In a first embodiment of the present application, an information processing method is provided that is composed from an information interaction perspective between a first computing device, a second computing device, and a third computing device. A fourth embodiment of the present application provides an information processing method written from the perspective of a first computing device. Please refer to fig. 4, which is a flowchart of an information processing method of the present application. Since this embodiment, i.e., the fourth embodiment, is substantially similar to the first embodiment, it is relatively simple to describe, and reference may be made to some descriptions of the method embodiments for relevant points. The information processing method embodiments described below are merely illustrative.
A fourth embodiment of the present application provides an information processing method, including:
step S401: when the first computing device and a third computing device providing service support for the first computing device cannot exchange information through a preset communication channel, the first computing device generates an internet of things short message.

Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a specific application example of the information processing method according to the present embodiment. The following takes an intelligent express delivery cabinet as an example, and the application example is explained in detail. After the intelligent express cabinet is started to operate, the 4G/WIFI network between the intelligent express cabinet and the server of the intelligent express cabinet is detected every 10 minutes. If the network is found to be working properly, the network is periodically checked, continuing for 10 minute intervals. If the network is found to be problematic, the network is checked every 2 minutes. If the network is found to be in problem for 7 times, the network of the intelligent express cabinet is considered to be in problem. And sending the short message of the Internet of things to a server of the intelligent express cabinet. And then, the intelligent express cabinet executes a network repair task. And then, the intelligent express cabinet judges whether a person is using the cabinet. If someone is using it, the repair of the network is started. If no person is found to use the device, the device is in a waiting state, and whether a person is using the device is detected every 1 minute.
The fifth embodiment of the present application provides an information processing method from the perspective of an internet of things operator. Please refer to fig. 6, which is a flowchart illustrating an information processing method according to the present embodiment. Since in the first embodiment of the present application, detailed description has been made, only simple explanatory information is provided here.
The information processing method comprises the following steps:
step S601: and the second computing equipment of the operator of the Internet of things obtains the short message of the Internet of things sent by the first computing equipment.
The second computing device of the operator of the Internet of things obtains the Internet of things short message sent by the first computing device.

A sixth embodiment of the present application provides an information processing method from the perspective of a third computing device, please refer to fig. 7, which is a flowchart of an information processing method provided in this embodiment. The information processing method comprises the following steps:
step S701: when a third computing device providing service support for a first computing device and the first computing device cannot exchange information through a preset communication channel, the third computing device obtains information in an internet of things short message sent by the first computing device.

For example, when a predetermined communication channel is formed between the server of the intelligent express cabinet and the intelligent express cabinet, and the 4G/WIFI network cannot provide normal communication, the server of the intelligent express cabinet receives an internet of things short message sent by the intelligent express cabinet through a short message channel. The short message of the internet of things can comprise identification information of the intelligent express cabinet, information of network breaking time of the intelligent express cabinet and the like.

For example, after receiving the internet of things short message sent by the intelligent express delivery cabinet, the internet of things operator forwards the internet of things short message to the server of the intelligent express delivery cabinet. After receiving the short message of the internet of things, the server of the intelligent express cabinet obtains the offline information of the intelligent express cabinet, such as the offline time of the intelligent express cabinet, and executes the offline processing operation aiming at the intelligent express cabinet according to the offline information. The network disconnection processing operation can be realized by setting the communication mode of the intelligent express cabinet to be an internet of things short message. The network breaking processing operation can also be to send maintenance personnel, perform manual intervention processing on the intelligent express cabinet and the like.
The third computing device provides business services according to the information provided by the second computing device, and the business services comprise:
and the third computing device sends a short message including the authorization information to a user corresponding to the authorization information according to the authorization information, provided by the second computing device, of the service request aiming at the first computing device.
For example, the intelligent express delivery cabinet can provide service under the condition of network disconnection. After the courier dispatches the parcel to intelligent express delivery cabinet, the intelligent express delivery cabinet can generate the authorization information such as corresponding parcel pickup code, and send the authorization information to the server of intelligent express delivery cabinet through the Internet of things operator. And the server of the intelligent express cabinet sends a short message comprising a parcel pickup code to the pickup person.
Fig. 8 provides a flowchart of an application example using the information processing method provided in the present embodiment. The following describes the intelligent express delivery cabinet in detail by taking the example.
The server of the intelligent express cabinet monitors the network state of the intelligent express cabinet, and the network state can be the network communication state of 4G/WIFI. Once the server of the intelligent express cabinet finds that the intelligent express cabinet is off-line, the server can monitor the sending state of the Internet of things short message of the intelligent express cabinet. And if the server of the intelligent express cabinet receives the short message of the Internet of things, executing the network disconnection processing operation. And if the server of the intelligent express cabinet does not receive the short message of the Internet of things, executing power-off processing operation. The intelligent express cabinet in the power-off state can not provide service at all, needs immediate treatment, has higher emergency degree and has larger influence on users; and handle the intelligent express delivery cabinet of disconnected net state, can provide partial service, it is big not have the outage to the influence that the user used, can reduce and handle the priority. By adopting the method provided by the embodiment, the self-discovery rate of equipment faults and the processing efficiency of off-line problems are improved, the influence on the use of the user is reduced, and more stable service can be provided for the user.
The seventh embodiment of the present application provides a device status detection method, which is basically the same as the sixth embodiment, and therefore only provides a simple description.
The equipment state detection method comprises the following steps:
step 901: when the first computing device and a third computing device providing service support for the first computing device cannot exchange information through a preset communication channel, judging whether the third device receives information in an internet of things short message sent by the first computing device, and obtaining a judgment result.
Step 902: and determining the state of the first computing device according to the judgment result.
In this embodiment, the determining the state of the first computing device according to the determination result includes:
if the third equipment receives information in the short message of the internet of things sent by the first computing equipment, determining that the first computing equipment is in a disconnected network state;

