Abstract
本发明公开了一种农用多功能水晶PO转光大棚膜及其制备方法,它的厚度为0.056‑0.16mm,自内向外依次包括涂覆和流滴消雾释放层、电晕处理和流滴消雾吸附层、弹性体抗张层、转光保温层、保温复合层和防老化保护层。其制备方法为按照配方称量各层的制备物料,加入到五层共挤吹膜机的不同料斗中,启动吹膜机,经过模头复合、吹胀、拉伸、冷却定型、涂层、烘干和收卷,待膜管稳定膜片宽度、厚度达到正常后,启动电晕处理装置,印刷、分切、收卷、检验,制备成农用水晶PO转光大棚膜。本发明采用五层吹塑加外涂覆防护层技术,所制备的产品具有卓越的透明性,超强的持续消雾、流滴能力,强化保温性能,使用寿命长,防静电、不粘尘,增保温效果显著。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料薄膜技术领域,具体的说是一种农用多功能水晶PO转光大棚膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代化农业科技表明:改善作物光照条件,不仅可以减少农药和化肥的使用,还能实现农作物增产和提高品质,已成为现代高科技农业的一个重要发展方向。采用第三代物理肥料──光肥技术的转光农膜受到了国内外广泛研究和应用。转光剂能够将日光中的近紫外光和绿光转变成蓝光或红光,会被植物体内的色素所吸收并用于进行更充分的光合作用,能够作物的根系发达、茎叶茂盛,增产增收,试验表明在棚膜中添加光转换剂可提高农作物产量和品质10-60%。
用转光膜栽培作物,可充分利用阳光,减少对化学肥料和农药的使用,真正实现高效生态农业,发展绿色食品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种农用多功能水晶PO转光大棚膜及其制备方法,能够防止棚膜滴水和产生雾气,具有消雾持效期长与寿命同步2年以上,透明度高,使用寿命较长,增保温效果显著。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种农用多功能水晶PO转光大棚膜,它的厚度为0.056-0.16mm,按照大棚膜田间覆盖次序自内向外依次包括涂覆和流滴消雾释放层、电晕处理和流滴消雾吸附层、弹性体抗张层、转光保温层、保温复合层和防老化保护层,其中涂覆和流滴消雾释放层的厚度为 10-30μm,电晕处理和流滴消雾吸附层的厚度为10-30μm,弹性体抗张层的厚度为8-20μm,保温复合层的厚度为10-30μm,转光保温层的厚度为10-30μm,防老化保护层的厚度为8-20μm。
优选的,所述涂覆和流滴消雾释放层由以下重量份的原料制备而成:阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基甲基溴化铵15-25份、十二烷基咪唑啉阳离子15-25份、阴离子类硬脂酸钠5-10份、十二烷基硫酸钠5-10份、仲烷基磺酸钠5-10份、十二酰基肌胺酸钠5-10份、非离子表面活性剂脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯20-25份、蔗糖酯类10-15份和硬脂酰乳酸钙5-10份。
优选的,所述电晕和流滴消雾吸附层由以下重量份的原料制备而成:2426F型低密度聚乙烯10-20份、2420D型低密度聚乙烯15-25份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯60-75份、抗农药耐老化母料5-10份。
优选的,所述弹性体抗张层由以下重量份的原料制备而成:2420D型低密度聚乙烯15-25份、2426F型低密度聚乙烯10-20份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯60-75份、6201FL弹性体5-10份、抗农药耐老化母料5-10份。
优选的,所述转光保温层由以下重量份的原料制备而成:2426F型低密度聚乙烯25-35份、V4110F型醋酸乙烯(EVA)50-60份、2426K型低密度聚乙烯10-20份,抗农药耐老化母料5-10份、光转换母料3-5份、保温母料3-5份。

一种农用多功能水晶PO转光大棚膜的制备方法,所述农用水晶PO转光大棚膜如上所述,它包括以下步骤:
步骤一、按照抗农药耐老化母料的配方,称量粉状7042型线型低密度聚乙烯25-30份、7042型线型低密度聚乙烯20-30份、2420K型低密度聚乙烯20-30份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯20-30份、944型高效光稳定剂0.5-1.0份、B225型复合抗氧剂0.1-0.2份和UV326型紫外线吸收剂0.15-0.3份,加入到双螺杆塑料挤出机中,双螺杆塑料挤出机的温度为160-220℃,制造出抗农药耐老化母料;
