另外，人们希望容器盖尽可能牢固地紧扣在容器上，但又可以容易地打开容器盖，而且盖打开后只留下已被打开的标记。为此，应用了各种可断裂的开口拉片。例如在上述引用的一个专利中示出了沿容器整个外周延伸的圆周开口拉片。另外，一家丹麦公司把一种称作Super Foss的容器开启系统引进到了美国，在这种系统中，位于容器上缘的开口拉片仅在一端断裂，然后随同圆周条一起从容器上撕下。但是这种结构会留下分开的开口拉片，形成废物。而且，小孩可能会吞食这种条带或玩弄时划伤他们，所以有危险。

在该对相隔开的容器壁中的内壁靠近容器唇部处可以形成向外突出的肋部，该肋部通常沿圆周成一闭合环路，从而与其上的容器盖紧紧相扣。或者，也可在该对相隔开的壁中的外壁上形成向内凸出的肋部，该肋部通常沿容器圆周形成闭合环路。它们都可以用来紧紧扣住其上的容器盖。还可同时使用向内和向外凸出的肋部而形成双重相扣装置。
因此本发明提供的容器不但具有很好的密封性能，而且，仅能用一种方式即留下一开封标记的方法开盖，从而指明已开封。同时，这种开盖过程不产生与容器分离的开口拉片，因而可避免由这种开口拉片产生的缺点。
在附图中，图1是本发明的容器和盖的立体图；
图2是放大的剖面图，示出图1所示容器和盖的一个实施例的外周上缘；
图3是图2所示容器外壁的一部分的俯视图；
图4是类似于图2的另一个实施例的剖面图，示出如何把外壁的一部分向外翻开，以提供用留有开封标记方法开盖的入口；
图5是图4所示容器外壁的一部分的俯视图；
图6是放大的剖面图，示出本发明容器另一实施例的上缘；
图7是放大的剖面图，示出又一实施例的容器上缘；
图8是放大的剖面图，示出再一个实施例的容器上缘；
图9是图8所示容器和盖子的俯视图；
图10是类似于图8的剖面图，示出容器外壁的一部分如何向外翻开而从容器上卸下盖子；
图11是图8所示容器一部分上缘的截面图，但该截面在圆周上的位置与撕裂薄弱部相隔一段距离，不在撕裂薄弱部之间，从而示出容器上缘不向外翻开的那部分外壁。
参看图1，容器10具有封闭的底11和盖子12，容器10和盖子12可用以下附图所示的任何一种设计，使盖子12紧扣在容器上缘14上。
参看图2和3，图中示出容器上缘14和盖子12外周部16的放大纵向剖面图。
容器上缘14连接到容器的主壁18上，包括一对围绕着容器10的纵轴线24的相隔开的壁20和22。图1所示容器10为圆筒形。但是，容器也可以是矩形或别的形状。
在侧壁20和22之间形成凹部26，用于容纳盖子12的外围部分16，如图所示将其锁定在恒定位置。除非使用下述明显留有开封痕迹的方法开盖，盖子12实际上是无法卸下的。具体地讲，盖子外周部分16由向外凸出的肋部28卡住，该肋部与盖子12的向内凸出的肋部30啮合。而且，外壁22上有向内凹出的肋部32，用来进一步扣住盖子12的外周部分16。
按照本发明，外壁22上具有一对相隔开的撕裂薄弱部34，所以外壁22可以沿一对垂直的撕裂线撕开，只要拉住壁的靠近肋部32的顶部便可以使外壁部36外翻开，如图2的箭头38所示。在此过程中，撕裂薄弱部34破裂，从而可使壁的部分36向外转动，使一部分盖的外周脱离与肋部32的啮合。然后用螺丝刀撬动盖的外周16，使其脱离啮合，卸下盖子12。
可以看到，需要时可以将盖子12放回原处，恢复与容器10上缘14的密封关系，从而重新形成大体是良好的密封。为了帮助盖紧容器，可将壁部36再次往上合拢。但是因为撕裂薄弱部34已经撕开，所以不可能掩饰容器曾经被打开的事实。
参看图4和5，图中示出本发明的容器和盖子的另一个实施例，除开下文所述和图中所示的差别外，这一实施例的设计和功能和前一实施例相同。容器10a的上缘14a包括内壁20a和外壁22a，其间形成凹部26a，用来容纳盖子12a的外周密封边缘16a。盖子12a上有用于密封的环形内壁40，如图所示。可以看到，在这个实施例中，若不经过本发明破坏性的开封显示步骤，盖子12a实际上也不可能从容器10a上卸下来。
图5为外壁22a的俯视图，该外壁具有垂直的撕裂薄弱部34a，与前述实施例相同。
因此，为打开容器，可以抓住壁22a的外端和凸出肋部32a，按图中虚线所示将其往外拉，由此撕裂薄弱部34a，把具有新构成的自由侧边的壁部36a拉开，从而使壁部36a按虚线所示向外转动。
这样，一部分盖子外周部分16a便从侧面暴露出来，并且一部分盖子外边缘42与凸出部32a脱离接触。从此处开始，可以用螺丝刀等工具撬起盖子12a，使其脱离与容器10a的啮合。因为通常使用的塑料具有柔性，所以可用这种剥离法卸下盖子12a。这种柔性还使盖子很不容易“突然脱开”，在装满的容器掉下等情况下产生的冲击力可能造成这种“突然脱开”。
如果需要，可以在凹部26a下方形成排放孔43。
参看图6，图中示出由图4和5改型得到的容器和盖子。图中，盖子12a可以和图4与5中的盖子完全相同，容器上缘14a也可以和前面的设计完全相同。但是在这个实施例中，容器的壁44与图4不同，它向内移动，因而容器上缘是从壁44向外伸出的，而不是象先前实施例那样，是从壁向内伸出。
参看图7，图中示出改型的容器10b的上缘14b，其上的盖子12b的外周部分16b具有不同的设计。此处容器10b也形成一对相隔开的壁20b和22b，其间形成用于容纳和扣住盖子外周部分16b的凹部26b。
象前述实施例那样，本实施例中也有一对撕裂薄弱部34b，所以外壁22b的部分36b可向外拉出，使薄弱部34b的垂直线裂开，如壁22b的虚线位置所示，从而为螺丝刀提供入口，使一部分盖子外周16b脱离紧扣位置，将盖子打开。
参看图8至11，图中示出本发明的基本上整个示于图1的容器和盖子系统的另一个实施例。容器10c包括双壁上缘14c，该上缘以大体类似于前面实施例的方式容纳并固定容器盖12c。容器上缘14c形成一对相隔开的壁20c和22c，其间形成凹部26c，盖子的外周部分16c紧扣在该凹部中。可以看到，由于有了外周壁22c，只要不破坏性地进行留有开盖痕迹的开盖操作，盖子12c可以很持久地与容器10c紧扣。
这里同样形成撕裂薄弱线34c。但在本实施例中，撕裂薄弱线是L形的，因此，不仅壁36c可以向外转动，而且底部50也可从侧面与容器10c的其余部分脱离而绕枢轴线52转动，如图10所示(与图8比较)。
设置拉片54有助于撕裂薄弱线34c，使壁22c和底壁50向外弯折，因而只要用于指下压拉片54便可以进行向下的弯折。随后，盖子12c的外周16c露出，从而可将外周16c向外撬，从而将盖子12c从容器10c上剥离下来。
图11示出容器10c的一部分，该部分外壁22c处于该对薄弱线34c之间区域之外，因此壁22c的这部分不容易向外弯折。事实上，如果需要，还可以使用增强叶片56增强壁22c的这部分。如图11所示，盖子12c可很容易地从容器上剥离下来，这是因为盖子和容器可以用诸如聚乙烯的塑料制成，它们都具有半柔性的特性。
如果需要，容器10c可做成直壁形，如图中虚线所示。
上述实施例仅是例示性的，并不意味着对本申请的发明的范围加以限制，本发明的范围由下述权利要求书确定。

