the frame body 1 comprises a bottom plate 101, a left support rod 102, a right support rod 103, a hollow seat plate 104 and a hollow backrest 105, wherein the hollow seat plate 104 is arranged above the bottom plate 101, the left end and the right end of the bottom plate 101 are respectively connected with the hollow bottom plate 101 through the left support rod 102, the right support rod 103, and the right end of the hollow seat plate 104 is connected with the bottom end of the hollow backrest 105;
a driving assembly 2 is arranged below the hollow seat plate 104, the top end of the driving assembly 2 extends into the hollow bottom plate 101 and is connected with a first turntable 206 with a convex strip 207 on the top surface; a plurality of hip massage assemblies 5 are dispersedly arranged at the top of the hollow seat plate 104, and the hip massage assemblies 5 are positioned in a circular area corresponding to the first rotating disc 206;

the frame body 1 comprises a bottom plate 101, a left support rod 102, a right support rod 103, a hollow seat plate 104 and a hollow backrest 105, wherein the hollow seat plate 104 is arranged above the bottom plate 101, the left end and the right end of the bottom plate 101 are respectively connected with the hollow bottom plate 101 through the left support rod 102, the right support rod 103, and the right end of the hollow seat plate 104 is connected with the bottom end of the hollow backrest 105;
a driving assembly 2 is arranged below the hollow seat plate 104, the top end of the driving assembly 2 extends into the hollow bottom plate 101 and is connected with a first turntable 206 with a convex strip 207 on the top surface; a plurality of hip massage assemblies 5 are dispersedly arranged at the top of the hollow seat plate 104, and the hip massage assemblies 5 are positioned in a circular area corresponding to the first rotating disc 206;
a plurality of back massage components are dispersedly arranged on the left side plate of the hollow backrest 105, and the back massage components are arranged in a square matrix; the hollow backrest 105 is internally provided with a moving component 4, and the moving component 4 is matched with the back massage component; the driving assembly 2 is connected with the moving assembly 4 through the piston assembly 3.
Wherein, the hip massage component 5 and the back massage component have the same structure and comprise a massage ball 501, a moving rod 502, a spring 503, an end plate 504 and a convex ball 505;
the outer end of the movable rod 502 is fixedly connected with a massage ball 501, the inner end is fixedly connected with an end plate 504, and the inner side of the end plate 504 is fixedly connected with a convex ball 505; a type of spring 503 is sleeved on the moving rod 502;
the movable rod 502 of the hip massage assembly 5 penetrates through the top plate of the hollow seat plate 104, one end of a spring 503 of the hip massage assembly 5 is connected with an end plate 504, and the other end is connected with the top plate of the hollow seat plate 104; the travel bar 502 of the back massage assembly extends through the left side plate of the hollow back 105 and a spring 503 of the type of back massage assembly is connected at one end to the end plate 504 and at the other end to the left side plate of the hollow back 105.
The driving assembly 2 comprises a servo motor 201, a first driving wheel 202, a driving belt 203, a second driving wheel 204, a supporting shaft 205, a first turntable 206 and a first convex strip 207;
a power box 106 is fixedly connected below the hollow seat plate 104, a servo motor 201 is fixed at the top of the power box 106, and an output shaft of the servo motor 201 extends downwards and is provided with a first driving wheel 202; the supporting shaft 205 is vertically and rotatably arranged in the power box 106, and the top end of the supporting shaft extends into the hollow seat plate 104 and is coaxially connected with the first rotating disc 206; the top surface of the first rotating disc 206 is overlapped with the convex ball 505 of the hip massage component 5; one type of protruding strip 207 is provided at least one, and coincides with the radius line of the first turntable 206.
The moving assembly 4 includes a slide rail 401, a slider 402, a moving plate 403 and a second type of protruding strip 404;
a sliding block 402 is fixedly connected to the right side of the moving plate 403, a sliding rail 401 in the vertical direction is arranged on the right side wall of the hollow backrest 105, and the sliding block 402 is connected with the sliding rail 401 in a sliding manner; the convex balls 505 of the left side of the moving plate 403 and the back massage component are overlapped; a plurality of second type convex strips 404 are processed at intervals along the up-down direction on the left side surface of the moving plate 403.
The piston assembly 3 comprises a crank throw 301, a first sleeve 302, a first piston rod 303, a first piston plate 304, a first piston cylinder 305, a connecting pipe 306, a second piston cylinder 307, a fixing rod 308, a second piston plate 309 and a second piston rod 310;
the output shaft of the servo motor 201 is also connected with a crank 301, the crank 301 is provided with a first sleeve 302, and the first sleeve 302 is connected with a first piston rod 303 rightwards; the first piston cylinder 305 is arranged on the right side of the servo motor 201; the second piston cylinder 307 is arranged below the moving assembly 4 and is fixedly connected in the hollow backrest 105 through a fixing rod 308; the first piston cylinder 305 and the second piston cylinder 307 are communicated through a connecting pipe 306; a first piston plate 304 moving left and right is arranged in the first piston cylinder 305, and the right end of the first piston rod 303 is hinged with the first piston plate 304; a second piston plate 309 which moves up and down is arranged in the second piston cylinder 307; one end of the second piston rod 310 is connected with the top of the second piston plate 309, and the other end is connected with the bottom end of the moving plate 403; the first piston plate 304 and the second piston plate 309 are filled with a liquid.
Specifically, when the massage chair is used, a user sits on the massage chair, the buttocks of the user are pressed on the top surface of the hollow seat board 104, and the back of the user is pressed on the left side surface of the hollow backrest 105.
When massage is needed, the servo motor 201 is started to drive the output shaft to rotate, on one hand, the supporting shaft 205 is driven by the driving belt wheel to rotate with the first turntable 206, and one type of convex strips 207 move along with the first turntable 206 and act with the hip massage component 5: the hip massage unit 5 contacting the ribs 207 is lifted up and then lost and falls down again by gravity and the restoring force of the springs 503. The first rotating disc 206 continuously rotates to enable the massage ball 501 of the hip massage component 5 to massage the hip;
the output shaft also drives the crank throw 301 to rotate, and drives the first piston plate 304 to move left and right in the first piston cylinder 305 through the first sleeve 302 and the first piston rod 303; because the pressures in the first piston cylinder 305 and the second piston cylinder 307 are kept balanced, the second piston plate 309 moves up and down along with the first piston cylinder, and the second piston rod 310 drives the moving plate 403 to move back and forth along the sliding rail 401, so that the second convex strips 404 are matched with the back massage component, the principle is similar to that of the hip massage component 5, and the massage ball 501 of the back massage component massages the back.

