技术领域
本公开涉及灯具技术领域,特别涉及一种防拉脱装饰灯和防拉脱灯串。
背景技术
在现有的景观装饰灯具中,通常会使用到引脚式封装的LED(Light EmittingDiode,发光二极管)作为光源器件,引脚式封装LED采用引线架作为引脚,是最先研发成功投放市场的封装结构,其品种数量繁多,技术成熟度较高,是目前灯具行业中最方便、经济的解决方案。然而市面上使用到引脚式封装LED的装饰灯大多数是把引脚式封装LED直接焊接在电源线上,由于焊锡的抗拉拔能力较差,在风力比较大的室外环境中或者是有小孩经常拿来拉拔和玩弄的情况下,焊接的连接方式容易造成引脚式封装LED从电源线上脱落,使电源线的导电部分暴露在空气中,容易造成触电的危险,对人身安全造成威胁。另外引脚式封装LED通过焊锡连接容易发生虚焊,从而导致引脚式封装LED发光异常,影响装饰灯的美观性。
发明内容
本公开旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本公开提出一种防拉脱装饰灯和防拉脱灯串,具有良好的抗拉拔性能,并且可以防止虚焊的发生。
根据本公开第一方面实施例的防拉脱装饰灯,包括:
光源,所述光源包括发光芯片和引线架,所述引线架的第一端与所述发光芯片电连接,所述引线架的第二端设置有引脚;
连接线,所述连接线包括导电线和绝缘层,所述绝缘层覆盖于所述导电线的侧壁上,位于所述连接线的一端的导电线凸出于所述绝缘层并形成接线头,连接线的另一端用于与驱动电源电连接;
导电端子,所述导电端子的第一端设置有第一夹片,所述导电端子的第二端设置有第二夹片,所述第一夹片卷压在所述引脚上,所述第二夹片卷压在所述接线头上;
绝缘塑胶,所述绝缘塑胶包围于所述接线头、所述引脚和所述导电端子,所述绝缘塑胶用于防止所述引脚被短路和/或漏电。
根据本公开第一方面实施例的防拉脱装饰灯,至少具有如下有益效果:
引线架的引脚设置于第一夹片上,所述第一夹片包围所述引脚并与所述引脚紧密接触,利用所述第一夹片与所述引脚之间的摩擦力将所述引线架固定在导电端子的一端;连接线的接线头设置于第二夹片上,所述第二夹片包围所述接线头并与所述接线头紧密接触,利用所述第二夹片与所述接线头之间的摩擦力将所述连接线固定于所述导电端子的另一端;所述连接线的导电线与所述光源的发光芯片通过所述导电端子电连接。在所述接线头、所述引脚和所述导电端子的表面上覆盖有绝缘塑胶,所述绝缘塑胶能够防止所述引脚被短路,防止所述接线头、所述导电端子和所述引脚漏电,并且能够加强所述引脚和所述接线头与所述导电端子之间的连接。所述导电端子通过所述第一夹片和所述第二夹片握紧所述引脚和所述接线头,从而可以加强抗拉拔能力,另外所述接线头与所述引脚之间无需通过焊接便能实现电连接,有效避免虚焊的发生。本公开的防拉脱装饰灯结构简单,制造成本低。
根据本公开的一些实施例,所述导电端子设置有连接片,所述连接片的一端与所述第一夹片连接,所述连接片的另一端与所述第二夹片连接,所述接线头和所述引脚通过所述连接片间接电连接。
根据本公开的一些实施例,所述第一夹片的与所述连接片连接的部位为圆弧状,所述第一夹片的与所述导电端子的轴向垂直的两侧朝所述第一夹片的同一面弯曲。
根据本公开的一些实施例,所述第二夹片的与所述连接片连接的部位为圆弧状,所述第二夹片的与所述导电端子的轴向垂直的两侧朝所述第二夹片的同一面弯曲。
根据本公开的一些实施例,所述导电端子还包括第三夹片,所述第三夹片与所述第二夹片的远离所述连接片的一端连接,所述第二夹片用于卷压在靠近于所述接线头的所述导电线上,所述第三夹片用于卷压在靠近于所述接线头的所述绝缘层上。

线缆上设置有连接线,所述连接线通过导电端子与光源的引脚连接,使所述光源具有良好的抗拉拔能力,同时可以避免虚焊的情况发生。在所述光源的引脚、所述导电端子和所述连接线的接线头的表面覆盖有绝缘塑胶,所述绝缘塑胶起到防止引脚短路、防止漏电以及加强抗拉拔能力的作用。本公开的防拉脱灯串能够布置于风力较大或者小孩较多的使用场合,由于本公开的防拉脱灯串具有良好的抗拉拔性能,因此能够防止由于所述光源被拔掉而导致所述线缆漏电的情况,所述线缆的电源接口能够连接高于人体安全电压的驱动电源。

本公开的描述中,除非另有明确的限定,设置、安装、连接等词语应做广义理解,所属技术领域技术人员可以结合技术方案的具体内容合理确定上述词语在本公开中的具体含义。
