Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the first dust removing cylinder 6 and the second dust removing cylinder 7 both slide along the direction of the slide rail 5, a support plate 8 arranged below the slide rail 5 is installed on the support frame 1, and the support plate 8 is horizontal and is opposite to the position of the first dust removing cylinder 6. The first dust removing cylinder 6 and the second dust removing cylinder 7 are mounted on the sliding rail 5 from the top end of the sliding rail 5 and slide out from the bottom end of the sliding rail 5, and the first dust removing cylinder 6, the second dust removing cylinder 7 and the sliding rail 5 are detachable. When an operator prepares to replace the first dust removing cylinder 6 with the second dust removing cylinder 7, the first dust removing cylinder 6 freely falls onto the supporting plate 8 through gravity, the supporting plate 8 supports the first dust removing cylinder 6 at the moment, when the first dust removing cylinder 6 is arranged on the supporting plate 8, the second dust removing cylinder 7 is arranged on the first dust removing cylinder 6, the second dust removing cylinder 7 falls onto the original position of the first dust removing cylinder 6, the cylinder opening of the second dust removing cylinder 7 is opposite to and communicated with the pipe opening of the ventilating pipe 2, and therefore the efficiency of replacing the first dust removing cylinder 6 and the second dust removing cylinder 7 by the operator is improved.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a square buffer pad 81 is fixedly disposed on the supporting plate 8, the buffer pad 81 is square, and the buffer pad 81 is made of rubber and is elastic. When the first dust removing cylinder 6 falls onto the supporting plate 8, the buffer gasket 81 is arranged between the supporting plate 8 and the first dust removing cylinder 6, the buffer gasket 81 absorbs impact force generated when the first dust removing cylinder 6 falls, the buffering and damping effects are achieved, the supporting plate 8 and the first dust removing cylinder 6 are further protected, and the service lives of the supporting plate 8 and the first dust removing cylinder 6 are prolonged.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the supporting plate 8 is slidably connected to the supporting frame 1, and a supporting rod 83 is fixedly disposed at one end of the supporting plate 8. When the first dust removing cylinder 6 falls onto the supporting plate 8, an operator holds the supporting pull rod 83 to pull the supporting plate 8, so that the supporting plate 8 slides out, and the operator can take out the first dust removing cylinder 6 conveniently.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, a horizontal fastening screw 11 is connected to the support frame 1 through a thread, the fastening screw 11 penetrates through the support frame 1, a circular fastening rotating handle 12 is fixedly arranged at one end of the fastening screw 11, which is far away from the support frame 1, a fastening hole 84 is formed in the end of the support plate 8, and the shape of the fastening hole 84 is smaller than the shape of the end of the fastening screw 11 correspondingly. When the supporting plate 8 is arranged right below the first dust removing cylinder 6, an operator rotates the fastening rotating handle 12 to further drive the fastening screw rod 11 to rotate until the fastening screw rod 11 is rotated into the fastening hole 84, and the position of the supporting plate 8 on the supporting frame 1 is fastened through the mutual matching of the fastening screw rod 11 and the fastening hole 84, so that the fastening mode between the supporting plate 8 and the supporting frame 1 is further optimized.
Referring to fig. 4, a vertical dust cover 9 is installed on the supporting plate 8, and the dust cover 9 is square. The end part of the first dust removing cylinder 6 far away from the first filter screen 61 is provided with a first mounting chute 63 penetrating through the side wall of the first dust removing cylinder 6, and the dust blocking cover 9 is arranged right below the first mounting chute 63. Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the top end of the supporting plate 8 is provided with supporting grooves 82 penetrating through both sides of the top end of the supporting plate 8, the width of the supporting grooves 82 is equal to the width of the dust-blocking cover 9, and the dust-blocking cover 9 is disposed in the supporting grooves 82. When the dust-blocking cover 9 slides into the mounting chute I63 and the operator slides the first dust-removing cylinder 6 to take it out, the dust-blocking cover 9 slides along the direction of the supporting groove 82, so that the operator can slide out of the dust-blocking cover 9 from the supporting groove 82.
The implementation principle of the ventilation equipment for building construction in the embodiment of the application is as follows: an operator slides the first dust removing cylinder 6 to a position right facing the ventilation pipe 2 along the slide rail 5, slides the connecting pipe 4 to a position between the first dust removing cylinder 6 and the ventilation pipe 2, rotates the locking rotating handle 42, rotates the locking screw rod 41 to the limiting hole 21, slides the second dust removing cylinder 7 to the position above the first dust removing cylinder 6, starts the ventilation fan 3 and conducts ventilation and dust removal. When impurities such as dust in the first dust removing cylinder 6 are collected to a certain amount, an operator replaces the first dust removing cylinder 6, the locking rotating handle 42 is rotated at the moment, the connecting pipe 4 slides towards the direction far away from the first dust removing cylinder 6, the first dust removing cylinder 6 and the second dust removing cylinder 7 slide downwards along the direction of the sliding rail 5, the first dust removing cylinder 6 falls onto the supporting plate 8, and meanwhile, the dust blocking cover 9 slides into the first mounting sliding groove 63 and is arranged at the opening of the first dust removing cylinder 6. At the moment, the second dust removing cylinder 7 is arranged at the original position of the first dust removing cylinder 6, the operator slides the connecting pipe 4 again, the second dust removing cylinder 7 is further connected with the ventilation pipe 2 through the connecting pipe 4 through the locking rotating handle 42, the locking screw rod 41 and the limiting hole 21, then the fastening rotating handle 12 is grabbed and fastened, the fastening screw rod 11 is rotated out of the fastening hole 84, the supporting pull rod 83 is held again, the supporting plate 8 slides out of the supporting frame 1, impurities such as dust in the first dust removing cylinder 6 are dumped, and the using process of the ventilation equipment for building construction is completed.
