本发明涉及中药领域,特别是一种治疗糖尿病的组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
糖尿病是一组以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病。高血糖则是由于胰岛素分泌缺陷或其生物作用受损,或两者兼有引起。糖尿病时长期存在的高血糖,导致各种组织,特别是眼、肾、心脏、血管、神经的慢性损害、功能障碍。随着社会经济的发展,人们生活水平不断提高,我国糖尿病患者逐年上增趋势,而且有年轻化趋向,糖尿病患者往往身体肥胖,伴有高血脂高血糖异常症状,目前尚无根治糖尿病的方法,但通过多种治疗手段可以控制好糖尿病。降血糖的主要机制是增加外周组织对葡萄糖的利用,增加葡萄糖的无氧酵解,减少胃肠道对葡萄糖的吸收,降低体重。本品正是针对这一现象而研发的一款治疗糖尿病的中成药。能较好地通过调理血糖,降低血脂,减轻体重,从而控制人体血糖达到正常。
发明内容
本发明目的在于,针对以上不足而提供一种制备其活性成分的原料配伍合理科学,可解决目前糖尿病患者血糖血脂高的症状,使血糖指标达到正常范围的保健药品。
本发明技术方案是这样实现的:

富硒茶叶30-50、西洋参15-20、葛根30-50、山楂30-50、黄精30-50、白茅根30-50、枸杞25-35、百合20-30、芦笋20-30、螺旋藻15-25、槐花10-15、小麦麸30-50、西瓜皮30-50、刺梨果提取物10-15、苦瓜提取物8-15、菠菜提取物8-15。
其制备方法是:
(1)将富硒茶叶30-50、西洋参15-20、葛根30-50、山楂30-50、黄精30-50、白茅根30-50、枸杞25-35、百合20-30、芦笋20-30、小麦麸30-50、西瓜皮30-50纯化水煎煮2次,每次2h,第一次加8倍量纯化水,第二次加6倍量,低温萃取,合并滤液,过滤,浓缩至相对密度为1.1-1.2温度为60℃的浸膏,再用6倍的95%乙醇的稀释提取,回收乙醇,浓缩至相对密度为1.1-1.2温度为60℃的醇膏,干燥,揉成细粉备用;
(2)将螺旋藻15-25、槐花10-15混合粉碎成细粉备用;
(3)将刺梨果提取物10-15、苦瓜提取物8-15、菠菜提取物8-15混合均匀备用;
(4)将(1)(2)(3)混合均匀,制粒,干燥成颗粒即可。
用于本发明的植物药原料:
富硒茶叶:富硒茶茶对人体的抗衰老作用主要体现在若干有效的化学成分和多种维生素的协调作用上、尤其是茶多酚、咖啡碱、维生素C、芳香物、脂多糖等,能增强人体心肌活动和血管的弹性,抑制动脉硬化,减少高血压和冠心病的发病率,增强免疫力,从而抗衰老,使人获得长寿。根据医学研究证明,茶多酚除了能降低血液中胆固醇和三酸甘油脂的含量,还能增强微血管的韧性和弹性、降低血脂,这对防治高血压及心血管等中老年人常见病症极为有用。富硒茶中含有硒元素,而且是有机硒,比粮油中的硒更易被人吸收,美国理查德·派习瓦特博士认为:食物中加入硒与维生素C、维生素E配合成三合剂,可以延长人的寿命,而富硒茶叶中正富含这些有益生命的奇异元素。富硒茶叶对糖尿病患者调节血脂有良好效果。
西洋参:具有补气养血、滋阴补肾、健脾养胃、延缓衰老及养颜等功效。现代医学研究证明,西洋参具有抗疲劳、抗衰老、抗休克、提高思维、改善记忆及调节内分泌、增强人体免疫力及改善心血管功能等作用。药理研究表明,在服用西洋参之后可以有效地促进体内胰岛素的分泌,对于平衡自身体内的血糖值功效也非常明显。同时食用西洋参也有助于促进自身体内的脂肪代谢,还可以帮助自身达到一个很好的减肥瘦身的效果。