Claims (10)

1、一种塑料容器，该容器具有侧壁，其一端封闭，另一端敞开；在所述另一端上形成容器上缘，该容器上缘包括一对围绕着上述容器纵轴线的相隔开的壁，上述两壁之间形成一凹部，用来容纳并紧扣住容器盖的外周部；在上述相隔开两壁中的外壁上至少形成一对相隔开的撕裂薄弱部，以便可以撕裂上述外壁，并可以将位于上述撕裂薄弱部之间的那部分外壁外向弯折，从而暴露出上述盖子的外周部，提供将盖子去掉的开口。
2、如权利要求1所述的容器，在该容器中，上述相隔开的两壁彼此成锐角。
3、如权利要求1所述的容器，在该容器中，上述相隔开的两壁基本上彼此平行。
4、如权利要求1所述的容器，在该容器中，上述两壁中的外壁在该对撕裂薄弱部之间有向外凸出的拉片，以便外壁的撕裂和向外弯折。
5、如权利要求1所述的容器，在该容器中，在上述相隔开两壁中的内壁上有向外突出的肋部，用来紧扣住其上的盖子。
6、如权利要求1所述的容器，在该容器中，在上述相隔开两壁中的外壁上有向内凸出的肋部，用来紧扣住其上的盖子。
7、一种塑料容器，它具有一个侧壁，其一端封闭，另一端敞开；在所述另一端上形成容器上缘，该上缘包括一对围绕着该容器纵轴线的相隔开、并彼此大体平行的壁，上述两壁之间形成一凹部，用来容纳并紧扣住容器盖子的外周部；在上述两壁中的外壁上至少有一对相隔开的撕裂薄弱部，以便于撕裂上述外壁，并使位于撕裂薄弱部之间的所述那部分外壁向外弯折，从而暴露出上述盖子的外周部提供将盖子去掉的开口；上述两壁中的外壁在此对撕裂薄弱部之间有一向外凸出的拉片，以便于撕裂上述外壁并使其向外弯折。
8、如权利要求7所述的容器，在该容器中，上述此对相隔开壁的内壁上向外凸出的肋部，用来紧扣住其上的盖子。
9、如权利要求8所述的容器，在该容器中，在所述此对相隔开壁的外壁上有向内凸出的肋部，用来紧扣住其上的盖子。
10、如权利要求7所述的容器，在该容器中，在所述此对相隔开壁的外壁上有向内凸出的肋部，用来紧扣住其上的盖子。