下面结合附图详细描述本公开第一方面实施例的防拉脱装饰灯。
参照图1和图2,本公开的一个实施例提供了一种防拉脱装饰灯,包括:光源100、连接线200、导电端子300和绝缘塑胶400。其中光源100包括发光芯片110和引线架120,引线架120包括第一引脚121和第二引脚122,第一引脚121的一端与发光芯片110的正极电连接,第二引脚122的一端与发光芯片110的负极电连接,发光芯片110和引线架120的与发光芯片110连接的一端被封装于透明的环氧树脂灯罩130内。在本实施例中,导电端子300的数量为两个,导电端子300的两端分别设置有第一夹片310和第二夹片320,第一引脚121和第二引脚122的远离灯罩130的一端分别设置于导电端子300的第一夹片310上,第一夹片310分别以第一引脚121和第二引脚122的轴向为轴心紧密地包围第一引脚121和第二引脚122,第一夹片310通过压力与摩擦力分别将第一引脚121和第二引脚122固定在第一夹片310所形成的紧固圈内。连接线200包括导电线210和绝缘层220,绝缘层220覆盖于导电线210的侧壁上,在连接线200的一端设置有接线头230,接线头230处的导电线210凸出于绝缘层220。在本实施例中连接线200的数量为两条,两条连接线200用于与驱动电源的正极和负极连接。接线头230设置于导电端子300的第二夹片320中,第二夹片320以接线头230的轴向为轴心紧密地包围接线头230,第二夹片320通过摩擦力将接线头230固定在第二夹片320所形成的紧固圈内。为了防止第一引脚121和第二引脚122发生短路,以及防止引线架120的设置在灯罩130外部的部分、导电端子300和接线头230对外放电,在引线架120的设置在灯罩130外部的部分、导电端子300和接线头230的表面覆盖有绝缘塑胶400,在实际生产中,可以通过注塑的方式将绝缘塑胶400注塑成型在第一引脚121、第二引脚122、导电端子300和接线头230的周围,也可以使用带过孔的绝缘塑胶400套接在第一引脚121、第二引脚122、导电端子300和接线头230附近的表面上。
另外,在导电端子300的中部设置有连接片330,连接片330的一端与第一夹片310连接,连接片330的另一端与第二夹片320连接。第一引脚121和第二引脚122分别被第一夹片310夹紧,连接线200的接线头230被第二夹片320夹紧,接线头230与第一引脚121、第二引脚122分别通过连接片330间接电连接,第一夹片310与第二夹片320相互独立且互不影响,当光源发生故障需要更换时,只需要松开第一夹片310即可,不影响第二夹片320与接线头230之间的连接,便于维修和大批量生产。通过片状的连接片330连接第一夹片310和第二夹片320,可以减少第一夹片310与第二夹片320之间的电阻,减少导电端子300对光源100亮度的影响。
进一步地,导电端子300的材质为纯铜或铜合金,利用铜良好的导电性能和延展性能,减少了光源100和连接线200之间的阻抗,加强了本实施例的机械强度。
本实施例的防拉脱装饰灯通过导电端子300的第一夹片310和第二夹片320包围并夹紧引线架120的第一引脚121、第二引脚122和连接线200的接线头230,使光源100不容易被拉离连接线200,使本实施例具有良好的抗拉拔能力,可以避免连接线200裸露在空气中而造成的安全隐患;本实例的光源100和连接线200无需焊接,避免了焊接所造成的虚焊问题,能够避免虚焊导致的发光异常。引线架120的设置在灯罩130外部的部分、导电端子300和接线头230的表面覆盖有绝缘塑胶400,可以进一步提高本实施的抗拉拔能力,防止第一引脚121和第二引脚122被压迫而发生短路,另外还可以防止这些部位对外漏电造成的安全隐患。本实施例的防拉脱装饰灯可以通过无焊接的方式将光源100连接于连接线200上,生产过程中不产生有毒气体,减轻对环境的污染。