On the basis of the example 2, the method comprises the following steps of,
also comprises a leg-shaking component 7; the leg-shaking assembly 7 comprises a second turntable 701, a mounting rod 702, a second sleeve 703, a first pull rope 704, a J-shaped plate 706 and a third type spring 707;
the top end of the J-shaped plate 706 is hinged with the left end of the hollow seat plate 104, and the right side of the J-shaped plate 706 and the bottom surface of the hollow seat plate 104 are connected with a three-type spring 707; an output shaft of the servo motor 201 extends out of the power box 106 and is connected with a second turntable 701; an eccentric position of the bottom surface of the second turntable 701 is connected with an installation rod 702, and the bottom end of the installation rod 702 is fixedly connected with an anti-falling plate; a second sleeve 703 is arranged on the mounting rod 702, and the second sleeve 703 is connected with a J-shaped plate 706 leftwards through a first pull rope 704.
Specifically, when a person sits on the device, the legs can rest on the J-shaped plate 706.
The output shaft drives No. two carousel 701 rotations, and installation pole 702 takes No. two sleeves 703 and then rotates, acts on J-shaped plate 706 through stay cord 704, and three types of springs 707 of cooperation make J-shaped plate 706 produce and sway to wave the shank, avoid sitting for a long time and lead to the stiff scheduling problem of shank.
In another embodiment, the right side of the J-shaped plate 706 is connected with a first tether ring 705, and the left end of the first pull rope 704 is tied on the first tether ring 705, so that whether the first pull rope 704 is connected or not and the connection amount can be changed conveniently, and further function increase, decrease and adjustment can be performed.
A foot placing plate 709 is further arranged on the left side of the J-shaped plate 706, four types of springs 708 are connected between the foot placing plate 709 and the bottom end of the J-shaped plate 706, the foot placing plate 709 can serve as a pedal, and the four types of springs 708 are used for supporting and adapting to different leg length changes, so that the applicability is improved.
Example 4
On the basis of the example 3, the method comprises the following steps,
the top end of the left strut 102 is hinged with the bottom surface of the hollow seat plate 104; the right strut 103 comprises an inner rod 1031, an outer cylinder 1032 and a second-class spring 1033; the inner rod 1031 is inserted in the outer barrel 1032, the bottom end of the inner rod 1031 is connected with the inner bottom of the outer barrel 1032 through a second-class spring 1033, and the top end of the inner rod 1031 is fixedly connected with the hollow seat plate 104; the inner rod 1031 and the outer cylinder 1032 are both arc-shaped pieces, and the circle centers of circles of the arc-shaped pieces coincide with the hinge point at the top end of the left support rod 102.
The massage chair in this embodiment can be swung, and the user can press the inner bar 1031 and the outer tube 1032 relatively by applying force to the massage chair, so that the massage chair swings with the hinge point at the top end of the left support bar 102 as the origin.
Considering the inconvenience of manual use, a shaking assembly 6 is also arranged; the shaking assembly 6 comprises a second pull rope 601, a first wire guide wheel 602, a second wire guide wheel 603 and a second rope tying ring 604;
the right side of the second sleeve 703 is connected with a second pull rope 601; a first wire guide wheel 602 is arranged at the right end of the power box 106, and a second wire guide wheel 603 is arranged at the right end of the hollow seat plate 104; the right end of the bottom plate 101 is connected with a second tether ring 604; the second pull rope 601 is wound around the first wire guide wheel 602 and the second wire guide wheel 603 and connected to the second tether ring 604.
Specifically, the second sleeve 703 also drives the second pull rope 601, and the second tether ring 604 is fixed in position, so that the second pull rope 601 intermittently pulls the hollow base 104, and the massage chair automatically shakes.
Example 5
On the basis of the example 4, the method comprises the following steps of,
also comprises a head massage component 8; the head massage component 8 comprises a third pull rope 801, a third guide wire wheel 802, a lifting rod 803, a guide plate 804, a fifth spring 805, a head gripper 806 and a third tether ring 807;
the upper section of the right side of the hollow backrest 105 is fixedly connected with a plurality of guide plates 804; the lifting rod 803 penetrates through the guide plate 804, the bottom end of the lifting rod is connected with a third tether ring 807, and the top end of the lifting rod is higher than the top of the hollow backrest 105; the top end of the lifting rod 803 is bent leftwards, a five-class spring 805 is connected between the bending section and the top of the hollow backrest 105, and a head gripper 806 is connected below the left end of the bending section; a third wire guide wheel 802 is arranged at the lower right section of the hollow backrest 105, a strand of the second pull rope 601 is used as a third pull rope 801, and the third pull rope 801 bypasses the third wire guide wheel 802 and is connected with a third tether ring 807.
Specifically, the second pull rope 601 also acts on the third tether ring 807 through the third pull rope 801, and cooperates with the fifth spring 805 to enable the lifting rod 803 to carry the head grabber 806 to reciprocate up and down, so that the head grabber 806 can massage the head of the user.
It should be noted that the electrical components are provided with power supplies, and the control method is the prior art, and is unified here for avoiding the redundancy of description; and the present invention is primarily intended to protect mechanical equipment, the control means and circuit connections will not be explained in detail herein.

