Abstract
本发明提供一种防尘防潮防漏电的LED灯条结构,包括灯罩和灯体,灯罩包括罩板和底板,罩板底部向内水平设置有第一限位板,底板顶部向内竖直设置有第二限位板,第一限位板和第二限位板之间形成安装槽;灯体包括基板,基板嵌设于安装槽内,基板上表面间隔设置有至少一个LED灯珠,基板一端端部设置有整流桥、滤波器以及取电插件,整流桥的输入端分别连接至取电插件,整流桥的输入端通过滤波器连接至LED灯珠;灯罩两端分别设置有连接母扣与连接子扣,两个灯罩之间通过连接母扣与连接子扣进行机械连接;两个灯体通过取电插件进行电性连接;具有防尘防潮防漏电以及可组装使用的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于LED灯技术领域,具体涉及一种防尘防潮防漏电的LED灯条结构。
背景技术
LED线条灯系列是一种高端的柔性装饰灯,其特点是耗电低,寿命长,高亮度,易弯曲,免维护等。特别适合室内外娱乐场所,建筑物轮廓勾画及广告牌的制作等。根据不同需求该产品有12V,24V等,长度有30CM,60CM,90CM,120CM等。也可根据客户需求订制不同规格的线条灯。
现有技术中,灯罩大多采用胶水固定在电路板上,稳定性差,而且不能进行LED灯芯的密封,其防尘防潮性能不佳,需要改进;同时,但是存在一定的漏电和散热慢现象,LED灯具只能把大约30%的电能转化成了光能,其余70%的电能都转化成了热能,散热器的作用就是通过和发热部件表面接触将这些热量吸收,然后发散到空气中,从而保证LED灯具各部件的温度正常,在各种散热金属材料中,铝材的散热效果最好,铝的重量轻,材质软,非常适合用于冷锻加工,铝的这些优点使得铝材在散热器中得到大量的使用,传统的led灯存在漏电,给人们安全带来了隐患,为了防止LED灯漏电现象的发生,需采用LED灯底片主要以铝材为主,有效的解决漏电现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防尘防潮防漏电的LED灯条结构,以解决现有的LED灯条,其密封性不好导致防尘防潮效果不佳,同时存在漏电隐患等问题。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种防尘防潮防漏电的LED灯条结构,包括灯罩和灯体,所述灯罩包括罩板和底板,所述罩板底部向内水平设置有第一限位板,所述底板顶部向内竖直设置有第二限位板,所述第一限位板和第二限位板之间形成安装槽;所述灯体包括基板,所述基板嵌设于安装槽内,所述基板上表面间隔设置有至少一个LED灯珠,所述基板一端端部设置有整流桥、滤波器以及取电插件,所述整流桥的输入端分别连接至取电插件,所述整流桥的输入端通过滤波器连接至LED灯珠;所述灯罩两端分别设置有连接母扣与连接子扣,两个所述灯罩之间通过连接母扣与连接子扣进行机械连接;两个所述灯体通过取电插件进行电性连接。
优选的,所述灯罩由透光的软性材料制成,所述软性材料选用硅胶。
优选的,所述灯罩的罩板、底板、第一限位板和第二限位板为一体成型结构。
优选的,所述基板由铝材质制成。
优选的,所述连接母扣和连接子扣分别套设于灯罩两端,所述连接子扣包括柱体,所述柱体外表面至少设置有一个密封胶环,所述柱体内表面固定所述取电插件。
优选的,所述取电插件包括插板,所述插板中部设置有凸起,所述插板表面并列设置有一组导电弹片。
优选的,所述导电弹片上设置有弹片凸起部。
优选的,所述连接母扣和连接子扣的端面分别设置有固定卡扣和固定插孔,所述固定卡扣和固定插孔的位置为互相耦合的关系。