Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of disinfection products, and particularly relates to a cloud rose aromatherapy disinfection spray and a preparation method thereof. The cloud rose aromatherapy disinfection spray comprises the following components in parts by weight: 94-96 parts of rosa damascena flower water, 2-3 parts of compound quaternary ammonium salt, 2-3 parts of grapefruit extract, 5-10 parts of elecampane volatile oil, 5-10 parts of emulsifier and 1000 parts of water. The rose water and the compound quaternary ammonium salt are added, so that the rose water has good aromatic curative effect while sterilizing, the rose water has pleasant fragrance, and after natural aromatic hydrocarbon enters the brain from olfactory nerves, the rose water can stimulate the anterior lobe of the brain to secrete two hormones of built-in hormone and built-in hormone, so that the spirit presents the most comfortable state; the rose water and grapefruit extract also have good soothing and nourishing effects on skin.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of disinfection products, and particularly relates to a cloud rose aromatherapy disinfection spray and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The disinfectant is also commonly called as a chemical disinfectant and is used for killing pathogenic microorganisms on a transmission medium to meet the harmless requirement, killing the pathogenic microorganisms out of a human body, cutting off the transmission path of infectious diseases and achieving the purpose of controlling the infectious diseases.
The high-efficiency disinfectant can kill all bacteria propagules, viruses, fungi, spores thereof and the like, has a certain killing effect on bacterial spores, meets the requirement of high-level disinfection, and comprises chlorine-containing disinfectant, ozone, methyl hydantoin compounds, double-chain quaternary ammonium salt and the like. The intermediate disinfectant can only kill microbes such as mycobacteria, fungi, viruses, bacterial propagules and the like, meets the disinfection requirement and comprises iodine-containing disinfectant, alcohol disinfectant, phenol disinfectant and the like. The low-efficiency disinfectant can only kill bacteria propagules and lipophilic viruses to meet the requirements of the disinfectant, and comprises quaternary ammonium salt disinfectants such as benzalkonium bromide and the like, biguanide disinfectants such as chlorhexidine and the like, metal ion disinfectants such as mercury, silver, copper and the like and Chinese herbal medicine disinfectants.
However, the common disinfectants are mainly of the types of phenol, aldehyde, acid, alkali, chlorine preparations, iodine preparations, heavy metal salts, surfactants and the like, and the disinfectants have the problems of environmental pollution, drug residue, drug resistance and the like to different degrees, have irritation to skin mucosa and are not suitable for being applied to damaged skin; some disinfectants are tasteless and even have unpleasant taste, and have no mood-relieving effect on consumers.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a cloud rose aromatherapy disinfection spray and a preparation method thereof, so as to improve the problems. In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
on one hand, the application provides a cloud rose aromatherapy disinfection spray which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 94-96 parts of rosa damascena flower water, 2-3 parts of compound quaternary ammonium salt, 2-3 parts of grapefruit extract, 5-10 parts of elecampane volatile oil, 5-10 parts of emulsifier and 1000 parts of water.
Optionally, the rosa damascena flower water is hydrosol or floral essence part of the rose petal distillate, the rosa damascena flower water contains trace amounts of rose essential oil and water-soluble active ingredients, the rose essential oil and the water-soluble active ingredients reach a saturation degree, and the pH value of the rosa damascena flower water is 4.1-4.4.
Optionally, the emulsifier is a nonionic surfactant, and the nonionic surfactant is span 20.
Optionally, the water is purified water, distilled water, or deionized water.
On the other hand, the embodiment of the application provides a method for manufacturing the cloud rose aromatherapy disinfection spray, which comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing 94-96 parts of rosa damascena flower water, 2-3 parts of grapefruit extract and 5-10 parts of elecampane volatile oil to obtain a first mixed solution; slowly adding 5-10 parts of emulsifier into the first mixed solution, and uniformly stirring to obtain a second mixed solution; adding the second mixed solution, 1000 parts of water and 2-3 parts of compound quaternary ammonium salt into a stirrer, and uniformly stirring at a stirring speed of 100-200 r/min to obtain a third mixed solution; concentrating the third mixed solution into an aqueous solution with the concentration of 10% -12%, cooling the aqueous solution to room temperature, homogenizing, filtering and sampling-inspecting in sequence, filling the qualified solution, and packaging to obtain the finished product.
Optionally, slowly adding 5 to 10 parts of an emulsifier to the first mixed solution, and uniformly stirring to obtain a second mixed solution, wherein the second mixed solution comprises: stirring with an electrodeless constant speed stirrer at 20-35 deg.C and 200-500 r/min.
Optionally, the concentrating the third mixed solution into an aqueous solution with a concentration of 10% to 12% includes: concentrating the third mixed solution to obtain 10-12% water solution under the conditions of 0.6-0.8Mpa and 60-70 deg.C.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the rose water and the compound quaternary ammonium salt are added, so that the rose water has good aromatic curative effect while disinfecting and sterilizing, the rose water has pleasant fragrance, and after natural aromatic hydrocarbon enters the brain from olfactory nerves, the rose water can stimulate the anterior lobe of the brain to secrete two hormones of built-in hormone and pint hormone, so that the spirit presents the most comfortable state. By adding rose water and grapefruit extract, the skin care product has good soothing and nourishing effects.