1. An improved massage chair capable of realizing large-area massage is characterized by comprising a frame body (1), a driving component (2), a piston component (3), a moving component (4), a hip massage component (5) and a back massage component;
the frame body (1) comprises a bottom plate (101), a left support rod (102), a right support rod (103), a hollow seat plate (104) and a hollow backrest (105), the hollow seat plate (104) is arranged above the bottom plate (101), the left end and the right end of the bottom plate (101) are respectively connected with the hollow bottom plate (101) through the left support rod (102) and the right support rod (103), and the right end of the hollow seat plate (104) is connected with the bottom end of the hollow backrest (105);
a driving assembly (2) is arranged below the hollow seat plate (104), the top end of the driving assembly (2) extends into the hollow bottom plate (101) and is connected with a first turntable (206) with a convex strip (207) on the top surface; a plurality of hip massage components (5) are arranged at the top of the hollow seat plate (104) in a scattered manner, and the hip massage components (5) are positioned in a circular area corresponding to the first turntable (206);
a plurality of back massage components are dispersedly arranged on the left side plate of the hollow backrest (105), and the back massage components are arranged in a square matrix; a moving component (4) is arranged in the hollow backrest (105), and the moving component (4) is matched with the back massage component; the driving assembly (2) is connected with the moving assembly (4) through the piston assembly (3).
2. The improved massage chair for large area massage according to claim 1, wherein the hip massage unit (5) and the back massage unit are the same structure, comprising massage balls (501), moving rods (502), springs (503), end plates (504) and convex balls (505);
the outer end of the movable rod (502) is provided with a massage ball (501), the inner end of the movable rod is provided with an end plate (504), and the inner side of the end plate (504) is provided with a convex ball (505); the spring (503) is sleeved on the moving rod (502);
the moving rod (502) of the hip massage component (5) penetrates through the top plate of the hollow seat plate (104), one end of a spring (503) of the hip massage component (5) is connected with the end plate (504), and the other end of the spring is connected with the top plate of the hollow seat plate (104); the moving rod (502) of the back massage assembly penetrates through the left side plate of the hollow backrest (105), one end of a spring (503) of the back massage assembly is connected with the end plate (504), and the other end of the spring is connected with the left side plate of the hollow backrest (105).