步骤二、按照光转换保温母料的配方,称量粉状7042型线型低密度聚乙烯25-30份、7042型线型低密度聚乙烯25-30份、2426H型低密度聚乙烯25-30份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯15-25份、B225型复合抗氧剂0.15-0.3份,光转换助剂7.5-10份,水滑石保温剂0.2-0.6份,加入到双螺杆塑料挤出机中,双螺杆塑料挤出机的温度为160-220℃,制造出光转换保温母料;
步骤三、按照保温母料的配方,称量粉状7042型线型低密度聚乙烯25-30份、7042型线型低密度聚乙烯25-30份、2426H型低密度聚乙烯25-30份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯15-25份、B225型复合抗氧剂0.15-0.3份,水滑石保温剂0.2-0.6份,加入到双螺杆塑料挤出机中,双螺杆塑料挤出机的温度为160-220℃,制造出光保温母料;
步骤四、按照涂覆和流滴消雾释放层(1)的配方,称量阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基甲基溴化铵15-25份、十二烷基咪唑啉阳离子15-25份、阴离子类硬脂酸钠5-10份、十二烷基硫酸钠5-10份、仲烷基磺酸钠5-10份、十二酰基肌胺酸钠5-10份、非离子表面活性剂脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯20-25份、蔗糖酯类10-15份和硬脂酰乳酸钙5-10份,加入到常温下带有搅拌器的涂覆槽中,将原料与纯净水按照重量比为1:100的比例进行稀释混配出涂覆和流滴消雾释放层涂覆液材料;
步骤五、按照电晕处理和流滴消雾吸附层(2)的配方,称量2426F型低密度聚乙烯10-20份、2420D型低密度聚乙烯15-25份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯60-75份、抗农药耐老化母料5-10份,加入五层共挤吹膜机的第一个料斗中均匀混合;
步骤六、按照弹性体抗张层(3)的配方,称量2420D型低密度聚乙烯15-25份、2426F型低密度聚乙烯10-20份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯60-75份、6201FL弹性体5-10份、步骤一制备的抗农药耐老化母料5-10份,加入五层共挤吹膜机的第二个料斗中均匀混合;
步骤七、按照转光保温层(4)的配方,称量2426F型低密度聚乙烯25-35份、V4110F型醋酸乙烯(EVA)50-60份、2426K型低密度聚乙烯10-20份、步骤一制备的抗农药耐老化母料5-10份、步骤二制备的光转换母料3-5份,步骤三制备的保温母料3-5份,加入五层共挤吹膜机的第三料斗中均匀混合;
步骤八、按照保温复合层(5)的配方,称量2426F型低密度聚乙烯20-30份、V4110F型醋酸乙烯(EVA)20-30份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯30-40份、步骤三制备的保温母料3-5份、步骤一制备的抗农药耐老化母料5-10份,加入五层共挤吹膜机的第四料斗中均匀混合;
步骤九、按照防老化保护层(6)的配方,称量2426F型低密度聚乙烯10-20份、2420D型低密度聚乙烯15-25份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯60-75份、步骤一制备的抗农药耐老化母料5-10份,加入五层共挤吹膜机的第五料斗中均匀混合;
步骤十、控制五层共挤吹膜机的温度升高至160-220℃,启动五层共挤吹膜机,经过模头复合、吹胀、拉伸、冷却定型、涂层、烘干和收卷,待膜管稳定膜片宽度、厚度达到正常后,启动电晕处理装置,印刷、分切、收卷、检验,制备成农用水晶PO转光大棚膜。
所述2420D型低密度聚乙烯不含有爽滑剂,熔体流动速率1.0g/10min;V4110F型醋酸乙烯(EVA)VA含量为14%,熔体流动速率为1.0g/10min;2426F型低密度聚乙烯含有爽滑剂,熔体流动速率为0.75g/10min;2426K型低密度聚乙烯含有爽滑剂,的熔体流动速率为4.0g/10min;7042型线型低密度聚乙烯含有爽滑剂,熔体流动速率为2.0g/10min;2426H型低密度聚乙烯含有爽滑剂,的熔体流动速率为2.0g/10min。