葛根:具有生津止渴,降血糖的作用。
山楂:具有降血脂、降血压的作用。
黄精:黄精里面含天门冬氨酸、高丝氨酸、醌类、强心苷等,所以是能够帮助我们很好的降低血压,对于冠状动脉的血流量的增加非常的有帮助,对于血糖和尿糖的抑制有显著的效果,尤其是因为肾上腺素引起的血糖过高,所以很适合糖尿病人和慢性疾病的人群来调理身体。
白茅根:具有生津止渴,治疗消渴症的作用。
枸杞:补肾益精,养肝明目,补血安神,生津止渴,润肺止咳。枸杞子可调节机体免疫功能、能有效抑制肿瘤生长和细胞突变、具有延缓衰老、抗脂肪肝、调节血脂和血糖、促进造血功能等方面的作用。枸杞子的水浸液(20%,8毫升/天灌胃),对由四氯化碳毒害的小鼠,有轻度抑制脂肪在肝细胞内沉积、促进肝细胞新生的作用。水提取物的抗脂肪肝的作用还表现在,防止四氯化碳引起的肝功能紊乱(以胆碱酯酶、转氨酶的活性作指标)。如给大鼠较长期(75天)口服枸杞水提取物或甜菜碱,可升高血及肝中的磷脂水平;受四氯化碳毒害后之大鼠,肝中磷脂、总胆甾醇含量减低,事先或同时给甜菜碱或枸杞水提取物则有所升高;同时对BSP、SGPT、碱性磷酸酶、胆碱酯酶等试验均有改善作用。枸杞对脂质代谢或抗脂肪肝的作用,主要是由于其中所含的甜菜碱所引起,后者在体内起甲基供应体的作用。研究发现,枸杞子中含有的多糖能够对我们的肝肾起到非常不错的保护作用,另外对于肝损伤的修复情况也是非常不错的。因为他能够有效的降低身体中的血清谷丙转化成为氨酶,这样肾脏功能自然而然就会恢复健康。除此之外,枸杞子还能够有效的抑制身体中的脂肪在肝细胞之中沉淀,所以也具有促进肝细胞以及身体其他细胞新生的功效。
百合:中医用百合作为止血、活血、清肺润燥、滋阴清热、理脾健胃的补药。入药用百合,尤以野生为佳,味甘微苦,性微寒,入心肺二经,更是清补之品。现代研究表明,百合具有明显的调节血脂、降血压等作用,提高淋巴细胞转化率和增加液体免疫功能的活性。
芦笋:具有消肿利尿、提高免疫、降脂减肥的作用。
螺旋藻:具有调节血糖、抗疲劳、保护肠胃的作用。
槐花:苦寒沉降,凉血止血,适合下焦出血、便血、痔血;槐花清肝泻火,对于肝火上炎或肝阳上亢的头昏、头痛、眩晕有明确疗效。现代药理及成分研究表明槐花可以保护血管,主要是槐花中的芸香苷可以降低血管脆性,辅助治疗高血压,减少高血压患者中风危险。
小麦麸:具有除热,止渴,敛汗,消肿之功效。诸药用于糖尿病的治疗。
西瓜皮:具有利尿消肿、清热解暑、解毒去痱,主要用于糖尿病的治疗。
刺梨果提取物:刺梨汁能升高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),降低脂质过氧化物(Lipoprotein per-oxide,LPO)含量,显著增强大鼠、小鼠的免疫功能,加速铅、锰、镉、砷、汞等的排泄,降低其在体内含量,从而发挥对重金属的解毒作用。该作用是SOD、刺梨多糖与维生素C、微量元素等活性成分协同作用的结果,刺梨黄酮能非常显著地降低血清葡萄糖和甘油三酯,升高血清胰岛素,从而具有保护胰脏、预防糖尿病的作用。也有报导,刺梨中活性成分维生素F为黄酮类化合物,与槲皮素结构相似,因而具有抑制醛糖还原酶的作用,可以减轻和预防糖尿病性病变与并发症。
苦瓜提取物:被誉为植物胰岛素,具有降血糖、降血脂、抗肿瘤、预防骨质疏松、调节内分泌、抗氧化、抗菌以及提高人体免疫力等药用和保健功能。
菠菜提取物:具有降低血糖,缓解糖尿病病情的作用。
以上物料相配,药效相得益彰,同步调理,能真正起到降低血糖,降血脂的作用,达到治疗糖尿病的目的。本发明可以与其他降糖药物、胰岛素联合使用,增强治疗效果,增加机体免疫力。
