The utility model provides a van rear door lock mechanism which characterized in that: the rear door comprises a cargo compartment, door leaves, rotating shafts, clamping blocks, leaf springs, swing rods, U-shaped seats, fixing blocks, positioning blocks, swing blocks, sliding rods, sliding pins, round sleeves, screws, internal thread sleeves, torsion wheels, limiting blocks, limiting springs and thin steel wires, wherein two vertical rotating shafts are symmetrically arranged on the two door leaves of the rear door of the cargo compartment, and each rotating shaft is in rotating fit with three supports arranged on the door leaves; each rotating shaft is connected with a corresponding door leaf through a leaf spring for rotationally resetting the rotating shaft; two ends of each rotating shaft are respectively provided with two clamping blocks at intervals along the axial direction; four fixed blocks which correspond to two ends of the two rotating shafts one by one are arranged on the end surface of the rear door of the cargo compartment, and a positioning block is arranged on each fixed block; each positioning block is hinged with a swinging block, one end of each swinging block is matched with the two clamping blocks at one end of the corresponding rotating shaft;
one end of the swinging block, which is not matched with the clamping block, is hinged with a sliding rod sliding in the sliding groove A on the cargo compartment through a sliding pin parallel to the rotating shaft; the sliding pin is arranged at one end of the sliding rod and slides in the sliding groove C on the swinging block; the tail end of each sliding rod is provided with a round sleeve with the same central axis, and the round sleeve is positioned in a transmission groove on the inner wall of the cargo compartment; the screw rod which is screwed with the internal thread sleeve arranged in the transmission groove is rotationally matched with the round sleeve; the tail end of the screw rod is provided with a manually-rotated torsion wheel; each fixed block is slidably matched with a limit block matched with the arc-shaped groove on the corresponding fixture block along the direction parallel to the central axis of the rotating shaft, and a limit spring for resetting the limit block is nested on the limit block; the limiting block is provided with a driving inclined plane matched with the clamping block; one end of the swinging block, which is matched with the two corresponding clamping blocks, drives the corresponding limiting block to move through the thin steel wire; each rotating shaft is hinged with a swing rod which swings in the vertical direction; the swing rod is matched with a U-shaped seat arranged on a corresponding door leaf so as to limit the rotation of the rotating shaft.