The improved massage chair capable of massaging large areas according to claim 2, wherein the driving assembly (2) comprises a servo motor (201), a first driving wheel (202), a driving belt (203), a second driving wheel (204), a supporting shaft (205), a first rotating disc (206) and a type of raised strips (207);
a power box (106) is arranged below the hollow seat plate (104), a servo motor (201) is arranged at the top of the power box (106), and an output shaft of the servo motor (201) extends downwards and is provided with a first transmission wheel (202); the supporting shaft (205) is vertically and rotatably arranged in the power box (106), and the top end of the supporting shaft extends into the hollow seat plate (104) and is coaxially connected with the first rotating disc (206); the top surface of the first rotating disc (206) is overlapped with a convex ball (505) of the hip massage component (5); at least one convex strip (207) is arranged and is coincided with the radius line of the first turntable (206).
4. The improved massage chair capable of massaging large area according to claim 3, wherein the moving assembly (4) comprises a sliding rail (401), a sliding block (402), a moving plate (403) and two types of ribs (404);
a sliding block (402) is arranged on the right side of the moving plate (403), a sliding rail (401) in the vertical direction is arranged on the right side wall of the hollow backrest (105), and the sliding block (402) is connected with the sliding rail (401) in a sliding mode; the left side surface of the moving plate (403) is overlapped with a convex ball (505) of the back massage component; the left side surface of the moving plate (403) is also provided with a plurality of second-type convex strips (404) at intervals along the vertical direction.

An improved massage chair capable of large area massage according to claim 5, further comprising a leg-swing assembly (7); the leg-shaking assembly (7) comprises a second turntable (701), a mounting rod (702), a second sleeve (703), a first pull rope (704), a J-shaped plate (706) and a third type spring (707);
the top end of the J-shaped plate (706) is hinged with the left end of the hollow seat plate (104), and the right side of the J-shaped plate (706) and the bottom surface of the hollow seat plate (104) are connected with three types of springs (707); an output shaft of the servo motor (201) extends out of the power box (106) and is connected with a second turntable (701); an eccentric position of the bottom surface of the second turntable (701) is connected with an installation rod (702), and the bottom end of the installation rod (702) is provided with an anti-falling plate; the mounting rod (702) is provided with a second sleeve (703), and the second sleeve (703) is connected with the J-shaped plate (706) leftwards through a first pull rope (704).

The improved massage chair capable of massaging large area according to claim 7, wherein the top end of the left supporting rod (102) is hinged with the bottom surface of the hollow seat plate (104); the right support rod (103) comprises an inner rod (1031), an outer cylinder (1032) and a second-class spring (1033); the inner rod (1031) is inserted into the outer barrel (1032), the bottom end of the inner rod is connected with the inner bottom of the outer barrel (1032) through a second-class spring (1033), and the top end of the inner rod is fixedly connected with the hollow seat plate (104); the inner rod (1031) and the outer cylinder (1032) are both arc-shaped pieces, and the circle centers of circles where the arc-shaped pieces are located coincide with the hinge point at the top end of the left support rod (102).

a second pull rope (601) is connected to the right side of the second sleeve (703); a first wire guide wheel (602) is arranged at the right end of the power box (106), and a second wire guide wheel (603) is arranged at the right end of the hollow seat plate (104); a second rope tying ring (604) is arranged at the right end of the bottom plate (101); the second pull rope (601) bypasses the first wire guide wheel (602) and the second wire guide wheel (603) and is connected with the second rope tying ring (604).

the upper section of the right side of the hollow backrest (105) is provided with a plurality of guide plates (804); the lifting rod (803) penetrates through the guide plate (804), the bottom end of the lifting rod is connected with a third rope tying ring (807), and the top end of the lifting rod is higher than the top of the hollow backrest (105); the top end of the lifting rod (803) is bent leftwards, five types of springs (805) are connected between the bending section and the top of the hollow backrest (105), and a head gripper (806) is arranged below the left end of the bending section; a third wire guide wheel (802) is arranged at the lower section of the right side of the hollow backrest (105), a strand of rope is divided from the second pull rope (601) to serve as a third pull rope (801), and the third pull rope (801) bypasses the third wire guide wheel (802) and is connected with a third rope tying ring (807).