参照图3和图4,本公开的另一个实施例提供了一种防拉脱装饰灯,在上述实施例的基础上,在第二夹片320的远离连接片330的一端连接有第三夹片340。第二夹片320和第三夹片340分别用于夹紧接线头230附近的导电线210和绝缘层220,具体地,第二夹片320和第三夹片340以接线头230的轴向为轴心紧密地包围接线头230,第二夹片320通过摩擦力将接线头230附近的导电线210固定在第二夹片320所形成的紧固圈内,第三夹片340通过摩擦力将接线头230附近的绝缘层220固定在第三夹片320所形成的紧固圈内。由于绝缘层220覆盖于导电线210的侧壁上,因此,绝缘层220的直径大于导电线210的直径,通过第二夹片320和第三夹片340对接线头230处的导电线210和绝缘层220分别进行卷压和夹紧,能够增加第二夹片320和第三夹片340与导电线210和绝缘层220的接触面积,使第二夹片320与导电线210、第三夹片340与绝缘层220充分接触,防止绝缘层220影响第二夹片320与导电线210之间的接触,提高第二夹片320与导电线210之间的摩擦力,增强本实施例的抗拉拔能力。
进一步地,第一夹片310、第二夹片320的与连接片330连接的部位为圆弧状,第三夹片340的与第二夹片320连接的部位为圆弧状,第一夹片310、第二夹片320和第三夹片340的与导电端子300的轴向垂直的两侧分别向第一夹片310、第二夹片320和第三夹片340的同一面弯曲,形成底部弯曲的V形结构。由于光源100的第一引脚121和第二引脚122以及连接线200的导电线210和绝缘层220为柱形结构,底部为圆弧状的第一夹片310、第二夹片320和第三夹片340能够与第一引脚121、第二引脚122、导电线210和绝缘层220的表面充分接触,增加第一夹片310、第二夹片320和第三夹片340与第一引脚121、第二引脚122、导电线210和绝缘层220之间的摩擦力。第一夹片310、第二夹片320和第三夹片340的与导电端子300的轴向垂直的两侧分别向第一夹片310、第二夹片320和第三夹片340的同一面弯曲,便于机器对第一夹片310、第二夹片320和第三夹片340进行加工,易于使第一夹片310、第二夹片320和第三夹片340包围和压合在第一引脚121、第二引脚122、导电线210和绝缘层220上,使本实施例能够适用于大规模生产,提高本实施例的生产效率。
另外,第一夹片310沿导电端子300的周向的长度大于或等于第一引脚121、第二引脚122的周向的长度,第二夹片320沿导电端子300的周向的长度大于或等于导电线210的周向的长度,使第一夹片310和第二夹片至少能覆盖于第一引脚121、第二引脚122和导电线210的表面一周,增大第一夹片310和第二夹片320与第一引脚121、第二引脚122和导电线210的接触面积,增加第一夹片310和第二夹片320与第一引脚121、第二引脚122和导电线210之间的摩擦力,提高本实施例的抗拉拔能力。
参照图5,本公开的另一个实施例提供了一种防拉脱装饰灯,在上述实施例的基础上,绝缘塑胶400远离导电端子300的一面包围有塑料层500,塑料层500将绝缘塑胶400封装在塑料层500的内部,使第一引脚121、第二引脚122、导电端子300和接线头230被封装在塑料层500的内部,增强了这些部位的绝缘性能,同时,通过将塑料层500设计成不同的造型,可以使本实施例更加美观。塑料层500可以是采用热封塑料管套接在绝缘塑胶400上,然后通过对热封塑料管加热,使热封塑料管收缩并紧密包裹在绝缘塑胶400上,也可以通过注塑的方式,在绝缘塑胶400的表面啤注出各种不同的造型。
下面结合附图详细描述本公开第二方面实施例的防拉脱灯串。
参考图6,本公开的一个实施例提供了一种防拉脱灯串,包括上述第一方面实施例的防拉脱装饰灯和线缆600,在线缆600的轴向上,每隔一段距离引出一对连接线200,光源100的第一引脚121和第二引脚122通过导电端子300与线连接线200电连接,各个光源100并联在线缆600上。线缆600的一端设置有电源接口610,电源接口610上设置有正极端子611和负极端子612,正极端子611与光源100的第一引脚121电连接,负极端子612与光源100的第二引脚122电连接,电源接口610的正极端子611和负极端子612分别与驱动电源的正极输出端和负极输出端电连接。由于本实施例的光源100与连接线200之间采用导电端子300卷压的方式进行连接,并且在导电端子300、第一引脚121、第二引脚122和接线头230的周围使用绝缘塑胶400进行固定,因此光源100具有较强的抗拉拔性能,可以避免光源100被拉脱后连接线200暴露在空气中造成触电的风险,使本实施例能够使用输出电压为任意值的驱动电源进行驱动,并且可以使防拉脱装饰灯并联连接,从而能够增加线缆600的长度,使本实施例可以用来布置在长度较长的物体上,适用于不同的场合。