经检验,本发明所制备的农用水晶PO转光大棚膜纵向拉伸强度/横向拉伸强度≧20MPa,断裂伸长率≧400%直角撕裂负荷≧80kN/m,透光率≧90%,雾度≦20%,流滴失效时间>12d,流滴初滴时间<400s,流滴消雾持效期和使用寿命同步,达二年以上,物理机械性能超过国家标准GB/T20202-2006农业用乙烯—乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)吹塑棚膜指标1倍以上,人工模拟植物生长的最佳光照环境,对发展高科技农业具有重要意义。
本发明中所用的原料均采购自市场,其中7042线型低密度聚乙烯兰州石化公司或大庆石化公司产品,2420D低密度聚乙烯进口伊朗或国产大庆石化公司产品,2426F型或2426H型低密度聚乙烯和2426K型低密度聚乙烯兰州石化公司或大庆石化公司产品,2010MA型茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯为美国埃克森美孚公司产品,V4110F醋酸乙烯(EVA)树脂为扬巴石化公司产品,耐农药型光稳定剂选用美国索尔维公司的A400型产品,光稳定剂944选用北京天罡助剂有限公司的产品,抗氧剂B225选用北京燕联助剂公司产品,稀土光转换助剂选用湖南师大或山东淄博宽力公司产品,水滑石保温剂选用大连富美达公司产品。
其中:2420D型低密度聚乙烯不含有爽滑剂,熔体流动速率为1.0g/10min,产品的透光率较低,断裂伸长率较高,柔韧性较好,但拉伸强度较低。2426F型低密度聚乙烯含爽滑剂,熔体流动速率均为0.75g/10min,产品的透光率较高,断裂伸长率较低,柔韧性较差,但拉伸强度高。2426K型低密度聚乙烯含爽滑剂,熔体流动速率均为4.0g/10min,产品的透光率高,断裂伸长率高,柔韧性好,但拉伸强度较低。以上三种低密度聚乙烯按照科学的比列配合使用,其性能得到相互补充,可提高棚膜的生产膜泡稳定性和效率,提高强度、断裂伸长率的指标,提高透光率,延长使用寿命,确保产品质量。
2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯不含爽滑剂,熔体流动速率均为1.0g/10min,可提高薄膜产品的透明度、伸长率、柔韧性、耐穿刺性、耐老化性能以及生产的膜泡稳定性等。
V4110F型醋酸乙烯(EVA)不含爽滑剂,熔体流动速率均为1.0g/10min,其主要提高薄膜产品的保温性、透明度、伸长率、柔韧性、耐穿刺性等。
耐农药型光稳定剂A400能够防止果蔬上的酸性农药溅落在薄膜上致使薄膜提前老化,即将农药通过化学反应中和掉,延长薄膜的使用寿命。
光稳定剂944能够耐迁移性能好,性价比高,延长薄膜的使用寿命。
B225型复合抗氧剂是防止薄膜在加工过程中和使用过程中受热氧化而快速老化的复合助剂。
紫外线吸收剂是薄膜在使用过程中吸收破坏太阳光照中的紫外线,防止薄膜因紫外线照射而快速老化的助剂。
本发明在转光保温层所添加的稀土复合光转换剂,是稀土金属荧光化合物系稀土发光材料,它以碱土金属化合物为苦质,稀土金属及其它掺杂金属元素为激活剂,具有发光效率高、光热稳定性强、可转光源丰富、发射幅带宽,发射光谱与植物光合作用光谱相吻合等优点,其发射光谱分别为400-450nm、590-670nm,透光率在93-100%。在200-480nm范围的吸光率为100%,吸收的紫外光转化到红光区域的转化率为90-96%,提高产品光合作用效果和光能利用率,促进作物迅速发育生长成熟。
本发明在转光保温层所添加的水滑石保温剂是一种红外线阻隔率高的保温剂,夜间棚外温度低于棚内温度时,水滑石屏蔽棚内热量组织向外传导,保证棚内作物需要温度,防止冻伤。
本发明所制备产品的宽度4000-18000mm,厚度0.06-0.15mm。主要使用领域:该产品主要用于北方地区越冬番茄、茄子、辣椒、黄瓜、西瓜、葡萄、韭菜及各种花卉和蔬菜、水果的越冬日光温室、春拱棚等的覆盖栽培。产品不应有影响使用的气泡、杂质、条纹、穿孔、褶皱等缺陷,膜包装整齐,保护有效,防止粘连和刮伤。
本发明采用五层吹塑加外涂覆防护层技术,所制备的产品具有一下性能:
(1)卓越的透明性:采用高级烯烃原材料,雾度低,透明度高。这样早晨光线透过率高,散射率低,这样就会早晨升温迅速;
(2)超强的持续消雾、流滴能力:采用消雾流滴剂涂覆干燥处理,可以抑制雾气产生,消雾流滴期可达到与农膜使用寿命同步;
(3)强化保温性能:薄膜内部采用水滑石有机保温助剂,使棚内向外辐射的红外线大部分被反射回来,有效地控制了热量散失,保证了作物夜间的生长温度,缩短了成熟期,可有效防止夜间温度骤降造成对作物的冻害;
(4)使用寿命长:采用抗氧剂及光稳定剂,极大的延长了农膜的使用寿命,正常使用可达到3年以上,具有超强的拉伸强度及抗撕裂强度;
(5)防静电、不粘尘:采用转光、保温、光稳定剂等纳米材料技术,六层结构,表面防静电处理,无析出物,不易吸附灰尘,达到长久保持高透光的效果;
