Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to effectively and accurately detect the condition of missing report of the power failure event of the outgoing line of a 10kV line, and provides a method and a system for automatically detecting the missing report of the power failure event of the outgoing line of the 10kV line on the basis of acquired data.
The technical scheme of the invention is that the method for automatically detecting the failure report of the outgoing line power failure event of the 10kV line does not need to consider the parameter factors of the medium voltage distribution network line, and only needs to determine the attribution relationship of the line and the distribution transformer; collecting current on the outlet side of a 10kV line transformer substation, switching-on and switching-off and protection information of an outgoing line switch, and collecting voltage and current on the outlet side of a distribution transformer and power-off event information; and processing and analyzing the acquired data according to a distribution transformer power failure event generation rule, a 10kV line outgoing power failure event generation rule, a 10kV line study judgment power failure event generation rule and a 10kV line outgoing power failure event report omission check rule to obtain a 10kV line outlet power failure event report omission condition.
The method comprises the following specific steps:
(1) collecting outlet current of a 10kV line by using a transformer substation outlet voltage and current collecting device; sampling interval is 15 minutes or 30 minutes, and on-off and protection information of the outgoing line switch is collected simultaneously;
(2) collecting the voltage and current at the outlet side of the distribution transformer by using a voltage and current collecting device at the outlet of the distribution transformer; sampling interval is 15 minutes or 30 minutes, and meanwhile, power-on stopping event information of the distribution transformer is collected;
(3) sequencing distribution transformer power failure events in the analysis period according to power failure starting time, and grouping according to the line to which the distribution transformer power failure events belong; grouping distribution transformer power failure events of the same line again according to the power failure starting time difference; each group of distribution transformer power failure events generates 10kV line study and judgment power failure events, the average value of the power failure starting time of each group of distribution transformer power failure events is the power failure starting time of the 10kV line study and judgment power failure events, the average value of the power failure ending time of each group of distribution transformer power failure events is the power failure ending time of the 10kV line study and judgment power failure events, and the fields of the city, the operation unit, the transformer substation, the line name, the distribution transformer power failure station number and the connected distribution transformer station number to which the 10kV line study and judgment power failure events belong are added; finally, a 10kV line generated by a distribution transformer power failure event is researched and judged to be a power failure event to be traversed, and whether the opening and closing information of the outgoing line switch exists or not during the power failure period; if the power failure event exists, the power failure event of the outgoing line of the 10kV line is not reported in a missing way; if the current does not exist, continuously judging whether the outgoing line current of the line of the power failure event exists in two continuous collection points smaller than 1A during the power failure period by the 10kV line; if yes, judging that the power failure event of the outgoing line of the 10kV line is not reported; otherwise, judging that the power failure event of the 10kV line outgoing line is not reported in a missing way.
The power distribution and transformation outage event generation rule is as follows:
the distribution transformer outlet three-phase voltage and current data are combined to verify a distribution transformer power failure event, if the distribution transformer power failure event is in the power failure period and two continuous acquisition point values of a phase voltage or a current value are not zero in the three-phase voltage or the three-phase current, the distribution transformer power failure event is judged to be mistaken, and the distribution transformer power failure event is correspondingly eliminated; otherwise, generating a verified distribution transformer power failure event ckpbtdet, wherein the field comprises a local city, an operation unit, a transformer substation, a line, a distribution transformer name, power failure starting time and power failure ending time;
ckpbtdet is { local city, operation unit, substation, line to which it belongs, distribution transformation name, blackout start time, blackout end time, … }.
According to the distribution transformer power failure event generation rule, all distribution transformer power failure events in the analysis period are taken and sorted in an ascending order according to the power failure starting time, and a distribution transformer power failure event sequence ckpbtdetlist is generated.

The generation rule of the 10kV line outgoing line power failure event is as follows:
generating a 10kV line outgoing line power failure event, abbreviated as ckxltdet, by substation outgoing line switch opening and closing and protection information, wherein fields comprise a local city, an operation unit, a substation, a line name, power failure starting time and power failure ending time;

According to the rule for generating the outgoing line power failure events of the 10kV line, all outgoing line power failure events of the 10kV line during analysis are taken, ascending sequencing is carried out according to the power failure starting time, and the outgoing line power failure event sequence ckxltdelist of the 10kV line is generated.

