane of the finished product conveying device J; the second clamping cylinders 4-5 of the two second clamping driving mechanisms respectively drive the two clamping pieces 4-2 to do reverse motion to loosen the milk tea cup, so that the milk tea cup is placed at the finished product conveying device J. Finally, the second vertical driving mechanism 5 and the third vertical driving mechanism 6 respectively drive the clamping seat 6-1 and the bearing seat 3-2 to return to the initial positions, and the second transverse driving mechanism 2 drives the carrying module to carry repeatedly.
When the milk tea cups are placed at the finished product conveying device J by the third conveying device C, the finished product conveying device J conveys the milk tea cups to the appointed collecting position, and thus, all conveying work of milk tea making is completed.
The third conveying device C is used for transferring the milk tea cups conveyed by the second conveying device B to the next finished product conveying device J, and can also convey milk tea cups at the previous processing station to the next processing station. The specific process is as follows:
the second vertical motor 5-2 drives the fourth screw rod to rotate, so as to drive the fourth screw rod nut and the clamping seat 6-1 connected with the fourth screw rod nut to move downwards until the milk tea cup to be carried is positioned between the clamping pieces 4-2 of the two second clamping mechanisms 4, then the second clamping cylinders 4-5 of the two second clamping driving mechanisms respectively drive the two clamping pieces 4-2 to move oppositely, so as to clamp the milk tea cup, and then the second vertical driving mechanism 5 drives the clamping seat 6-1 to move upwards, so as to drive the milk tea cup to move upwards; when the milk mug moves to a particular height. For example, after the distance between the milk tea cup and the designated cup taking position is larger than the length of the bearing plate 3-1, the bearing driving motors 3-3 positioned at the two sides of the bearing plate 3-1 drive the rollers 3-5 to rotate, so as to drive the connecting rods 3-4 to rotate, so as to drive the bearing plate 3-1 to vertically rotate to a horizontal state, so that the bearing plate 3-1 is positioned at the bottom of the milk tea cup to bear the milk tea cup. And then the second transverse driving mechanism 2 drives the carrying module to reach the next processing station, the carrying module places the milk tea cups into the appointed station, and the specific cup placing process refers to the cup placing process of transferring the milk tea cups carried by the second carrying device B to the finished product conveying device J.

This example is different from example 1 in that: the milk tea cup conveying driving mechanism comprises a driving cylinder, a cylinder body of the driving cylinder is installed on the first rack 1a, and a telescopic rod of the driving cylinder is connected with the conveying seat 3-1.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 54, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that a plurality of liquid material storage boxes 3-1g can share one set of liquid material conveying mechanism 5g, and it is only necessary to provide hydraulic components such as electromagnetic directional valves 5-3g in the conveying pipe 5-1g, so that the liquid material in the plurality of liquid material storage boxes 3-1g can be separately extracted.