与现有技术相比本发明的优点是:1、制备其活性成分的原料配伍合理而科学,药效相得益彰,能产生很好的协同作用,制成的产品具有显著降低血糖、降血脂的作用,从而达到治疗糖尿病的目的;2、制备技术先进,采用提取原料精华浓缩,有效成分含量高;3、生产工序简单,降低了生产成本;4、所有原料均可药食同源安全无副作用,利于吸收,可长期服用,可根据病情轻重调整药量,不会因为如有些西药那样,因剂量过大而造成血糖降低至正常值以下造成低血糖。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的目的、技术方案和优点、功效易于明白了解,下面将对本发明的具体实施方式进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例一:
一种治疗糖尿病的组合物及其制备方法,包括如下重量配比的活性成分:富硒茶叶30份、西洋参15份、葛根30份、山楂30份、黄精30份、白茅根30份、枸杞25份、百合20份、芦笋20份、螺旋藻15份、槐花10份、小麦麸30份、西瓜皮30份、刺梨果提取物10份、苦瓜提取物8份、菠菜提取物8份。
制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将富硒茶叶30份、西洋参15份、葛根30份、山楂30份、黄精30份、白茅根30份、枸杞25份、百合20份、芦笋20份、小麦麸30份、西瓜皮30份第一次加8倍量纯化水,第二次加6倍量,低温萃取,合并滤液,过滤,浓缩至相对密度为1.1-1.2温度为60℃的浸膏,再用6倍的95%乙醇的稀释提取,回收乙醇,浓缩至相对密度为1.1-1.2温度为60℃的醇膏,干燥,揉成细粉备用;
(2)将螺旋藻15份、槐花10份混合粉碎成细粉备用;
(3)将刺梨果提取物10份、苦瓜提取物8份、菠菜提取物8份混合均匀备用;
(4)将(1)(2)(3)混合均匀,制粒,干燥成颗粒即可。
实施例二:
一种治疗糖尿病的组合物及其制备方法,包括如下重量配比的活性成分:富硒茶叶50份、西洋参20份、葛根50份、山楂50份、黄精50份、白茅根50份、枸杞35份、百合30份、芦笋30份、螺旋藻25份、槐花15份、小麦麸50份、西瓜皮50份、刺梨果提取物15份、苦瓜提取物15份、菠菜提取物15份。
制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将富硒茶叶50份、西洋参20份、葛根50份、山楂50份、黄精50份、白茅根50份、枸杞35份、百合30份、芦笋30份、小麦麸50份、西瓜皮50份第一次加12倍量纯化水,第二次加8倍量,低温萃取,合并滤液,过滤,浓缩至相对密度为1.1-1.2温度为60℃的浸膏,再用6倍的95%乙醇的稀释提取,回收乙醇,浓缩至相对密度为1.1-1.2温度为60℃的醇膏,干燥,揉成细粉备用;
(2)将螺旋藻25份、槐花15份混合粉碎成细粉备用;
(3)将刺梨果提取物15份、苦瓜提取物15份、菠菜提取物15份混合均匀备用;
(4)将(1)(2)(3)混合均匀,制粒,干燥成颗粒即可。
实施例三:
一种治疗糖尿病的组合物及其制备方法,包括如下重量配比的活性成分:富硒茶叶40份、西洋参18份、葛根40份、山楂40份、黄精40份、白茅根40份、枸杞30份、百合25份、芦笋25份、螺旋藻20份、槐花12份、小麦麸40份、西瓜皮40份、刺梨果提取物12份、苦瓜提取物10份、菠菜提取物10份。
