Abstract
本发明公开了一种香榧负离子功能包及其制作工艺,所述功能包,包含组分如下:香榧假种皮、香榧叶、香榧植物单方精油、电气石粉、迷迭香、艾叶、白芷、冰片、苍术、草果、菖蒲、藿香和夜来香,将上述各成分加入到干粉搅拌罐中,在100r/min‑200r/min的转速下,将搅拌20‑30分钟至混合均匀的混合物料采用风干的方法将混合物料进行干燥,然后将混合物料粉碎成40~60目的干粉粉末,用单层不漏粉的布袋密封包装成品。本功能包不仅具有调节血脂、软化血管、预防冠心病、促进血液循环、调节内分泌等作用,并兼具驱蚊防虫,美容保健等功效,而且还净化空气,提高空气质量,提高人体免疫力,促进人体新陈代谢,从而达到缓解精神疲劳,提高精气神的作用。

本发明涉及香料制作技术领域,具体涉及一种香榧负离子功能包及其制 作工艺。
【背景技术】
空气是由无数分子、原子组成的。当空气中的分子或原子失去或获得电 子后,便形成带电的粒子,称为离子;带正电荷的叫正离子,带负电荷的叫负 离子。负离子不仅能促成人体合成和储存维生素,强化和激活人体的生理活 动,对人体及其他生物的生命活动有着十分重要的影响,因此它又被称为"空 气维生素"。负离子有以下用途:1)净化空气:负离子粉体中的负离子在空 气中移动是呈现"Z"字形的。而且输送负电荷给细菌、灰尘、烟雾微粒以及水 滴等,电荷与这此微粒相结合聚成球而下沉,从而达到净化空气的目的。2) 消除室内异味和各种有害气体:在室内装修过程中使用的装潢材料挥发出来 的苯、甲醛、酮、氨等刺激性气体以及日常生活中剩菜剩饭酸臭味,香烟等 对人体有害的异味,用含负离子粉体的壁布、窗帘等或含负离子粉体的涂料, 其释放的空气负离子都能有效地对有害物质加以消除。3)保健作用:经负离 子纤维加工的织物如衣服、床单及室内装潢用的壁纸、地毯,或含负离子粉 体的涂料等,都具有保健和环保双重功能,例如用负离子纤维制成汽车内织物,能消除汽车内异味,净化空气、调节驾驶员神经系统的兴奋和抑制状态, 改善大脑皮层功能保持良好的精神状态。(4)负离子粉可以添加到涂料中,粉 刷到墙壁上能起到净化室内空气,提高室内空气质量,促进人体血液循环提 高人体免疫力促进新陈代谢。从而达到缓解精神疲劳,提高精气神的作用。
电气石是多元素的天然矿物,主要成分有镁、铝、铁、硼等10多种对人 体有利的微量元素。由于它是一种结构特殊的极性结晶体,自身能长期产生 电离子,并永久释放空气负离子和远红外线。
香榧的果实为坚果,营养价值极高,干果称“香榧子”,为著名的干果。 它的大小如枣,核如橄榄,两头尖,呈椭圆形,成熟后果壳为黄褐色或紫褐 色,果实黄白色,内有黑色果衣包裹淡黄色果肉,可食用,营养丰富,富有 其独特的香气,含有多种不饱和脂肪酸,具有调节血脂、软化血管、预防冠 心病、促进血液循环、调节内分泌等作用,并兼具美容保健等功效。
经济迅速发展,环境污染问题也日益严重,同时许多室内装修和装饰材 料的污染、人体呼吸、烟气、空调综合症及厨房油烟等污染,空气源已经成 为影响人体健康的隐形杀手。为能净化周围空气,消除室内异味和各种有害 气体,减少周围空气对人体健康的危害,研发设计一款具有保健作用的香榧 负离子功能包,可以净化空气,驱蚊防虫,提高空气质量,促进人体血液循 环提高人体免疫力促进新陈代谢,从而达到缓解精神疲劳,提高精气神的作 用。

取干燥的香榧假种皮、香榧叶、电气石粉、迷迭香、艾叶、白芷、冰片、 苍术、草果、菖蒲、藿香和夜来香备用;
将香榧假种皮、香榧叶、香榧植物单方精油、电气石粉、迷迭香、艾叶、 白芷、冰片、苍术、草果、菖蒲、藿香和夜来香加入到干粉搅拌罐中,在 100r/min-200r/min的转速下,搅拌20-30分钟至混合均匀,搅拌制成的混合物 料采用风干的方法将混合物料进行干燥,然后将混合物料粉碎成40~60目的 干粉粉末,用单层不漏粉的布袋密封包装成品。
优选地,所述香榧植物单方精油是将新鲜的香榧壳、香榧仁捣碎后,以蒸 馏、压榨方式提炼出含有醇类、醛类、酸类、酚类、丙酮类、萜烯类等多种 成分的微黄色油状液体;所述香榧植物单方精油中a-蒎烯含量为25-35%,柠 烯含量为30-40%。
优选地,所述干燥的香榧假种皮由选用新鲜香榧假种皮经过浓度为5%盐 水浸泡4-7天,再经过低温烘干而成;
优选地,所述干燥的香榧叶由选用新鲜香榧叶经过低温烘干而成。
优选地,所述干粉搅拌罐为密封干粉搅拌罐。
本功能包既包含释放负离子的功能,且添加有其他助于人体健康的香料, 使本功能包不仅具有调节血脂、软化血管、预防冠心病、促进血液循环、调 节内分泌等作用,并兼具美容保健等功效,而且还净化空气,提高空气质量, 提高人体免疫力促进新陈代谢,从而达到缓解精神疲劳,提高精气神的作用。

