The invention discloses a method for selecting a special threaded oil casing pipe sealing test sample, which is used for selecting the test sample with the worst sealing contact condition according to the parameter matching of the diameters of the small ends of internal and external threads, the parameter matching of the diameters of the large ends of the internal and external threads and the parameter matching of the diameters of internal and external sealing surfaces. The method fully increases the leakage tendency in the process of the sample sealing test, greatly enhances the reliability of the actual sealing capability of the threaded joint, and is beneficial to the selection of special threaded oil casings in oil fields.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of oil casing test methods, in particular to a method for selecting a special threaded oil casing sealing test sample.
Background
In recent years, an important development trend of oil and gas exploration is to expand towards deep stratum, domestic gas wells are more than 8000 m, underground temperature is more than 200 ℃, gas pressure is more than 100MPa, and an oil sleeve is exposed to a high-temperature high-pressure environment, so that high requirements are provided for the sealing capability of the oil sleeve. The special threaded joint oil casing is sealed by metal/metal, has strong sealing capability and is widely used in high-temperature and high-pressure gas wells. In order to detect and evaluate the sealing capability of the special threaded joint oil casing, ISO13679-2002 (International Standard "test procedure for threaded connection of oil and gas Industrial casing and oil pipe") and APIRP5C5-2017 (American Standard "test procedure for threaded connection of oil and gas Industrial casing and oil pipe") are widely adopted at home and abroad at present. In the ISO13679 standard and the API RP5C5 standard, sealing test samples are selected by matching the pitch diameter parameters of the threads of the inner joint and the outer joint, matching the diameter parameters of the sealing surfaces of the inner joint and the outer joint and matching the taper of the threads, and because the pitch diameter (see D2 in figure 1) of the threads is far away from the sealing surface (see D4 in figure 1), the influence of the parameter change of the pitch diameter of the inner thread and the outer thread on the sealing surface is limited, the sealing capacity of the selected samples cannot truly reflect the actual minimum sealing capacity of the threaded joint of the specification, the reliability of test results is reduced, and the selection of special threaded oil casings in an oil field is influenced.