参考图7,本公开的另一个实施例提供了一种防拉脱灯串,包括上述第一方面实施例的防拉脱装饰灯和线缆600,线缆600的一端设置有电源接口610,电源接口610上设置有正极端子611和负极端子612,上述第一方面实施例的防拉脱装饰灯连接在线缆600的连接线200上并通过线缆600串联在正极端子611和负极端子612之间。由于光源100通过导电端子300与线缆600的连接线200电连接,具有较强的抗拉拔性能,可以避免光源100被拉脱后光源100与线缆600的连接端被暴露在空气中造成触电的风险,使本实施例能够使用输出电压为任意值的驱动电源进行驱动,可以提高电源的驱动能力或串接灯体的数量,避免因线缆600过长或串接的灯体过多而造成的亮度不足,节省连接外部电源的数量,增加布线长度,适用于不同的场合。
由于本公开实施例的防拉脱灯串包括了如上述任一项实施例的防拉脱装饰灯,因此,本公开实施例的防拉脱灯串具备如上述任一项实施例的防拉脱装饰灯所带来的技术效果,所以,本公开实施例的防拉脱灯串的具体技术效果,可参照上述任一项实施例的防拉脱装饰灯的技术效果,此处不再赘述。
上面结合附图对本公开实施例作了详细说明,但是本公开不限于上述实施例,在所述技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本公开宗旨的前提下做出各种变化。

Claims (10)

1.一种防拉脱装饰灯,其特征在于,包括:
光源,所述光源包括发光芯片和引线架,所述引线架的第一端与所述发光芯片电连接,所述引线架的第二端设置有引脚;
连接线,所述连接线包括导电线和绝缘层,所述绝缘层覆盖于所述导电线的侧壁上,位于所述连接线的一端的所述导电线凸出于所述绝缘层并形成接线头,所述连接线的另一端用于与驱动电源电连接;
导电端子,所述导电端子的第一端设置有第一夹片,所述导电端子的第二端设置有第二夹片,所述第一夹片卷压在所述引脚上,所述第二夹片卷压在所述接线头上;
绝缘塑胶,所述绝缘塑胶包围于所述接线头、所述引脚和所述导电端子,所述绝缘塑胶用于防止所述引脚被短路和/或漏电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防拉脱装饰灯,其特征在于,所述导电端子设置有连接片,所述连接片的一端与所述第一夹片连接,所述连接片的另一端与所述第二夹片连接,所述接线头和所述引脚通过所述连接片间接电连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防拉脱装饰灯,其特征在于,所述第一夹片的与所述连接片连接的部位为圆弧状,所述第一夹片的与所述导电端子的轴向垂直的两侧朝所述第一夹片的同一面弯曲。
4.根据权利要求2所述的防拉脱装饰灯,其特征在于,所述第二夹片的与所述连接片连接的部位为圆弧状,所述第二夹片的与所述导电端子的轴向垂直的两侧朝所述第二夹片的同一面弯曲。
5.根据权利要求2所述的防拉脱装饰灯,其特征在于,所述导电端子还包括第三夹片,所述第三夹片与所述第二夹片的远离所述连接片的一端连接,所述第二夹片用于卷压在靠近于所述接线头的所述导电线上,所述第三夹片用于卷压在靠近于所述接线头的所述绝缘层上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防拉脱装饰灯,其特征在于,所述第三夹片的与所述第二夹片连接的部位为圆弧状,所述第三夹片的与所述导电端子的轴向垂直的两侧朝所述第三夹片的同一面弯曲。
7.根据权利要求6所述的防拉脱装饰灯,其特征在于,所述第一夹片沿所述导电端子的周向的长度大于或等于所述引脚的周向的长度,所述第二夹片沿所述导电端子的周向的长度大于或等于所述导电线的周向的长度。
8.根据权利要求1所述的防拉脱装饰灯,其特征在于,所述绝缘塑胶远离所述导电端子的一面包围有塑料层,所述塑料层用于将所述绝缘塑胶封装在所述塑料层的内部。
9.根据权利要求1所述的防拉脱装饰灯,其特征在于,所述导电端子的材质为铜或含铜合金。
10.一种防拉脱灯串,其特征在于,包括若干个如权利要求1至9任一所述的防拉脱装饰灯和线缆,所述线缆与所述连接线电连接,所述线缆设置有电源接口,所述电源接口用于连接驱动电源。
