Abstract
本发明提供了一种防拱隔热板材及其加工工艺,该防拱隔热板材包括内侧金属型材和外侧金属型材,所述内侧金属型材借助隔热条与所述外侧金属型材连接,所述内侧金属型材和外侧金属型材上相对地设置有槽口,所述隔热条的两端插接于所述槽口内,所述隔热条上沿长度方向开设有孔槽,所述孔槽内设置有胶线,所述胶线包含磁粉,所述槽口包括外夹头,所述外夹头上开设有齿槽,所述齿槽嵌入所述胶线内,所述胶线经过电磁感应加热去应力处理。本发明通过在胶线中添加磁粉,在正常辊压复合工艺之后,用电磁感应加热对胶线进行去应力处理,使得胶线与齿槽之间残留的内应力得以消除,从而减少了内外温差造成的变形对结构的破坏。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑围护结构防拱技术,尤其涉及一种防拱隔热板材及其加工工艺和加工设备。
背景技术
常规按照行业规范,门、窗、幕墙等外围护结构的三明治样式框架型材是一层或两层金属型材和隔热材料(比如聚酰胺材质等)机械咬合而成,要求很高的抗剪强度,保证其不分离。中间的隔热板材能阻挡热量的流动,使得两侧的金属型材温度有明显差异,从而起到节能作用。
然而在某些特殊情况下,比如较为极端的自然条件(夏天太阳暴晒或者冬天室外低温)和空调系统导致室内外温差很大时,隔热板材两侧的金属型材的伸缩量不一样,而隔热条与金属型材啮合力很大,并存在着加工时产生的内应力,会导致门窗幕墙的型材变形弯曲(向内或者向室外),从而引起门窗开启关闭运行功能的不良,甚至玻璃破碎等安全事故。
现有技术中,解决温差过大导致型材变形的方法通常有:弱化板材强度、减薄隔热条、将隔热板材设计成可滑动的组件形式等,这些方法通常都会导致抗剪能力变弱,从而在安装或运送中造成型材变形或滑动,影响加工生产效率。
此外,也有意图通过控制咬合程度(比如减少金属型材与隔热条之间的压合力或压合深度等)来减少内外侧型材变形差异的方式,但是这种方式存在着实际工艺控制的难题,对工人或设备的要求过高,因此难以实现。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够防止内外侧金属型材因温差过大而变形起拱的防拱隔热板材。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种上述防拱隔热板材的加工工艺和加工设备。

根据本发明的一方面,提供了一种防拱隔热板材,包括内侧金属型材和外侧金属型材,所述内侧金属型材与所述外侧金属型材之间连接有隔热条,所述内侧金属型材和外侧金属型材上相对地设置有槽口,所述隔热条的两侧插接于所述槽口内,所述隔热条上沿长度方向开设有孔槽,所述孔槽内设置有胶线,所述胶线包含磁粉,所述槽口包括外夹头,所述外夹头上开设有齿槽,所述齿槽嵌入所述胶线内,所述胶线经过电磁感应加热去应力处理。
在一实施例中,该防拱隔热板材的所述磁粉由铁磁性物质制成。
在一实施例中,该防拱隔热板材的所述磁粉为铁氧体粉。
在一实施例中,该防拱隔热板材的所述胶线由热塑性树脂和铁氧体粉混合制成。
在一实施例中,该防拱隔热板材的所述隔热条包括条头,所述条头插接于所述槽口内,所述孔槽设置于所述条头的根部位置。
在一实施例中,该防拱隔热板材的所述槽口包括外夹头、挡壁和槽底,所述外夹头上设置有凸出部,所述凸出部的位置与所述孔槽对应,所述齿槽开设于所述凸出部上。
在一实施例中,该防拱隔热板材的所述齿槽沿长度方向等距均匀地开设于所述凸出部上。
在一实施例中,该防拱隔热板材的所述内侧金属型材、外侧金属型材和隔热条之间形成空腔,所述空腔内填充有闭孔发泡。
根据本发明的另一方面,还提供了一种防拱隔热板材的加工工艺,包括:在内外侧金属型材的槽口上开齿;将含有磁粉的胶线穿设于隔热条的孔槽内;将隔热条插接于槽口内;辊压槽口使槽口嵌入胶线内;电磁感应加热使胶线软化以卸去应力。
根据本发明的又一方面,还提供了一种防拱隔热板材的加工设备,包括感应线圈、电源和承载台,所述感应线圈与所述电源连接,所述电源向所述感应线圈提供变化的电流,所述承载台用于放置所述防拱隔热板材。
本发明防拱隔热板材实施例的有益效果为:通过在胶线中添加磁粉,在正常工艺辊压复合之后,用电磁感应加热对胶线进行去应力处理,使得胶线与齿槽之间残留的应力得以消除,从而使得内外侧金属型材与隔热条之间能够相对滑动,减少内外温差造成的变形对结构的破坏。
本发明加工工艺实施例的有益效果为:不影响常规辊压工艺,改变胶线的制造工艺并增加去应力步骤即可。此外,在可能的实施例中,通过选择合适的磁粉材料,例如铁磁性物质,能够精确控制加热温度的上限,避免破坏整体结构或外观。
