本发明采用黑豆、黄豆、核桃仁、山药、红薯、枸杞、茯苓、陈皮、姜厚朴、广藿香、焦山楂、炒神曲、醋香附、炒莱菔子、炒麦芽、胡萝卜、玉米、水、白砂糖、红糖、乳酸链球菌配方组方合,实现植物蛋白质、淀粉、糖类含量均衡,含有丰富的维生素类、枸杞多糖、胡萝卜素等营养物质,经乳酸链球菌发酵后营养全面、风味独特、口感丰富,配伍养胃健脾中药,具有保健功效。选用与豆汁共同发酵而不影响药性的中药组方,温胃养胃、渗湿健脾、理气和中,豆汁与中药功效互补、相得益彰。克服了现有技术的不足。
