Abstract
The invention discloses a novel sampler for pharmaceutical experiments, which comprises a pipe body, an extraction mechanism, an absorbing device and a filtering device, wherein the pipe body is limited to be internally provided with an accommodating cavity, the accommodating cavity is provided with an extraction channel and a plurality of separation channels, the extraction device is slidably arranged in the accommodating cavity, the extraction mechanism comprises an extraction device and a stirring device sleeved on the extraction device, the extraction device is used for absorbing medicines outside the accommodating cavity, such as the accommodating cavity, the stirring device is pivotally arranged on the extraction device, the stirring device can stir the medicines in the accommodating cavity, the absorbing device is used for absorbing the medicines at the corresponding height of the pipe body, and the filtering device is used for filtering and separating the medicines. The suction device and the filtering device can separate and extract medicines with different layers through corresponding separation channels, so that the medicine properties and the concentration of different medicines can be obtained; or data of different time periods, so that more comprehensive medicine experiment information can be obtained.

Technical Field

Background
Pharmacy is the healthcare industry linking health science and chemical science and takes on the responsibility of ensuring safe and effective use of drugs. The pharmaceutical main research comprises the steps of medicine source, processing, property, action, analysis, identification, preparation, production, storage, searching (including synthesis) of new medicines and the like. The main task is to continuously provide more effective medicines and improve the quality of the medicines, ensure the medication safety and enable patients to treat or cure diseases in a mode of minimal injury and maximum benefit.
However, the existing pharmaceutical sampler generally extracts directly, and cannot separate, extract, filter and classify suspension (oil, water and solid mixed solution), and particularly in pharmaceutical experiments, the existing pharmaceutical sampler only extracts suspension, and the experimental separation requires additional devices for the key data and the effect of the medicines in the later stage of the medicine experiment with respect to the change, separation, components and concentration of each stage of the medicines.

the extraction mechanism is slidably arranged in the accommodating chamber 10 and is used for extracting the medicine from the extraction channel 11 into the accommodating chamber 10, the extraction mechanism comprises an extraction device and a stirring device sleeved on the extraction device, the extraction device is used for sucking the medicine out of the accommodating chamber 10 into the accommodating chamber 10, the stirring device is pivotally arranged on the extraction device, and the stirring device can stir the medicine in the accommodating chamber 10;
suction means detachably mounted to the separation channel 12 for sucking the medicine of the corresponding height of the tube body 1;
and a filter device detachably mounted to the separation channel 12, the filter device being for filtering and separating the medicine.
The extracting device and the stirring device are arranged in the tube body 1, so that medicines are absorbed into the tube body, and meanwhile, the medicines can be stirred and mixed through the stirring device, so that the problems of uneven medicine distribution and slower reaction are realized; after standing for a period of time, the suction device and the filtering device can separate and extract medicines (liquid, mixed liquid and extract liquid) with different layers through the corresponding separation channels 12, so that the medicine properties and the concentration of different medicines can be obtained; or data of different time periods, so that more comprehensive medicine experiment information can be obtained.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the extraction channel 11 is provided with a first switch valve 111, the separation channel 12 is provided with a corresponding second switch valve 121, and the tube 1 can be closed and opened by setting the first switch valve 111 and the second switch valve 121.
Further, the extracting device includes a piston portion 20, a connecting rod 21, and a handle portion 22, where the piston portion 20 is slidably mounted in the accommodating chamber 10 and is attached to the inside of the tube body 1, the piston portion 20 and the accommodating chamber 10 form a relatively closed space, and one end of the connecting rod 21 is connected to the piston portion 20, and the other end is connected to the handle portion 22. The partner extraction device extracts the drug of the corresponding container into the tube 1.
Still further, the middle part of the connecting rod 21 is provided with a pivoting channel 212, the stirring device is pivotally installed in the pivoting channel 212, the stirring device comprises a hinge part 31, a pivoting rod 32 and a handle part 33, the hinge part 31 is arranged below the piston part 20, and the pivoting rod 32 is watertight with the pivoting channel 212. The medicine in the tube body 1 is stirred by a stirring device.
Specifically, a limiting portion that abuts against the piston portion 20 is disposed at the bottom of the pivot rod 32, a sealing ring 40 is disposed between the pivot rod 32 and the pivot channel 212, and the pivot channel 212 is disposed in a clamping groove 41 that is clamped with the sealing ring 40. The watertight connection of the pivot rod 32 to the pivot channel 212 is achieved by means of the clamping groove 41 and the sealing ring 40.
In the embodiment of the invention, the handle portion 33 is disposed above the handle portion 22, the handle portion 33 is spherical, the handle portion 33 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 331, the protrusions 331 are spaced apart from the handle, the handle portion disposed in the spherical shape can be rotated more conveniently, and the friction force can be enhanced by the disposition of the protrusions 331.

The different levels of liquid are separated by drawing the respective liquid into the second bladder 52 through the suction piston 54.

The medicines (liquid, solid-liquid mixture) of the corresponding heights are separated and extracted by the filter medium 62 by the vacuum pump 64.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the detachable mounting manner of the first socket 53, the second socket 63 and the separation channel 12 is a threaded connection, and of course, the same technical effects can be achieved by adopting a clamping manner, and the like.
