Abstract
The invention discloses an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory Chinese herbal medicine fermented feed additive, which comprises Chinese herbal medicine fermented raw materials formed by fructus forsythiae, radix isatidis, bighead atractylodes rhizome, immature bitter orange, hawthorn and echinacea purpurea; the mass ratio of fructus forsythiae to radix isatidis to rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae to fructus aurantii immaturus to fructus crataegi to echinacea purpurea is 2-3:6-10:4-7:4-9:20-26: 16-19; adding mixed fermentation strains into the Chinese herbal medicine fermentation raw materials; the mixed fermentation strain comprises bacillus subtilis, bacillus amyloliquefaciens, bacillus belgii and lactobacillus rhamnosus. According to the invention, the Chinese herbal medicine with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects is fermented, so that the effective components in the Chinese herbal medicine are fully released, the synergistic effect of the Chinese herbal medicine and the animal intestinal probiotics is fully exerted, the harm of pathogenic bacteria to livestock and poultry is reduced, the survival rate of the livestock and poultry is greatly improved, the use amount of antibiotics is effectively reduced, the use amount is small, and the use cost is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of feed additives, in particular to an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory Chinese herbal medicine fermented feed additive and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the breeding industry, most of the livestock and poultry are bred at high density, and the livestock and poultry are easy to get ill, so people often add various antibiotics into the feed to ensure the healthy growth of the animals, improve the production efficiency of the animals and prevent various diseases of the animals. However, too much intake of antibiotics can not only remain in livestock and poultry bodies to cause antibiotic residues in animal products to affect the physical health of consumers, but also the excrement discharged by the antibiotics also contains various antibiotics to cause antibiotic pollution in the environment. Therefore, people mostly adopt Chinese herbal medicine fermented feed to mix with a small amount of antibiotics, so that the use amount of the antibiotics is reduced while the livestock and poultry are prevented from getting ill, and the pollution is reduced. However, when the existing Chinese herbal medicine fermented feed is mixed with common feed, the traditional Chinese herbal medicine fermented feed needs to be larger in 5% -15% and the like to have obvious antibacterial effect, so that the cost is higher.

Selecting 120 piglets of 21-day-old ternary hybrid weaned piglets with similar gestation times and weight, wherein each half of the piglets is male and female, the test adopts single-factor complete test design, the piglets are randomly divided into 6 groups, each group is provided with 4 repetitions, and each repetition is provided with 5 piglets. The control group was fed with the basic daily ration, the group of example 1, the group of example 2, the group of example 3, the antibiotic group (10 mg/Kg of colistin sulfate +20mg/Kg of oxytetracycline) and the non-fermented compound Chinese herbal medicine group (0.4% Chinese herbal medicine). The test period was 30 days. The results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 Effect of fermented Chinese herbal medicine on growth of weaned piglets

| Compound Chinese herbal medicine | 193.48±0.55 | 338.58±3.51 | 241.83±11.59 | 1.82±0.11 | 8.42±0.49 |
As can be seen from Table 1, the average daily gain of the weaned piglets is significantly higher than that of the control group and the unfermented compound Chinese herbal medicine, the material weight ratio and the diarrhea rate are both significantly lower than those of the control group and the unfermented compound Chinese herbal medicine, but the difference with the antibiotic group is not significant. The fermented Chinese herbal medicine can improve the digestibility of nutrient substances, improve the growth performance of weaned pigs and reduce the diarrhea rate, thereby achieving the aims of resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation.
(2) Feeding effect of broiler chicken
Selecting healthy and active 300 feathers of 1-day-old AA broilers with similar body weight, randomly dividing the feathers into 5 groups, and repeating the feathers for 3 groups and 20 feathers for each group (half of male and half of female). The control group was the basal diet, example 1, example 2, and example 3 antibiotic groups (20 mg/Kg oxytetracycline base was added to the basal diet). The method adopts on-net flat culture, a material barrel and sufficient drinking water, and free feeding and drinking water are adopted to carry out vaccination according to conventional immunization. Test period 50 d. The results are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2 influence of fermented Chinese herbal medicine on growth of broiler chickens

| Example 3 | 1713.26±10.55 | 36.83±0.94 | 99.26±5.08 | 2.14±0.03 | 1.21±0.02 |
| Antibiotic group | 1681.64±5.12 | 35.91±1.17 | 97.43±6.81 | 2.39±0.05 | 5.07±1.61 |
As can be seen from Table 2, compared with the control group and the antibiotic group, the fermented Chinese herbal medicine feed additive can significantly improve the daily gain and the survival rate of the broiler chickens and reduce the feed conversion ratio and the incidence of the broiler chickens. The fermented Chinese herbal medicine feed additive can promote the growth of the broiler chickens and reduce the morbidity of the broiler chickens.