Fig. 11 provides a timing chart of an application example of the logistics information processing method provided by the present embodiment. The following takes the intelligent express delivery cabinet as an example, and the application example is explained in detail.
Firstly, a courier delivers a package to an intelligent express cabinet. Secondly, the intelligent express cabinet detects the network state of the intelligent express cabinet, for example, whether network channels such as 4G/WIFI between the intelligent express cabinet and a server of the intelligent express cabinet are available is detected; third, if the network channel is found to be unavailable, a pickup code for the package is generated. And fourthly, sending the information such as the pickup code to a service server (for example, a server of the intelligent express delivery cabinet) through the short message of the Internet of things. And after receiving the pickup code, the server of the intelligent express cabinet sends the pickup code to the pickup person.
The ninth embodiment of the present application provides a method for processing logistics information from the perspective of an internet of things operator, please refer to fig. 12. The logistics information processing method comprises the following steps:
step S1201: and the second computing equipment of the operator of the Internet of things obtains the short message of the Internet of things which is sent by the logistics container and comprises the logistics information.
The second computing device of the operator of the Internet of things obtains the short message of the Internet of things including the logistics information sent by the logistics container.
For example, a server of an internet of things operator obtains an internet of things short message including logistics information sent by the intelligent express delivery cabinet.

the second computing device provides information in the short message of the Internet of things to a third computing device which provides service support for the first computing device;
and the third computing equipment provides business service according to the information in the short message of the Internet of things.
2. The information processing method according to claim 1, further comprising: the first computing device judges whether the information can be interacted with the third computing device through a preset communication channel;
the first computing device generates an internet of things short message, including: and if the first computing device determines that the information cannot be interacted with the third computing device through a preset communication channel, the first computing device generates the short message of the internet of things.
3. The information processing method of claim 2, wherein the determining, by the first computing device, whether the information can be exchanged with the third computing device through a predetermined communication channel comprises:
the first computing device judges whether the signal intensity of the first computing device in the preset communication channel is lower than a preset intensity threshold value;
if the first computing device determines that the information cannot be exchanged with the third computing device through a predetermined communication channel, the first computing device generates the short message of the internet of things, including: if the first computing device determines that the signal strength of the first computing device in the predetermined communication channel is lower than the strength threshold, the first computing device generates the short message of the internet of things.
4. The information processing method of claim 3, wherein the determining, by the first computing device, whether the information can be exchanged with the third computing device through a predetermined communication channel comprises:

if the first computing device determines that the information cannot be exchanged with the third computing device through a predetermined communication channel, the first computing device generates the short message of the internet of things, including: if the first computing device determines that the judgment times reach or are higher than the judgment time threshold value, the first computing device generates the short message of the Internet of things;
the judgment times are judgment times for judging whether the signal intensity of the first computing device in the preset communication channel is lower than a preset intensity threshold value.
5. The information processing method of claim 1, wherein the first computing device generating the short message of the internet of things comprises:
the first computing equipment generates authorization information for providing the service request according to the service request;
and the first computing equipment generates an Internet of things short message comprising the authorization information according to the authorization information.
6. The information processing method of claim 5, wherein the third computing device provides a service according to the information in the short message of the internet of things, and comprises:
and the third computing equipment sends the authorization information to the computing equipment sending the service request according to the authorization information in the short message of the Internet of things.
7. The information processing method according to claim 2, further comprising:
the first computing device executes a communication channel repair operation aiming at the event that the information cannot be interacted with the third computing device through a preset communication channel;

if so, the first computing device sends notification information to the third computing device, wherein the notification information enables the first computing device to interact information with the third computing device through the preset communication channel.