(6)增保温效果显著,比聚乙烯双防膜提高棚温1-5℃;防止紫外线和绿光对作物的危害,增加有益于植物生长的红橙光和蓝光,加快光合作用效率,能保持棚内及地表温度的基本稳定,减少棚内热量向外散失,能促进植物生长,缩短成熟周期,提前上市10天以上;提高果蔬主要质量指标:果实糖分提高10%以上,Vc含量提高18%以上,密度提高2%以上,可滴定酸降低10%左右,商品率提高20%以上,提高产量和经济效益分别20%以上。

如图1所示的一种农用多功能水晶PO转光大棚膜,它的厚度为0.056mm,按照大棚膜田间覆盖次序自内向外依次包括涂覆和流滴消雾释放层1、电晕处理和流滴消雾吸附层2、弹性体抗张层3、转光保温层4、保温复合层5和防老化保护层6,其中涂覆和流滴消雾释放层1的厚度为 10μm,电晕处理和流滴消雾吸附层2的厚度为10μm,弹性体抗张层3的厚度为8μm,保温复合层4的厚度为10μm,转光保温层5的厚度为10μm,防老化保护层6的厚度为8μm。
涂覆和流滴消雾释放层1由以下重量份的原料制备而成:阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基甲基溴化铵15份、十二烷基咪唑啉阳离子15份、阴离子类硬脂酸钠5份、十二烷基硫酸钠5份、仲烷基磺酸钠5份、十二酰基肌胺酸钠5份、非离子表面活性剂脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯20份、蔗糖酯类10份和硬脂酰乳酸钙5份。
电晕和流滴消雾吸附层2由以下重量份的原料制备而成:2426F型低密度聚乙烯10份、2420D型低密度聚乙烯15份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯60份、抗农药耐老化母料5份。
弹性体抗张层3由以下重量份的原料制备而成:2420D型低密度聚乙烯15份、2426F型低密度聚乙烯10份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯60份、6201FL弹性体5份、抗农药耐老化母料5份。
转光保温层4由以下重量份的原料制备而成:2426F型低密度聚乙烯25份、V4110F型醋酸乙烯(EVA)50份、2426K型低密度聚乙烯10份,抗农药耐老化母料5份、光转换母料3份、保温母料3份。

步骤八、按照保温复合层5的配方,称量2426F型低密度聚乙烯20份、V4110F型醋酸乙烯(EVA)20份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯30份、步骤三制备的保温母料3份、步骤一制备的抗农药耐老化母料5份,加入五层共挤吹膜机的第四料斗中均匀混合;
步骤九、按照防老化保护层6的配方,称量2426F型低密度聚乙烯10份、2420D型低密度聚乙烯15份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯60份、步骤一制备的抗农药耐老化母料5份,加入五层共挤吹膜机的第五料斗中均匀混合;
步骤十、控制五层共挤吹膜机的温度升高至160℃,启动五层共挤吹膜机,经过模头复合、吹胀、拉伸、冷却定型、涂层、烘干和收卷,待膜管稳定膜片宽度、厚度达到正常后,启动电晕处理装置,印刷、分切、收卷、检验,制备成农用水晶PO转光大棚膜。
经检验,上述方法所制备的农用水晶PO转光大棚膜纵向拉伸强度/横向拉伸强度为20MPa,断裂伸长率≧400%直角撕裂负荷为85kN/m,透光率为93%,雾度为20%,流滴失效时间为12d,流滴初滴时间为400s,流滴消雾持效期和使用寿命同步,达二年以上,物理机械性能超过国家标准GB/T20202-2006农业用乙烯—乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)吹塑棚膜指标。
实施例2
一种农用多功能水晶PO转光大棚膜,它的厚度为0.16mm,按照大棚膜田间覆盖次序自内向外依次包括涂覆和流滴消雾释放层1、电晕处理和流滴消雾吸附层2、弹性体抗张层3、转光保温层4、保温复合层5和防老化保护层6,其中涂覆和流滴消雾释放层1的厚度为 30μm,电晕处理和流滴消雾吸附层2的厚度为30μm,弹性体抗张层3的厚度为20μm,保温复合层4的厚度为30μm,转光保温层5的厚度为30μm,防老化保护层6的厚度为20μm。
涂覆和流滴消雾释放层1由以下重量份的原料制备而成:阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基甲基溴化铵25份、十二烷基咪唑啉阳离子25份、阴离子类硬脂酸钠10份、十二烷基硫酸钠10份、仲烷基磺酸钠10份、十二酰基肌胺酸钠10份、非离子表面活性剂脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯25份、蔗糖酯类15份和硬脂酰乳酸钙10份。