1. A full-automatic milk tea machine is characterized by comprising a material taking system, a shaking system, a material pouring system, a cover sealing system, a cup taking system and a conveying system, wherein,
the material taking system is used for automatically feeding raw materials corresponding to the milk tea to a material receiving container according to different types of the milk tea to be made;
the milk tea cup taking system is used for taking milk tea cups out one by one;
the conveying system comprises a first conveying device used for conveying the milk tea cups taken out by the cup taking system to a cup loading station, a second conveying device used for conveying the milk tea cups in the first conveying device to the capping system, a finished product conveying device used for conveying finished milk tea cups out, and a third conveying device used for transferring the milk tea cups in the second conveying device to the finished product conveying device; wherein,
the first carrying device comprises a first machine frame, a milk tea cup clamping sleeve arranged on the first machine frame, a milk tea cup conveying mechanism used for driving the milk tea cup clamping sleeve to move, and a self-adaptive clamping mechanism used for enabling the milk tea cup clamping sleeve to self-adaptively clamp a milk tea cup at a cup taking station, wherein the cross section of the milk tea cup clamping sleeve is gradually increased from bottom to top; the elastic clamping part is equally divided into a plurality of elastic clamping pieces arranged along the circumference by the plurality of grooves; the milk tea cup conveying mechanism comprises a conveying seat and a milk tea cup conveying driving mechanism for driving the conveying seat to move along the length direction of the first machine frame; the self-adaptive clamping mechanism comprises a clamping rack arranged on the first rack, a clamping gear arranged on the milk tea cup jacket and a linear driving mechanism used for driving the clamping rack to move along the length direction vertical to the first rack, wherein the length direction of the clamping rack is parallel to the length direction of the first rack, the clamping gear is sleeved at the lower end of the milk tea cup jacket and matched with the clamping rack, an inner ring of the clamping gear is provided with an internal thread, and a fixing part of the milk tea cup jacket is provided with an external thread matched with the internal thread; the linear driving mechanism comprises a moving seat and a moving cylinder for driving the moving seat to move, wherein the clamping rack is arranged on the moving seat, the moving cylinder is arranged on the first rack, and a telescopic rod of the moving cylinder is connected with the moving seat;
the second carrying device comprises a second rack, a carrying manipulator arranged on the second rack and a first transverse driving mechanism used for driving the carrying manipulator to move transversely, wherein the manipulator comprises an installation seat, a first clamping mechanism arranged on the installation seat and a first vertical driving mechanism used for driving the first clamping mechanism to move vertically, and the first clamping mechanism comprises two clamping jaws and a first clamping driving mechanism used for driving the two clamping jaws to clamp and release the milk tea cup;
the third carrying device comprises a third frame, a carrying module arranged on the third frame and a second transverse driving mechanism used for driving the carrying module to move transversely,
the conveying module comprises a conveying seat, clamping seats arranged on the conveying seat, two groups of second clamping mechanisms arranged on the clamping seats and second vertical driving mechanisms used for driving the clamping seats to do vertical motion, wherein the two groups of second clamping mechanisms are respectively arranged on two sides of the clamping seats, and each group of second clamping mechanisms comprises a clamping piece and a second clamping cylinder used for driving the clamping piece to move; the second clamping cylinders in the two groups of second clamping driving mechanisms drive the clamping pieces to move oppositely, so that the milk tea cup is clamped; the second clamping cylinders in the two groups of second clamping driving mechanisms drive the clamping pieces to move reversely, so that the milk tea cups are loosened;
the second clamping mechanism further comprises a fine adjustment mechanism for fine adjustment of the clamping piece, wherein the fine adjustment mechanism comprises an adjusting seat and an adjusting cylinder arranged on the adjusting seat, and the adjusting seat is connected with a telescopic rod of the second clamping cylinder; the clamping piece is an elastic arc plate, the middle part of the elastic arc plate is fixed on the adjusting seat, and two ends of the elastic arc plate are respectively connected with the telescopic rod of the adjusting cylinder through movable rods;
the carrying mechanism further comprises a supporting mechanism for supporting the bottom of the milk tea cup, the supporting mechanism comprises a supporting seat, a supporting plate arranged on the supporting seat, a third vertical driving mechanism for driving the supporting seat to vertically move and a supporting driving mechanism for driving the supporting plate to rotate so as to realize separation of the bottom of the milk tea cup, wherein the supporting seat is connected to the clamping seat in a sliding manner; the supporting plate is rotatably connected to the supporting seat and is positioned below the space between the two groups of second clamping mechanisms; the bearing driving mechanisms are two groups, the two groups of bearing driving mechanisms are respectively positioned at two sides of the bearing plate, each group of bearing driving mechanisms comprises a bearing driving motor and a roller arranged on a main shaft of the bearing driving motor, the roller is connected with the bearing plate through a connecting rod, one end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected with the side surface of the bearing plate, and the other end of the connecting rod is connected with the roller;
the material pouring system is used for conveying the material receiving container to a position where the material receiving container is connected with the shaking system, and conveying the material receiving container which is subjected to the shaking procedure to a cup taking station where the material receiving container is connected with the first conveying device;
the shaking system is used for shaking the milk tea raw material in the material container;
the cover sealing system is used for sealing the milk tea cup.

the cup taking system comprises a cup feeding device and a cup taking device, wherein,
the cup feeding device comprises a fourth rack, a plurality of cup feeding modules arranged on the fourth rack and a cup feeding and conveying device used for driving the fourth rack to move so as to enable a cup outlet of each cup feeding module on the fourth rack to correspond to the cup taking device, wherein each cup feeding module comprises a first support, a storage box arranged on the first support and used for storing milk cups and a cup feeding mechanism used for driving milk cups in the storage box to move towards the outlet direction of the storage box, a storage cavity is arranged in the storage box, and the storage cavity extends along the length direction of the storage box; the milk tea cups are stacked in the storage cavity; the cup feeding mechanism comprises a push plate and a cup feeding driving mechanism for driving the push plate to move along the length direction of the storage box, wherein the push plate is arranged in the storage cavity; the milk tea cup feeding driving mechanism is used for driving the push plate to move so as to feed milk tea cups to the outlet of the storage box;
the cup taking device is arranged at an outlet of the storage box and comprises a second support, a cup taking mechanical arm arranged on the second support and a cup taking driving mechanism used for driving the cup taking mechanical arm to take out the milk tea cup from the storage box of the cup feeding module and place the milk tea cup at a specified station.
