一种铜鼻分线线夹结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于架空线连接金具领域的铜鼻分线线夹结构。
背景技术
当需要对架空线进行线缆引出,或者进行临时线路短接以进行不停电线路检修时,需要将架空线连接点的外绝缘层进行剥除,露出导电线芯,然后在裸露的线芯上进行分线连接。现有的通常做法是采用安普枪在裸露主线线芯处设置安普线夹,然后在线夹上进行后续的引线的接线作业。但是,采用安普线夹进行接线作业的流程较为繁琐,且作为安装工具的安普枪单体较重,不便于操作;安普枪的弹药为管制弹药,进行获取需要一定手续和流程,较为不便;主线和引线需要同时在架空线位置进行固定后,才能进行下一步接线作业,对架空线和引线的布置也有一定的要求。上述问题都对分线作业的效率造成了一定的影像。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种铜鼻分线线夹结构,能够便捷高效的实现架空线接线作业。
实现上述目的的一种技术方案是:一种铜鼻分线线夹结构,包括线夹体;
所述线夹体由上线夹和下线夹组成,所述上线夹和所述下线夹相互配合,在其配合面上设有用于对架空线进行卡接的卡接槽;
所述下线夹的一侧开设有一个连接口,所述连接口内连接有一根通向所述卡接槽的铜管。
进一步的,所述铜管的方向指向所述下线夹的斜下方向。
进一步的,所述上线夹和所述下线夹上开设有垂直的连接通孔,所述连接通孔位于卡接槽的一侧,所述上线夹和下线夹通过连接螺栓将架空线进行夹紧。
进一步的,所述上线夹和所述下线夹的材料为6061铝合金。
本发明的一种铜鼻分线线夹结构,在地面上在预制的铜管内压接待连接引线,然后将通过螺栓连接的上线夹和下线夹分别夹紧主线的上下两侧,从而完成引线作业,使得整个架空线引出作业便捷高效,且无需使用安普枪等重型工器具,减少了高空作业负担。

具体实施方式
为了能更好地对本发明的技术方案进行理解,下面通过具体地实施例进行详细地说明:
请参阅图1,本发明的一种铜鼻分线线夹结构,由所述线夹体由上线夹1和下线夹2组成,上线夹1和下线夹2相互配合,在其配合面上设有用于对架空线进行卡接的卡接槽3。上线夹1和下线夹2上开设有垂直的连接通孔4,连接通孔位于卡接槽3的一侧,上线夹1和下线夹2通过连接螺栓将架空线进行夹紧。
下线夹2的一侧开设有一个连接口,连接口内连接有一根通向卡接槽的铜管5,铜管5的方向指向下线夹2的斜下方向。
使用本发明的铜鼻分线线夹结构进行架空线的分线连接作业的步骤如下。首先对下引线的连接端进行剥线,裸露出端部线芯并插接入铜管。然后使用液压钳夹紧铜管,使得下引线与铜管连接固定。随后,将主线待接线位置的外层绝缘层剥除,露出线芯。然后将铜鼻分线线夹结构的上线夹通过螺栓与下线夹连接,同时不旋紧螺栓,使得上线夹和下线夹之间留有空间。之后将铜鼻分线线夹结构连同下引线抬升至架空线线芯位置,使得线芯卡接在卡接槽内,并通过远距离操作工具旋紧螺栓,使得上线夹和下线夹夹紧在主线线芯两侧。最后,对连接部进行包括缠绕包覆绝缘胶带在内的绝缘作业,恢复作业部的绝缘性能,从而完成整个作业流程。

1.一种铜鼻分线线夹结构,包括线夹体,其特征在于:
所述线夹体由上线夹和下线夹组成,所述上线夹和所述下线夹相互配合,在其配合面上设有用于对架空线进行卡接的卡接槽;
所述下线夹的一侧开设有一个连接口,所述连接口内连接有一根通向所述卡接槽的铜管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铜鼻分线线夹结构,其特征在于,所述铜管的方向指向所述下线夹的斜下方向。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种铜鼻分线线夹结构,其特征在于,所述上线夹和所述下线夹上开设有垂直的连接通孔,所述连接通孔位于卡接槽的一侧,所述上线夹和下线夹通过连接螺栓将架空线进行夹紧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种铜鼻分线线夹结构,其特征在于,所述上线夹和所述下线夹的材料为6061铝合金。