经检验,按照上述方法所制备的农用水晶PO转光大棚膜纵向拉伸强度/横向拉伸强度26MPa,断裂伸长率450%,直角撕裂负荷82kN/m,透光率90%,雾度20%,流滴失效时间13d,流滴初滴时间395s,流滴消雾持效期和使用寿命同步,达二年以上,物理机械性能超过国家标准GB/T20202-2006农业用乙烯—乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)吹塑棚膜指标。
实施例3
一种农用多功能水晶PO转光大棚膜,它的厚度为0.112mm,按照大棚膜田间覆盖次序自内向外依次包括涂覆和流滴消雾释放层1、电晕处理和流滴消雾吸附层2、弹性体抗张层3、转光保温层4、保温复合层5和防老化保护层6,其中涂覆和流滴消雾释放层1的厚度为20μm,电晕处理和流滴消雾吸附层2的厚度为20μm,弹性体抗张层3的厚度为16μm,保温复合层4的厚度为20μm,转光保温层5的厚度为20μm,防老化保护层6的厚度为16μm。
涂覆和流滴消雾释放层1由以下重量份的原料制备而成:阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基甲基溴化铵20份、十二烷基咪唑啉阳离子20份、阴离子类硬脂酸钠8份、十二烷基硫酸钠8份、仲烷基磺酸钠8份、十二酰基肌胺酸钠8份、非离子表面活性剂脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯23份、蔗糖酯类14份和硬脂酰乳酸钙8份。
电晕和流滴消雾吸附层2由以下重量份的原料制备而成:2426F型低密度聚乙烯13份、2420D型低密度聚乙烯18份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯65份、抗农药耐老化母料8份。
弹性体抗张层3由以下重量份的原料制备而成:2420D型低密度聚乙烯20份、2426F型低密度聚乙烯12份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯65份、6201FL弹性体8份、抗农药耐老化母料8份。

步骤八、按照保温复合层5的配方,称量2426F型低密度聚乙烯25份、V4110F型醋酸乙烯(EVA)25份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯35份、保温母料4份、步骤一制备的抗农药耐老化母料8份,加入五层共挤吹膜机的第四料斗中均匀混合;
步骤九、按照防老化保护层6的配方,称量2426F型低密度聚乙烯15份、2420D型低密度聚乙烯20份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯68份、步骤一制备的抗农药耐老化母料8份,加入五层共挤吹膜机的第五料斗中均匀混合;
步骤十、控制五层共挤吹膜机的温度升高至200℃,启动五层共挤吹膜机,经过模头复合、吹胀、拉伸、冷却定型、涂层、烘干和收卷,待膜管稳定膜片宽度、厚度达到正常后,启动电晕处理装置,印刷、分切、收卷、检验,制备成农用水晶PO转光大棚膜。
经检验,按照上述方法所制备的农用水晶PO转光大棚膜纵向拉伸强度/横向拉伸强度为21.5MPa,断裂伸长率为418%,直角撕裂负荷为81.5kN/m,透光率为90%,雾度为20%,流滴失效时间为12.5d,流滴初滴时间为395s,流滴消雾持效期和使用寿命同步,达二年以上,物理机械性能超过国家标准GB/T20202-2006农业用乙烯—乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)吹塑棚膜指标。
本发明采用五层吹塑加外涂覆防护层技术,所制备的产品具有卓越的透明性,超强的持续消雾、流滴能力,强化保温性能,使用寿命长,防静电、不粘尘,增保温效果显著。
Claims (10)