制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将富硒茶叶40份、西洋参18份、葛根40份、山楂40份、黄精40份、白茅根40份、枸杞30份、百合25份、芦笋25份、小麦麸40份、西瓜皮40份加纯化水煎煮2次,每次2h,第一次加9倍量纯化水,第二次加7倍量,低温萃取,合并滤液,过滤,浓缩至相对密度为1.1-1.2温度为60℃的浸膏,再用6倍的95%乙醇的稀释提取,回收乙醇,浓缩至相对密度为1.1-1.2温度为60℃的醇膏,干燥,揉成细粉备用;
(2)将螺旋藻20份、槐花12份混合粉碎成细粉备用;
(3)将刺梨果提取物12份、苦瓜提取物10份、菠菜提取物10份混合均匀备用;
(4)将(1)(2)(3)混合均匀,制粒,干燥成颗粒即可。

Claims (5)
1.一种治疗糖尿病的组合物,其特征在于,由以下重量比原料组成的活性成分制成:富硒茶叶30-50、西洋参15-20、葛根30-50、山楂30-50、黄精30-50、白茅根30-50、枸杞25-35、百合20-30、芦笋20-30、螺旋藻15-25、槐花10-15、小麦麸30-50、西瓜皮30-50、刺梨果提取物10-15、苦瓜提取物8-15、菠菜提取物8-15。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗糖尿病的组合物,其特征在于,由以下重量比原料组成的活性成分制成:富硒茶叶30份、西洋参15份、葛根30份、山楂30份、黄精30份、白茅根30份、枸杞25份、百合20份、芦笋20份、螺旋藻15份、槐花10份、小麦麸30份、西瓜皮30份、刺梨果提取物10份、苦瓜提取物8份、菠菜提取物8份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗糖尿病的组合物,其特征在于,由以下重量比原料组成的活性成分制成:富硒茶叶50份、西洋参20份、葛根50份、山楂50份、黄精50份、白茅根50份、枸杞35份、百合30份、芦笋30份、螺旋藻25份、槐花15份、小麦麸50份、西瓜皮50份、刺梨果提取物15份、苦瓜提取物15份、菠菜提取物15份。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗糖尿病的组合物,其特征在于,由以下重量比原料组成的活性成分制成:富硒茶叶40份、西洋参18份、葛根40份、山楂40份、黄精40份、白茅根40份、枸杞30份、百合25份、芦笋25份、螺旋藻20份、槐花12份、小麦麸40份、西瓜皮40份、刺梨果提取物12份、苦瓜提取物10份、菠菜提取物10份。
5.如权利要求1-4所述的一种治疗糖尿病的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按分量称取富硒茶叶、西洋参、葛根、山楂、黄精、白茅根、枸杞、百合、芦笋、小麦麸、西瓜皮,纯化水煎煮2次,每次2h,第一次加8倍量纯化水,第二次加6倍量,低温萃取,合并滤液,过滤,浓缩至相对密度为1.1-1.2温度为60℃的浸膏,再用6倍的95%乙醇稀释提取,回收乙醇,浓缩至相对密度为1.1-1.2温度为60℃的醇膏,干燥,揉成细粉备用;
(2)将螺旋藻、槐花混合粉碎成细粉备用;
(3)将刺梨果提取物、苦瓜提取物、菠菜提取物混合均匀备用;
(4)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)所得物混合均匀,制粒,干燥成颗粒即可。