The missing reporting check rule of the 10kV line outgoing power failure event is as follows:
traversing the power failure event sequence ybbxllttlist judged on the 10kV line, and judging that the power failure event of the 10kV line is not missed as long as the power failure starting time of any one 10kV line power failure event in the power failure event sequence ckxllttlist judged on the 10kV line is within 45 minutes before and after the power failure starting time of the power failure event bxlltdet judged on the 10kV line; if not, continuously studying and judging whether the outgoing line current of the power failure event ybxltdet has not less than 2 continuous acquisition points less than 1A during the power failure by the 10kV line; if yes, judging that the power failure event of the outgoing line of the 10kV line is not reported, defining the judged power failure event ybbxltdet of the current 10kV line as the power failure event cxlbxltdet of the outgoing line of the 10kV line, and otherwise, judging that the power failure event of the outgoing line of the 10kV line is not reported.
A kind of 10kV circuit outlet power failure incident fails to report the automatic check-up system, it is a kind of computer equipment, including memorizer, processor and computer program stored on memorizer and run on processor, the said processor implements the following steps when carrying out the said program:
(1) inputting the line outlet current data, outgoing switch opening and closing and protection information acquired by the transformer substation acquisition device into a database memory to generate a 10kV line outgoing power failure event sequence;
(2) inputting the distribution area outlet voltage, current data and distribution transformer power-on stopping event information acquired by the distribution area acquisition device into a database memory to generate a distribution power failure event sequence; generating a 10kV line research and judgment power failure event sequence; generating a 10kV line power failure event after traversing;
(3) judging whether a 10kV line outgoing line power failure event exists within 45min before and after the power failure starting time of the 10kV line research and judgment power failure event;
(4) if the 10kV line outgoing line power failure event exists, the 10kV line outgoing line power failure event is not reported in a missing mode; if no 10kV line outgoing power failure event exists, judging whether an outgoing line current value of the 10kV line has two continuous acquisition points smaller than 1A during the power failure event;
(5) if two continuous collection points smaller than 1A do not exist, the power failure event of the outgoing line of the 10kV line is not reported in a missing way; if two continuous collection points smaller than 1A exist, the alarm is missed in the power failure event of the 10kV line outgoing line;
(6) the method comprises the following steps of defining a 10kV line study and judgment power failure event as a 10kV line outgoing power failure report missing event;
(7) judging whether the 10kV line research power failure event sequence has a 10kV line research power failure event or not, and if the 10kV line research power failure event sequence has a 10kV line research power failure event, turning to the step (2); if not, the test is finished.
The method and the system for automatically detecting the missing report of the 10kV line outgoing line power failure event have the advantages that the existing electrical acquisition devices of the transformer substation and the distribution substation are fully utilized, no additional hardware is needed, and the missing report detection of the 10kV line outgoing line power failure event can be realized through computer executable program codes. Aiming at the problems of missed report and false report of distribution transformer power failure events, the accuracy of studying and judging the power failure events of the 10kV line is improved by reasonably setting the threshold value of the number of distribution transformer power failure events, and the missed report detection rate of the power failure events of the 10kV line is improved by comprehensively studying and judging the outgoing line current of the line. Aiming at the problem of asynchrony of concentrator clocks, distribution transformer power failure events are sequenced according to power failure starting time in the same line, and adjacent distribution transformer power failure events adopt a time difference method to set a threshold value so as to solve the problem of asynchrony of concentrator clocks in a distribution area, and the generation of 10kV line study judgment power failure events is facilitated.
Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the method for automatically checking the failure report of the power failure event of the outgoing line of the 10kV line in the embodiment includes the following specific steps:
(1) acquiring data of a transformer substation: the method comprises the steps of utilizing a substation outgoing line electric acquisition device to acquire the current value of the outlet side of a 10kV line substation, wherein the sampling interval is generally 15 minutes or 30 minutes, adopting a voltage transformer V/V connection method by a voltage transformer, adopting an incomplete star connection method by a current transformer, and simultaneously acquiring outgoing line opening and closing and protection signals of the line by a substation RTU.
(2) The transformer area acquisition device is used for acquiring three-phase voltage and current values at the outlet side of the distribution transformer, the sampling interval is generally 15 minutes or 30 minutes, a voltage transformer is not additionally arranged on the voltage, the electric energy meter is directly acquired, the current transformer adopts star connection, and meanwhile, the concentrator acquires power-off event information of the distribution transformer.
(3) Define the following events
The power failure event of the 10kV line generated by the distribution transformer power failure event set is defined as a power failure event researched and judged for the 10kV line, and is abbreviated as ybxltdet;
a 10kV power failure event generated by the switching-on and switching-off of the outgoing switch of the transformer substation and the protection information is defined as a 10kV line outgoing power failure event, which is abbreviated as ckxltdet;
and a distribution transformer power failure event generated by the power-off event information uploaded by the zone concentrator is defined as a distribution transformer power failure event, which is abbreviated as ckpbtdet.
(4) Sequencing distribution transformer power failure events in the analysis period according to power failure starting time, and grouping according to the line to which the distribution transformer power failure events belong; grouping distribution transformer power failure events of the same line again according to the power failure starting time difference; each group of distribution transformer power failure events generates 10kV line study and judgment power failure events, the average value of the power failure starting time of each group of distribution transformer power failure events is the power failure starting time of the 10kV line study and judgment power failure events, the average value of the power failure ending time of each group of distribution transformer power failure events is the power failure ending time of the 10kV line study and judgment power failure events, and the fields of the city, the operation unit, the transformer substation, the line name, the distribution transformer power failure station number and the connected distribution transformer station number to which the 10kV line study and judgment power failure events belong are added; finally, a 10kV line generated by a distribution transformer power failure event is researched and judged to be a power failure event to be traversed, and whether the opening and closing information of the outgoing line switch exists or not during the power failure period; if the power failure event of the 10kV line outgoing line does not fail to report, judging whether the power failure event of the 10kV line outgoing line exists; if the current does not exist, continuously judging whether the outgoing line current of the line of the power failure event exists in two continuous collection points smaller than 1A during the power failure period by the 10kV line; if yes, judging that the power failure event of the outgoing line of the 10kV line is not reported; otherwise, judging that the power failure event of the 10kV line outgoing line is not reported in a missing way.