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明一种防尘防潮防漏电的LED灯条结构,灯罩的罩板和底板为一体成型结构,保证了密封性,连接紧密,密封强度高,可有效防尘防潮;同时通过第一限位板和第二限位板用于固定灯体使得装卸方便,采用铝材质制作而成的基座能够有效的防漏电和散热,降低了投光灯内线路因温度过高而出现故障的风险,灯管强度高,质量轻,提高了用电安全,防漏电性能更高;通过固定卡扣和固定插孔便于两个灯罩机械连接,通过取电插件便于两个灯体电性连接,从而使得该LED灯条结构能够组合使用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种防尘防潮防漏电的LED灯条结构,包括灯罩1和灯体2,灯罩1包括罩板11和底板12,罩板11底部向内水平设置有第一限位板13,底板12顶部向内竖直设置有第二限位板14,第一限位板13和第二限位板14之间形成安装槽;灯体2包括基板21,基板21嵌设于安装槽内,基板21上表面间隔设置有至少一个LED灯珠,基板21一端端部设置有整流桥、滤波器以及取电插件5,整流桥的输入端分别连接至取电插件,整流桥的输入端通过滤波器连接至LED灯珠;灯罩1由透光的软性材料制成,软性材料选用硅胶,灯罩1的罩板11、底板12、第一限位板13和第二限位板14为一体成型结构,基板21由铝材质制成。
如图2所示,灯罩1两端分别设置有连接母扣3与连接子扣4,两个灯罩1之间通过连接母扣3与连接子扣4进行机械连接;两个灯体2通过取电插件5进行电性连接,连接母扣3和连接子扣4分别套设于灯罩1两端,连接母扣3和连接子扣4的端面分别设置有固定卡扣42和固定插孔43,固定卡扣42和固定插孔43的位置为互相耦合的关系;连接子扣4包括柱体,柱体外表面至少设置有一个密封胶环41,柱体内表面固定取电插件5。
如图3所示,取电插件5包括插板51,插板51中部设置有凸起52,插板51表面并列设置有一组导电弹片53,导电弹片53上设置有弹片凸起部54。

1.一种防尘防潮防漏电的LED灯条结构,包括灯罩和灯体,其特征在于,
所述灯罩包括罩板和底板,所述罩板底部向内水平设置有第一限位板,所述底板顶部向内竖直设置有第二限位板,所述第一限位板和第二限位板之间形成安装槽;
所述灯体包括基板,所述基板嵌设于安装槽内,所述基板上表面间隔设置有至少一个LED灯珠,所述基板一端端部设置有整流桥、滤波器以及取电插件,所述整流桥的输入端分别连接至取电插件,所述整流桥的输入端通过滤波器连接至LED灯珠;
所述灯罩两端分别设置有连接母扣与连接子扣,两个所述灯罩之间通过连接母扣与连接子扣进行机械连接;两个所述灯体通过取电插件进行电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防尘防潮防漏电的LED灯条结构,其特征在于,所述灯罩由透光的软性材料制成,所述软性材料选用硅胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防尘防潮防漏电的LED灯条结构,其特征在于,所述灯罩的罩板、底板、第一限位板和第二限位板为一体成型结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防尘防潮防漏电的LED灯条结构,其特征在于,所述基板由铝材质制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防尘防潮防漏电的LED灯条结构,其特征在于,所述连接母扣和连接子扣分别套设于灯罩两端,所述连接子扣包括柱体,所述柱体外表面至少设置有一个密封胶环,所述柱体内表面固定所述取电插件。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防尘防潮防漏电的LED灯条结构,其特征在于,所述取电插件包括插板,所述插板中部设置有凸起,所述插板表面并列设置有一组导电弹片。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种防尘防潮防漏电的LED灯条结构,其特征在于,所述导电弹片上设置有弹片凸起部。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防尘防潮防漏电的LED灯条结构,其特征在于,所述连接母扣和连接子扣的端面分别设置有固定卡扣和固定插孔,所述固定卡扣和固定插孔的位置为互相耦合的关系。
