Detailed Description
Specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below based on the drawings. It should be understood that the description herein of embodiments of the invention is not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the slurry flow-making sand-settling machine provided by the present invention includes a base 10, a tank 20 disposed on the base 10, a stirring motor 30 disposed above the tank 20, a stirring paddle assembly 40 disposed in the tank 20 and driven by the stirring motor 30 to rotate, and a filtering and recycling mechanism 50 disposed at one side of the tank 20.
The top of the tank body 20 is covered with an upper cover 21, the stirring motor 30 is vertically installed in the middle of the top surface of the upper cover 21, and the upper cover 21 is provided with at least one feed inlet 211 and at least one recovery port 212.
The circumferential side surface of the tank body 20 and the position close to the top part are provided with overflow ports 22, and the overflow ports 22 are connected with a damp and hot tank through an overflow pipe. The overflow port 22 is used to discharge the slurry.
The tank bottom 23 at the bottom of the tank body 20 is funnel-shaped, and the middle part of the tank bottom 23 protrudes downwards and is provided with a discharge hole 231.
The stirring paddle assembly 40 includes a stirring roller 41 coaxially connected to the output shaft of the stirring motor 30, a plurality of circumferential stirring blades 42 arranged on the circumferential side surface of the stirring roller 41 at intervals in the vertical direction, and a bottom stirring blade 43 arranged at the bottom of the circumferential stirring blade 42.
The circumferential stirring vanes 42 are rectangular or U-shaped, and the bottom stirring vanes 43 are F-shaped. The bottom stirring vanes 43 include outer vertical strips 431 vertically connected to the middle of the bottom of the circumferential stirring vanes 42, inner vertical strips 432 vertically connected to the bottom surface of the stirring roller 41, and oblique strips 433 obliquely connecting the outer vertical strips 431 and the inner vertical strips 432. The length of the inner vertical bar 432 is greater than the length of the outer vertical bar 431. Therefore, the shape of the bottom stirring blade 43 is matched with that of the tank bottom 23, so that the slurry close to the tank bottom 23 can be stirred, and the working efficiency is improved.
The rotation speed of the stirring paddle assembly 40 is 20-40r/min, preferably 30 r/min. So stir with slower rotational speed, avoid the thick liquids thickening, make the solid part of thick liquids can slide to discharge gate 231 along tank bottoms 23 simultaneously, realize making a class sand setting, and preliminary solid-liquid separation, separate out slag charge and thick liquids.
The filtering and recycling mechanism 50 comprises a discharge chute 51 obliquely arranged, a chute cover 52 covering the opening side of the discharge chute 51, a spiral auger shaft 53 rotatably positioned in the discharge chute 51, an auger driving unit 54 arranged at the top end of the discharge chute 51 and connected with the spiral auger shaft 53, an arc-shaped screen 55 and a recycling unit 56.
A material receiving opening 521 connected with the material outlet 231 is arranged on the groove cover 52 close to the bottom end of the material discharging groove 51, and a cleaning opening 513 is further formed at the bottom end of the material discharging groove 51. A movable cover is arranged at the cleaning port 513, and after the movable cover is opened, slag accumulated at the cleaning port 513 can be discharged.
The bottom surface of the discharge chute 51 near the top end is provided with a slag outlet 511, the discharge chute 51 is provided with a liquid outlet 512 at one side of the slag outlet 511 facing the bottom end of the discharge chute 51, and the arc screen 55 is positioned in the discharge chute 51 and covers the liquid outlet 512. The slot cover 52 is provided with an inspection opening corresponding to the arc-shaped screen 55 or the liquid outlet 512.
The recovery unit 56 includes an L-shaped adaptor 561, a grit chamber 562, and a recovery pipe 563, which are connected in sequence. The top of the L-shaped adaptor 561 is obliquely provided with a liquid receiving port, which is connected with the liquid outlet 512.
An end of the recovery pipe 563 remote from the L-shaped adaptor 561 is connected to the recovery port 212 of the upper cap 21.
The auger driving unit 54 drives the auger shaft 53 to rotate, so that the slag with the slurry moves upwards along the discharge chute 51, and when the slag with the slurry passes through the arc-shaped screen 55, the slurry enters the recovery unit 56 through the arc-shaped screen 55 and then returns to the tank body 20. The slag continues to move upward and is finally discharged through the slag outlet 511. Therefore, the discharged slag is not accompanied by the slurry or is accompanied by less slurry, and the utilization rate of the slurry is higher.
Compared with the prior art, the slurry flow-making sand-setting machine comprises a base 10, a tank 20 arranged on the base 10, a stirring motor 30 arranged above the tank 20, and a stirring paddle assembly 40 which is positioned in the tank 20 and driven by the stirring motor 30 to rotate; an overflow port 22 is formed on the circumferential side surface of the tank body 20 and close to the top; the tank bottom 23 of the tank body 20 is funnel-shaped, the middle part of the tank bottom 23 protrudes downwards and is provided with a discharge hole 231; the stirring paddle assembly 40 comprises a stirring roller 41 coaxially connected with the output shaft of the stirring motor 30, a plurality of circumferential stirring blades 42 arranged on the circumferential side surface of the stirring roller 41 at intervals along the vertical direction, and a bottom stirring blade 43 arranged at the bottom of the circumferential stirring blade 42; the bottom stirring vanes 43 are disposed obliquely. So can carry out effectual stirring, improvement work efficiency to the bottom of thick liquids.
