Abstract
本发明为一种头皮缝合止血组件,它包括缝合钉以及牵拉构件;所述缝合钉分为钉梁以及位于钉梁两端的钉脚,在钉梁上还设有连接结构;所述的牵拉构件包括牵拉绳,位于牵拉绳两端部的钩子以及猪鼻扣,牵拉绳对折并穿入猪鼻扣,使得猪鼻扣在牵拉绳上的滑动能够调节两个钩子之间的间距。较之前技术而言,本发明的有益效果为:1、在缝合钉上设有连接结构,牵拉构件配合,可以使两个缝合钉相互靠近,由于缝合钉已经钉在头皮上,则可以实现头皮缺失区域的收拢。2、通过设置多个牵拉构件,使得头皮缺失区域表面增加了遮挡物,如果在牵拉构件和缺失头皮区域之间填塞纱布,牵拉构件可将纱布紧紧压在头皮缺失区域,较大程度减少了纱布的使用量。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗配件领域,特别是一种头皮缝合止血组件。
背景技术
现有战地头皮止血,多采用缝合钉进行止血。在战场上,常常会出现头皮缺失的情况,通过对缺失区域周围打上缝合钉减少头皮缺失区域的失血情况,当时无法修补头皮,为了避免该区域感染,需要通过纱布、绷带等包扎以实现头皮缺失区域与外界隔离。由于战场情况恶劣且伤口周围表皮含有大量汗液、油污、灰尘、头发等,如果仅仅小范围缠绕或黏贴纱布,纱布极易脱落。所以目前战场上对应该种情况的最有方式为将大半个头部缠绕纱布实现伤口包扎并防止纱布脱落。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种头皮缝合止血组件,它能够通过收拢的方式,缩小或消除头皮缺失区,另外还能起到固定纱布的作用,从而减少头皮缺失区感染的风险。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现:头皮缝合止血组件,它包括缝合钉以及牵拉构件;
所述缝合钉分为钉梁以及位于钉梁两端的钉脚,在钉梁上还设有连接结构;
所述的牵拉构件包括牵拉绳,位于牵拉绳两端部的钩子以及猪鼻扣,牵拉绳对折并穿入猪鼻扣,使得猪鼻扣在牵拉绳上的滑动能够调节两个钩子之间的间距。
较之前技术而言,本发明的有益效果为:
1、在缝合钉上设有连接结构,与牵拉构件配合,可以使两个缝合钉相互靠近,由于缝合钉已经钉在头皮上,则可以实现头皮缺失区域的收拢。
2、通过设置多个牵拉构件,使得头皮缺失区域表面增加了遮挡物,如果在牵拉构件和缺失头皮区域之间填塞纱布,牵拉构件可将纱布紧紧压在头皮缺失区域,较大程度减少了纱布的使用量以及降低了纱布的更换难度。
3、猪鼻扣表面设有魔术贴钩面,提高纱布和牵拉构件之间连接的牢固性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明对本发明做详细说明:
如图2-3、5-6所示:头皮缝合止血组件,它包括缝合钉1以及牵拉构件2;
所述缝合钉分为钉梁11以及位于钉梁11两端的钉脚12,在钉梁11上还设有连接结构;
所述的牵拉构件2包括牵拉绳21,位于牵拉绳21两端部的钩子22以及猪鼻扣23,牵拉绳21对折并穿入猪鼻扣23,使得猪鼻扣23在牵拉绳21上的滑动能够调节两个钩子22之间的间距。

所述连接结构为与钉梁连接的挂耳13。
实施例2
所述连接结构为钉梁11形变形成的拱形部14,所述拱形部14拱起的方向与钉脚12的延伸方向相反。
为了能够更好的适宜实施例1、2所述结构的缝合钉,用于推动缝合钉的推钉板前侧设有容纳连接结构的缺口,参见图4。
所述猪鼻扣23表面设有魔术贴钩面。为了进一步提高牵拉构件固定纱布的效果,考虑在猪鼻扣23表面设有魔术贴钩面。
其工作原理如下:
战场上,头皮缺失是常见问题,由于头皮神经较少,不会感觉疼痛,但是头皮缺失区3周围的头皮依然会出血。一般是通过在缺失区域周围的头皮上打上缝合钉实现止血,之后在头部缠绕纱布。如图7-9所示:本发明操作方式和传统处理方式,但是由于缝合钉上增加了连接结构,在缝合钉完成缝合后,头皮表面会有若干连接机构,搭配若干牵拉构件,牵拉两个缝合钉,最终实现头皮缺失区的收拢,并且可以直接在头皮缺失区域铺垫纱布,利用牵拉构件固定纱布,这样可以减少该区域感染的风险,与传统方式相比纱布用量少且操作简单。
尽管本发明采用具体实施例及其替代方式对本发明进行示意和说明,但应当理解,只要不背离本发明的精神范围内的各种变化和修改均可实施。因此,应当理解除了受随附的权利要求及其等同条件的限制外,本发明不受任何意义上的限制。
Claims (4)
1.头皮缝合止血组件,其特征在于:它包括缝合钉(1)以及牵拉构件(2);
所述缝合钉分为钉梁(11)以及位于钉梁(11)两端的钉脚(12),在钉梁(11)上还设有连接结构;
所述的牵拉构件(2)包括牵拉绳(21),位于牵拉绳(21)两端部的钩子(22)以及猪鼻扣(23),牵拉绳(21)对折并穿入猪鼻扣(23),使得猪鼻扣(23)在牵拉绳(21)上的滑动能够调节两个钩子(22)之间的间距。
2.根据权利要求1所述的头皮缝合止血组件,其特征在于:所述连接结构为与钉梁连接的挂耳(13)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的头皮缝合止血组件,其特征在于:所述连接结构为钉梁(11)形变形成的拱形部(14),所述拱形部(14)拱起的方向与各个钉脚(12)的延伸方向相反。
4.根据权利要求1所述的头皮缝合止血组件,其特征在于:所述猪鼻扣(23)表面设有魔术贴钩面。