本发明加工设备实施例的有益效果为:适用于上述工艺中的去应力步骤,且结构简单,加工质量好。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作详细描述。注意,以下结合附图和具体实施例描述的诸方面仅是示例性的,而不应被理解为对本发明的保护范围进行任何限制。
如图1~图5所示,本发明实施例公开了一种防拱隔热板材,包括内侧金属型材1和外侧金属型材2,内侧金属型材1与外侧金属型材2之间连接有隔热条3。连接方式为:在内侧金属型材1和外侧金属型材2上相对地设置有槽口4,隔热条3的两侧插接于槽口4内。为了使型材整体具备抗剪强度,在隔热条3上沿长度方向开设有孔槽31,孔槽31内设置有胶线5,槽口4包括外夹头41,外夹头41上开设有如图5所示的齿槽41b,齿槽41b嵌入胶线5内,利用胶线5与齿槽41b之间的嵌合实现抗剪。在辊压过程中,胶线5与齿槽41b之间形成应力,本发明的创新点在于,在胶线5中添加磁粉,在辊压完毕后,对胶线5进行电磁感应加热,使胶线5软化,从而卸掉了辊压复合工艺中产生的应力(相当于退火)。去除应力之后的防拱隔热板材整体刚度略有降低,因此当内外侧型材存在温差时,不容易变形起拱。
电磁感应加热的原理是电源产生的交变电流通过感应器产生交变磁场,带有磁粉的胶线5置于其中切割交变磁力线,从而在磁粉内部产生交变的电流(即涡流),涡流使物体内部的原子高速无规则运动,原子互相碰撞、摩擦而产生热能,从而起到加热的效果。
进一步地,胶线5中的磁粉由铁磁性物质制成。铁磁性物质的特性是具有居里点温度,当达到居里点温度时,铁磁性物质的磁性消失,不再会被电磁感应加热,因而可以精确控制温度的上限,避免因加热温度过高而造成整体结构的破坏。
在可能的实施例中,磁粉采用铁氧体粉,铁氧体粉的距离温度范围较为适合。胶线5由热塑性树脂(如聚丙烯PP)和铁氧体粉混合制成,热塑性的树脂在受热后能够变软,从而更好的适应齿槽的形状。
如图2~5所示,隔热条3的两侧为近似于梯形截面的条头,条头插接于槽口4内,孔槽31设置于条头的根部位置。槽口包括外夹头41、挡壁42和槽底43,外夹头41上设置有凸出部41a,凸出部41a的位置与孔槽41对应,齿槽41b开设于凸出部41a上。如图5所示,齿槽41b沿长度方向等距均匀地开设于凸出部41a上。隔热条3穿设入槽口4内后,如图2所示,外夹头41与条头之间仍有一定间距。辊压后,如图3所示,外夹头41被压向条头,凸出部41a嵌入胶线5内。电磁感应加热后,如图4所示,胶线5软化,完全嵌入外夹头41。
在可能的实施例中,还可如图6所示,在内侧金属型材1、外侧金属型材2和隔热条3之间形成的空腔内填充有闭孔发泡6。闭孔发泡6既可以调配空腔内的空间,也能起到隔热作用,并能够减少金属型材的变形。
本发明还公开了一种防拱隔热板材的加工工艺,其在现有的隔热型材加工工艺基础上,增加了去应力步骤。具体包括:在内外侧金属型材的槽口上开齿;将含有磁粉的胶线穿设于隔热条的孔槽内;将隔热条插接于槽口内;辊压槽口使槽口嵌入胶线内;电磁感应加热使胶线软化以卸去应力。其中,磁粉由铁磁性物质制成。相较于现有技术中弱化隔热条强度或者控制隔热条与齿槽之间咬合程度的方法,本发明的加工工艺实现难度低,且不影响现有加工工艺。
此外,本发明还公开了上述去应力步骤中所使用的的电磁感应加热设备,该设备可以采用感应线圈连接交变电源,并在感应线圈内设置承载台,将隔热型材整体放在承载台上即可。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

1.一种防拱隔热板材,其特征在于:包括内侧金属型材和外侧金属型材,所述内侧金属型材与所述外侧金属型材之间连接有隔热条,所述内侧金属型材和外侧金属型材上相对地设置有槽口,所述隔热条的两侧插接于所述槽口内,所述隔热条上沿长度方向开设有孔槽,所述孔槽内设置有胶线,所述胶线包含磁粉,所述槽口包括外夹头,所述外夹头上开设有齿槽,所述齿槽嵌入所述胶线内,所述胶线经过电磁感应加热去应力处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防拱隔热板材,其特征在于:所述磁粉由铁磁性物质制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防拱隔热板材,其特征在于:所述磁粉为铁氧体粉。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防拱隔热板材,其特征在于:所述胶线由热塑性树脂和铁氧体粉混合制成。