1.一种农用多功能水晶PO转光大棚膜,其特征在于:它的厚度为0.056-0.16mm,按照大棚膜田间覆盖次序自内向外依次包括涂覆和流滴消雾释放层(1)、电晕处理和流滴消雾吸附层(2)、弹性体抗张层(3)、转光保温层(4)、保温复合层(5)和防老化保护层(6),其中涂覆和流滴消雾释放层(1)的厚度为 10-30μm,电晕处理和流滴消雾吸附层(2)的厚度为10-30μm,弹性体抗张层(3)的厚度为8-20μm,保温复合层(4)的厚度为10-30μm,转光保温层(5)的厚度为10-30μm,防老化保护层(6)的厚度为8-20μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种农用多功能水晶PO转光大棚膜,其特征在于:所述涂覆和流滴消雾释放层(1)由以下重量份的原料制备而成:阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基甲基溴化铵15-25份、十二烷基咪唑啉阳离子15-25份、阴离子类硬脂酸钠5-10份、十二烷基硫酸钠5-10份、仲烷基磺酸钠5-10份、十二酰基肌胺酸钠5-10份、非离子表面活性剂脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯20-25份、蔗糖酯类10-15份和硬脂酰乳酸钙5-10份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种农用多功能水晶PO转光大棚膜,其特征在于:所述电晕和流滴消雾吸附层(2)由以下重量份的原料制备而成:2426F型低密度聚乙烯10-20份、2420D型低密度聚乙烯15-25份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯60-75份、抗农药耐老化母料5-10份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种农用多功能水晶PO转光大棚膜,其特征在于:所述弹性体抗张层(3)由以下重量份的原料制备而成:2420D型低密度聚乙烯15-25份、2426F型低密度聚乙烯10-20份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯60-75份、6201FL弹性体5-10份、抗农药耐老化母料5-10份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种农用多功能水晶PO转光大棚膜,其特征在于:所述转光保温层(4)由以下重量份的原料制备而成:2426F型低密度聚乙烯25-35份、V4110F型醋酸乙烯(EVA)50-60份、2426K型低密度聚乙烯10-20份,抗农药耐老化母料5-10份、光转换母料3-5份、保温母料3-5份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种农用多功能水晶PO转光大棚膜,其特征在于:所述保温复合层(5)由以下重量份的原料制备而成:2426F型低密度聚乙烯20-30份、V4110F型醋酸乙烯(EVA)20-30份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯30-40份、保温母料3-5份、抗农药耐老化母料5-10份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种农用多功能水晶PO转光大棚膜,其特征在于:所述防老化保护层(6)由以下重量份的原料制备而成:2426F型低密度聚乙烯10-20份、2420D型低密度聚乙烯15-25份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯60-75份、抗农药耐老化母料5-10份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种农用多功能水晶PO转光大棚膜,其特征在于:所述抗农药耐老化母料由以下重量份的原料制备而成:粉状7042型线型低密度聚乙烯25-30份、7042型线型低密度聚乙烯20-30份、2420K型低密度聚乙烯20-30份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯20-30份、944型高效光稳定剂0.5-1.0份、B225型复合抗氧剂0.1-0.2份和UV326型紫外线吸收剂0.15-0.3份。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种农用多功能水晶PO转光大棚膜,其特征在于:所述光转换母料由以下重量份的原料制备而成:粉状7042型线型低密度聚乙烯25-30份、7042型线型低密度聚乙烯25-30份、2426H型低密度聚乙烯25-30份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯15-25份、B225型复合抗氧剂0.15-0.3份,光转换助剂7.5-10份,水滑石保温剂0.2-0.6份;所述保温母料由以下重量份的原料制备而成:粉状7042型线型低密度聚乙烯25-30份、7042型线型低密度聚乙烯25-30份、2426H型低密度聚乙烯25-30份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯15-25份、B225型复合抗氧剂0.15-0.3份,水滑石保温剂0.2-0.6份。