the third computing device provides business service according to the information in the short message of the internet of things, and the business service comprises the following steps:

9. An information handling system comprising a first computing device and a third computing device that provides business support for the first computing device;
the first computing device is used for generating an Internet of things short message and sending the Internet of things short message to a second computing device of an Internet of things operator;
and the third computing device is used for obtaining the information in the short message of the internet of things provided by the second computing device and providing business service according to the information in the short message of the internet of things.
10. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
when a first computing device and a third computing device providing service support for the first computing device cannot exchange information through a preset communication channel, the first computing device generates an Internet of things short message;
and the first computing equipment sends the Internet of things short message to second computing equipment of an Internet of things operator, and the second computing equipment is used for transferring information between the first computing equipment and the third computing equipment.
11. The information processing method of claim 10, wherein the first computing device and a third computing device providing service support for the first computing device are unable to exchange information through a predetermined communication channel, and comprising:
when a channel fails, the first computing equipment and a third computing equipment which provides service support for the first computing equipment cannot exchange information through a preset communication channel;
or, the channel works normally, the channel does not meet the preset working condition, and the first computing device and a third computing device providing service support for the first computing device cannot exchange information through a preset communication channel.
12. The information processing method according to claim 10, further comprising:
the first computing device judges whether the information can be interacted with the third computing device through a preset communication channel;
when the first computing device and a third computing device providing service support for the first computing device cannot exchange information through a preset communication channel, the first computing device generates an internet of things short message, including:
and if the first computing device judges that the information can not be interacted with the third computing device through a preset communication channel, the first computing device generates an Internet of things short message.
13. The information processing method of claim 12, wherein the determining, by the first computing device, whether the information can be exchanged with the third computing device through a predetermined communication channel comprises:
the first computing device judges whether the signal intensity of the first computing device in the preset communication channel is lower than a preset intensity threshold value;
if the first computing device determines that the information cannot be exchanged with the third computing device through a predetermined communication channel, the first computing device generates the short message of the internet of things, including: if the first computing device determines that the signal strength of the first computing device in the predetermined communication channel is lower than the strength threshold, the first computing device generates the short message of the internet of things.
14. The information processing method of claim 13, wherein the determining, by the first computing device, whether the information can be exchanged with the third computing device through a predetermined communication channel comprises:
the first computing device judges whether the judgment frequency aiming at the signal intensity reaches or is higher than a preset judgment frequency threshold value;

a second computing device of an Internet of things operator obtains an Internet of things short message sent by a first computing device;
and the second computing device provides the information in the short message of the Internet of things to a third computing device which provides service support for the first computing device.

when a third computing device providing service support for a first computing device and the first computing device cannot exchange information through a preset communication channel, the third computing device obtains information in an internet of things short message sent by the first computing device;
and the third computing equipment provides business services according to the information provided by the second computing equipment.
18. The information processing method of claim 17, wherein the third computing device provides a business service according to the information provided by the second computing device, comprising:

when the first computing device and a third computing device providing service support for the first computing device cannot exchange information through a preset communication channel, judging whether the third device receives information in an internet of things short message sent by the first computing device, and obtaining a judgment result;
and determining the state of the first computing device according to the judgment result.
21. The device status detection method according to claim 20, wherein the determining the status of the first computing device according to the determination result comprises:
if the third equipment receives information in the short message of the internet of things sent by the first computing equipment, determining that the first computing equipment is in a disconnected network state;
or if the third equipment does not receive the information in the short message of the internet of things sent by the first computing equipment, determining that the first computing equipment is in a power-off state.
22. A logistics information processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the logistics container generates logistics information;
the logistics container generates an Internet of things short message comprising the logistics information;
and the logistics container sends the short message of the Internet of things.
23. The logistics information processing method of claim 22, wherein the logistics container generates logistics information comprising:
the logistics container obtains delivery packages;
and the logistics container generates logistics information according to the delivery package.
24. The method for processing logistics information of claim 22, wherein the generating of the short message of internet of things including the logistics information by the logistics container comprises:
and the logistics container generates an Internet of things short message comprising at least one logistics message of package receiver information, package sender information and package pickup code information.
25. The logistics information processing method of claim 22, further comprising:
the logistics container acquires verification information input by a pickup person;
and the logistics container provides the package corresponding to the verification information for the pickup person according to the verification information.
26. A logistics information processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
second computing equipment of an Internet of things operator obtains an Internet of things short message which is sent by the logistics container and comprises logistics information;
the second computing device provides the logistics information to a business server that provides business support for the logistics container.
27. A logistics information processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a service server for providing service support for the logistics container obtains logistics information generated by the logistics container and provided by a second computing device of an Internet of things operator;
and the business server provides the logistics information to a fourth computing device used by a logistics information receiving user.