将香榧假种皮75g、香榧叶18g、香榧植物单方精油12g、电气石粉90g、 迷迭香6g、艾叶9g、白芷12g、冰片9g、苍术6g、草果6g、菖蒲15g、藿 香15g、夜来香27g,加入到干粉搅拌罐中,在100r/min-200r/min的转速下, 搅拌20-30分钟至混合均匀,搅拌制成的混合物料采用风干的方法将混合物料 进行干燥,然后将混合物料粉碎成40~60目的干粉粉末,用单层不漏粉的布 袋密封包装成品。
实施例2
取干燥的香榧假种皮、香榧叶、电气石粉、迷迭香、艾叶、白芷、冰片、 苍术、草果、菖蒲、藿香和夜来香备用;
将香榧假种皮82g、香榧叶24g、香榧植物单方精油15g、电气石粉90g、 迷迭香6g、艾叶6g、白芷6g、冰片6g、苍术6g、草果6g、菖蒲17g、藿 香12g、夜来香24g,加入到密封干粉搅拌罐中,在100r/min-200r/min的转速 下,搅拌20-30分钟至混合均匀,搅拌制成的混合物料采用风干的方法将混合 物料进行干燥,然后将混合物料粉碎成40~60目的干粉粉末,用单层不漏粉 的布袋密封包装成品。
实施例3
取干燥的香榧假种皮、香榧叶、电气石粉、迷迭香、艾叶、白芷、冰片、 苍术、草果、菖蒲、藿香和夜来香备用;
将香榧假种皮66g、香榧叶15g、香榧植物单方精油12g、电气石粉61g、 迷迭香6g、艾叶15g、白芷15g、冰片15g、苍术15g、草果15g、菖蒲24g、 藿香24g、夜来香27g,加入到密封干粉搅拌罐中,在100r/min-200r/min的转 速下,搅拌20-30分钟至混合均匀,搅拌制成的混合物料采用风干的方法将混 合物料进行干燥,然后将混合物料粉碎成40~60目的干粉粉末,用单层不漏 粉的布袋密封包装成品。
将实施例1、实施例2、实施例3制成的功能包,分别放置在体积为0.15m3的三个可开合的密封箱体内和一个同样大小的空箱,编号分别为1#,2#,3#, 4#,密封2小时后,分别测量1#,2#,3#,4#密封箱体内的负离子浓度值为 15000个/cm3,12000个/cm3,10000个/cm3,500个/cm3。用原子吸收分析仪采 用原子吸收光谱法测试1#,2#,3#密封箱,均有钾、钠、钙、镁、磷、锌、 铁、硒、铜、锶、碘、氟、偏硅酸等微量元素存在;4#密封箱没有微量元素 存在。测量四个密封箱子周围空气的负离子浓度值为500个/cm3,用原子吸收 分析仪采用原子吸收光谱法测试密封箱子周围空气,没有微量元素存在。由 此可见,负离子功能包能够释放大量的负离子,同时释放微量元素。1#,2#, 3#功能包经过老化试验机3000h后,分别放置在体积为0.15m3的三个密封箱 体内,密封2小时后,测试负离子浓度值为14250个/cm3,11520个/cm3,9500 个/cm3。1#,2#,3#功能包负离子浓度衰减值分别为5%,4%,5%,用原子吸收 分析仪采用原子吸收光谱法测试仍然有钾、钠、钙、镁、磷、锌、铁、硒、 铜、锶、碘、氟、偏硅酸等微量元素存在;
将实施例1、实施例2、实施例3制成的功能包,分别放置在体积为0.15m3的三个可开合的密封箱体内和一个同样大小的空箱,编号分别为1#,2#,3#, 4#,4个箱子均置于室外,箱子之间间隔2米,再将1#,2#,3#,4#分别放 入100克同质的猪肉,在太阳底下敞开箱子爆晒,3小时后,分别观察1#, 2#,3#,4#箱体内的变化。发现4#箱子的臭味比1#,2#,3#要大,猪肉变质 面积90%以上,1#,2#,3#箱子里面的猪肉变质程度明显比4#箱子好。统计4 个箱子里面苍蝇的数量,发现4#箱子苍蝇的数量比1#,2#,3#箱子里面苍蝇 的数量的总和还要多30只。以上实验说明,这种负离子功能包能净化空气, 提高空气质量,抗氧化。

将香榧假种皮、香榧叶、香榧植物单方精油、电气石粉、迷迭香、艾叶、白芷、冰片、苍术、草果、菖蒲、藿香和夜来香加入到干粉搅拌罐中,在100r/min-200r/min的转速下,搅拌20-30分钟至混合均匀,搅拌制成的混合物料采用风干的方法将混合物料进行干燥,然后将混合物料粉碎成40~60目的干粉粉末,用单层不漏粉的布袋密封包装成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的香榧负离子功能包的制备工艺,所述香榧植物单方精油是将新鲜的香榧壳、香榧仁捣碎后,以蒸馏、压榨方式提炼出含有醇类、醛类、酸类、酚类、丙酮类、萜烯类等多种成分的微黄色油状液体,其特征在于,所述香榧植物单方精油中a-蒎烯含量为25-35%,柠烯含量为30-40%。