10.一种农用多功能水晶PO转光大棚膜的制备方法,所述农用水晶PO转光大棚膜如权利要求9所述,其特征在于:它包括以下步骤:
步骤一、按照抗农药耐老化母料的配方,称量粉状7042型线型低密度聚乙烯25-30份、7042型线型低密度聚乙烯20-30份、2420K型低密度聚乙烯20-30份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯20-30份、944型高效光稳定剂0.5-1.0份、B225型复合抗氧剂0.1-0.2份和UV326型紫外线吸收剂0.15-0.3份,加入到双螺杆塑料挤出机中,双螺杆塑料挤出机的温度为160-220℃,制造出抗农药耐老化母料;
步骤二、按照光转换保温母料的配方,称量粉状7042型线型低密度聚乙烯25-30份、7042型线型低密度聚乙烯25-30份、2426H型低密度聚乙烯25-30份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯15-25份、B225型复合抗氧剂0.15-0.3份,光转换助剂7.5-10份,水滑石保温剂0.2-0.6份,加入到双螺杆塑料挤出机中,双螺杆塑料挤出机的温度为160-220℃,制造出光转换保温母料;
步骤三、按照保温母料的配方,称量粉状7042型线型低密度聚乙烯25-30份、7042型线型低密度聚乙烯25-30份、2426H型低密度聚乙烯25-30份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯15-25份、B225型复合抗氧剂0.15-0.3份,水滑石保温剂0.2-0.6份,加入到双螺杆塑料挤出机中,双螺杆塑料挤出机的温度为160-220℃,制造出光保温母料;
步骤四、按照涂覆和流滴消雾释放层(1)的配方,称量阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基甲基溴化铵15-25份、十二烷基咪唑啉阳离子15-25份、阴离子类硬脂酸钠5-10份、十二烷基硫酸钠5-10份、仲烷基磺酸钠5-10份、十二酰基肌胺酸钠5-10份、非离子表面活性剂脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯20-25份、蔗糖酯类10-15份和硬脂酰乳酸钙5-10份,加入到常温下带有搅拌器的涂覆槽中,将原料与纯净水按照重量比为1:100的比例进行稀释混配出涂覆和流滴消雾释放层涂覆液材料;
步骤五、按照电晕处理和流滴消雾吸附层(2)的配方,称量2426F型低密度聚乙烯10-20份、2420D型低密度聚乙烯15-25份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯60-75份、抗农药耐老化母料5-10份,加入五层共挤吹膜机的第一个料斗中均匀混合;
步骤六、按照弹性体抗张层(3)的配方,称量2420D型低密度聚乙烯15-25份、2426F型低密度聚乙烯10-20份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯60-75份、6201FL弹性体5-10份、步骤一制备的抗农药耐老化母料5-10份,加入五层共挤吹膜机的第二个料斗中均匀混合;
步骤七、按照转光保温层(4)的配方,称量2426F型低密度聚乙烯25-35份、V4110F型醋酸乙烯(EVA)50-60份、2426K型低密度聚乙烯10-20份、步骤一制备的抗农药耐老化母料5-10份、步骤二制备的光转换母料3-5份,步骤三制备的保温母料3-5份,加入五层共挤吹膜机的第三料斗中均匀混合;
步骤八、按照保温复合层(5)的配方,称量2426F型低密度聚乙烯20-30份、V4110F型醋酸乙烯(EVA)20-30份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯30-40份、步骤三制备的保温母料3-5份、步骤一制备的抗农药耐老化母料5-10份,加入五层共挤吹膜机的第四料斗中均匀混合;
步骤九、按照防老化保护层(6)的配方,称量2426F型低密度聚乙烯10-20份、2420D型低密度聚乙烯15-25份、2010MA型茂金属线性聚乙烯60-75份、步骤一制备的抗农药耐老化母料5-10份,加入五层共挤吹膜机的第五料斗中均匀混合;
步骤十、控制五层共挤吹膜机的温度升高至160-220℃,启动五层共挤吹膜机,经过模头复合、吹胀、拉伸、冷却定型、涂层、烘干和收卷,待膜管稳定膜片宽度、厚度达到正常后,启动电晕处理装置,印刷、分切、收卷、检验,制备成农用水晶PO转光大棚膜。
